관광서비스 융합을 통한 지역 전통도자문화콘텐츠 확장성 복합연구 - 전남지역 도자공립박물관을 중심으로 -

본 연구는 지역박물관이 관광객을 대상으로 하는 지역문화관광의 거점이며, 박물관이 지역의 문화관광 활성화를 위한 중요한 문화자원임을 인식하고 시작되었다. 오늘날 박물관은 대중을 위한 교육의 장이며, 시민을 위한 휴식공간의 역할이 요구되는 등 대중과 함께하는 박물관으로서 달라진 문화 서비스에 대한 중요성이 더욱 높아지고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 관광서비스의 융합을 통한 전통도자문화콘텐츠의 확장성을 살펴보는 것이다. 따라서 본 논문은 박물관 공간의 역할변화에 따른 지역 공립도자박물관의 운영현황과 전통도자문화 콘텐츠를 살펴보았다. 연구내용은 관광서비스와 박물관의 변화에 따른 지역박물관의 문화콘텐츠에 대하여 문헌자료와 사례를 통하여 서술하였으며, 연구방법은 공립도자박물관 현황, 그리고 전남지역 공립도자박물관의 정체성과 관련된 전통도자문화를 살펴보고, 지역박물관 문화콘텐츠를 전시, 체험 및 교육, 문화상품, 휴식공간의 특성과 현황을 실제 운영사례를 통해 살펴보았다. 본 연구의 결과 및 내용은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 박물관 문화콘텐츠는 관광패러다임을 고려한 관광서비스의 다양화를 구축할 필요가 있으며 이것을 통해서 박물관의 사회적 역할을 확대할 수 있다. 둘째, 디지털 기술은 전통도자를 주제로 한 문화콘텐츠의 내용을 보다 풍성하게 만들어주는 콘텐츠로 현재 전남공립도자박물관의 디지털 콘텐츠가 주로 유아나 어린이 대상의 콘텐츠로 한정됨에 따라 연령범위를 확대하는 문화콘텐츠 개발을 통해 디지털콘텐츠의 확장성을 가져올 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 셋째, 디지털 콘텐츠의 범위를 체험 및 교육으로 확장하여 지식의 습득을 돕고 문화에 대한 흥미를 느낄 수 있는 체험기회 제공으로 색다른 교육경험을 제공할 수 있을 것으로 생각된다. 또한 박물관이 전통계승과 창조적인 발전을 위한 지역문화의 구심점으로서 역할을 확장할 수 있을 것이다. 넷째, 지역 공립박물관이 위치한 지역의 다양한 문화자원과 연계하여 관광효과를 높일 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 전남은 자연경관, 레저환경 그리고 박물관을 중심으로 한 다양한 편의제공을 통해 지역관광에 대한 만족도를 높여줌으로써 박물관이 지역발전을 위한 마중물이 될 수 있을 것임을 확인하였다 본 연구를 통해서 관광서비스를 융합한 지역전통도자문화콘텐츠가 지역문화의 정체성을 유지하며, 독창적인 창작콘텐츠를 개발·운영하는 작은 동기를 제공하는데 의미를 두고자 한다. 앞으로도 관광서비스를 융합한 전통도자 문화콘텐츠에 대한 다각도의 연구가 이루어져야 할 것이다. Prior to this study, it is recognized that a local museum is a base for regional cultural tourism marketed for tourists and museums are important cultural resources for activating local culture tourism. Museum is an educational place for the messes as a cultural space. These days, cultural services of museum have changed in other ways, that it is required to play a role as rest area and communicate with the public. This importance continues to grow. The purpose of this research is to examine the scalability of traditional ceramic cultural contents through the convergence of tourism service. Therefore, this research is provide the operation ststus of local public ceramics museums and cultural contents according to the changing role in the museum space. In the research contents, this study described the literary data and cases of cultural contents of local museums according to changes in museums and tourism service. In the research method, this study examined the current status of public ceramic museums and the traditional ceramic culture related to the identity of public ceramic museums, and also examined the characteristics and current status of exhibition, experience, and education of cultural contents, cultural products, and rest area of local museums through the actual operating cases. The result of this study is as follows. First, cultural contents of museums need to build diversification of services based on tourism paradigm. The museums could extend their social role through this. Second, the digital technology is the contents that enrich the cultural contents under the theme of traditional ceramics. Currently, the digital contents of Jeonnam Public Ceramic Museum are limited to the contents mostly for infants or children, so the development of cultural contents that could expand the range of age can bring about the expandability of digital contents. Third, the expansion of the range of digital contents to experience & education could help the acquisition of knowledge and also provide an opportunity to feel interest in culture, which could provide an unique educational experience. The museums could also expand their pivotal role in local culture for the inheritance of tradition and creative development. Fourth, the effects of tourism could be enhanced by connecting with various cultural resources in the region where a local public museum is located. When Jeonnam raises the satisfaction with local tourism by providing various conveniences focusing on natural landscape, leisure environment, and museums, the museums could become the priming water for local development. This study attaches importances that local traditional ceramics cultural contents keep their local identity and offer motivation to run creative contents. Many different perspectives need to be conducted after this.

