Since the inception of the national family planning program in 1962, the main emphasis has been placed on the provision of contraceptive services and IE&C activities through home visits by family planning field workers and through the government designated private physicians. This approach has been a powerful management system for the national program, particularly in the ru ral area. However, new issues in the national family planning program emerged with the subsequent socicreconomic changes since 1962. An increasing number of the rural population began to migrate to the urban area. and therefore beginning in the \970`s more weight had to be given 10 the family planning services for the urban area. in particular, for those in the low-income brackets. In an effort to increase contraceptive acceptors among the urban Jow·income people, the government has been implemented various special projects for them since 1974 through maximum utilization of community leaders including Tong and Ban Chiefs and mother`s clubs, and family planning workers in their areas. Thus, this paper is aimed to analyse the currenl status of family planning and fertility behavior of urban low-income wives as a part of program evaluation. Also, this paper is based on an analysis of the 1984 Family Planning Survey data which was can· ducted in July 1984 and responded by 600 married women aged 15 - 44 in the low-income areas of the Daejon and Daegu ci ties. The survey data revealed that the contraceptive practice rate was 77.0 percent which was much higher than 70.3 percent of the national practice rate in the same year, and the approval rate for the one or two children of the low-income areas was much higher than that of other urban areas. Based on the results of the analysis, the following recommendations are suggested for the beller program implementation; I) improvement of program management system for recruiting new acceptors in the 20s for birth spacing, 2) development and inducement of innovative incentive schems and IE&C activities for increasing the proportion of the one child families, and 3) strengthening the utilization of community resources including mother`s clubs.

하갈에게서 본 탈북여성들의 희망: 창세기 16장을 중심으로

하갈이 여종이라는 신분상의 취약점을 가지고 있다고 해서 항상 피해자의 입장에 있는 것은 아니었다. 여주인이 여종을 괴롭힐 수 있는 부당한 권력을 행할수 있다는 것은 쉽게 납득할 수 있지만, 여종이라는 약자의 신분에 있어도 얼마든지 여주인을 악하게 괴롭힐 수 있다는 사실이 놀랍다. 여주인이 되었던, 여종이 되었던 신분의 고하와 상관없이 모든 사람에게는 본능적으로 자신에게 유리하도록 남을 괴롭히려는 잘못된 시각을 가지고 있기 때문이었다. 특히 탈북여성들이 처해있는 열악한 상황을 고려해 볼 때 자칫하면 피해 의식에 사로잡혀서 원망과 분노에 휩싸일 위험성이 있다. 그러나 남을 탓하고 원망하는 것으로 상황이 해결되지 않는다. 자신의 삶을 행복하게 만들어가는 주체는 자신이라는 것을 명심하고 보다 근본적인 방법을 강구해야 할 것이다. 하나님이 하갈에게 알려주신 방법을 보면 타락한 죄성에 근거한 악한 시각을 버리고 하나님의 공의로운 시각을 갖는 것에서부터 출발하고 있다. 고통스러웠던 사건을 보다 객관적인 시각으로 봄으로써 상대방의 잘못만 보는 것이 아니라 자신도 잘못이 있다는 것을 깨닫게 하셨다. 자신을 괴롭혔던 여주인의 잘못을 비난한다고 해서 자신의 잘못이 덮어지는 것은 아니었다. 상대방을 비난하기에 앞서서 각자에게 주어진 책임과 의무를 다하는 신실한 삶을 살아야 했다. 뿐만 아니라 인간의 존엄성을 존중하는 성숙한 인격과 선한 수고를 통해서 자신이 속한 공동체에 유익을 끼치는 존재가 될 때 기대했던 행복한 삶을 살수 있게 될 것이다. The fact that Hagar had a low social status as a servant maid does always not mean that she was a victim in life. It did not come as a surprise that even a weak person like Hagar could be a perpetrator by bullying her mistress Sarai. Regardless of a social status, whether being a mistress or servant, all people have instinctive tastes for harassing others in order to gain their own advantage grounds. Therefore we can not always side with the weak by covering up his or her bad behaviour. When we take a look at bad circumstances of those women who defected from North Korea, they might be caught in delusion of persecution and thereby led to possess feelings of resentment and rage against the society. But blaming others was not a proper solution to the conflict. We have to think about fundamental ways to escape from those bad situation by keeping in mind that it is one’s own self to make one’s own happiness. Again we have to remember that we can not escape from our own conflict and pain without discarding those blame on others. God ‘s method toward Hagar was that God made Hagar discard negative views on her miserable life and instead rely on righteous view of God. Retaining fair and objective view on the troubles of Hagar could make us realize not only other people’s wrong-doings but also our own faults. Hagar’s blame on her mistress, Sarai, who had harassed her, was not a solution for covering up her own mistakes. Instead of criticizing others, we have to make an effort to perform our duties and responsibilities to be faithful to our lives. Furthermore, we should try to make an effort to become a beneficial figure in our society through exercising matured attitude and benevolent effort for esteeming human dignity. Then happy life come true.

