        운동이 당뇨쥐 골격근의 GLUT-4 mRNA 발현 및 혈중 염증성 사이토카인에 미치는 영향

        This study was to determine the effects of treadmill exercise on inflammatory response makers and GLUT-4mRNA expression of sleletal muscle in diabetic rats. OLETF rats(n=30) were randomly divided into diabetic control groups(DM+C, n=10) and diabetic ecercise groups(Low/High-intensity, each 10). The rats in the exercise groups ran on a treadmill for 60 min/day, 3 times a week, over the course of 8 weeks. At the end of experiment, blood samples were taken and the concentrations of plasma glucose, insulin, IL-6, TNF-α were determined. Eight weeks of treadmill exercise significantly decreased(p<.05) serum levels of IL-6, TNF-α and HOMA-IR in diabetic exercise rats when compared with DMC, while GLUT-4mRNA expression were significantly increased. In conclusion, treadmill exercise can reduce the serum levels of inflammatory factors in diabetic rat, and increase GLUT-4mRNA expression.

        태권도 선수의 수준별 체격, 체력 및 유,무산소성 능력의 비교

        본 연구는 태권도 선수들을 우수선수와 비우수선수로 구분하여, 각 집단별 체격, 기초체력, 그리고 유·무산소성 능력을 비교 분석하고 체격 및 체력 변인들이 경기력에 미치는 영향력 있는 요인을 규명하고자 하였다. 조사 대상자는 태권도 선수 중 우수선수(전국대회 3위 이내 입상 자) 8명, 비우수선수(전국대회 입상 경력이 없는 자) 8명을 대상으로 조사하였다. 자료분석은 집단별 변인들의 특성을 분석하기 위해 t-test를 실시하였으며, 각 변인들이 경기력에 미치는 영향력을 알아보기 위하여 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 통계적 유의수준은 α=.05로 하였으며, 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 우수선수와 비우수선수 간에 체격변인, 기초체력, 유산소성 능력 변인들은 유의한 차이가 없었다. 둘째, 무산소성능력은 최대파워와 피로지수에서 우수선수와 비우수선수 간에 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 체격과 체력 변인들과 경기력과의 상관관계에서는 모두 높은 상관력이 있었다. 본 연구에서 얻은 결과를 토대로 하여 태권도선수가 보완해야 할 체력요소를 트레이닝 프로그램에 포함시켜 모형화한다면 선수들의 훈련계획 및 운동처방에 활용될 수 있는 유용한 준거자료로 이용될 수 있을 것이다. The purpose of this study was to comparison of body composition, physical fitness, aerobic and anaerobic fitness according to competition level in adult taekwondo players. Selected data were dealt with SPSS 13.0 for windows. To analyse the data multiple regression and t-test were used. The results of the present study would provide meaningful information on which components of physical fitness they have improve to be a high competition level player and what makes difference between adult players. Two groups of subjects such as high competition level adult players(n=8) and low competition level adult players(n=8) were volunteered to participate in the study. It was concluded that there were the high competition level players showed superior muscle power and body composition than low competition level players.