ITA기반 전략경영 지원을 위한 방안 연구

공공기관 및 기업들은 성장과 생존을 위한 경쟁력을 갖추기 위해 여러 경영 혁신 방법들을 도입하고 끊임없는 변화를 시도해 가고 있으며, 경영전략과 경영활동의 전략적인 연계를 위한 방향 설정과 자원 투입에 노력을 기울이고 있는 상황이다. 이에, 본 논문은 기관의 비전과 목표 달성을 지원하는 전략경영 개념과 관련된 기술동향 및 추진 현황에 대해 이해하고, 전략경영을 추진하기 위한 큰 밑그림으로 ITA 기반의 전략경영정보화체제에 대한 정의와 역할 정립을 통해 향후 추진해야 할 목표시스템을 제시하였다.

최근 많은 조직들이 IT를 경영전략의 핵심적 요소로 인식하고 IT투자를 확대하면서 IT의 효율적 관리와 전략적 활용의 중요성이 커짐에 따라 CIO 기능 강화와 IT 거버넌스 체제 구축에 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. 그러나 아직까지는 학계나 산업계에서 IT 거버넌스의 개념이 통일되어 있지 못하고, 구성 요소와 체계 및 실행방법 등도 조직의 특성에 따라 매우 다양하게 접근되고 있다. 정부출연연 KISTI를 모델로 삼아 KISTI 정보화에 대한 총괄기획, 정책수립, 운영 프로세스 관리, 정보화사업 관리 등 기관 정보화에 대한 총괄자로서의 CIO 역할과 IT 거버넌스 체제 구축 방안 연구를 통해 종합적이고 효율적인 정보화 추진 및 자산 관리·운영을 하고자 한다.

전자 학술정보의 공동 구매 촉진 및 활용을 위한 시스템 구축 사례 연구

연구자들이 연구 및 학술활동을 위해서 필연적으로 기존 연구를 검토하고 참조하고 인용하고 있으며, 특히 학술연구물의 하나인 해외 학술저널 및 논문의 활용도가 매우 높은 편이다. 그러나 해외 학술정보 시장은 대형 출판사의 주도로 시장이 형성되고 독과점 형태로 운영됨에 따라 그 비용이 계속 상승하고 있고 이와 반대로 국내에서의 해외 저널에 대한 예산은 계속해서 줄어들고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 문제점 해결을 위해 국가 차원의 KESLI 컨소시엄(전자정보 공동구매 및 활용 체제)을 구성하여 전자정보 공동구매의 장을 구축하였다. 본 연구에서는 대학교육협의회, 전문도서관 등 컨소시엄 운영주체의 다변화에 대한 대응과 구매의사결정 지원을 강화하고 대체 정보자원의 제공 등 기존의 KESLI 시스템을 개선하여 대학도서관, 전문도서관, 연구소, 기업 그리고 학술정보 출판사 및 공급사의 전자정보 공동구매 활성화 및 이용자 만족도를 제고하였다.

현대건축물과 어울림을 고려한 적벽돌디자인 연구

Today our buildings show an aspect, different from the past because of the tendency of the world and developed technology. Natural mater ials like stones, woods, and bricks, etc . used as conve ntional main building mater ials are regres sive, and new buildings take mainst ream usin g art ificia l materials like cement, iron, and glass, etc. Modern men try to make the impoveri sh ed enviro nment purify smoothly and supply comfort and aest het ic pleasure, using endemic natura l materials like stones , soils, and woods, etc . have widely used from the ancient becau se of repercu ssion by product s of machine represented by iron and concrete . However people can not use these natural objec ts popular ly because they are too expensive when they are not fit for our changed lives and arc hitectura l environment or they are pract ically used in. Also the people are deeply concerned to use red bricks consisted of soils as materials that do not destroy natu re and give them comfort from the feeling of natu ral object simultaneously according to the appear ance of discrepancy like destruct ion of natural environment for improving the dw elling environment. The bricks have advantages: first, they have images of nat ura l objec ts . Second, they can be popularl y used. T hird, they can do artistic ex pres sion and mass production as materials th at decorat e building s beautifully. Modern men prefer decorati ve materi als with individuality with the natural images. Accordin gly the manufacture of br icks with peculi ar design s can induce the competitiveness of products and the variety of architectura l environment. As for the developmen t of th is produ ct s, it is to recognize the necessit y of red brick design s tudy for the architectural environment that people can fell 'natu ra l beauty ' modern men requi re and develop the products that give them psychological sense of stability in harmony with the environment. Also the purpose of th is produ ct is to make the domes tic economy act ivated through the localizat ion of building materials.

