        단기간의 고유수용성 퍼스널트레이닝 적용이 건강관련체력, 주관적 건강정도 및 1RM에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of a proprioceptive personal training of short-term period on health related fitness, VAS of perceived health and 1RM. The subjects were divided into two groups(proprioceptive personal training group and control group) from 17 middle-aged women. The proprioceptive personal training group participated in the proprioceptive personal training for 12 times and the effects on health related fitness, VAS of perceived health and 1RM were evaluated. The proprioceptive personal training group significantly increased sit & reach, sit-up and stand on one foot with eyes closed for Health-related fitness and significantly enhanced VAS of perceived health and chest press, shoulder press, total abdominal, lower back, leg extension, leg curl, leg press, calf raise for 1RM. To conclude, applying the proprioceptive personal training of short-term period appeared to effectively improve the Health-health-related fitness, VAS of perceived health and 1RM. This research can provide a guideline of the effective verification model of a proprioceptive personal training program.

        고유수용성 순환 운동 프로그램 적용이 초등학교 아동들의 건강관련 변인에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of a proprioceptive circuit exercise program on health profile of elementary school children. The subjects were divided into two groups (proprioceptive circuit exercise program group and control group) from 20 elementary school children. The proprioceptive circuit exercise program group participated in the proprioceptive circuit exercise program for 3 months(24 times) and the effects on body composition, physical fitness, blood health factor(blood pressure, glucose, total cholesterol were evaluated. The proprioceptive circuit exercise program group significantly increased muscle mass and basal metabolic rate for body composition and enhanced back strength and sit-up for physical fitness. Moreover, the proprioceptive circuit exercise program group significantly decreased total cholesterol. To conclude, applying the proprioceptive circuit exercise program appeared to effectively improve the health profile of elementary school children. This research, thus, can provide a guideline of the effective verification model of a proprioceptive circuit exercise program to elementary school children.

        단기간 고유수용성 코어운동 적용이 만성요통 스포츠선수의 요부 FMS 및 등속성 근기능에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of a proprioceptive core exercise of short-term on lumbar FMS and isokinetic muscle function in sport player with chronic back pain. The subjects were selected proprioceptive core exercise group as 14 sport player of chronic back pain. The proprioceptive core exercise group participated in the exercise program for 2 weeks (12 times) and the effects on lumbar FMS and isokinetic muscle function were evaluated. The proprioceptive core exercise group significantly increased trunk stability push-up for lumbar FMS and enhanced lumbar isokinetic muscle function. To conclude, applying the proprioceptive core exercise of short-term period appeared to effectively improve the fundamental core strength and lumbar muscle function in sport player of chronic back pain. This research can provide a guideline of the effective verification model of a proprioceptive core exercise of short-term period exercise program to sport player of chronic back pain.

        고령남성에게 발목 관절가동술 적용이 발목 관절가동범위와 균형제어능력에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this research is to figure the effects of the range of motion of the ankle joint and balance control ability after the application of the Ankle Joint Mobilization Technique for elderly men. The targeted study group was 20 men that were 65 years or older and separated into 2 groups; 10 men who applied the Ankle Joint Mobilization Technique, and the contrary group of 10 men. For the items of measurement, the area of joint mobilization was done by using a joint goniometer. And the balance control ability was analyzed through the balance performance monitor (SMS Health care, England). From the results of the research, they were significantly higher for the area of joint mobilization regarding all categories of the left and right dorsi flexion and plantar flexion of the group that received the Ankle Joint Mobilization Technique (p<05) and significantly low for the balance control ability regarding all categories of the main sway area, main sway length and max level speed (p<05). Thus, we confirmed positive effects for the range of motion of the ankle joint and balance control after the application of the ankle joint mobilization technique for elderly men. We hope that this ankle joint mobilization technique will be useful for fall prevention and the improvement of the balance control abilities for elderly men.

        초등학교 비만아동들에게 방과 후 복합 Exercise-Diet 프로그램 적용에 따른 비만관련 변인의 효과 분석

        The purpose of the study was to identify the effects of after-school compound exercise-diet program on obesity profile of elementary school children's obesity. For the purpose of this study, we selected 37 elementary school children's obesity. We asked them to compound exercise-diet program for 12 weeks and then analyzed the effects of the program on the obesity profiles(body composition, physical fitness, blood lipid concentration, Routine CBC 8, visual analog scale. Regarding the changes in obesity profiles, participation of after-school compound exercise-diet program dance program group showed significant reduction in fat mass, %body fat. %abdominal fat and significant reduction in TC, LDL-C and significant increse in HDL-C after application of after-school compound exercise-diet program. Regarding the changes in visual analog scale increased significantly positive response after application of the after-school compound exercise-diet program To conclude, Applying of after-school compound exercise-diet program for elementary school children's obesity will be effectively appeared to decreasing of obesity.