        카누선수의 암에르고미터 운동시 혈중 젖산, LDH와 CPK 활성변화

        The purpose of this study comprised the difference on the changes of CPK and LDH activities in serum and the changes of lactate concentration in blood during arm ergometer exercise between Canoeists and Non-athletes. The subjects were 5 male middle school student(non-athletes) and 5 male middle school student(non-athletes) and 5 male middle school Canoeists(athletes). Exercise protocol were incremental maximal exercise and blood sample were collected preexercise, post exercise(all out), and recovery phase 30 minute. The obtained results are as follows: 1. Maximal oxygen uptake(peakVO_2) were significant differences between Canoeists and Non-athletes(P<.05). Maximal oxygen uptake(peakVO_2) in Canoeists were significantly higher than Non-athletes(63.74±7.62 vs 57.23±8.29ml/kg/min, respectively). 2. The blood lactate concentration were significant differences between Canoeists and Non-athletes. and There were significant change in two groups according to time period and There were significant differences in interaction of between group and time period {[F_(1.7) = 10.578, P =.014], [F_(2.14) = 42.536, P = .000],[F_(2. 14) =54.171, P =.000], respectively}. There were significantly increased after exercise as compared with pre-exercise Canoeists and Non-athletes and then decreased in the recovery phase. The results of LSD test, lactate concentration in pre-exercise was no significant differences. But lactate concentration in Canoeists were highly increased than Non-athletes after maximal exercise, and then were rapidly decreased than Non-athletes in the recovery phase. 3. The activities of CPK were significant differences between Canoeists and Non-athletes. and there were significant change in two groups according to time period. There were significant differences in interaction of between group and time period{[F_(1. 7) = 8.079, P = .0222], [F_(2. 14) = 48.289, P = .001], [F_(2. 14) = 1.550, P = .247], respectively}. There were significantly increased after exercise as compared with pre-exercise in Canoeists and Non-athletes and then decreased in the recovery phase. The results of LSD test, CPK activities in pre-exercise of Canoeists were significantly higher than Non-athletes. and were highly increased than Non-athletes after maximal exercise, and then were rapidly decreased than Non-athletes in the recovery phase.

        퍼스널트레이닝 지도자의 완벽주의 성향이 직무열의에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 2019년 11월 15일부터 12월 27일까지 서울시 K구와 S구를 소재로 한 피트니스센터 15곳과 퍼스널 트레이닝센터 20곳에 근무하고 있는 퍼스널 트레이닝 지도자 256명(남성 163명, 여성 93명)을 연구의 대상으로 선정하여 설문지 배포 후 회수하여 연구의 목적에 맞게 통계 분석하여 다음과 같은 결론을 도출 하였다. 첫째, 완벽주의 성향과 직무열의는 상관관계가 있다. 둘째, 완벽주의 성향은 직무열의에 영향을 미친다. 이러한 결과는 완벽주의 성향은 직무를 수행하는데 있어 심리적인 영향을 조절하고 통제하는데 많은 영향을 주고 있는 것으로 판단되며, 자신에 대한 완벽주의 성향은 스스로의 내적 기준에 의하여 행하여 질 때 타인으로 인해 강압이나 기대에 대해 응하는 것인지를 인지하고 완벽주의에 대한 기준치를 결정해야 할 것이다. 현재 완벽주의 성향과 직무열의에 대한 실증분석만을 시행하였으나 향후 연구에서는 완벽주의 성향이 개인의 성격특성임을 고려하여 특성 활성화 이론에 따른 완벽주의 성향과 직무열의에 대한 관계에서 주변인과 주의환경에 따른 요소들이 영향을 줄 수 있는 가능성이 있으므로 다각적인 차원에서의 완벽주의 성향과 직무열의에 대한 관계를 검증할 필요가 있다. 또한 완벽주의 성향과 직무열의에 대한 관계에서 주변인과 주의환경에 따른 요소들이 영향을 줄 수 있는 가능성이 있으므로 다각적인 차원에서의 완벽주의 성향과 직무열의에 대한 관계를 검증하는 것은 물론 종속변인으로 직무소진, 직무이직 등의 변인들과 같이 직무열의의 매개효과에 대한 관계를 검증할 필요가 있다고 판단된다. For this study, 256 personal trainers (163 males and 93 femeals) who work in 15 fitness centers and 20 personal training cetners located in K and S districts of Seoul were selected as the subjects. From November 15 to December 27, 2019, the subjects were asked to fill out a questionnaire, later statistically analyzed according to the purpose of the study, and the results are as follows. First, perfectionism and job engagement are co-related. Second, perfectionism influences job engagement. These results indicate that perfectionist tendencies have a significant impact on controlling and controlling psychological effects in performing their duties, and that perfectionist tendencies toward themselves will have to be aware of whether they respond to coercion or expectations by others when they are conducted on their own internal standards and will have to determine the criteria for perfectionism. This study conducted only an empirical analysis of perfectionism and job engagement, but, considering perfectionism is an individual personality trait, there is a possibility based on the trait activation theory that factors related to people around them and their surroundings could have potential impacts on the correlation between perfection and job engagement. Thus, it is necessary to examine the relationship between perfectionism and job engagement at various levels in future research. Also, since the results did not provide comprehensive information on variables as it was a quantitative research, it is necessary to verify the variables with in-depth interviews through quantitative and qualitative research in the future.

