        스포츠센터의 조직공정성, 조직신뢰, 조직냉소주의 및 조직시민행동의 관계

        이 연구는 스포츠센터 종사자들이 인식하는 조직공정성과 조직시민행동의 관계를 조직신뢰와 조직냉소주의의 경쟁적 매개모형을 통해 보다 포괄적이며 정교하게 규명해 보는데 그 목적이 있다. 그리고 이를 통해 스포츠센터의 효과적인 인적자원관리를 위한 시사점을 도출하고자 한다. 이를 위해 서울시에 소재한 시청 및 구청생활체육센터와 사설 대형 스포츠센터 및 호텔 스포츠센터의 종사자들을 대상으로 설문조사하였다. 이 연구의 가설검증을 위한 자료분석방법으로는 구조방정식모형을 사용하였다. 분석 결과, 첫째, 스포츠센터 종사자들이 인식하는 조직공정성 중 상호작용공정성은 조직시민행동에 정적(+)으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 스포츠센터 종사자들이 인식하는 조직공정성 중 분배공정성과 상호작용공정성이 조직신뢰에 정적(+)으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 스포츠센터 종사자들이 인식하는 조직공정성 중 분배공정성과 상호작용공정성이 조직냉소주의에 부적(-)으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 스포츠센터 종사자들이 인식하는 조직신뢰가 조직시민행동에 정적(+)으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 스포츠센터 종사자들이 인식하는 조직냉소주의가 조직시민행동에 부적(-)으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 여섯째, 스포츠센터의 종사자들이 인식하는 조직공정성(분배공정성, 상호작용공정성)과 조직시민행동의 관계에서 조직신뢰는 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 일곱째, 스포츠센터의 종사자들이 인식하는 조직공정성(상호작용공정성)과 조직시민행동의 관계에서 조직냉소주의는 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 종합해 보면, 경쟁적 매개모형을 통해 분석했을 때, 조직신뢰의 경우 분배공정성 및 상호작용공정성과 조직시민행동의 관계에서 매개하는 것으로 나타났고, 조직냉소주의의 경우 상호작용공정성과 조직시민행동의 관계에서 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. This study attempted to analyze the relationship among organizational justice, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), organizational trust and organizational cynicism on employees of sports facilities. For the objective of this study, a survey was conducted to employees who work for the hotel sports centers and large private sports centers. Data from 342 employees were used for examining the study model by structural equation model. The results of this study were as follows. Frist, the analysis had positive effects of interactional justice on OCB. Second, perceived distributive justice and interactional justice had positive effects on organizational trust. Third, perceived distributive justice and interactional justice had negative effects on organizational cynicism. Fourth, organizational trust had positive effect on OCB. Fifth, organizational cynicism had negative effect on OCB. Sixth, organizational trust had mediation effects between distributive justice & interactional justice and OCB. Seventh, organizational cynicism had mediation effects between interactional justice and OCB. This study discussed theoretical and practical implications with directions for future studies.

        학생선수의 핵심역량관리를 위한 과학적 학업 및 훈련 ICT 시스템 구축 전략

        그동안 한국은 엘리트 운동선수 중심으로 양적, 질적 성장을 이루었다. 이러한 성장을 이룰 수 있었던 이유는 오직 승리만을 강조하고, 상명하복의 위계적 문화 속에서 훈련을 강요받는 풍토가 학교운동부안에 있었기 때문이다. 이러한 잘못된 학교운동부 문화를 개선하기 위해 그동안 많은 시도가 있었다. 그 가운데 본 연구에서는 ICT를 활용한 학업 및 훈련 관리를 통해 학생선수의 핵심역량을 관리할 방법을 찾아보고, 이를 통해 앞으로 학교운동부가 나가야 할 방향성에 대해서 학술적, 실무적 시사점을 제시하고자 한다. In the meantime, Korea sports has achieved quantitative and qualitative growth centered on elite athletes. In the background, there is a wrong atmosphere of the school sports team, which emphasized only victory for student-athletes and forced to train in hierarchical culture. Therefor various solutions have been proposed for school sports team. Among them, the purpose of this study was to find a way to manage the core competencies of student-athletes through academic and training management using ICT, and by doing this, to present academic and practical implications for the school sports team should be taken for the future.

        생활무용 참가자들이 지각하는 지도자의 리더십유형과 신뢰 그리고 학습태도의 구조적관계

        This study attempted to analyze the relationship among leadership type, trust in leader and learning attitude. For the objective of this study, a survey was conducted to participants who learned at health and social service organizations or private institute. To analyze data, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis , correlation analysis, structural equation model and Sobel test were used. The results of this study were as follows. First, the analysis had positive effects of transactional leadership on learning attitude. Seconds, the analysis had positive effects of transformational leadership and contingent rewards of transactional leadership on trust in leader. Thirds, the analysis had positive effects of trust in leader on learning attitude. Fourth, trust in leader had mediation effects between transformational leadership and learning attitude. And trust in leader had mediation effects between contingent rewards and learning attitude.

