        다문화수업의 상호문화이해 유형 분석

        본 연구는 상호문화이해를 위한 방법적 차원에서 상호문화교육의 이론을 연구하고, 그 연구를 근거하여 현재 이루어지고 있는 다문화수업 속에 상호문화교육의 원리가 어느 정도 반영되어 있는지 분석하였다. 분석 자료는 다문화정책 연구학교의 공개 수업지도안을 대상으로 선정하였고, 상호문화이해능력을 키울 수 있는 학습요소에 의한 분석과 자문화와 타문화의 비교거리를 기준으로 분석이 이루어졌다. 분석결과, 상호문화교육의 원리가 다문화수업 속에 반영되어 있지만 단순히 타문화를 기술하는 낮은 수준의 이해에 머물러 있었다. 이는 앞으로 상호문화능력을 키울 수 있도록 상호문화교육의 원리 및 방법을 우리의 다문화 상황에 맞게 정립시켜야 함을 시사한다. This study focuses on the theory that intercultural education is a method of intercultural understanding. Based on the findings, it is assumed that there is no practical intercultural education in the actual school field where its presence has been analyzed. Based on the result of the analysis, the principles of intercultural education are reflected on the multicultural instruction, however, it still remains at a low level of understanding. The characteristics of other cultures are simplified. In order to develop intercultural competency systematically, it implies that the multicultural instruction has to establish the principles and methods of intercultural education according to our multicultural situation. Therefore, practicians of multicultural education are advised to focus on applying the principles of intercultural understanding to the existing multicultural education. Also, approach methods needs to be systematized. By doing so, intercultural understanding can be realized within the school field.

        유행선도력에 따른 소비자 세분집단의 심리적 특성과 의복추구혜택 특성

        The purposes of this study were 1) to subdivide female consumers according to fashion innovativeness and fashion opinion leadership and identify the differences of demographic characteristics among the subdivided groups, 2) to identify the differences of personal characteristics, such as optimal stimulation level, materialism and values among the subdivided groups by fashion leadership and 3) to identify the clothing buying behavior, such as clothing benefits sought, fashion selection behavior and actual state of clothing shopping, among the subdivided groups. The data were collected via a questionnaire from 359 married female of ages 20`s∼40`s living in Seoul and suburban areas. The results of this study were as follows : 1) Female consumers were subdivided into innovative communicators, fashion innovators, fashion opinion leaders, fashion followers and fashion indifferents. And there were significant differences among subdivided groups with respect to demographic variables. 2) Optimal stimulation level and materialism were proven to be significantly different among subdivided groups by fashion leadership. 3) Seven dimensions of values were identified through factor analysis: consumption-oriented, achievement-oriented, diligence/sincerity-oriented, pessimistic value tendencious, conservative/conventional value oriented, dignity-oriented and sociality-oriented. And when it comes to the subdivided groups by the fashion leadership, 5 values factors such as consumption-oriented, achievement-oriented, diligence/sincerity-oriented. conservative/conventional value oriented, and sociality-oriented were proven to be significantly different. 4) Five dimensions of clothing benefits sought were identified through factor analysis: self-expression/individuality, brand-value, price-consciousness, decency and quality. And when it comes to the subdivided groups by the fashion leadership, 4 clothing benefits sought factors such as self-expression/individuality, brand-value, price-consciousness and decency were proven to be significantly different. 5) The consumers who were high in fashion innovativeness and fashion opinion leadership had a larger number of fashionable clothing items and experienced fashionable activities more. And there were significant differences among subdivided groups by fashion leadership in the actual state of clothing shopping.

        대학 시간제등록제 개선방안 도출을 위한 정책 델파이 연구

        본 연구의 목적은 대학 시간제등록제의 운영에 대한 개선방안들을 탐색하고 중요도와 정책적 우선순위를 제안하는 데 있다. 이를 위하여 시간제등록제 관련 업무를 수행한 경험자와 평생학습 분야의 전문가를 대상으로 3차의 정책 델파이 설문을 실시하였다. 설문주제는 시간제등록제의 운영기준 마련과 학습자지원시스템 구축 시 반영되어야 할 사항을 질문하였다. 1차 델파이 조사에서는 개방형 설문을 통해 수집된 의견의 내용분석을 실시한 결과 총 5개 부분 41개의 항목을 도출하였다. 2차 델파이 조사에서는 1차 조사의 분석결과에 대한 동의정도를 통해 내용타당도(Content Validity Ratio)를 확보하였다. 3차 델파이 조사에서는 제안된 운영기준과 지원시스템 고려사항의 중요도 조사와 더불어 실제 정책적 우선순위 조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과 시간제등록제 운영기준 마련을 위해서는 학사관리가 강화되고, 대학의 시간제등록제 부실 운영이 적발될 시에 운영을 제한하며, 대학 내 시간제등록제 전담부서가 설치되어야 한다는 의견이 도출되었다. 또, 학습자지원시스템을 구축할 때 시간제등록제 학생들에게 정규학생과 동일한 교내시설 및 서비스 이용을 지원하고, 학사기능 시스템을 구축하여 학습의 질 관리를 실시해야 한다는 의견 등이 주요하게 나타났다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 향후 시간제등록제 개선을 위한 실천적 함의를 제안하였다. The purpose of this study is to explore practical ways to enhance the national policy on university part-time enrollment using the Delphi technique. A panel of experts in this area was participated in three Delphi survey rounds. The research questions were as follows: to explore ways to improve administrative policies on part-time enrollments and to suggest essential components when building a learner support system. In the first round, forty-one items were generated after converting the collected ideas from the open-ended questionnaire. In the second round, content validity ratio was measured for each items. In the third round, panelists rated the importance per items and also ranked them in order to establish preliminary priorities among items. High priority items should be reviewed first and pursued as a primary facet of policy improvement. The key findings of this study indicated that universities with heavy corruption and incompetency should be managed strictly. Also, universities should arrange an office solely responsible for part-time students and strengthen academic management for them. Moreover, universities should support part-time students’ accessability for school equipments and treat them equally with full-time students. Some implications of this study are discussed in the end.