        통증유발점 압통이완요법 및 PIR요법이 경부 MPS환자의 통증정도, 장애지수 및 경추 ROM에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of ischemic compression and PIR program on pain scale, disability index and cervical ROM in patients of cervical myofascial pain syndrome. Subjects were divided in to 3 groups (control group, ischemic compression group, PIR group) from 30 patients of cervical myofascial pain syndrome. The experimental groups were treated with ischemic compression or PIR program for 8weeks and the effects on pain scale, disability index and cervical ROM have been evaluated. The ischemic compression group and PIR group were significantly decreased pain scale, disability index and significantly increased cervical ROM as compared with the control group. Especially, the PIR group was significantly increased cervical ROM as compared with the control group and ischemic compression group. To conclude, Applying of ischemic compression and PIR program for patients of cervical myofascial pain syndrome will be effectively appeared to improvement of cervical ROM and decreasing of pain and disability index.

        척추 자세변화를 위한 고유수용성 교각운동의 적용

        The purpose of this research is to evaluate the applicability of Proprioceptive Bridging Exercise for changes in spinal position. The targeted study subjects was 16 women that were around 65 years or older and separated into 2 groups; 8 elderly women who applied the Proprioceptive Bridging Exercise, and the control group of 8 elderly women. For the items of measurement, the changes in spinal position was analyzed through the radiation-free Formetric 3D(BiometrixMedica, Germany) and trunk length VP-DM, trunk length VP-SP, dimple distance DL-DR, pelvic torsion DL-DR, Lateral deviation VP-DM, Surface rotation have been measured. From the results of the research, they were significantly lower for the trunk length VP-DM, trunk length VP-SP of the group that applied the Proprioceptive Bridging Exercise(p<05) and they were numerically tends to decrease for the pelvic torsion DL-DR. Thus, we confirmed positive effects for changes in spinal position after the application of the Proprioceptive Bridging Exercise for elderly women.

        In this study, researches on the antioxidative functions of typical natural antioxidant such as red ginseng, green tea,E. senticosus, Cordyceps, etc. There were various researches to verify antioxidative functions in different forms using extracts from these natural substances in the food and nutritional studies, however, the comprehensive research that evaluates the physical exercise and antioxidative functions of natural antioxidant in the various exercise environment was insufficient. Thus, we think that the researches examining the changes of the exercise environment and conditions and verifying the antioxidative functions systematically by applying various natural antioxidant which are lately under the social spotlight should be conducted in the future.

        Medx신전운동과 저항성운동프로그램 적용에 따른 요추전방전위증환자의 요부신전근력 및 통증정도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effects of lumbar extension program and progressive resistance exercise program on lumbar extension muscle strength and visual analogue scale in patients of spondylolisthesis. Subjects was divided in to 2 grouplcontrol group. lumbar extension program and progressive resistance exercise program group) from 14 patients of spondylolisthesis. The patients were treated with lumbar extension program and progressive resistance exercise program for 12 weeks and the effects on lumbar extension muscle strength, visual analogue scale have been evaluated. The lumbar extension program and progressive resistance exercise program group was significantly increased lumbar extension muscle strengtht 0˚. 12˚, 24˚, 36˚, 48˚, 60˚, 72˚) and there were significantly decreased all visual analogue scale factor except lying downlpain) after 12weeks. To conclude, Applying of lumbar extension program and progressive resistance exercise program for spondylolisthesis patients will be effectively appeared to improvement of lumbar function and decreasing of pain.

        최대하운동 후 혼합침수욕 적용이 고막온도 및 혈중 피로변인에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of a cold and warmth mixed immersion on eardrum temperature and blood fatigue factor after submaximal exercise. Subjects were performed rowing exercise of 80%VO2max and then were treated cold and warmth mixed immersion for 15 min and the effects on eardrum temperature and blood fatigue factor(plasma ammonia, serum CPK and serum LDH) have been evaluated. In the eardrum temperature, old and warmth mixed immersion group didn"t show significant differences according to period. but, control group showed significant increase after application differences compare to rest period. In the plasma ammonia, old and warmth mixed immersion group didn"t show significant differences, in the serum CPK and serum LDH, cold and warmth mixed immersion group and control group showed significant differences according to period, and cold and warmth mixed immersion group recovered up to the level of rest period in the after application. To conclude, applying the cold and warmth mixed immersion appeared to effectively maintain of eardrum temperature and recovery of blood fatigue factor after submaximal exercise.
