환경분야 직업교육훈련과정 개발을 위한 직무분석 기초 연구

이 연구는 1998년부터 수행된 직업교육훈련 프로그램 개발을 위한 직무분석 기초 연구로서 교육 훈련 자격 분야에서 활용도를 높일 수 있도록 2002년도에 개발된 직무분석 지침서를 보완하고, 2003년에 이 연구와 함께 수행된 $\ulcorner$직업 변동에 관한 연구(III)$\lrcorner$에서 추출된 환경 산업 관련 직업 중에서 직업교육훈련과정 및 출제 기준을 개발하기 위해 선행적으로 요구되는 10개 직업을 선정하고, 직무분석을 실시하여 이들에 대한 교육 과정, 훈련 기준, 자격 검정의 출제 기준을 개발할 수 있는 기초 자료를 제작 보급하는 데 목적이 있다. 이 연구의 내용은 첫째, 직무분석 관련 선행 내용을 분석하고, 둘째, 직무분석 지침서를 보완하며, 셋째, 직무분석 대상 직업을 선정한 후, 넷째, 직업교육훈련과정 및 출제 기준을 개발하기 위한 직무분석을 실시하고, 그 결과를 제공하는 것이다. 이 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위한 연구 방법으로는 직무분석 관련 선행 연구 및 자료 분석, 직무분석 보완 및 대상 직업 선정과 직업별 직무분석을 위한 전문가 협의회, 데이컴법(DACUM process)을 이용한 직무분석 등을 실시하였다. 이 연구는 우선 직업교육훈련과정의 개발을 위한 직무분석의 모형을 절차별로 정리 제시하였는데, 1단계는 직무분석 준비, 2단계는 직무모형 설정, 3단계는 지식, 기능, 도구 추출, 4단계는 선수 코스 및 교과목 선정, 5단계는 교육 훈련 내용 상세화, 6단계는 출제 기준 설정 등으로 구성되어 있다. 이 연구에서는 이러한 절차에 따라 10개 직업에 대한 직업별 직무분석이 진행되었다. This paper, as a continuation of 'Job Analysis for developing Vocational Education & Training Program' executed from 1998, is aimed at complementing a guidebook for job analysis developed in 2002 to improve its usage in the areas of education, training and qualification, and at making and distributing basic data to develop curriculum for vocational education, standards for vocational training, and guidelines for making questions in qualification examination for 10 kinds of vocations through job analysis, which were precedently selected, for the purpose, out of environment industry-related vocations drawn from <A Study on Change in Vocations(III)> carried out together with this project by our Institute in 2003. The contents of this paper are first, to analyze what have precedently been done for job analysis, second, to complement a guidebook for job analysis, third, to select vocations for which job analysis will be made, and fourth, to carry out job analysis for developing curriculum for vocational education and training and guidelines for making questions and to distribute comprehensive data made on a basis of the results. Paper methods for the purpose of this paper are an analysis on literatures and data related to job analysis, experts councils for complementing job analysis, selecting target vocations and conducting job analysis by the vocations, and job analysis applying DACUM method. In the first place, this report presents job analysis models by procedures for developing curriculum for vocational education and training. The first step is preparation for job analysis, the second step the establishment of job models, the third step the drawn-out of knowledge, skills, and tools, the fourth step the selection of courses and subjects, the fifth step the specification of education and training contents, and the sixth the establishment of guidelines for making questions. In this paper, job analysis for 10 vocations were conducted in accordance with these procedures.

기업의 직무체계에 기초한 실업자 직업훈련과정 표준모형 개발 연구

이 연구의 목적은 기업의 직무체계에 기초한 실업자 직업훈련과정 표준모형 개발 연구에 있다. 훈련과정 표준모형 개발은 우선 직무체계 정립을 통하여 직무관련 개념정의와 직무체계를 검토하였으며, 직무능력체제 및 훈련과정 모형 개발 방향 및 방법을 수립하여, 직무능력체제를 개발하였다. 이를 통해 직무영역, 핵심능력 및 수행내용, 능력단위 및 수준, 단위요소가 도출되었다. 그리고 이를 바탕으로 직무능력체제에 따른 훈련과정 구성 및 구조 설계 정립이 수행되었으며, 그 결과 훈련과정 개발모형, 훈련과정 구조설계, 훈련과정별 훈련교과 모형이 도출된 훈련과정 모형이 개발되었다. This study was aimed at the development of a standard model for vocational training courses for the unemployed based on entrepreneurial skill system. The model reviewed the definition of skill-related concepts and skill system through the set-up of skill system in the first place, and developed job capacity system by coming up with the direction and the method in the development of the model for the job capacity system and training courses. Skill boundaries, core capacities, performances, capacity units and levels, and unit criteria were derived from it. And, training courses were composed and the structure was built in accordance with skill capacity system on the basis of it. As the result, the training model which drew to the development model of training courses, the structure of training courses and the model of training curriculum was finally developed.

