Lee, Hyung-Joo,Lee, Young-Han,Joo, Kyong-Joon,Jung, Seoung Woog,Kim, Deok-Soo 한국경영과학회 1999 한국경영과학회 학술대회논문집 Vol.- No.1
The product information is defined as the information that is obtained in the whole life cycle of a product from design and manufacturing to marketing and it carries out the important role under the changeful industrial environment. It is necessary to use computers for efficient product data sharing. But, in practice, because of various product data types and heterogeneous computing environment, it is difficult to share the product information among different computer systems. This paper presents the methodology for sharing the product information without a hitch in heterogeneous computing environment by using the international standard of the product information ISO-10303 STEP and CORBA.

Genetic similarity and phyletic relationship among five species, D. angularis, D, brachynephros, D. unispina, D. curvispina and D. nigromaculata were investigated by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE), SDS polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS PAGE) and two-dimensional gel electrophoresis (TDE). In the similarities among five species obtained by PAGE, the highest similarity was 87.5% between D. angularis and D. brachynephros. The similarity between D. curvispina and D. brachynephros was 76.0%. D. unispina and D. brachynephros was 64.3%. The similarities between D. nigromaculata and the other four species was very low. Souble protein patterns of D. angularis and D. brachynephros by SDS PAGE were highly similar. D. curvispina showed affinity with D. unispina in their protein patterns, and slightly differed from the patterns of D. angularis and D. brachynephros. The protein patterns of D. nigromaculata were different from other four species. Genetic distance among five species were obtained by means of TDE . The genetic distance between D. angularis and D. brachynephros was 0.1575, the lowest of all. The genetic distance between D. angularis and D. curvispina was 0.1969, and between D. angularis and D. unispina was 0.2749. The genetic distance between D. unispina and D. nigromaculata was 0.4468, the highest of all. The results suggested that these five species could be genetically related at the level of subspecies or semispecies.
