        우리나라 고등학생의 식이습관과 신체활동이 신장, 체중 및 BMI에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 우리나라 고등학생의 식이습관과 신체활동의 실태를 통하여 신장과 체중 및 BMI 지수에 미치는 영향을 규명하여 식이습관과 신체활동의 중요성을 강조하고 이의 실천을 통하여 건강증진 방안을 모색하고자 실시하였다. 연구자료는 2018년 제 14차 청소년 건강행태온라인조사 원시자료를 이용하여 고등학생 28,911명을 대상으로 하여 복합표본자료 분석방법을 적용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과, 우리나라 고등학생의 식습관 실태는 아침결식자가 65.6%, 과일 미섭취자가 17.5%, 탄산음료 섭취자가 35.2%, 단음료 섭취자가 53.1%, 패스트 푸드 섭취자가 23.1%였다. 신체활동의 실태로는, 운동을 꾸준히 실천하는 학생은 중강도 운동의 경우 28%, 고강도 운동은 31.6%, 근육강화운동은 23% 였으며, 체육수업 활동 횟수가 주1회 이하인 대상자는 45.5%로 나타났다. 식이습관이 신장, 체중, BMI에 미치는 연관성에서는 신장, 체중의 경우 아침식사와 과일, 탄산음료, 단음료, 패스트푸드 섭취 여부에, BMI는 과일, 단음료, 패스트 푸드 섭취여부에 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 신체활동 습관이 신장, 체중, BMI에 미치는 연관성에서는 신장, 체중, BMI 각각 중강도 신체활동, 고강도 신체활동, 근육강화 운동, 체육수업 시수와 같이 횟수가 많을수록 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of dietary habits and physical activity on height, weight and BMI of high school students in Korea. The research data were analyzed by applying the complex sample data analysis method to 28,911 high school students using the 14th 2018 Youth Health Behavior Online Survey. As a result of the analysis, the eating habits of Korean high school students were 65.6% breakfast skip, 17.5% fruit intakers, 35.2% carbonated drinkers, 53.1% sweet drinkers and 23.1% fast food eaters. In fact, the students who consistently exercise of the middle intensity exercise is 28%, the high intensity exercis is 31.6%, the muscle strengthening exercise is 23%, and the subjects 45.5% who participated within 1 time of physical education activity. The effect of dietary habits on height, weight, and BMI is related to breakfast and whether or not to eat fruits, sodas, soft drinks, fast food. And result in the association with physical activity habits, height, weight and BMI was shown to be more affected by the larger the number of physical activity.

        노르딕 워킹 프로그램이 중년 비만여성의 대사증후군 및 호르몬계에 미치는 영향

        This study is to investigate the effects of 12 week Nordic Walking program on obese middle-aged women between obese exercise and obese non-exercise group each other 18 of a BMI over 27 kg/m². The focus was the changes in metabolic syndrome markers, osteocalcin and obese-related metabolic hormone in the blood plasma. This exercise program by the exercise intensity 50%~80% HRmax of 60-80 minutes 3 times per week. Blood biochemical variables were analyzed before and after exercise training. The results can be summarized as follows: Metabolic syndrome such as WHR, BMI, body fat, T-C, TG, LDL-C and SBP showed a significant decrease and HDL-C showed a significant increase. Obesity-related metabolic hormone markers such as leptin showed a significant decrease but ghrelin and GH showed a significant increase. And Osteocalcin showed a non significant. From the above results it can be inferred that the nordic walking exercise improves metabolic syndrome markers, obesity-related hormone systems and promotes health on obese middle-age women.

        12주간 노르딕 워킹이 비만여성의 신체조성, 건강관련체력, 백혈구 및 면역글로불리에 미치는 영향

        This study is to investigate the effects of 12 week Nordic Walking exercise training on 18 obese middle-aged women of a BMI over 27(kg/m2). The focus was the changes in the health-related physical fitness components, white blood cell count and its subtypes, and immunoglobulins by the exercise of 60~80 minutes 3 times per week. The results can be summarized as follows: Obesity-related markers such as body-fat, weight, and BMI showed a significant decrease but LBM showed a significant increase. As markers of health-related physical fitness such as cardiorespiratory endurance in flexibility, muscular endurance, and muscle strength was significantly increased, so the immune features associated with white blood cell count, neutrophils, and lymphocytes, except mononuclear leukocyte, were significantly increased in proportion. IgG immunoglobulin showed a significant increase in relation to the antigen recognition and receptor; but IgA, IgM, or IgD immunoglobulin didn``t. From the above results it can be inferred that the Nordic Walking exercise improves indices of obesity, increases physical fitness, and promotes partially the body``s immune function.

