        인구 통계학적 특성에 따른 미용실의 부정적 루머에 의한 사회적 동조, 루머신뢰, 기업의 대응전략 시 신뢰도차이 분석

        The rapid development of the media can cause not only negative effects on the company but also financial loss and image damage as a medium for the rapid delivery of the corporate crisis to the public. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to identify differences in consumer confidence, rumor trust, and response strategies based on demographic characteristics of hair salons, and to provide basic data for future marketing strategies to prevent negative rumors in the beauty industry. This study used 265 copies for the final analysis. First, the demographic of those surveyed is married to college/graduation, many female employees in their 20s are more than 4 million won a month, and secondly, there are more than 7 years, 1 to 3 times a month, and thirdly, there are less than 50,000 to 100,000 won, and all the differences in your average monthly income. The reliability of the response strategies of other beauty companies was partly significant for gender and age only. Rumors no longer spread to large corporations or celebrities. The beauty industry is a highly dependent industry on human resources in that it provides intangible services and directly delivers services by beauty workers. In addition, it is natural for people to have different perspectives because each beauty salon has different prices and services. Therefore, beauty companies should try to be honest and reliable with each customer and when providing beauty services.

        한국 헤어 디자이너의 사회적(社會的) 지위(地位)에 관한 연구

        The hair designing field has made a remarkable progress quantitatively and in quality, however, the social recognition of the field is not as welcoming which is why people hesitate choosing jobs in this field beforehand. Therefore, this study is about how the public think about the hair designers, how high the social level of hair designers is, what skills or power they would have and how people think of their economical standards. In order to establish the actual condition of hair designers of our country we handed out surveys. I hope this research actually helps specialization and skills of our designers, higher the cognition of hair designers in the society and helps elevate the decibel level of our designers.

        자연의 유기적 형태와 기하학적 형태를 응용한 헤어디자인 연구

        디자인 창작 과정에서 중요한 모티브는 시대와 환경의 변화에 따라 많은 변화를 가져와 디자인을 발전시켰으며 그 원천은 자연에서 찾을 수 있다. 자연은 우리에게 무한한 영감을 주는 아이디어 창고로 자연의 유기적 형태와 기하학적 형태 구성은 디자인 원리, 방법. 기술 등을 제공하고 있다. 최근 급격하게 발전되고 있는 헤어디자인분야는 다양해지고 개성화되어지는 고객의 욕구를 충족시키기 위해 독창적이고 체계적인 디자인 발전이 필요한 시점이다. 이에 창의적 디자인 발전에 모태가 되는 자연의 유기적 형태와 기하학적 형태에서 모티브를 얻어 펌 디자인 작품을 제작해 봄으로써, 다양한 형태 도출을 시도해 보는데 목적이 있다. 연구방법으로 여러 단행본과 선행 논문을 통해 헤어디자인 형태에 대한 이론적 고찰을 하고. 디자인의 형태 연구에 중요한 모티브가 되고 있는 자연의 유기적 형태와 기학학적 형태 개념을 이해한 후, 이를 바탕으로 펌 디자인 형태도출에 응용하고자 했다. 연구 결과 첫째, 질서 정연한 원칙에 따른 리듬을 보여주고, 조화와 균형의 좋은 예를 보여주는 자연의 유기적 형태 구조에서 일정한 비례 체계를 보여 주는 앵무조개 성장 패턴과 딱지조개 껍데기, 솔부엉이의 대칭 구조를 펌 패턴으로 응용하여 작품 1, 2, 3,를 완성 하였으며 인간이 질서를 창조한 기하학적 형태의 원과, 1/2 연결 원, 다이아몬드 형태를 응용하여 작품 4, 5, 6,을 완성하여 총 여섯 작품의 펌 디자인을 완성 할 수 있었다. 둘째, 고객의 다양한 욕구를 만족시키기 위해 자연은 창의적 디자인을 위한 중요한 모티브를 제공하여 준다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구과정을 통해 자연은 헤어디자인의 끊임없는 소재가 될 수 있으므로 앞으로 헤어 디자이너들은 사물을 보고, 관찰하고, 분석하고, 사고하는 능력을 길러 창의적 디자인 발전을 위한 끊임없는 연구가 있어야 할 것으로 사료된다. The critical motif in the process of the design has developed designs by bring on a lot of changes depending upon changing times and environment and its resources can be found from the nature. As the nature has been the warehouse of ideas giving us unlimited inspiration, the organic shape and geometrical shape composition of the nature is offering design principles, method and technology. It comes the time when the hair design field that is rapidly growing recently needs original, systematic design development in order to fulfill customer`s desire that diversifies and individualizes. Accordingly, the purpose of the study lies with the trial of making out various shapes by producing permanent design works, having got a motif from the organic and geometrical shape of the nature that is the matrix for creative design development. Study came first for theory of hair design with many books and papers and understanding carried out on organized and geometrical form of nature which has become an important motif of researching design form. Based on them I pondered to make a new perm design form. The result of the study showed the followings. Firstly, in application of the nautilus growth pattern and the symmetrical structure of clam shell and brown hawk-owl that shape regular proportion system in the organic shape structure of the nature, which shows the rhythm by the orderly principle and the good instance of harmony and balance, the works 1, 2 and 3 were complete. In application of the symmetrical circle that the human created the order, 1/2 connecting circle and diamond shape, the works 4, 5 and 6 were complete; the 6 perm designs in total could have been complete. Secondly, we could learn that the nature offeredcritical motives for creative designs in order to fulfill various desires of the customers. As the study suggests that the organic and symmetrical shape of the nature can be an incessant material for new hair design ideas, it is believed that hair designers would have to make ceaseless studies for development of creative design development by bringing up the ability to watch, observe and analyze things and think.

