본 논문에서는 레이더의 반대응 능력을 개선하기 위한 의사 랜덤 M 시퀀스 코드 기반의 새로운 펄스반복간격 (PRI) 지터 코더를 제안한다. 제안된 256개의 지터 PRI 코드 각각은 256 코드 칩의 유일한 조합으로 이루어져 있어서, 임의의 코드에서 선택된 어떠한 3개의 연속된 코드 칩(4개의 펄스)의 조합이라도 코드들의 모든 코드 칩 시퀀스들 중에서 오직 한 번만 존재한다. 이는 4개의 펄스만 수신하면 전송된 코드 식별은 물론이고 반대응을 위해 요구되는 수신 펄스열(또는 코드 시퀀스)의 정확한 타이밍을 결정할 수 있다는 것을 의미한다. 제안된 아이디어를 실험적으로 입증하기 위해, 상기 지터 PRI 코더를 구현하고 시연한다. In this paper, a novel pulse repetition interval (PRI) jittering coder based on quasi-random M-sequence codes is proposed for improvement of counter-countermeasure capability in a radar. Each of the proposed jittered 256 PRI codes has a unique code chip combination with 256 code chips, such that any set of three consequent code chips (4 pulses) from any code appears only once among the entire code chip sequences of the codes. This indicates that only 4 of received pulses are enough to determine uniquely the exact timing position of the incoming pulse train (or code chip sequence) required for counter-countermeasure, as well as the identity of the transmitted code. To prove the proposed idea experimentally, the jittered PRI coder is implemented and demonstrated.
지구성 운동이 쥐 혈청 IGF-1, IGFBP-3 수준과 골격근 형태별 GLUT-4에 미치는 영향

We investigate the effects of 12wk treadmill exercise on the skeletal muscle GLUT-4 protein, serum glucose, insulin, IGF-1, IGFBP-Ⅲ and lipids in the insulin resistant obese Zucker rats(fa/fa). Male obese Zucker rats either remained sedentary(fa/fa, n=7), and performed treadmill exercise(fa/fa, n=7) for 12wk. During oral glucose tolerance test(OGTT), treadmill exercise resulted in a significant lowering of the glucose, insulin and TC, TG, LDL-C responses compared with sedentary controls. Treadmill exercise increased serum IGF-1, IGF-BP-III and insulin-regulated glucose transporter(GLUT-4) in isolated soleus, plantaris muscle. The greatest expressions in GLUT-4 protein in these muscles were observed in the treadmill exercise group. Thus, enhancement in glucose transport in soleus and plantaris muscle due to treadmill exercise was related to enhanced serum IGF-1, IGF-BP-III and GLUT-4 protein and decrease glucose, insulin and TC, TG, LDL-C. These results suggest that treadmill exercise may reduce the risk of associated diseases including diabetes and coronary heart disease.
탈진적인 1회성 수영운동과 단시간 금식 복합 조건이 쥐의 심장근과 골격근의 GLUT-4와 GRP-78 발현에 미치는 영향

This study investigates the distribution and heart and skeletal levels of glucose regulated protein(GRP-78) and glucose transport protein(GLUT-4) in response to starvation(48hr) and swimming exercise in the rats. Results demonstrate that GRP-78 is strongly expressed within the heart, plantaris and soleus muscle in responce to starvation(48hr) and swimming exercise and glucose transport protein(GLUT-4) is also expressed with in the soleus and plantaris muscle in responce to swimming exercise and starvation & swimming exercise in the rats GRP78 levels are highest during fasting in both the heart and plantaris muscle whereas are highest during fasting & swimming exercise in only soleus muscle and GLUT-4 levels are highest during swimming exercise in both the soleus and plantaris muscle, considering the tissue-specific pattern of GRP-78 and GLUT-4 expression and change during exposing to varous stress condition.

Obesity and diabetes have been increased at an alaming rate in recent years and is now a worldwide health problem. We investigate the effects of 8wk feeding tea catechin which is natural polyphenolic compounds and 8wk treadmill exercise on the skeletal muscle GLUT-4 protein, serum glucose, insulin and lipids(TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C) in the insulin resistant obese Zucker rats(fa/fa). Male obese Zucker rats either remained sedentary(fa/fa, n=4), recieved catechins(5㎖=2.5g/250㎖(1%) day-1, fa/fa, n=4), performed treadmill exercise(fa/fa, n=4) or underwent both catechin supplementation and treadmill exercise(fa/fa, n=4) for 8wk. During oral glucose tolerance test(OGTT), treadmill exercise alone or in combination with catechins resulted in a significant lowering of the glucose, insulin and TC, TG, LDL-C responses compared with sedentary controls. Treadmill exercise or in combination with catechin group individually increased insulin-regulated glucose transporter(GLUT-4) in isolated soleus, plantaris and gastrocnemius muscle. The greatest expressions in GLUT-4 protein in these muscles were observed in the treadmill exercise group. Thus, enhancement in glucose transport in soleus, plantaris and gastrocnemius muscle due to treadmill exercise and in combination with catechin was related to enhanced GLUT-4 protein and decrease glucose, insulin and TC, TG, LDL-C. These results suggest that treadmill exercise and in combination with catechin individually may reduce the risk of associated diseases including diabetes and coronary heart disease.
한방 천연물을 함유한 기능성 식품 GLM001 투여가 에탄올을 섭취한 쥐 간의 CYP-4502E1 및 혈청 생화학 성분에 미치는 영향

This study investigated the expression of cytochrome P 4502E1 or level of liver functional parameters like GOT, GPT and LDH. Many exogenous inducers of CYP4502E1 seem to increase CYP4502E1 by post-translational activation. This study shows that administration of a dose of ethanol (30%) produces a significant increase in the activity of the hepatic microsomal CYP4502E1 and level of GOT, GPT and LDH in obese Zucker rats whereas exercise (0% grade, lhr/day, 5days/wk, during 12weeks) treated obese Zucker rats with ethanol except lean-type, obese Zucker rat-control and obese Zucker rat-exercise markedly suppressed this enhanced activity of the hepatic microsomal CYP4502E1 and decrease level of serum GOT, GPT and LDH. These results indicate that both ethanol consumption and running exercise suppressed hepatic microsomal CYP4502E1 with decreasing serum GOT, GPT and LDH than those of ethanol group in obese Zucker rats.
