턱관절균형의학의 진화론 및 승강론적 해석

In order to propose a fundamental and appliable theories for balancing therapy of temporomandibular joint (TMBT), evolutionary proofs and up-down theories in evolutionary biology and Korean medicine were investigated. Balancing therapy of temporomandibular joint treats disorder and diseases of the whole body through straightening of the abnormal linking between temporomandibular joint and axis. Although the mechanism of this therapy contains many merits like multicellular integrity and coadjustment, ease of balance and alert forward mobility by the bipedal stepping and evolution to Homo sapiens, increasing disadvantages of balancing pressure of right and left in the lengthened perpendicular axis and the balancing load of temporomandibular joint and axis following the reactional change of dental occlusion are deeply related and considered in this therapy. As for up-down theory, crossing of heavenly qi and earth qi centering on cervical joint is presented as the first mechanism for TMBT, and the other ones like in-out and up-down qi activity of tripple energizer, up-down of essence-qi-spirit in the three backbone barrier and three cinnabar field, up-down of yin-yang-water-fire of viscera and bowels can be related too.

턱관절균형의학에서 편차발생현상의 신경과학 및 재료역학적 해석과 일반화

Objectives: For the deviation phenomenon occurring during the treatment process in temporo-mandibular balancing medicine (TBM), hypotheses were established regarding the cause and mechanism of formation from the perspective of neuro-science and material mechanics, and a verification method was proposed. Methods: The deviation phenomenon was theoretically analyzed based on the structure theories of material mechanics of the joint and the neurological pain mechanism. Results: Deviation occurs due to temporary yield by the accumulation of heterogeneous stress in the temporo-mandibular joint and the affected joint. Because the joint structures are corresponding with material mechanics showing compressive and tensile properties. The size of the deviation is expressed in terms of strain. The occlusal surface of the teeth is level with the axial joint. Since the magnitude of the deviation has a proportional relationship with the degree of abnormality of the temporo-mandibular joint, the magnitude of the deviation calculated by the balance measurement can be replaced by the strain. The major variables involved in the occurrence of deviations are the strength of joint structures and neurological conditions. Therefore plastic deformation and adaptation occur as a long-term depression of neural circuits is strengthened in different ways at different locations each time in various clinical situations. This is the reason why the sequence of the restoration process while correcting deviations is following reverse order of the accumulation in many layers in the muscular nervous system. Conclusions: From the above results, it can be inferred that the occurrence and correction of the deviations are corresponding with the plastic deformation and neuro-plasticity.

This study is carried out to investigate the concepts of Stay Practice Meet Manage come out of <Meditative Essay Synopsis of Confucianism I stay> and to compare with Stay Practice Perceive Manage come out of <Meditative Essay Synopsis of Confucianism Business & Things>. Through this study, several important views and understandings could be proposed as follows. 1. Stay means stay at home with Doing homeworks or any other concrete things in his best and most righteous way as possible. And there's needed virtue of diligence. 2. Practice means do good one's behavior or don't violate etiquette. And there's needed virtue of ability. 3. Meet means meet with a lot of people and put them to rights or encourage them in their goodness in the course of acquaintance. And there's needed virtue of wisdom. 4. Manage means manage business or affairs changing from time to time, that is, decide and solve the complicated affair timely. And there's needed virtue of sincerity. 5. Perceive is substituted to meet simply. The reason why mind is substituted to people. 6. The abstract and philosophical conception of Mind Body Business Things can have vivid and practical meanings by intervention of intermediary being, People Ego Heaven Earth. As for Dongmoo, 4 items of Stay Practice Meet Manage are the aims and methods to accomplish the Confucian's utopia tilled with righteousness. 1. 연구목적 <격치고(格致藁)>를 이해하기 위해서는 심신사물(心身事物)을 이해해야 하는데 이 사원(四元)의 일차적인 속성(屬性)을 규정하는 것이 지행각결(止行覺決)이다. 아지장(我止章)의 전면적인 해석을 통하여 사물장(事物章)의 지행각결(止行覺決)과 아지장(我止章)의 지행우결(止行遇決)을 비교분석하면서 함의를 밝히고 그 동이(同異)에 관해 연구하고자 한다. 2. 연구방법 사물장(事物章)의 3조문과 아지장(我止章) 전체를 번역하고 고찰에서 문자적인 해설을 첨부한 다음 이를 바탕으로 분석하였다. 3. 고찰 및 결론 지(止)는 처해 있는 환경이나 여건 속에서 가장 합당하고 이상적인 방법으로 지선(至善)하게 처신(處身)하는 것이며 이 때에 요구되는 덕목(德目)이 근(勤)이다. 행(行)은 인륜간(人倫問)의 활동에서 항상 모든 행실(行實)을 바로 하는 것이며 이 때 요구되는 덕목(德目)이 능(能)이다. 과(遇)는 세회(世會)의 영역(領域)에서 많은 사람들과 교류(交流)하면서 양선거악(揚善去惡)하며 교화수칙(敎化修飭)에 노력하는 것이고 이 때 요구되는 덕목(德目)이 혜(慧)이다. 결(決)은 천시(天時)에 응하여 때를 놓치지 않고 일을 결단(決斷)하여 처리함으로써 사업을 완수하는 것이며 이 때 요구되는 덕목이 성(誠)이다. 또한 지행우결(止行遇決)과 지행각결(止行覺決)은 주어(主語)가 심(心)에서 인(人)으로 바뀌면서 그에 따라 서술어도 각(覺)에서 우(遇)로 바뀐 것으로 이해할 수 있으며 기본적인 의미맥락은 같다. 나아가 동무(東武)에게 있어 진정한 지행우(止行遇)(각(覺))결(決)의 실천은 선(善)으로 충만한 세계인 맹자도덕적(孟子道德的) 이상세계(理想世界)를 성취할 수 있는 중요한 실천방법이자 목표로써 설정되고 있다.

In order to understand Changeologically on the meaning of FCST's TMJ (temporo-mandibular joint) treatment procedure, Yi, Shike, Bi, Gen trigrams concerning the jaw and change by treatment were analyzed from the viewpoint of semiotic context of hexagon and holistic interpretation on disease. Yi is meant by jaw but actually indicates mouth made by maxilla and mandible, and it's characters are related with nourishing by aliment and words. But when we eat and speak in the daily life, jaw does not nourish properly it's own body by bad habit or postures. For the treatment of this ill state, there needs punishment and correction symbolized with Shike. Shike has fourth nine meaning obstacles between the two strong lines in the upper and lower end, and so it has the function of mastication and get rid of the fourth nine metaphorically indicating subluxation of axis using CBA and auxiliary measures of four movement or laughing methods. Bi expresses the achievement and effects of consecutive mastication process implicating normalized manifestation of jaw and its linked spinal function. Gen symbolizes removing selfish motive or partiality in advance and reaches the best state of the saint righteously self-nourishable human being.

This paper is written for foundation of standard <Shanghan Lun> text to research febrile disease referring from <Jin-gui-yu-han-jing>, Kang-ping-ben, Tang-ben, Song-ben and supplementarily Gui-lin-gu-ben. Through the comparative and analytical investigation of 30 articles of ${\ulcorner}$Taiyang bing Volume 1${\lrcorner}$, 22 articles were newly compiled after getting rid of doubtful sentences or putting together. Also, one article, "wind damage of Tai-yang give rise to fever and chilling", was added from Tang-ben. And many articles were unchanged or in some case, collected together with relevant articles to make sense more.