        일개 상급종합병원 완화의료 병동 말기 암 환자를 대상으로 Objective Prognostic Score의 타당도 조사

        Background: OPS (Objective Prognostic Score) have been developed to predict the 3-week survival of terminally ill cancer patients from six training hospitals in Korea based on an integrated model using symptoms, performance status, and routine blood tests for inpatients in 2007. The purpose of this study is to validate OPS for terminally ill cancer patients in a tertiary hospital of Korea. Methods: 163 terminally ill cancer patients hospitalized at hospice palliative care unit of a university hospital in Korea from January 2012 to December 2013 were retrospectively analyzed. The OPS was calculated from the sum of partial scores obtained from following seven significant predictors: anorexia, dyspnea, the Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) performance status scale, white blood cell (WBC) count, total bilirubin, creatinine and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH). The accuracy of the OPS was evaluated. Results: The median survival was 15 days (95% confidence interval 12∼18 days). The predictors that validated significant by the multivariate analysis were low performance status (HR=1.62; P=0.0295), leukocytosis (HR=1.46; P=0.0265), elevated serum bilirubin (HR=1.57; P=0.0164), elevated serum creatinine (HR=1.71; P=0.0258), and elevated serum LDH (HR=1.49; P=0.0320). The cutoff point for the prediction of survival time shorter than 3 weeks was set at 3.0 (sensitivity 82.1%, specificity 52.6%). Conclusion: OPS has been validated in this population and was useful to predict the 3-week survival of terminally ill cancer patients in a tertiary hospital of Korea. It may help in making decisions about hospice care for patients and their families.

      • 간호학 전공 대학생의 임상 실습 관련 교육 어플리케이션에 대한 사용의도의 영향요인에 대한 연구

        Purpose: This study examined perceptions and intentions of nursing undergraduates to use educational mobile applications for clinical nursing-practice training. Methods: Participants were 189 junior and senior nursing undergraduates from 14 Korean universities, experienced in clinical practice and educational nursing mobile applications. Using a convenience sampling method, the questionnaire was Sim’s Perceptions and Intentions tool. Statistical analyses were conducted by t-test, one-way ANOVA, correlation, and multiple regression analysis with SPSS 22.0 Windows software. Results: Statistically significant differences emerged between those who used smartphones for more than 4 hours (18.56 ± 4.58) and less than 2 hours (15.84 ± 4.35) per day (F = 3.25, p = .041). Perception and intention of educational-applications use correlated positively (r = .723, p < .001). Performance expectancy (β = .225, p = .002), attitude toward technology (β = .446, p < .001), facilitating condition (β = .132, p = .022), and self-efficacy (β = .168, p = .008) were statistically significant predictors of intention to use educational mobile applications (Adjusted R2 =.616, p < .001). Conclusion: Attitude toward using technology, performance expectancy, and self-efficacy will improve use of nursing educational mobile applications for clinical nursing-practice training. Developers should consider students’ experience in clinical-nursing practice and readiness to use mobile technology.

        주부의 가치관에 따른 소비자 유형별 의복추구혜택과 구매관련행동 특성

        The purposes of this study were 1) to classify female consumers on VALS, 2) to identify the differences of psychological characteristics and demographics among the classified groups, and 3) to investigate the apparel benefits, buying behavior, shopping practices and psychological characteristics of each groups. For the study, a sample of 340 female consumers participated in this survey research. The data was analyzed utilizing descriptive statistics, factor analysis, cluster analysis, x^2-test, one-way ANOVA and Duncan test. Seven dimensions of values were identified by factor analysis: Consumption-oriented, Achievement-oriented, Diligence/sincerity-oriented, Pessimistic value tendencious, conservative/conventional value oriented, Dignity-oriented and Sociality-oriented. Based on these dimensions female consumers classified into three clusters: inner values-directed group, passive/inactive group, and achievement-oriented group. Achievement-oriented group showed the highest scores in optimum stimulation level and materialism, and tended to be younger and be employed than the other two groups. Both inner values-directed group and achievement-oriented group showed higher scores in self-expression/individuality and quality out of five apparel benefits than passive/inactive group. Innovative communicators, fashion innovators and fashion opinion leaders were mostly in the achievement-oriented group, while fashion followers and fashion indifferents were mostly in the passive/inactive group. It was revealed that achievement-oriented group had a larger number of fashionable clothing items and experienced more activities in vogue. Also, there were signigicant group differences in shopping practice, such as average monthly allowance, number of annual purchase clothing items.
