      • 적외선 CCTV를 활용한 백두대간 육교형 생태통로와 터널형 생태통로의 동물이용현황 분석

        도로건설로 인한 동물서식지의 단절을 막기 위해서 전 세계에서 가장 보편적으로 많이 설치되는 것이 생태통로이다. 한국에서는 2000년대 초반부터 생태통로가 도입되기 시작했고, 시행착오를 거쳐서 2010년 생태통로를 위한 국가기준과 설계기준이 만들어졌다. 최근 이러한 생태통로가 건설비용이 높은 반면, 동물이용이 저조하다는 이유로 비판을 받고 있다. 본 연구는 어떤 동물이 얼마만큼 이러한 시설을 이용하는지 조사하려고 하였다. 이를 위해서 백두대간에서 가장 전형적인 육교형과 터널형 생태통로를 선정하였고 적외선 CCTV를 설치해서 모니터링하였다. 그 결과, 비판과는 달리 다양한 동물이 이용하는 것으로 나타났다. 흥미롭게도 다양한 조류가 관찰되었고 보호동물종도 관찰되었다. 동물이용은 계절, 날씨 및 주변 식생이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 적외선 카메라를 사용하였을 때 동물을 자세하게 촬영할 수 있었으나 전기소모량이 많은 것이 단점이다. 지난 10년간 전국적으로 많은 생태통로가 설치되었다. 이제 시설의 효율성과 성공적인 활용을 위해서 모니터링과 유지관리가 필요하다. In order to prevent the fragmentation of animal habitat due to road construction, the most widely applied solution is building animal passes worldwide. In Korea, animal passes were introduced in the early 2000s, and through trial and error, the national guidelines for them and their design standards were published in 2010. These were criticized by politicians because of their relative inefficiency considering their high construction cost and their lack of animal usage. This study investigated the extent to which animals used the facilities. For this study, two types of animal passes, eco-bridges and ecoducts, were considered and the test sites were chosen from the Baekdu Mountains. The animal usage data was captured using infra-red CCTV cameras. The results showed that various types of animals used eco-bridges and ecoducts. Interestingly various types of birds were captured by cameras and endangered animals were also in them. The season, weather, and their surrounded vegetation also had effects on their usages. The infrared CCTV allowed detailed captures of animals but the electricity shortage was one disadvantage. During the last decades, a number of eco-bridges were constructed throughout the country and now we need to focus on their monitoring and maintenance for their successful efficiency and application.

        교원평가제와 교원성과급제 정책결정의 딜레마 연구

        본 연구의 목적은 교원평가제와 교원성과급제의 정책결정 상황을 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 딜레마 모형을 분석틀로 하여 두 정책 각각의 딜레마 발생요인, 가치ㆍ대안ㆍ행위자 요소 및 정책결정자의 정책대응 등의 딜레마 양상을 분석하였다. 분석 결과 두 정책은 모두 신자유주의 이념과 국내외 관련 제도의 확대추세 및 교원의 전문성과 교육의 수월성 요구 등의 영향으로 도입이 추진되었으나 기존의 교직풍토와 충돌을 빚어 딜레마가 발생하였다. 두 정책결정의 딜레마 상황에서 공통적으로는 교육의 수월성과 교직의 특수성이라는 가치가 대립했고, 결정의 지연과 결정책임의 전가라는 교육부의 정책대응이 나타났다. 한편 딜레마 강도의 비교 결과, 교원성과급제 딜레마의 강도가 더 높았던 것으로 분석되었는데이는 교원평가제의 경우 돌파로, 교원성과급제의 경우 정책의 비일관성과 형식주의적 집행으로 서로 다르게 나타난 교육부의 정책대응에 반영된 것으로 해석된다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the policy making situations of teacher evaluation system and performance-based pay system for teachers. Applying the dilemma model as a framework, the study analyzes dilemma of each policy in the aspects of causes of occurrence, values, alternative and performer factors, and policy reactions of policy maker. The results are as follows. The introduction of these policies was motivated by the spread of neo-liberalism, growing worldwide trend of adopting these systems, and the requirement for teacher's professionalism and excellence in education. These policies, however, clashed with pre-existing climates of the teaching profession, so that the dilemma occurred. These two dilemma situations of decision making commonly show, first, the opposition between the values of excellence in education and speciality in teaching profession, second, the MOE(Ministry of Education and Human Resources Development)'s policy response with decision procrastination and shifting responsibility. The study additionally shows that the dilemma's intensity of performance-based pay system for teachers is higher than the intensity of teacher evaluation system. This reflects the different policy reactions of MOE in each dilemma situations: breakthrough in teacher evaluation system, and formalism and non-consistency in performance-based pay system for teachers.