        버섯의 조형적 이미지를 형상화한 헤어 디자인 연구

        This study has purpose to show applying formative image form of mushroom in perm design and presenting expression skill of perm design which satisfies psychological desire of human who pursue natural beauty. Hair design is one of important factor of total fashions. The factors of hair design are form, texture, color. Form of mushroom is focused on form, texture, color. The conclusion which gain through theoretical consideration and making work of this study is first of all, nature provide infinite motive in area of hair design, second of all, possibility of modern recreation is discovered through analysis of mushroom form, finally, infinite possibility of development of hair design is discovered.

        미용실의 서비스 스케이프가 고객반응 및 고객만족도에 미치는 영향

        Service is not shown in the form like physical product or structure, but consumed as soon as it is produced. As service is shown in the form like convenience, timeliness, pleasure, comfortability, and healthiness, it could be defined as all the economic activities providing the added-value. Because the beauty service business also provides the added-value, it means the physical environment, instead of meaning the internal/external design facilities of service. In the physical and spatial aspect of environment surrounding consumers, customers' perception is influenced through humans' sensory organs. Regarding the emotional expression, positive behaviors are expressed even for customers' many demands. The friendliness from inner side could be a factor having effects on the customer satisfaction and maintenance of continuous relationships. Recently, there have been active researches on emotions felt by consumers, and the influence of these roles is great by consumers. Thus, this study conducted the empirical analysis on total 400 questionnaires targeting male and female ordinary people using beauty shops in Seoul. For the collected data, the frequency analysis, multiple regression analysis, reliability analysis, and factor analysis were performed. First, the servicescape was shown as factors like internal environment, dress, and communication. In the results of examining the level of customers' emotional response and customer satisfaction, two factors like customer dissatisfaction and customer satisfaction were drawn through three factors like internal environment, dress, and communication. Second, in the results of understanding the effects of servicescape on the customer response, the factors had different effects on the response to customer dissatisfaction and customer satisfaction. Third, in the results of understanding the effects of servicescape on the customer satisfaction, the factors like internal environment, dress, and communication had the same effects on the customers' WOM intention and satisfaction. The objective of this study is to seek for measures of better service and also to secure customer response and customer satisfaction by servicescape, by understanding the influence relationships between servicescape, customer response, and customer satisfaction of beauty shop.

