        Empirical Analysis of Effect of Entrepreneurship on Export Performance: Focusing on the Mediated Effect of Technology Capability and Export Support Policy of Start-Ups

        Purpose - This study aims to examine the effect of entrepreneurship of start-ups on export perfor￾mance when the business closure rate is higher than business start-up rate in Korea. Thus, this study analyzes various factors for start-ups established within the past seven years and uses export per￾formance as an indicator. Prior to analysis of factors, the study defines the concepts of start-up factors based on various studies. Design/methodology - In order to analyze the export performance of startups, this study conducted an empirical analysis using statistical analysis. Theories were established based on previous studies, and hypotheses and research models were designed based on the established theories. Subsequently, in order to verify the research hypothesis and research model, factor analysis such as validity and reliability, and structural equation modeling were analyzed. Findings - As a result of analysis based on previous studies, we found that there is a difference between theoretical and practical aspects. Whereas previous studies showed that market orientation, techno￾logy orientation, and social capital have a direct impact on export performance, the present study analyzed that there is no such impact, and that technology capabilities were important as a result of the unique traits of start-ups. Originality/value - Existing studies have limitations in understanding the overall characteristics of a company by using market orientation, technology orientation, and social capital as individual inde￾pendent variables. In addition, the existing researches have been analyzed in relation to corporate performance, whereas this study has been limited to export performance, so it can be regarded as different from other studies.

        수산물의 한ㆍ중 FTA 원산지규정에 관한 연구: 6) –특혜관세적용의 쟁점사항을 중심으로–

        Korea has pursued radical expansion of the Free Trade Agreement (FTA) since 2000. While the key to the Free Trade Agreement (FTA) is the level of market access and the country of origin, the question of whether a country possesses the capacity to properly utilize open markets is crucial. In other words, the development and possession of capabilities to execute and utilize FTA are important. Specifically, the capacity to comply with basic conditions for the application of preferential duties is required. The most fundamental condition is whether the object is permitted as an object of privilege, and if it is acknowledged as an originating good pursuant to what is defined in the agreement. For this, there must be a clear understanding of the agreement s details on what is permitted as an object of privilege and on the rules of origin so that preparations can be made to satisfy such criteria. In this way can the FTA, which has taken effect, be utilized and an economic effect be obtained through import and export. As such, this study performed detailed research on the general criteria for FTA rules for preferential origins and the criteria for determining origin according to each item, for the marine products subject to the Korea-China FTA. Furthermore, by way of an analysis of the restrictiveness of the rules of origin against the functions of trade barriers, the study deduced the degree of difficulty for satisfying the rules of origin.

        애기장대 내 새로운 브라시노스테로이드 결합체의 분리 및 동정

        애기장대에서 추출한 효소원에 동위원소로 표지 된 ³²P-ATP와 ³H-castasterone를 기질로 하여 효소반응을 수행하여 얻어진 생성물을 분석한 결과 ³H와 ³²P의 활성이 동시에 검출되었다. 이 대사산물의 구조를 알아보고자 동위원소로 표지 되지 않은 CS, ATP를 이용하여 효소 반응하여 얻어진 대사산물의 GC-MS 분석결과 ion m/z 664의 값을 얻었는데, 이를 CS phosphate로 예상할 수 있었다. 상기의 대사산물 분획에 wheat germ acid phosphatase를 처리하여 phosphoester 결합을 깨뜨린 후 얻어진 생성물의 GC-MS 분석결과 CS의 spectrum을 얻을 수 있었는데 이를 통해 식물체 내 CS의 결합체로 인산화 된 형태가 존재할 가능성을 확인하였다. Metabolism of ³H-castasterone in the presence of ³²P-ATP was examined by an enzyme solution prepared from A. thaliana after a reversed phased HPLC, after which a polar metabolite labeled by both ³H and ³²P was obtained, suggesting that ³H-CS is phosphorylated by ³²P-ATP. To elucidate the structure of the phosphorylated CS, the same enzyme assay was carried out with non-isotopes labeled CS and ATP. In GC-MS analysis the metabolite gave a molecular ion at m/z 664 as a bismethanboronate, suggesting the metabolite is a CS phosphate. Treatment of wheat germ acid phosphatase that hydrolyzed phosphoester bond gave the same mass spectrum and GC retention time in GC-MS analyses, confirming that the metabolite is phosphorylated CS. This is the first example of phosphorylated conjugates of CS in plants.