      • LEED 인증 사례 분석을 통한 교육연구시설의 평가 항목별 득점 및 기술 적용 현황

        Educational and Research facilities experience a significant demand for creating a comfortable indoor environment, given the high occupancy density and the presence of laboratory equipment. Consequently, these facilities typically exhibit elevated energy consumption. Therefore, there is a need for a facility-oriented solution aimed at reducing energy usage and managing indoor conditions effectively. To address this issue, we conducted an analysis of the status of facilities and recent trends within buildings that have achieved LEED certification, an established eco-friendly certification system. Selected 118 buildings within the BD+C:NC category that have attained a Silver rating or higher over the last decade, focusing on those with observable applied technologies. Specifically examined the Water Efficiency and Indoor Environmental Quality aspects. Scrutinized the adoption rates of each criterion and provided an analysis of both the adoption rates and the technological applications associated with each individual criterion.

      • 중공사막 잠열교환소자 적용 환기시스템의 운전 및 에너지 성능에 대한 실험적 연구

        This study purposed to experimentally investigate the seasonal operating and energy performance of a hollow membrane latent heat exchanger-assisted ventilation unit. The proposed ventilation unit was fabricated, and the experiments was conducted based on the test standards for the energy recovery ventilator addressed from air-conditioning, heating and refrigeration institute (AHRI). In addition, the seasonal operation modes for the proposed ventilation unit were suggested . The measured data showed that the average sensible effectiveness, the average latent effectiveness, and the average enthalpy effectiveness of the proposed ventilation unit are 74.9%, 73.1%, and 76.1% in mode 1; 53.6%, 74.9%, 89.6% in mode 2; 80.6%, 68.1%, 78.1 % in mode 3. In addition, in case of energy performance, the proposed ventilation unit exhibited coefficient of energy (COE) of 31.5 in mode 1, 8.4 in mode 2, and 17.9 in mode 3, which satisfying the minimum requirement addressed in the energy recovery ventilator test standard in Korea.

        This study aimed to evaluate the energy saving potentials of a hollow fiber membrane dehumidification-based energy recovery ventilation system via a series of energy simulations. The proposed ventilation system is composed of an air-to-air hollow fiber membrane-based latent heat exchanger and flat plate sensible heat exchanger. According to the outdoor air conditions, the operation strategies of the proposed system could be classified into four type: total heat exchange mode, sensible heat exchange mode, latent heat exchange mode, and by-pass mode. For evaluating the energy and operating performance of the proposed system, the commercial energy recovery ventilator (ERV) system was chosen as a reference system. The simulation results present that the proposed system could provide the ventilation air at nearly neutral humidity ratio owing to the higher latent exchange effectiveness. In addition, the hollow fiber membrane latent heat exchanger in the proposed system could reduce 42% of the latent load in the introduced outdoor air. Therefore, the proposed system could conserve 26.5% of the primary energy consumption compared with the reference system.

        스페인어 여성 관련 동물 속담의 인지 구조 분석

        The aim of this study is to draw attention to the existence of semantic derogation of Spanish proverbs that declare the identity of the women. A significant amount of Spanish proverbs that do not go unnoticed is based on animal images, and the process of linking women with animals is made metaphorically and metonymically, depending on the cognitive models. In particular, animals such as mule, cow, chicken or other domestic animals are used to associate negative characteristics with women. Due to the male-centered world view of Spanish society and the cognitive power of metaphor and metonymy, such animalization manifests the role traditionally allocated to women, which, in fact, reflects the common belief that women are inferior and subordinate to men. To examine such derogatory uses with conceptual metaphor and metonymy with regards to women, this study will analyze the metaphoric structure and examine the misogynist view of Spanish language.