        스포츠센터 종사자의 조직공정성이 조직냉소주의 및 직무만족에 미치는 영향

        This study is to provide basic data that helps strategic management of human resource through test of a mediator effect among organizational justice, organizational cynicism and job satisfaction of sports facilities employees. A total of 342 questionnaire sheets were used for this study. To analyze data, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis and regression analysis were used. The analysis was as follows: First, this study showed negative effects of distributive justice and interactional justice factors on organizational cynicism. At second, distributive justice, procedural justice and interactional justice resulted in positive effects to job satisfaction. At third, organizational cynicism resulted in negative effects to job satisfaction.

        상업스포츠센터 조직구성원의 임파워먼트와 조직냉소주의 및 고객지향성의 관계

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship among organizational cynicism, customer orientation and empowerment recognized by the sports center employees. To achieve this objective, survey was done to those employees who work for the hotel sports center, large private fitness club, and citizen’s sports center in seoul and a total of 401 questionnaire were used. To analyze data, exploratory factor analysis and reliability analysis were executed by using SPSS 16.0. Also, confirmatory factor analysis was conducted using Amos 16.0 and to test a mediating effect, Baron & Kenny’s(1986) procedure was used. For the verification of model suitability and of research hypotheses, path analysis was made. The result of this study was as follows. Frist, this study showed positive effects of competence, self-determination, role performing ability factors on customer orientation regarding the relationship between sports center employees’ empowerment and customer orientation. Second, competence, self-determination, role performing ability of sports center employees’ empowerment resulted in negative effects to organizational cynicism. Third, sports center employees’ organizational cynicism and customer orientation had negative effects. Conclusively, organizational cynicism seemed to have partial mediation effects only between sports center employees’ competence, self-determination, role performing ability empowerment and customer orientation as it showed negative effets to both of them.

        스포츠센터 종사자의 직무특성이론과 조직시민행동과의 관계에서 조직신뢰의 매개효과검증

        The purpose of this study, based on job characteristics model, is to study structural relationship among job characteristics, organizational trust and organizational citizenship behavior(OCB) for sports center employees. For this study, data were collected from those people who work for hotel, large private and citizens' sports facilities around Seoul, Korea. To analyze data, the study executed frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, and reliability analysis by using SPSS 16.0. Also AMOS 16.0 was used to execute confirmatory factor analysis. Finally, structural equation model and Aroian test were executed to verify the hypothesis and the mediation effect, respectively. As a result, the task significance, a sub-factor of job characteristic model, directly showed a positive effect on the OCB. And task identities, skill variety, task significance, and feedback directly showed a positive effect on organizational trust. Also, organizational trust directly showed a positive effects on OCB. Conclusively, organizational trust seemed to have complete mediation effects only between sports center employees' task significance, task identity, and feeddback among job characteristics and OCB as it showed positive effects to each one of them.

        에어로빅댄스 지도자의 이미지가 고객만족 그리고 고객충성도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose os this study was to examine the effect of aerobic dace instructors on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. This study also examined the mediated effect of customer satisfaction in the relationship between instructors image and customer loyalty. The model was tested using SPSS 16.0 and AMOS 16.0 based on a sample of 458 surveys. Moreover to analyze data, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis were executed by using SPSS 16.0. Also confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation model were executed by using AMOS 16.0. And finally to test a mediating effect, Baron & Kenny`s(1986) procedure was conducted. The result of this study was as follows: First, all factors of instructors image(disposition, professionalism, consciousness, role, attitude had not significant effect on customer loyalty. Seconds, disposition, professionalism, consciousness and role as an instructors` image did positively influenced on operating satisfaction. But attitude as an instructors` image did not influenced on operating satisfaction. Thirds, professionalism and attitude as an instructors` image did positively influenced on service quality satisfaction. But disposition, consciousness and role as an instructors` image did not positively influenced on service quality satisfaction. Forth, customer satisfaction(operating satisfaction and service quality satisfaction) did positively influenced on customer loyalty. Fifth, operating satisfaction mediation effects between instructors image(consciousness and attitude) and customer loyalty. Sixth, service quality satisfaction mediation effects between instructors image(professionalism, and attitude) and customer loyalty.