The automatic transmission’s vehicle have a lot of advantages as like the driving convenience, comfortable movement, soft change of speed and low transmission in comparison with manual vehicle. But, the power loss in auto transmission is inevitable because that generally has the characteristic that the power is transferred by the fluid. For this reason, the general auto transmission vehicle has a lower fuel efficiency than manual one. So, in order to make up for this disadvantage, the lock up function of torque converter is often used for improving this weak point. As the system that help the engine connect to transmission side directly, lock up clutch has the similar composition and characteristic of clutch in manual vehicle and also can improve the fuel efficiency in high-speed condition. By increasing the torque capacity that transfer the transmission by high-torque of engine, the lock up capacity also should be increased. For increasing the lock up capacity of lock up clutch, the wet frictionmaterial is one of the main functions. In order to extend the friction area of wet friction material, the twin facing friction material has been on the rise. When working the lock up clutch, the lock up capacity is increased because the twin facing material is connected between piston and front cover side. In contrary, this process can also cause the drag torque that is one of the main reason of low fuel efficiency due to this drag torque makes the unnecessary load to engine. The major factors that can determine that friction characteristic and durability life are basically ingredient materials, operation oil and control condition. In case of the control condition, the contact surface and rotation speed are an important factors for friction characteristic and durability of friction material. Though this study, it can be used for checking the influence on how much twin facing friction material impact the drag torque converter and conducting the study on the major factors of decreasing the drag torque while designing and controlling.

비등 촉진 마이크로 구조물을 이용한 휴대용 컴퓨터 냉각시스템의 열성능에 관한 연구

??The increasing heat generation rates in CPU of notebook computers motivate a research on cooling technologies with low thermal resistance. This paper develops a closed-loop two-phase cooling system using a micropump to circulate a dielectric liquid(PF5060). The cooling system consists of an evaporator containing a boiling enhancement microstructure connected to a condenser with mini fans providing external forced convection. The cooling system is characterized by a parametric study which determines the effects of volume fill ratio of coolant, existence of a boiling enhancement microstructure and pump flow rates on thermal performance of the closed loop. Experimental data shows the optimal parametric values which can dissipate 33.9W with a film heater maintained at 95℃.

Torque converter in automatic transmission transfer the engine power to transmission by ATF. Lock-up clutch of torque converter in automatic transmission has been recently designed with a significant purpose of achieving a more fuel economy. To reduce more fuel consumption, the slip is generated between a friction facing and a front cover for torque converter lock-up clutch. Also many studies of NVH and durability have been in order to increase lock-up area. In a lock-up clutch system a friction plate is one among key elements of torque transfer and is a made of wet friction material by synthetic fiber. The surface roughness of the front cover contact area, the friction material, the cooling condition and damper characteristics in a torque converter are important design parameters for the improvement of NVH and durability. Factors decide characteristics of friction material and material composition, apply pressure, rotation speed, ATF temperature. This test evaluates response time of Coasting lock-up clutch responsiveness in a torque converter.