정보통신 분야의 인적자원개발을 위한 스킬 프레임워크

스킬 프레임워크는 IT 관련 정보 시스템을 효율적으로 개발하기 위한 기초 인프라이다. 이는 IT 스킬 프레임워크가 정보통신 관련 스킬들을 구분하기 위해 일반적 기준모형이 될 수 있기 때문이다. 즉, 스킬 프레임워크는 스킬 유형, 스킬 수준으로 구분된 스킬 행렬표로서 작성된 각 스킬들을 정확히 구분할 수 있는 정의와 직무수행능력 명세서 등을 만드는 작업이다. 이러한 스킬 프레임워크가 있음으로 인하여, 우리는 일관된 자료의 작성과 관리가 가능하며, 정보잡음(information noise)을 감소시킬 수 있다. 효율적 정보교류는 교육시장과 노동시장의 연계성을 강화시키며, 궁극적으로 효율적 인적자원개발을 촉진한다. 'IT skills framework' provides a common reference model for the identification of the skills needed to develop effective information system making use of information and communications technologies. It is a simple and logical two-dimensional framework consisting of areas of work on axis and levels of responsibility on the other. It uses a common language and a sensible, logical structure that can be adapted for the HRD(human resources development) For example (1) gather labour market intelligence coherently and consistently (2) quantify the skill requirements of the ICT market (3) set up the career path for IT workers and so on.

보건ㆍ의료 서비스분야 신규자격 발굴

이 연구는 우리나라 서비스산업 중 보건ㆍ의료 서비스분야의 일자리 창출에 기여할 수 있는 신규 자격종목 발굴을 목적으로 하며, 보건ㆍ의료 분야의 신규자격을 발굴하기 위하여 총 6단계의 발굴절차를 거쳤다. 발굴절차는 국내외 문헌연구와 전문가 회의, 면담조사 등을 통하여 신설 대상 자격종목을 선정한 후 해당 분야 전문가들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 네 가지 자격신설기준(서비스 요구도, 직무 전문성, 능력인정 필요 성, 일자리 가능성)을 평가하는 방식으로 진행되었다. 이러한 절차와 기준을 근거로 조 사한 결과, 보건ㆍ의료 서비스분야에서 신설가능한 자격으로는 언어치료사, 해부병리사, 운동처방사, 인공심폐사, 뜸치료사, 침술사, 알콜 및 약물중독상담사, 카이로프레틱스, 검안사, 외과수술보조사, 호흡기치료사, 정신과보조사, 마사지사, 약무관련 인허가전문가 (RA), 금연관리사, 발치료전문가 등이 발굴되었다. 발굴된 자격에 대해서는 향후 전문 가들의 충분한 검토를 거쳐 국가자격으로서의 신설여부를 결정해야 할 것이다. `국가자격` 의 지위는 사회적 수요는 크지만 관련법에 저촉된다고 유권해석 되는 자격종목이나 인적, 물적 인프라 구축이 미진하여 일정 수준 이상 대국민 서비스를 제공하기 어려운 영역의 자격종목, 국가차원에서 서비스 표준화가 요청되는 자격종목 등에 부여할 수 있다. This study aims to establish new qualification-required items in the health and medical service area to facilitate job creation. We have gone through six steps of development procedures to establish new qualifications in health service industry. Subject items of new qualifications were identified through studies on documentations and expert consultations. Also qualification standards (demands of the service, job specialty, necessity of capability acknowledgement, job creation possibility) were prepared, and a survey research was conducted on experts of the area. The newly identified qualifications in health and medical service area in accordance with the procedures and standards are speech pathologist, anatomical pathology technician, exercise specialist, clinical perfusionist, acupuncture and moxibustion therapist, alcohol and drug counselor, chiropractitioner, optometrist, surgery assistant, respiratory therapist, psychologist`s assistant, massagist, regulatory affairs officer, smoking cessation counselor, and chiropodist.

알루미늄 양극산화피막의 반사율 특성연구

Anodizing film was prepared by anodic oxidation of pure aluminum(purity 〉 99.50) using DC power supply for constant current mode in an electrolytic solution of surface of sulfuric acid. Effects of pre-treatment process such as chemical polishing, acid cleaning, alkali etching before anodic oxidation were studied to microstructures and surface morphologies. A roughness on surface of anodizing film had to be decreased for amorphous phase by anodic oxidation. A roughness on surface of anodizing film decrease as annealing temperature increased in chemical polishing.
