CR-SeMMS : NEMO환경에서 SIP에 기반한 비용절감의 안전한 이동성관리 기법

IETF(Internet Engineering Task Force)의 MVPN(Mobile Virtual Private Network) 은 NEMO(NEtwork MObility)를 지원하도록 설계되어 있지 않기 때문에 실시간 응용에 적합하지 않다. 따라서 안전한 NEMO에서 VPN을 지원하는 아키텍처와 프로토콜이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 VPN 환경에서 실시간 응용을 위해 설계된, SIP(Session Initiation Protocol)에 기반한 CR-SeMMS(Cost-Reduced Secure Mobility Management Scheme) 시스템을 제안한다. 제안하는 기법은 NEMO에서의 MVPN을 지원하는 방법을 제안하여 전체 네트워크가 이동하는 경우, 지속적으로 세션을 유지하도록 한다. 또한, 핸드오프의 경우 지연 시간 요소로 고려되는 인증 시간을 단축하기 위하여 HOTP(HMAC based One Time Password) 기반의 인증방식을 이용한 핸드오프 방식을 제안하여 세션을 유지하기 위해 지속적으로 발생하는 시그널링 처리시간을 개선하였다. 마지막으로, 제안한 방식과 기존 방식을 시뮬레이션하여 핸드오프 수행의 평균 시간이 개선되는 것을 확인한다. The mobile Virtual Private Network (MVPN) of Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF) is not designed to support NEwork MObility (NEMO) and is not suitable for real-time applications. Therefore, an architecture and protocol which supports VPN in NEMO are needed. In this paper, we proposed the cost-reduced secure mobility management scheme (CR-SeMMS) which is designed for real-time applications in conjunction with VPN and also which is based on the session initiation protocol (SIP). Our scheme is to support MVPN in NEMO, so that the session is well maintained while the entire network is moved. Further, in order to reduce the authentication delay time which considers as a delaying factor in hands-off operations, the signaling time which occurs to maintain the session is shortened through proposing the hands-off scheme adopting an authentication method based on HMAC based One Time Password (HOTP). Finally, our simulation results show the improvement of the average hands-off performance time between our proposed scheme and the existing schemes.

The current power generation is very suitable renewable energy for the application to Korean western and south coastal regions where characterized as having high current speed. Being different from tidal power generation that needs tremendous dam structure to preserve water, the current power generation utilizes the ocean current flow without damaging to estuary area and its environment. There are still many areas to understand the characteristics of current power generation for the actual field installation. As designing muti module with several rotors, the interaction between rotors will occur that would affect the efficiency and RPM of each rotor. In this study, the interactions caused by gaps between rotors in multi module are studied.

Gyeonggi-do had an exceptionally high number of accidents among the area based on the chemical accidents (226 cases) that occurred in Korea 2020. And the frequency of accidents were high in order Ulsan, Seoul, Jeonnam, Busan, Jeonbuk, Incheon·Chungnam, Gangwon·Chungbuk·Gyeongbuk, Daegu·Gyeongnam, Gwangju, Daejeon, Sejong·Jeju·Changwon. By month, the largest number of chemical accidents occurred in August, followed by June, July, and September. In this study, the causes of major hazardous chemical accidents were analyzed and the response system was studied. In the future, data sharing and effective prevention, preparation and response strategies could be established for the chemical accident prevention measures.
유방암 세포주를 이용한 개비자 나무의 에탄올 추출물의 항암 활성 분석

개비자 나무 추출물을 2종의 유방암 세포주(SOC-1395와 SK-BR-3)를 이용하여 MTT 활성 분석을 수행하였다. RPMII-1640 배지에 10% FBS과 1%의 penicillin-streptomycin 혼합용액을 사용하였으며, MTT을 농도로 PBS에 녹여 사용하였다. SK-BR-3 세포주가 개비자 나무 추출물과 HHT(homoharringtonine)에 대하여 SCC-1395에 비하여 민감성이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 개비자 나무의 추출시 응집제로 처리하고 건조 후 에탄올 추출물은 건조 후 에탄올 추출물에 비하여 SOC-1395 세포주가 높은 활성을 보였으며 SK-BR-3를 이용한 항암분석에서도 동일한 결과를 얻을 수 있었다. This study was designed to investigate the cytotoxic effiect of Cephaxus koreana on human breast cancer cell lines (SCC-1395 and SK-BR-3) using MTT(3-[4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl]-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide) assay. RPMII-1640 medium whth 10% FBS and 1% of penicillin-streptomycin was used. The ethanol extract of Cephaxus koreana after adsoption resin treatment showed higher anticancer activity against SCC-1395 than the ethanol extract of Cephaxus koreana without adsoption resin treatment. SK-BR-3 showed higher sensitivity activity than SCC-1395 at the same concentration of 20000 ppm.