        단전호흡수련이 남자중학생의 1000m 달리기수행에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to analyze the sports performance by applying Dan-jeon breathing training. Subjects were 32 junior high school students. They were randomly divided into four group-Dan-jeon breathing training group (A), Dan-jeon breathing and aerobic training group (B), aerobic training group(C), Reinforcement training group (D). Group A performed only Dan-jeon breathing training. Group B performed 30 minutes of Dan-jeon breathing training and aerobic training for the same time. Group C performed only aerobic training. Group D performed weight-lifting and stretching to build up their strength. Each group consisted of 8 subjects and performed 12 weeks of training session, 3 days a week and 60 minutes at a time. The conclusions were as follows; 1. There was significant difference between pre-test and post-test in the Dan-jeon breathing training group, Dan-jeon breathing and aerobic training group, aerobic training group except the Reinforcement training group. 2. There was no significant difference among the Dan-jeon breathing training group, Dan-jeon breathing and aerobic training group, aerobic training group. The results of this study indicate that Dan-jeon breathing showed significant effect on 1000m run performance in middle school man.

        트레드밀 운동부하검사에 의한 정상체중과 비만 여고생의 혈액성분 및 면역기능에 관한 비교분석

        The purpose of this study was to determine an analysis to compare on blood components and the immunity function in normal weight and obese high school girls. Twenty four subjects were divided into 2 groups : (a) normal group(BMI : 22∼24㎏/㎡) and (2) obese group(BMI : ≤27㎏/㎡). They were under the same exercise conditions to perform the treadmill stress test. The conclusion of this study follows as below : 1. Change of blood components The comparison between both groups at rest before the treadmill stress test showed that there was no significant difference in RBC, Hb, Hct, and PLT. The comparison between both group at recovery the treadmill stress test showed that RBC and PLT increased significantly in the normal group but all the components increased significantly in the obese group. 2. Changes of immune function The comparison between both groups at rest before and at recovery after the treadmill stress test showed that there was no significant difference in WBC and WBC differentiation. The comparison within both groups at rest before and ant recovery after the treadmill stress test showed that there was significant difference in WBC and was no significant difference of WBC differentiation in normal group. But neutrophil was significantly decreased and lymphocyte was significantly increased in obese group.

        송신국 파라미터를 이용한 ITU-R Rec. P.1546-3 전파예측 모델 시뮬레이터 설계

        국제전기통신연합(ITU)은 ITU-R을 통해 현재 많은 서비스가 이루어지고 있는 방송 및 통신 분야에서 다양한 전파 환경에 적용할 수 있는 각각의 예측 모델을 권고하고 있다. 각 전파예측모델은 예상되는 많은 채널환경의 차이를 보완하기 위한 절차를 통해 수정되며, 전파예측 판단을 위한 평가 기준으로 준비된다. 본 연구에서는 방송 환경에 적합한 점대 영역(Point-to-Area) 모델, ITU-R Rec. P.1546-3에서, 송신국 스펙이 고려되어 있지 않은 파라미터를 보충함으로써, 각 송신국에서의 요소를 고려한 실질적인 전파 예측 모델의 구현이 가능하도록 하였다. International Telecommunication Union(ITU), recommended a propagation prediction models that can be applied to a various propagation environments that many services have been established in the field of broadcasting and telecommunications using ITU-R. Each propagation prediction models are revised with the complement procedures of an expected difference of channel environment and prepared for a standard of a propagation prediction. In this research, it is possible to realized a practical propagation prediction in each transmitting station for a broadcasting environments of ITU-R Rec. P.1546-3 model, so called the point-to-area, using supplementary parameters of the transmitting station specification.