정보기술(IT)의 발전과 더불어 정보시스템이 조직의 업무환경 개선, 생산성 향상, 업무의 효율성 및 효과성을 제고함에 따라 그 규모가 방대해지고 복잡해지고 있는 실정이다. IT 기술력이 업체의 생존과 시장 경쟁우위와 밀접한 관계를 갖으면서 이를 뒷받침하는 정보화 자원도 복잡해지고 다양해짐으로써 정보화 자원간의 상호 운영성, 통합관리체계, 시너지 효과 등이 중요한 사안으로 부각되어 지고 있다. 이러한 문제점을 EA를 기반으로 기관에서의 정보화자원을 효과적으로 체계적으로 통합 관리할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

정보기술(IT)은 오늘날 조직의 경영 환경개선 및 혁신, 생산성 향상, 업무의 효율성과 효과성 제고 등에 있어서 절대적으로 필요한 도구가 됐으며 모든 분야에 있어서 널리 활용되고 있다. IT 특성이 변화주기가 빠르고 시장의 지배력과 연동됨에 따라 조직은 신기술 IT를 적용하여 시장에서 경쟁우위에 서파 한다. 그러나 무계획적으로 무분별하게 시스템이 도입되어 조직내에서 정보화 자산에 대한 관리가 부실화되고 있는 실정이며, 특히 PBS 제도하에 있는 공공기관에서의 정보화 자원관리는 단일성에 끝나는 경우가 많아 지속적인 관리가 현실적으로 어렵다. 이에 정부주도하에 정보시스템의 대규모화에 따른 상호운용성과 통합성 제고, 시스템에 대한 평가체계 및 지속적인 진화관리, 정보화 투자에 대한 효과 기대 등을 위해 도입하고 있는 ITA를 기반으로 기관에서의 정보화 자산 및 자원를 효과적으로 관리할 수 구축 방안 을 제시하고자 한다. Information Technology(IT) was introduced to the business as a means of improving operational efficiency. Nowadays, IT has become an essential component of an organization's survival. Almost no operations of an organization can be performed without IT. The benefits of using IT in organizations can not be underestimated. Some organizations have flourished because of the competitive advantages derived from the IT systems they have developed. Most IT systems, however, have been extended, changed and integrated with ad-hoc and makeshift solutions without thinking long-range view. It results in high maintenance cost and uncontrolled system for managing information resources. Especially, public institutions under the Project-Based System (PBS) have some problems in keeping a good management systems for information resource, because they are usually operated for a set period. Therefore, we propose the framework how to efficiently manage the IT assets and resources based on the Information Technology Architecture (ITA) that is introduced for the overall optimization of IT investment, change management and inter-operability.

노인부모부양에 관한 기혼자녀세대의 인식

본 연구는 우리나라에 도래한 고렁화 사회에서 나타나는 노부모 가족부양의 한계 및 노부모 부양에 대한 기혼자녀세대의 인식과 국가정책에의 기대를 파악한다. 자료는 기혼자녀 30대와 40대 응답자들을 나이, 성별, 부모동거 경험여부에 따라 각 5-6명씩 구성된 총 8개 집단의 초점집단토론(FGD:Focus Group Discussions)을 통해 수집되었다. 연구결과 노부모부양의 우선적인 책임은 가족에 있다는 인식이 지배적이지만 노부모 가족부양의 부담감이나 부모와 동거시의 애로 사항도 제시된다. 특히 부모가 더 연로해지거나 건강이 나빠질 경우에 예상되는 동거부양에 대한 부담감이 크게 나타났다. 우리사회에서 노부모는 가족이 부양해야 한다는 의식이 여전히 높게 나타나고 있지만 고령화에 따른 노인부양과 복지문제의 심각성을 고려하면 가족이 부모부양을 전담하는 것은 점차 어려워질 것으로 예상된다. 따라서 노인부양에 대해 국가 및 지역 사회의 책임 비중 및 기대 또한 증대됨을 전망할 수 있다. This study presents limitations of the old family supported system for the elderly being surfaced in the face of the changing life style of the people in today's industrialized, urban Korean society. The qualitative data used for this study are collected from the focus group discussions(FGD). The FGD data numbered a total of 43 participants who were divided into 8 different groups, each consisting of 5-6 respondents sorted out by sex and age as well as by their current cohabitation with their parents or having such experience in the past. The study paid special attention focusing on the values and the expectations regarding the elderly support and the family relationship. A critical reexamination of the old family support system for the elderly at this particular juncture is also a step forward necessary for the eventual formulation of policy measures by the state and the society to produce a new viable support system for the elderly in the future.
