다채널기록법을 이용한 토끼 망막 신경절세포의 특성 분석

망막의 신경절세포는 눈에 가해진 시각 정보를 흥분파의 형태로 변환하여 시신경을 통하여 대뇌의 시각피질까지 전달한다. 과거에 사용하여 왔던 방법은 단일 전극을 단일 뉴론의 세포내, 외에 삽입함으로써 특정 시간대에 특정 뉴론만을 기록하는 방법이었으므로 신경망 전체를 통하여 처리되어 나오는 정보를 알아보기에는 적합하지 않다. 다행히 최근에 다채널 전극을 사용하여 여러 신경세포에서 나오는 신호를 동시에 기록할 수 있는 다채널기록법(multichannel recording) 이 개발되었으므로 본 연구에서는 8행 ${\times}$ 8열의 다채널전극을 사용한 다채널기록법을 이용하여 망막신경절세포 군집의 흥분파를 기록, 분석함으로써 단일 신경세포가 아닌 망막 신경망을 거쳐 최종적으로 나오는 신호에 대해서 연구하였다. 전극에 부착된 망막 절편에 2초 동안 빛을 가하고 5초 동안 빛이 차단되는 자극을 반복적으로 인가한 후, PSTH 분석방법으로 망막 신경절세포를 ON 세포, OFF세포, ON/OFF세포의 세가지 유형으로 분류할 수 있었으며, ON 세포: 35.0$\pm$4.4%, OFF 세포: 30.4$\pm$1.9%, ON/OFF 세포: 34.6$\pm$5.3% (전체 망막절편수=8)로 분포되어 있음을 확인하였다. 또한 상호상관(Cross-Correlation) 분석방법을 통해서 인접한 세포들끼리 매우 짧은 시간대에(<1 ms) 동기화된 흥분을 발사함을 확인할 수 있었고, 동기화된 흥분은 6~8개의 세포로 구성된 세포 클러스터에서 일어남을 확인하였다. 즉 개개의 신경절세포들이 빛 자극을 처리함에 있어 독립적으로 작용한다는 기존의 가정과는 달리 인접한 세포끼리는 동기화된 흥분을 보이는 것을 확인하였으며, 이러한 방식은 시세포 수와 신경절세포 수의 불균형으로 인해 초래되는 병목현상을 완화할 수 있는 효과적인 기전으로 생각된다. Retinal ganglion cells transmit visual scene as an action potential to visual cortex through optic nerve. Conventional recording method using single intra- or extra-cellular electrode enables us to understand the response of specific neuron on specific time. Therefore, it is not possible to determine how the nerve impulses in the population of retinal ganglion cells collectively encode the visual stimulus with conventional recording. This requires recording the simultaneous electrical signals of many neurons. Recent advances in multi-electrode recording have brought us closer to understanding how visual information is encoded by population of retinal ganglion cells. We examined how ganglion cells act together to encode a visual scene with multi-electrode array (MEA). With light stimulation (on duration: 2 sec, off duration: 5 sec) generated on a color monitor driven by custom-made software, we isolated three functional types of ganglion cell activities; ON (35.0$\pm$4.4%), OFF (31.4$\pm$1.9%), and ON/OFF cells (34.6$\pm$5.3%) (Total number of retinal pieces = 8). We observed that nearby neurons often fire action potential near synchrony (< 1 ms). And this narrow correlation is seen among cells within a cluster which is made of 6~8 cells. As there are many more synchronized firing patterns than ganglion cells, such a distributed code might allow the retina to compress a large number of distinct visual messages into a small number of ganglion cells.

Objectives The purpose of this study is to report the effect of Kamisamul-tang / Jia Wei Si Wu Tang / Augmented Four - Substance Decoction on a Menopausal Disorder Patient. This is a clinical report about a 49 year old female patient with a Menopausal Disorder treated by herb medicine, Kamisamul-tang / Jia Wei Si Wu Tang / Augmented Four-Substance Decoction without any other medicine or treatment. Methods The patient was treated by herb medicine, Kamisamul-tang / Jia Wei Si Wu Tang / Augmented Four - Substance Decoction. The improvement of the patient was judged by Visual Analog Scale. Results The symptoms were gradually reduced and VAS became 1 after 8weeks of treatments, since then the symptoms were not reappearing for 3 months. Conclusions Herb medicine, Kamisamul-tang / Jia Wei Si Wu Tang / Augmented Four - Substance Decoction is effective to improve a Menopausal Disorder Patient`s symptoms. It is necessary to have more observation and many cases of patients with a Menopausal Disorder.