        스페인어의 영어어법 차용과 의미 확장

        Cuando dos lenguas entran en contacto, se producen interferencias. En este caso, una lengua ejerce mayor influencia sobre la otra, importandole elementos lexicos, foneticos, morfologicos y sintacticos que se van adaptando al sistema linguistico de la lengua receptora. Actualmente la mayoria de los extranjerismos que recibe el espanol proceden del ingles de EE.UU. Desde la segunda mitad del siglo XX, cuando los EE.UU. empezo a considerarse el lider mundial en el sector economico, politico, cientifico y tecnologico, se han adoptado muchos anglicismos y aun siguen adoptandose en la lengua espanola. Asi mismo, su cultura es omnipresente en cualquier rincon del planeta, y con la ayuda de los medios de comunicacion e de Internet su difusion es incesante. Con todo ello, los prestamos linguisticos del ingles, a su vez, llegan a cubrir los huecos semanticos que se hallan en la lengua autoctona, a aportar nuevos significados a sus lexicos, generalmente, a traves de una extension semantica, o a competir con los homonimos de la lengua receptora que no tienen relaciones semanticas con el ingles. En este trabajo, vamos a indagar las consecuencias de la afluencia de anglicismos en el nivel lexico-semantico de la lengua espanola y a considerar el problema de su posible polisemia.

        성공적인 DELE시험을 위한 제안

        Este trabajo examina profunde y minuciosamente el nivel intermedio del examen DELE, siguiendo a cada una de sus pautas, desde el punto de vista del candidato, y da algunas sugerencias prácticas que se pueden utilizar directamente a la hora de realizar el examen. Con el ánimo de contribuir a la mejora de calificatión de los candidatos y de servir de ayuda para sus docentes, el presente trabajo no sólo intenta ofrecer la información adecuada de lo que es el examen mismo, es decir, el contenido del examen, sino también la información de cómo prepararse psicológica y técnicamente para efectuarlo. Por ello, se puede decir que todas las informaciones que se encuentran en este trabajo son aquellas técnicas que permitan mejorar los recursos verbal y no verbal de los candidatos. De acuerdo con el Marco común europeo de referencia para las lengunas: aprendizaje, enseńanza, evaluación, y el Plan Curricular del Instituto Cervantes, los actuales exámenes DELE también se van a reestructurar en 6 niveles, A1-A2, B1-B2 y C1-C2, como otras lenguas europeas. A pesar de que se cambien la forma y las estructura general del examen, no creo que se altere mucho su contenido, es decir, el objetivo, el parámetro de calificación y el criterio para crear las pruebas que intentan evaluar distintos aspectos de la competencia lingüística de los candidatos, et., aunque sí que entonces se va a necesitar una nueva forma de preparación por parte de los alumnos y sus docentes. De todos modos, estamos seguros de que los interesados en los actuales y futuros exámenes pueden y podrán hallar útiles sugerencias en este trabajo. This paper presents a specific study of the intermediate-level of the DELE examinations on the viewpoints of the applications with following each stage of the test. It suggests some practical ways which can be directly used in the examination rooms. With the purpose of making contribution to the improvement of the applicants' qualifications and helping the teachers' works, this paper also attempts to provide the readers with adequate information not only about the contents of the examination but also of how to prepare for the test in a psychological and technical way. Therefore, it can be said that all information contained in this work is related to the techniques which enhance verbal and non-verbal resources of the applicants. According to the Common European framework of reference for languages: Learning, teaching, assessment and the Plan curricular by the Cervantes Institute, the current DELE examinations are now being restructured into 6 levels: A1, A2, B1, B2, C1 and C2, like other European language. Despite of the change of the examinations' structures, I do not think that the purpose of the examinations and the criteria for assessing different aspects of the linguistic competence of the candidates would not totally change. After the change, however, I think that new ways of preparing for the examinations will be needed for applicants and their teachers. I hope that those people who are interested in the DELE in the present and the future will find useful suggestions in this work.
