In the past, most brands tend to create intangible value. In the other hand, currently, a brand value evaluated by financial market is higher than the value by actual consumers who buy the brand. In this kind of brand bubble, in order to differentiate from the other brands and to establish its identity, it requires different perspective from previous one and a distinctive strategy. Since present consumers consider an interaction with brand and an experience with it, a recessed offline market due to the rise of an online market has recently become important. As a result of brand analysis which is popular continuously, their offline retail stores are not only a fruit of marketing department strategy, but also a remarkable outcome of company's vision and ideal of executive. Therefore, to enhance the brand equity, companies and executives need to figure out accurate consumer's characteristics and examine them. Afterwards, it requires the establishment of specific retail store image which reflects brand idea.