        미용종사자의 SNS이용목적이 SNS이용만족에 미치는 영향

        Lately, SNS, as known as Social Network Service, is becoming one of the biggest social issues. Many marketing methods are in progress, by using it. It is true that many workers in that field have many interests with SNS, however, they also think researches connected with that are not enough for their demands. So, in this research, we are going to find out the present state of using SNS for workers in that field and the interrelation with utility satisfaction and a result of it. We expect that those things will be basic materials for the beauty service industry. For this, we have analyzed total 389 workers in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do suburbs through a preliminary examination and primary examination using a frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and multiple regression analysis. We have discovered the using SNS condition of them, the purpose of it, the utility of it, the utilizability of it in this research. SNS using purpose, utilizability and uitility can affect each other. So far, it shows that many workers in the field use SNS frequently, however, they don't reach the SNS utility related with the beauty service that much. The research has shown their great potential intention of utility in the future, so we can expect that the possibility of development will be high. Marketing using SNS service can make potential on-line customers lead to the off-line beauty shop. We can also give a feedback to them about their opinions immediately and make emotional bond with them. It means we can get an effect of cost-reduction initiatives by using marketing methods against the cost. We are lack of research materials related with SNS service so far, and network based service, like IT business, is in the middle of radical change. So we need to study on this more.

        아르누보 양식이 헤어 디자인에 미친 영향

        Many graduate-to-be use the word “hair art” instead of “hair design” in the title of their work at recent graduation exhibitions or festivals. Among them, lots of cases focus on art nouveu style. This study research art nouveu in hair designs by DBAE(Discipline Based Art Education) way and apply the result to a students' cases hoping development for practical hair design can be changed as a fine hair art. DBAE, one of the art education method for better understanding fine art, regards fine art as four division; art production, art history, aesthetics, art criticism. These parts are also very close to each other, but art history study should walk ahead of art production. Study examine the origin, definition and features of art nouveu and some works made by famous masters. The outcomes help understanding features, characters and symbols of students’ pieces. Hair design can approach to fine art by the art production based on art history research and repetition of studying aesthetics and making critical art comments.

        미용실 관리자의 커뮤니케이션 코칭과 조직구성원의 조직몰입이 직무만족과 업무성과에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this research is to suggest the direction of coaching education for manager by investigating how communication coaching of beauty shop manager and organizational commitment of organization member influence on job satisfaction and work performance and checking the level of communication coaching that organization members put emphasis by that. And its results are as the followings. First, as the results of investigating the level of communication coaching, organizational commitment, job satisfaction and work satisfaction, communication coaching was drawn as three factors such as relation, feedback, listening closely, organizational commitment was done as three factors such as aggressive engagement, emotional engagement, moral engagement, job satisfaction was done as two factors such as working environment, job satisfaction and work performance was done as single level. Second, as the results of the influence of communication coaching of beauty shop managers on job satisfaction and work performance of organization members, it appeared that working environment, work satisfaction and work performance rise as the factor of communication coaching factor rises. Third, as the results of the influence of organizational engagement of organizational commitment of organization member on job satisfaction and work performance, it appeared that working environment, work satisfaction, work performance rise as organizational commitment rises and work performance rises as job satisfaction rises. As the final conclusion, it is considered the plan that makes the organization members be satisfied with their works and improves their performances by increasing the engagement of its members through specific research of coaching activities of mangers.

        연구논문 : 미용실의 불평행동요인이 불평처리 후 만족도와 사후행동에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to help the management of beauty salons by analyzing the influences of customers` perception on the complaint handling of salons on their satisfaction and the intention of revisit. The subjects of the study were male and female customers who use salon services in Seoul and Gangwon area. Two hundred and twenty copies of questionnaires were distributed and out of them 200 copies were collected. they were analyzed using SPSS 16.0 via frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis and multiple regression analysis. First, the complaints were classified as complaints against staff, service, hair dressing, interior environments, hygiene and accessibility. Second, regarding the influence of complaint processing on the satisfaction, when they had complaints against staff and service, the satisfaction after the complaint processing was low. Third, the influence of complaint factors on the intention of revisit and positive verbal advertisement was identified. It was found that when they had complaints against staff and service, the intention of revisit was low. Fourth, in the influence of the satisfaction after the complaint processing on the intention of revisit and positive verbal advertisement, it was found that the intention of revisit and positive verbal advertisement increased when they were satisfied with their complaint processing. From this study, it was found that if customer complaint service worker did his or her best, the credibility and the satisfaction for the salon increased, made positive influence on the revisit to the salon and would play important role in the development of the salon. It is hoped that diverse studies will be made with the increased interest in customer complaint process as well as in salon service satisfaction level.