        체격과 체력 및 기능이 수영 50m Crawl 의 경기력 향상에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this research was to examine co-relations and co-effects among physique. physical fitness and skill for the improvement of 50-meter Crawl ,swimming performance. The analyzed subjects were of 82 male and female high school students in P city who either won pries in national swimming competitions or were highly-skilled sites having more than four-year career. The results by canonical correlation analysis of whale subjects. gender, and main event are as follows. 1. In terms of relative influence of physique. the most highly affecting variables were respectively right height (33.99%) among height(28.76%), upper limb length(22.22%) and weight(15.03%). 2, In terms of relative influence of physical fitness. the most highly affecting variables were respectively right hand grip strength(27.82%) among VO<sub>2max</sub>(ℓ·min-1)(27.07%). left hand grip strength(25.56%).VO<sub>2max</sub>(㎖·㎏·min-1)(13.53%). shoulder flexsion(3.76%)and shoulder extension(2.26%). 3. In terms of relative influence of skill the most highly affecting variables were respectively water flow velocity by stroke(51.77%) among record only by kick(39.0l%), water flow velocity by kick(4.96%) and record only by stroke(4.26%). 4. In terms of relative influence of whole subjects the most highly affecting variables were respectively stroke(18.67%) among kick(12.76%), sitting height(12.06%), hand grip(27.82%) among VO<sub>2max</sub>(ℓ·min-1)(27.07%), left hand grip(25.56%), VO<sub>2max</sub>(㎖·㎏-1·min-1)(13.53%), shoulder flexsion(3.76%) and shoulder extension (2.26%). height(10.21%). right hand grip strength(9.28%), left hand grip strength(8.58%). VO<sub>2max</sub> (ℓ·min-l) (7.89%), upper arm length(7.89%) and weight(5.34%).

      • 단전호흡수련이 골프퍼팅 수행 향상에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 골프퍼팅의 운동과 학습에 있어서 단전호흡수련이 과제수행에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위하여 골프퍼팅의 가변오차에 대한 습득단계와 파지단계의 수행결과를 분석하고자 하였다. 피험자는 부산시내 Y중학교 3학년으로 평균연령이 15.6세인 남학생 24명을 대상으로 하였다. 집단의 구성은 심상집단, 단전호흡수련집단, 통제집단의 세 집단으로 각각 8명씩 무선배치 하였다. 실험설계는 습득단계와 파지단계에 대해 집단과 분단을 독립변인으로 하는 반복측정에 의한 3×3(집단×분단)요인설계로 실시하였다. 통계적 유의수준은 α=.05로 설정하였으며, 집단간 유의한 차가 있을 경우에는 Tukey HSD를 이용하여 유의차를 판별하였다. 모든 자료의 통계처리는 SAS 통계 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1) 골프퍼팅의 가변오차에 대한 습득단계에서 심상집단, 단전호흡수련집단이 통제 집단과 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 2) 골프퍼팅의 가변오차에 대한 파지단계에서 심상집단, 단전호흡수련집단이 통제 집단과 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 3) 골프퍼팅의 가변오차에 대한 파지단계에서 심상집단, 단전호흡수련집단이 통제 집단과 분단간에 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 4) 골프퍼팅의 가변오차에 대한 습득단계, 파지단계 모두에서 상호작용효과는 없는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of different training condition on golf-putting performance. Subjects were 24 junior high school students in 9th grades who were randomly divided into Imagery group (8males), Dan-jeon breathing group(8males), Control group(8males). Data obtained from all subjects in three acquisition and retention trials blocks were analyzed. Analysis performed on the acquisition trials were a 3×3(condition×trial block) analysis of variance(ANOVA)with repeated measures on the second factor. The retention trials were analyzed in a 3×3(condition×trial block) trial block) analysis of variance(ANOVA)with repeated measures on the second factor. Dependent measures was variable error(VE). The conclusions were as follows: 1. The variable error in the acquisition phase and retention phase showed that imagery group and Dan-jeon breathing group performed significantly better than the control group. 2. The variable error for the trial block revealed that imagery group and Dan-jeon breathing group performed significantly better than the control group. 3. For the interaction effects, there was no significant difference among all the groups in the variable error during the phase. This study was to compare measurement on body composition of athlete(n=20) and non-athlete(n=20) in department of social physical education Ulsan college. The measurement instrument used bioimpedence analyze by Inbody 3.0 of Biospace Co. The method of statistics for data were analyzed by t-test. The conclusion of this study follows as below : 1. The protein, muscle and lean body mass in the athlete were shown significantly higher than the nonathlete(p<.001). 2. The body fat mass in the athlete were shown significantly lower than the nonathlete(p<.05). 3. The body water and mineral mass showed no significant difference.