        강낭콩 현탁배양세포에서 추출된 Enzyme Pool의 C<sub>27</sub> Brassinosteroids 합성 능력

        강낭콩 현탁 배양세포로부터 얻어진 효소원을 이용한 효소 변환 실험을 통하여 동 세포내에 cholesterol$\to$cholestanol과 6-deoxo-28-norteasterone$\leftrightarrow$ 6-deoxo-28-nor-3-dehydroteasterone $\leftrightarrow$ 6-deoxo-28-nortyphasterol$\to$6-deoxo-28-norcastasterone$\to$28-norcastasterone의 생합성과정이 존재함을 확인하였다. 이 결과는 비록 cholestanol에서 6-deoxo-28-norcathasterone을 경유하여 6-deoxo-28-norteasterone로의 변환은 확인하지 못하였지만 동 세포에는 cholesterol에서부터 6-deoxo-28-nor형 brassinosteroids를 경유하여 28-norcastasterone을 생합성하는 모든 효소들이 포함되어 있음을 시사하는 것으로서, 동 세포에는 상기의 생합성과정, 즉 $C_{27}$ brassinosteroids의 the late C-6 oxidation 과정이 작용하고 있음을 나타내는 결과라 하겠다. 또한 얻어진 효소원은 5-adenosyl-methionine과 NADPH의 존재 하에 28-norcastasterone을 castasterone으로 변환시켜, 강낭콩세포내의 $C_{28}$ 활성형 brassinosteroid인 castasterone의 생합성에 $C_{27}$ brassinosteroids 생합성과정이 중요한 경로중 하나임을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 결과들은 이미 본 연구실에서 밝힌 토마토에 있어 $C_{27}$ brassinosteroids 생합성과정이 토마토의 활성형 brassinosteroid인 castasterone의 함량조절에 관여한다는 결과와 함께 토마토 이외의 식물들에 있어서도 $C_{27}$ brassinosteroids 생합성에 의한 활성형 $C_{28}$ brassino-steroid(s)의 함량조절에 일어나고 있음을 처음으로 밝힌 중요한 결과라 하겠다. A cell-free enzyme solution prepared from suspension cultured cells of Phaseolus vulgaris successfully mediated conversions of cholesterol $\to$ cholestanol and 6-deoxo-28-norteasterone $\leftrightarrow$ 6-deoxo-28-nor-3-dehydroteasterone $\leftrightarrow$ 6-deoxo-28-nortyphasterol $\to$ 6-deoxo-28-norcastasterone $\to$ 28-norcastasterone. Al-though conversion of cholestanol to 6-deoxo-28-norteasterone intermediated by 6-deoxo-28-norcathasterone was not demonstrated, this strongly suggests that a complete set of biosynthetic enzymes catalyzing reactions from cholesterol to 28-norcastasterone via 6-deoxo-28-nor type brassinosteroids is endogenously present in the cells, which demonstrates that a $C_{27}$ brassinosteroids biosynthetic pathway, namely the late C-6 oxidation for $C_{27}$ brassinosteroids, is operative in the cells. Additionally, the enzyme solution mediated conversion of 28-norcastasterone to castasterone in the presence of S-adenosyl-methionine and NADPH, providing that the $C_{27}$ brassinosteroids biosynthesis is an important route to generate castasterone in the cells. Together with our previous finding that castasterone can be biosynthesized by the same biosynthetic pathway in tomato, this study demonstrates that the $C_{27}$ brassinosteroids biosynthesis is a common alternative process to maintain endo-genous level of castasterone, an active $C_{28}$ brassinosteroid, in plants.

