        나노 기공을 함유한 다층초박막의 제조

        We introduce a novel and versatile approach for preparing self-assembled nanoporous multilayered films with tunable optical properties. Protonated polystyrene-block-poly(4-vinylpyrine) (PS-b-P4VP) and anionic poly-styrene-block-poly(acrylic acid) (ps-b-PAA) block copolymer micelles (BCM) were used as building blocks for the layer-by-layer assembly of BCM multilayer films. BCM film growth is governed by electrostatic and hydrogen-bonding interactions between the oppositely BCMs. Both film porosity and film thickness are dependent upon the charge density of the micelles, with the porosity of the film controlled by the solution pH and the molecular weight (Mw) of the constituents. PS1-b-P4VP4/PS1-b-PAA4 films prepared at pH 4 (for PS1-b-P4VP4) and pH 6 (for PS1-b-PAA4) are highly nanoporous and antireflective. In contrast, PS1-b-P4VP/ PS1-b-PAA4 films assembled at pH 4/4 show relatively dense surface morphology due to the decreased charge density of PS1-b-PAA4. Films formed from BCMs with increased PS block and decreased hydrophilic block (P4VP or PAA) size (e.g., PS3-b-P4VP1/PS4-b-PAA1 at pH 4/4) were also nanoporous. This is attributed to a decreasein interdigitation between the adjacent corona shells of the low Mw BCMs, thus creating more void space between the micelles.

        Solitary fibrous tumors (SFTs) are histologically characterized as mesenchymal tumors of probable fibroblastic origin that can arise at pleural and extrapleural sites. SFTs originating in the pancreas are extremely rare. Here, we report a case of pancreatic SFT in a 77-year-old female who presented with jaundice. A malignant neuroendocrine tumor (NET) was suspected based on radiologic findings. However, it is difficult to differentiate SFTs from a NET from radiographs and in this report, we summarize magnetic resonance imaging findings and discuss how to distinguish between SFT and NET using immunohistochemistry. Radical excision is the treatment of choice for SFT; however, in the present case, excision was not possible and close observation showed no changes 10 months after the diagnosis.         층상자기조립법을 이용한 나노구조체의 제조와 응용

        층과 층 사이의 정전기적인력, 수소결합 또는 공유결합을 이용하여 층당 두께를 수 옹스트롱에서부터 수십 나노미터까지 제조할 수 있으며 박막의 표면 형태를 흡착시키고자 하는 물질 및 박막 후처리 공정을 통해 제어할 수 있으며 더 나아가, 삽입하는 물질의 특성에 따라 박막의 기능성을 집적화 및 다양화시킬 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 층상자기조립방법의 특성을 이용하여 반사방지막, 초소수성 필름 및 전기화학센서로의 응용가능성을 제시하였다. 반사방지막의 경우, 구형의 블록공중합체를 유리기판 위에 다층박막으로 적층시킴으로써 박막 굴절률을 1.25까지 감소시켰고 이를 통해 약 99.5%의 빛 투과도를 달성할 수 있었다. 더 나아가 바이오물질인 엔자임을 다층박막에 삽입시킬 경우, 활성 산소를 분해시키는 전기화학센서로의 제조가 가능함을 보인다. 본 연구는 본인이 이미 발표한 논문(J. Am. Chem. Soc. 128, 9935 (2006); Adv. Mater. 19, 4364 (2007); Electro. Mater. Lett. 3, 163 (2007))들을 정리하여 층상자기조립법에 관해 소개하는 논문이다. In contrast, PS7K-b-P4VP28K/PS2K-b-PAA8K films assembled at pH 4/4 show a relatively dense surface morphology due to the decreased charge density of PS2K-b-PAA8K. Films formed from BCMs with increased PS block and decreased hydrophilic block (P4VP or PAA) size (e.g., PS36K-b-P4VP12K/PS16K-b-PAA4K at pH 4/4) were also nanoporous. Furthermore, we demonstrate that the nanostructured electrochemical sensors based on patterning methods show the electrochemical activities. Anionic poly(styrene sulfonate) (PSS) layers were selectively and uniformly deposited onto the catalase (CAT)-coated surface using the micro-contact printing method. The pH-induced charge reversal of catalase can provide the selective deposition of consecutive PE multilayers onto patterned PSS layers by causing the electrostatic repulsion between next PE layer and catalase. Based on this patterning method, the hybrid patterned multilayers composed of platinum nanoparticles (PtNP) and catalase were prepared and then their electrochemical properties were investigated from sensing $H_2O_2$ and NO gas.         신생아 위 기형종 1례