        포름알데히드 노출 후 Treadmill 운동이 F344 흰쥐 해마 치상회에서 신경세포 사멸 및 생성과 기억력에 미치는 영향

        The hippocampal formation is a complex region of the brain related to memory and learning. In the present study, the effect of treadmill exercise on the level of apoptosis and cell proliferation in the hippocampal dentate gyrus and short-term memory following exposure of rats to formaldehyde (FA) in F344 rats was investigated. The male F344 rats were exposed throughout a 8-week period to concentrations of FA: NCG (normal control group), NEG (normal exercise group), FACG (formaldehyde control group, 12 ppm), FAEG (formaldehyde exercise group, 12 ppm). This was done by placing them for 1 h/day and 5 days per week in a glass chamber containing FA vapor. The treadmill exercise group were made to run on a treadmill for 30 min once a day for 8 weeks. Apoptotic neuronal cell death in the hippocampal dentrate gyrus was measured by terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase-mediated dUTP nick end labeling (TUNEL) immunohistochemistry, and cell proliferation was detected by 5-bromo-2'-deoxyuridine (BrdU) immunohistochemistry. And retention time was measured by passive avoidance test after 8 weeks. It was shown that apoptosis in the hippocampal dentate gyrus were significantly decreased following FAEG after 8 weeks. Cell proliferation in the hippocampal dentate gyrus were significantly increased following FAEG after 8 weeks. Furthermore, the treadmill exercise for 8 weeks increased retention time in passive avoidance task, suggesting alleviation of formaldehyde-induced short-term memory impairment. The present results suggest that treadmill exercise may protect neurons trom apoptotic neuronal cell death and aids in recovery from the central nervous system sequelae following the formaldehyde exposure.

        운동강도의 차이가 Sprague-Dawley 계 흰쥐 심장조직의 지질과산화와 항산화 체계에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was carried to investigate the effects of comparative exercise intensity on lipid peroxidation and antioxidant enzyme activities of heart in rats. Thirty male Sprague-Dawley rats(5 weeks old) were randomly assigned into three groups: the control group, the high intensity exercise group, the low intensity exercise group. 10 rats were trained by high intensity exercise and 10 rats were trained in low intensity exercise for 8 weeks, but 10 rats were not exercised at all. High intensity exercise animals were trained 5 days per weeks, for 8 weeks, running to gradual exercise by increased times and speeds in rat treadmill. Low intensity exercise animals were trained 5 days per weeks, for 8 weeks, running for 10 min at 20m/minute, 0% grade. Following 8 weeks the rats were analyzed the changes of SOD (superoxide dismutase) activity, CAT(catalase) activity, MDA(malon dialdehyde) concentration. Statistical techniques for data analysis were two way repeated measure ANOVA to determine the differences among the groups. The 5% level of significance was used as the critical level for acceptance of hypotheses for the study. The analysis of data revealed the following findings. 1. There weren`t any significant in the MDA among three groups following 8 weeks training, but reversely lower high intensity exercise groups. 2. In the SOD, there weren`t any significant differences among three groups following 8 weeks training, but significantly higher in low intensity exercise groups. 3. In the CAT, there weren`t any significant differences among three groups following 8 weeks training, but higher in all groups As result of this conclusion, the present study shows that the change of MDA, SOD, CAT have resulted variable responses in heart tissue after 8 weeks trained by exercise intensity.