        벼 유식물을 이용한 C<sub>29</sub>-Brassinosteroids의 대사

        BRs의 생합성 경로는 $C_{28}-BRs$ 생합성 경로 외에 $C_{27}-BRs$ 생합성 경로가 존재함이 확인되었고, 최근 $C_{29}-BRs$의 생합성 경로가 존재함이 보고되어 BRs의 생합성 과정이 복잡하게 연결되어 있을 가능성이 예상되었다. 이에 $C_{29}-BRs$인 28-homoTE와 28-homoTY 등이 동정된 벼의 유식물을 대상으로 하여 $C_{29}-BR$인 25-homoCS의 대사 과정을 조사하였다. 그 결과 in vitro 효소변환 연구를 통해 28-homoCS은 CS와 26-nor-28-homoCS으로 전환됨을 확인 할 수 있었으며, 그 역반응인 CS에서 28-homoCS로 또는 26-nor-28-homoCS에서 28-homoCS로의 전환은 일어나지 않음을 알 수 있었다. 이는 $C_{29}-BRs$인 28-homoCS은 C-28위치의 demethylation에 의해 보다 강한 활성의 $C_{28}-BRs$인 CS로 생합성 되는 과정과 C-26 위치의 demethylation에 의해 26-nor-28-homoCS으로 생분해 되는 과정이 존재함을 최초로 확인하였다. 한편, $C_{28}-BRs$인 CS에서 BL로의 전환과 동일한 반응이 $C_{29}-BRs$에서도 일어나는지 확인하고자 하였으나 벼 유식물에서는 28-homoCS에서 28-homoBL로 전환되지 않음을 확인 할 수 있었다. 이는 $C_{29}-BRs$와 $C_{28}-BRs$의 생합성과정의 연결이 28-homoCS에서 CS를 통하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 28-homoCS에서 CS로 전환되는 과정을 통하여 $C_{29}-BRs$ 또한 $C_{28}-BRs$ 와 동일한 과정을 거쳐 활성형의 CS로 전환됨을 확인 할 수 있었으며, BRs의 생합성은 $C_{27}-BRs$과 $C_{28}-BRs$의 생합성과정이 연결된 것처럼 $C_{29}-BRs$ 또한 $C_{28}-BRs$ 생합성 과정과 연결되어 있음을 확인 할 수 있었다. 즉, 활성형 BR인 CS은 $C_{27}-BRs$, $C_{28}-BRs$의 생합성 과정뿐만 아니라 $C_{29}-BRs$의 생합성 과정을 통하여 생성되는 과정이 식물체내에 존재함을 확인 할 수 있었다. It has been recently demonstrated the presence of not only $C_{28}-BRs$ biosysnthesis, but also $C_{27}-$ and $C_{29}-BRs$ biosynthesis in plants, suggesting that BRs biosynthesis are complicatedly connected to produce biologically active BR (s). This prompted us to investigation of metabolism of a $C_{29}-BR$, 28-homoCS in seedlings of rice from which $C_{29}-BRs$ such as 28-homoTE and 28-homoTY have been identified. In vitro enzyme conversion study using a crude enzyme solution prepared from rice seedlings revealed that 28-homoCS is converted into both CS and 26-nor-28-homoCS, but their reversed reaction did not occur. This indicated that 28-homoCS is biosynthetically converted into more biologically active $C_{28}-BR$, CS by C-28 demethylation and biodegraded into 26-nor-28-homoCS by C-26 demethylation. Next, bio-conversion of 28-homoCS to 28-homoBL was examined by the same enzyme solution. No 28-homoBL as a metabolite of 28-homoCS was detected, meaning that biosynthetic reaction for 28-homoCS to 28-homoBL is not contained, and main connection of $C_{28}-BRs$ and $C_{29}-BRs$ biosynthesis is between CS and 28-homoCS in the rice seedling. This study is the first demonstrated that $C_{29}-BRs$ and $C_{28}-BRs$ bionsynthetic pathways are connected, and that $C_{29}-BRs$ biosynthetic pathway is an alternative biosynthetic pathway to produce more biologically active $C_{28}-BR$, CS in plant.

        커피찌꺼기 퇴비화 과정의 물리, 화학 및 생물학적 변화

        BACKGROUND: Spent coffee grounds are the most valuable resource for agriculture and industry. However, it is almost thrown untreated into landfills or incineration. Composting is an efficient process for converting spent coffee to fertilizer. METHODS AND RESULTS: Composting was conducted in the compost pile (40 m<sup>3</sup>) equipped with a forced aeration system. Physical and chemical properties containing temperature, pH, electrical conductivity, and moisture were measured through the composting period. Moreover, biological changes were examined for the composting phase using Illumina Miseq sequencing of the 16S rRNA gene. We found 7-14 phyla comprising 250-716 species from a variety phase of compost. During the composting period, Firmicutes were dominated, followed by Actinobacteria and Proteobacteria. CONCLUSION: The result indicated that the use of spent coffee improved the quality of organic fertilizer and changed the microbial communities, unique to the thermal composting stage, which could enhance the composting process. These findings suggest that spent coffee composted material can provide a significant amount of nutrients, thereby supporting plant growth.