        스포츠용품 구매 시 카카오톡 채널의 서비스특성이 소비자신뢰 및 재이용의사에 미치는 영향

        온라인과 모바일 그리고 SNS과 같은 정보통신기술의 발달로 인해 전자상거래 시장의 중요성이 강조되고 있다. 그로 인해 오프라인, 온라인 그리고 모바일 등 여러 경로를 넘나들며 상품을 검색하고 구매할 수 있는 옴니채널을 통한 고객서비스 기능을 제공하는 것이 그 어느 때 보다 중요해졌다. 카카오톡 채널은 브랜드가 소비자의 구매 욕구를 자극하고, 기업과 소비자의 접점을 확대할 수 있도록 광고형 메시지를 보내 옴니채널을 구현할 수 있는 대표적인 서비스이다. 따라서 본 연구는 스포츠용품 구매 시 카카오톡 채널의 서비스특성이 소비자신뢰 및 재이용의사에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 확인하고자 하였다. 연구방법은 SPSS와 AMOS를 활용하여 빈도분석, 신뢰도분석, 확인적요인분석, 상관관계분석, 구조방정식모형 그리고 매개효과분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 카카오톡 채널 서비스특성 중 정보성과 편의성만이 재이용의사에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 카카오톡 채널 서비스특성 중 정보성, 편리성, 오락성은 소비자신뢰에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으며, 경제성은 소비자신뢰에 부정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 소비자신뢰는 재이용의사에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 카카오톡 채널 서비스특성의 모든 하위요인과 재이용의사의 관계에서 소비자신뢰는 매개효과가 나타났다. The importance of the e-commerce market is being emphasized due to development of information and communication technologies such as online, mobile and SNS. As a result, it has become more important than ever to provide customer service functions through Omni Channel. The KakoTalk Channel is a representative service that can implement omni-channel by sending advertising messages to consumers. By sending an advertising messages, it stimulate consumers’ purchase desires and expand contact point between business companies and consumers. Therefore, this study is to identify KakaoTalk Channel’s service characteristics on consumer trust and purchase intention using KakoTalk Channel. For the research analysis method frequency analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, structural equation model and mediating effect were conducted by SPSS and AMOS. As a result of the study, first, information and convenience of KakaoTalk Channel’s service characteristics had a positive effect on the intention to reuse. Second, information, convenience and entertainment had a positive effect on consumer trust and economic feasibility had a negative effect on consumer trust. Third, consumer trust had a positive effect on the intention to reuse. Fourth, consumer trust had a mediating effect between all sub-factors of KakoTalk Channel’s service characteristics and intention to reuse.

        학교체육시설 개방에 따른 범죄예방환경설계(CPTED)의 적용

        최근 생활SOC 확충하기 위해 학교시설을 개방하려는 노력이 이뤄지고 있다. 대표적으로 학교시설복합화사업과 다목적 체육관건설 사업이다. 지역주민에게 생활체육 활동 공간으로써 활용되는 공익적 목적과 취지에는 공감하지만, 학교체육시설에서 발생하는 각종 범죄가 반복적으로 나타나고 있어, 더욱 신중한 접근이 요구되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 학교체육시설 개방에 따른 안전사고 사례와 학교체육시설 범죄예방환경설계(CPTED) 사례를 살펴보았다. 이를 바탕으로 학교체육시설을 지역주민 또는 외부인에게 개방 시 요구되는 안전사고 예방을 위한 다섯 가지 구성요소를 제시하였다. 첫째, 운동장 및 체육관 시설 설계단계부터 범죄예방을 위한 고려가 이뤄질 필요가 있다. 둘째, 지역주민의 공동체 및 시민의식을 강화하는 방안이 제시될 필요가 있다. 셋째, 지역사회 치안 및 경비 서비스가 강화될 필요가 있다. 넷째, 안전 및 위협 요소를 사전에 대비할 수 있도록 체계적인 범죄예방시스템이 구축될 필요가 있다. 다섯째, 안전교육과 책임소재에 대한 합리적인 범위 설정이 강구될 필요가 있다. Recently, schools are recommended to open its sport facility to public as a way to expand SOC. Mainly, multi-use buildings in schools and multi-purpose gymnasiums are open for the public use. Although this policy can serve the public needs of having more spaces for sport for all activities, a more cautious approach is needed as number of crimes in school environment are increasing. The purpose of this study was to analyze the cases of crimes that were mainly due to the opening of school sports facilities for community use and the cases of crime prevention through environmental design(CPTED) of school sports facilities. The study proposed five components for preventing accidents, which can be used before schools decide to open their facilities to its community. First, CPTED needs to be taken from the beginning of designing school sports facilities. Second, strengthen the community and citizen consciousness of urban residents for crime prevention. Third, community security and security services need to be strengthened. Fourth, a systematic crime prevention system needs to be established. Fifth, proper locus of responsibility and safety education should be clearly outlined.