        위기형종은 모든 기형종의 1% 미만을 차지하며, 대부분 1세 미만의 남아에서 발생하고, 상복부 종괴나 복부 팽만을 주소로 내원하여 방사선학적으로 US나 CT 소견에서 위 주위에 낭성 그리고 고형성분이 섞여 있는 종괴가 지방이나 석회화를 함유한 경우 진단이 가능하며, 보고된 대부분의 경우가 양성으로 완전한 수술적 절제 후에는 추가적인 치료가 필요하지 않고 예후는 매우 양호하다. 알파 태아 단백(AFP, ${\alpha}$-fetoprotein)이 종양 표지자로 사용되며, 추적 검사에서 점차적으로 증가하거나 또는 감소하지 않는 경우 재발이나 불완전한 절제를 생각할 수 있다. Gastric teratoma is an extremely rare neoplasm in children which account for less than one percent of all teratomas. Unlike other teratomas, most reported gastric teratomas was benign except one case and occurred predominantly in boys. Additionally, gastric teratomas present in the first year of life as a palpable mass, abdominal distension, vomiting, hematemesis or respiratory distress. Patients with gastric teratomas have an excellent prognosis after complete excision of the tumor. We report a case of immature gastric teratoma in an one-day-old boy, which was diagnosed by abdominal sonography and CT scan, and confirmed by surgery.

        비인가 대안학교가 경험하는 갈등과 난제 : 합법적 교육기관의 지위 획득을 위한 저항과 투쟁의 과정을 중심으로

        대안교육이 우리 교육현장에 등장한 지 20년이 지났지만, 비인가 대안학교의 합법적 존립의 문제는 여전히 유효하다. 이 연구는 비인가 대안학교 구성원들이 인가 관련 현행 법제도에 저항하면서 합법적 교육기관으로서의 지위를 획득하려는 투쟁의 과정에서 경험하는 갈등과 난제를 심층적으로 분석하고자 하였다. 이에, 연구자는 경기도 A시 소재 비인가 대안학교 및 지역협의체 구성원들을 대상으로 심층면담과 참여관찰에 의한 질적사례연구를 수행하였다. 연구 결과에 의하면, 비인가 대안학교 구성원들은 저항의 과정에서 1) 법제적 이해충돌, 2) 실재(實在)의 학교, 3) 다양성의 가치지향, 4) 생존을 위한 차선의 길이라는 주제로 대변되는 갈등과 난제를 경험하였다. 그리고 그 저변에는 대안교육의 본질적 가치를 수호하기 위한 적극적인 투쟁과, 재정 안정성을 도모하기 위한 소극적인 투쟁이 이루어지고 있었다. 이들의 저항과 투쟁은 비인가 대안학교의 생존이라는 궁극적인 목표로 수렴된다. 연구자는 분석결과가 내포한 맥락을 짚어보고, 그 함의에 대해서 논의하였다. Is the problem solved? It is the research question that this study posed in order to delve into the conflicts and problems that unaccredited alternative schools have faced for almost 20 years in a road to seeking for legitimate institutional status in Korean school education system. This study paid special attention to ‘how’ and ‘why’ these schools have resisted the current law that defines how to become institutionally approved and what they have struggled for. This study qualitatively examined the cases of unaccredited alternative schools located in A city of Gyeonggi-do province as conducting in-dept interviews and participatory observations. According to the findings, this study was able to categorize the conflicts and problems that these schools have experienced into the following four themes: 1) interest conflicts in the legal respect; 2) existence in reality; 3) pursuit of diversity in Korean schools; 4) having a contingency plan. The study then discussed how the findings of the study have implications on unaccredited alternative schools that still continue to find ways to survive.

        림프관종과 감별이 어려웠던 비장 가성낭종 1예

        Splenic pseudocyst is a rare complication of abdominal trauma. Although it is rare, splenic pseudocyst is well-documented in the literature. According to the current classification, approximately 30% of all splenic cysts or pseudocysts result from direct abdominal trauma. In addition, chronic pancreatitis leads to change of nearby organs with possible acute and chronic complications including splenic lesions. This unusual complication can occur in both emergent and nonemergent conditions. The useful diagnostic procedures to assess intrasplenic pseudocyst are sonogram, CT scan, splenic scan, and occasionally angiography. However, definite diagnosis of pseudocyst is possible only after splenectomy when the absence of epithelial lining is confirmed histologically. Splenic pseudocyst requires surgical resection. We experienced a 31-year-old man who confirmed of warmness in the left side of back with left upper quadrant abdominal pain for several months. First impression was splenic lymphangioma based on CT scan and sonogram finding. Splenectomy was performed. Microscopic examination re­vealed splenic pseudocyst with fibrous capsule without epithelial lining. (Korean J Gastroenterol 2006;48:427-430)