        징동 전자상거래 플랫폼의 물류 서비스품질이 고객 충성도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        인터넷의 발전과 스마트폰 보급으로 우리 삶에 다양한 변화를 가져왔다. 특히 코로나 19 장기적인 영향으로 소비자에게 심각한 불편을 끼쳐, 인터넷으로 상품을 구매한 수요가 강해지고 전자상거래 플랫폼 간의 경쟁도 치열해지게 되었다. 물류의 서비스품질은 인터넷상 상품을 구매과정에 중요한 부분으로 전자상거래 플랫폼의 경쟁력 확보와 지속적 발전에 긴밀한 관계를 맺고 있다. 징동 플랫폼은 많은 고객을 보유하고 발전해왔다. 본 연구는 중국의 징동 플랫폼을 사례로 들어 물류 서비스품질이 고객 충성도에 영향 관계를 파악하자고 한다, 먼저 SERVQUAL, LSQ 모형과 선행연구를 기반으로 물류 서비스품질 요인인 개인화, 적시성, 편리성, 안전상, 사후 서비스를 도출하였으며, 신뢰도와 고객 만족도를 매개로 고객 충성도에 12개 연구가설을 수립하여 반영한 연구모델을 개발하였다. 징동 플랫폼 물류 서비스를 이용 경험이 있는 소비자 대상으로 설문하여 데이터를 회수하였으며, AMOS 26 버전을 기반으로 구조방정식 분석을 하여 설정한 12개 가설 중에 11개를 채택되었으며 1개를 지각되었으며, 신뢰도와 고객 만족도를 매개로 일부 변수와 충성도에 매개역할을 한 것을 확인하였다. 마지막으로 실증결과를 바탕으로 연구 시사점을 제시하여 학술과 실무현장에 기초자료를 제공하게 될 것으로 기대한다. The development of the internet and the widespread adoption of smart phones have brought about various changes to our lives. In particular, the long-lasting impact of the COVID-19 has caused significant inconvenience to consumers, leading to a strong demand for online shopping and intensifying competition among e-commerce platforms. The quality of logistics services is an important aspect of the online purchasing process and is closely related to the competitiveness and continuous development of e-commerce platforms. Jindong platform has attracted many customers and has developed well. This study aims to examine the relationship between logistics service quality and customer loyalty using Jindong platform in China's Jingdong platform as a case study. Firstly, this study based on the SERVQUAL and LSQ models, and previous studies, It identifies personalization, timeliness, convenience, safety, and after-sales service as factors of logistics service quality. Subsequently, a research model was developed, incorporating 12 research hypotheses, with trust and customer satisfaction serving as mediating variables. Data was collected through a survey conducted among consumers who had experience using the logistics services of Jindong platform, The collected data was then analyzed using structural equation modeling based on AMOS 26. Out of the 12 hypotheses proposed, 11 were supported, while one was rejected. The findings confirmed that satisfaction and trust played a mediating role in certain variables and their impact on customer loyalty. Finally, the study provides implications based on the empirical results, with the expectation that they will serve as foundational data for both academic research and practical applications in the field.

        국제해운계약상 정기용선자의 선주에 대한 안전항담보의무에 관한 연구 -Ocean Victory호 사건을 중심으로-

        본 연구는 Ocean Victory호 사건을 중심으로 특히 정기용선자의 선주에 대한 안전항담보의무위반 여부의 논점에 대해 영국대법원 판결을 분석하여 그 시사점을 도출하는 것에 목적이 있다. 이 사건에서 선체보험자의 하나인 Gard는 정기용선자가 용선계약을 위반하여 불안전한 항구로 선박의 항해를 지시했다고 하여 정기용선자에 대한 구상청구를 위하여 선박소유자와 선체용선자의 권리를 양도받았다. 그 청구는 성공했지만 항소법원에서는 이 결정을 번복하였다. 영국대법원은 안전항, 공동보험,책임제한 등 세 가지 중요한 문제에 대해 판결을 내렸다. 특히 안전항 문제에 관해서, 영국대법원은 용선자가 용선계약을 위반하지 않았으며 안전항담보의무의 의미내에서 항구가 불안전하지 않았다고 판시하였다. This study analyse the safe port warranty undertaking for shipowner of time charterer with the Ocean Victory Case. Litigation ensued between those in the charterparty chain. When the hull insurer, Gard, took an assignment of the rights of the vessel’s owners and demise charterers in a claim against the time charterers that the vessel had been ordered by them to an unsafe port in breach of the charter. Although the claim succeeded, the Court of Appeal overturned the decision. The Supreme Court delivered its judgment on May 10, 2017, dealing with three important issues, safe port, joint insurance, and limitation of liability. Especially on the safe port issue, the court held that the port was not unsafe within the meaning of the safe port undertaking so the charterers were not in breach of it. The conditions in the port amounted to an abnormal occurrence as that expression is understood.