무역거래에서 스마트계약의 법적 고찰

스마트계약(Smart Contract)은 블록체인에 기반을 두고 실현되는 코드로서, 미리 결정된 조건이 성취되는 경우 계약의 내용이 자동적으로 이행되는 것이 보장되는 것을 말한다. 스마트계약의 기밀성과 경제적 효율성 등의 이점으로 향후 여러 분야에서 활용될 것으로 전망한다. 본 연구는 무역거래에서 스마트계약을 활용하는데 고려해야할 법률적 문제에 대해 살펴보고 이러한 문제를 예방하거나 해결할 수 있는 방안을 제시하는데 목적을 두고 있으며, 그 내용은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 계약의 효력에 대한 문제이다. 계약의 성립과 관련하여 고려되어야 문제 중 하나는 스마트계약의 수정이 가능한가인 것이다. 이에 대해 고려해 볼 수 있는 해결방법은 기존의 스마트계약을 업그레이드하거나 새로운 스마트계약을 생성하는 것이다. 둘째, 계약이 이행되는 과정에 있어서 불이행 또는 하자에 따른 담보의 문제이다. 이미 이행된 이후 급부의 하자를 판단하기 어려움이 있어 이에 대한 손해배상청구가 쉽지는 않을 것이다. 따라서 이러한 문제를 예방하기 위해서는 구제와 관련한 조건을 미리 코드화 하거나 스마트계약 뿐만 아니라 서면계약을 활용할 필요가 있을 것이다. 셋째, 스마트계약에 있어서 준거법 및 국제재판관할권의 문제이다. 계약을 확실성을 얻기 위해서는 당사자 간 분쟁해결 방법을 미리 합의하는 것이 필요할 것이고 특히 중재와 같은 ADR 메커니즘을 스마트계약의 블록체인 분장에 기록함으로써 플랫폼을 활용할 수 있을 것이다. Smart Contract is a code that is realized based on the blockchain, which means that the contents of the contract are guaranteed to be automatically executed when predetermined conditions are achieved. The benefits of smart contract confidentiality and economic efficiency are expected to be used in various fields in the future. It is considered under a legal sense when it complies with the requirements of the law regarding essential elements. The purpose of this study is to examine the legal issues to be considered in the use of smart contracts in international commerce, and to suggest ways to prevent or solve these problems. First is the question of the validity of the contract. One of the issues to be considered regarding the establishment of a contract is whether it is possible to modify the smart contract. A possible solution to this is to upgrade existing smart contracts or create new smart contracts. Second, it is a matter of collateral due to default or defect in the process of implementing the contract. Since it is difficult to determine the defects after the implementation, it will not be easy to claim damages. Therefore, in order to prevent such a problem, it may be necessary to pre-code the conditions related to the remedy or to use a written contract as well as a smart contract. Third, it is a matter of governing law and international jurisdiction in smart contracts. In order to secure the contract, it will be necessary to agree the dispute resolution method between the parties in advance, and the platform can be utilized by recording the ADR mechanism such as mediation in the blockchain division of the smart contract.

The purpose of this paper is to clarify the important role of resultative costruction which leads to English Accomplishment. The examination of resultative construction with AP predicate which leads to the accomplishment constructions is central to my paper. So the relation is established in this study between the accomplishment structures and the resultative constructions. I will focus on the point that is relevant to the domain of resultative constructions. This study uses Event Semantics as the apparatus of analyzing English resultative constructions among the accomplishment structures. In most cases, the feature of resultative constructions is in the presence of a result XP which denotes a state or location in it. There are several factors which affect English accomplishment such as the verbs, the object of sentence. In addition to these factors, the resultative constructions also have an important effect on the English accomplishment. This research will go through not syntactic but pure semantic analysis in order to develop on semantics' own view.
