Familial erythrophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis is a fatal early childhood disorder characterized by multiorgan lymphohistiocytic infiltration and active hemophagocytosis. Involvement of the central nervous system (CNS) is not uncommon and is characterized by rapidly progressive tissue damage affecting both the gray and white matter. We encountered a case of familial erythrophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis with CNS involvement. Initial T2-weighted MRI of the brain demonstrated high signal intensity in the right thalamus, though after chemotherapy, which led to the relief of neurologic symptoms, this disappeared. After four months, however, the patient`s neurologic symptoms recurred, and follow-up T2-weighted MR images showed high signal intensity in the thalami, basal ganglia, and cerebral and cerebellar white matter. Brain MRI is a useful imaging modality for the evaluation of CNS involvement and monitoring the response to treatment. 가족성 혈액탐식성 림프조직구증다증은 여러조혈기관에 림프조직구가 침윤하며 주로 적혈구를 탐식하는 좨?막?유아기에 발현하며 예후가 매우 불량한 좨?甄? 이 좨??중추신경계의 침범은 드물지 않고, 냅?백졀 회색좇?모두 침범하여 신경손상, 신경교종, 괴사와 탈수초화를 일으킨다. 응湄湧?경험한 중추신경계를 침범한 가족성 혈액탐식성 림프조직구증다증 1예는 T2강조영상에서 우측 시상에 고신호 병변이 있쒼?이는 화학요법 후에 신경학적 증상의 호전?함께 소실되쓴? 4개월 후 신경학적 증상을 동반하며, 시상, 대낢袖핵, 대냄?소냅?백좆?T2강조영상에서 고신호 병변들이 관찰되쓴? ?자기공명영상은 가족성 혈액탐식성 림프조직구증다증의 환자에서 중추신경계의 침범을 진단하고 치료 효갭?판정하며 재발을 발견하는 데 유용한 검사방법이다.

ZnO thin films are of considerable interest because they can be customized by various coating technologies to have high electrical conductivity and high visible light transmittance. Therefore, ZnO thin films can be applied to various optoelectronic device applications such as transparent conducting thin films, solar cells and displays. In this study, ZnO rod and thin films are fabricated using aqueous chemical bath deposition (CBD), which is a low-cost method at low temperatures, and environmentally friendly. To investigate the structural, electrical and optical properties of ZnO for the presence of citrate ion, which can significantly affect crystal form of ZnO, various amounts of the citrate ion are added to the aqueous CBD ZnO reaction bath. As a result, ZnO crystals show a nanorod form without citrate, but a continuous thin film when citrate is above a certain concentration. In addition, as the citrate concentration increases, the electrical conductivity of the ZnO thin films increases, and is almost unchanged above a certain citrate concentration. Cu(In,Ga)Se<sub>2</sub> (CIGS) solar cell substrates are used to evaluate whether aqueous CBD ZnO thin films can be applicable to real devices. The performance of aqueous CBD ZnO thin films shows performance similar to that of a sputter-deposited ZnO:Al thin film as top transparent electrodes of CIGS solar cells.

The purpose of this paper is to investigate a classic mathematician and inventor Archimedes' work ${\ll}$On the Sphere and Cylinder${\gg}$. The propositions of this book which deals with three dimensional geometry are reviewed. Through the review this study tries to find out how Archimedes mastered spherical figures and how classical mathematics ideas are related to the modern concept of integration. The results of this study seems to help people understand deeply modern mathematics and to be good resources to develop new mathematical ideas. 본 논문은 고대 수학자이며 발명가인 아르키메데스의 ${\ll}$구와 원기둥에 관하여${\gg}$ 에 대해 고찰한다. 3차원의 공간기하학에 관한 ${\ll}$구와 원기둥에 관하여${\gg}$ 에 제시되어 있는 명제들을 통하여 고대 수학자가 어떻게 입체도형을 수학적으로 정복하였으며 이런 고대 수학적 아이디어가 어떻게 현대의 적분개념으로 발달하게 되었는지를 알아보는 것은 현대 수학에 대한 이해를 깊이 있게 함과 동시에 새로운 수학적 아이디어의 개발에 좋은 소재가 될 것으로 기대한다.
풍력 발전 시스템의 T-bolt 체결부 해석에 관한 연구

This study is to determine a pre-tension value applied to T-bolt which is part used for connecting wind turbine blade to hub. A variety of loads are occurred among parts of the wind turbine system while it is operated. The load in the direction of the blade span by total bending moment seriously affects the safety of the T-bolt. Proper pretension should be thus applied to the T-bolt for safe operation of the wind turbine system. A equations given by VDI 2230 are used for analytical calculation and finite element analysis are used for comparison between results.
뉴 미디어 아트의 개념을 도입한 현대 건축의 디자인 경향에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is to pronounce design trends in contemporary architecture collaborated with new media art concept. Currently, the prevalence of media presence has evolved perspectives on contemporary aesthetics today. To make clear demonstration on the issue, this study categorized new media art"s expressional characteristics applied in the contemporary architectural design in conjunction with analytical researches on typologies and expressional characteristics appear in new media art. More specifically, the study selected architects who adopted new media art’s expressional characteristics into their works from the year 2000 and performed analytical case studies with regard to the effect of the new media art into their architectural practices. By following methodologies mentioned above, conclusively the study categorized distinct expressional characteristics appears in contemporary architecture as a result of merging with new media art. The characteristics of the new media art appeared in contemporary architecture are categorized into three groups such as the design controlling external environment, the design utilizing web environment and the design participated by users. These observation could be translated that architects could present interactive design between users and building as a result from architect’s capability of designing protocols which generate variable forms, colors and patterns in architecture. In particular, architecture utilizing web environment has characteristic capability of configurating user’s program in virtual space. Also it is anticipated to suggest new patterns in generating architectural programs and forms. These patterns would not recognize the city merely as an incident or fragmented image but would configurate forms and images constructed by individual notional character. In conclusion, the architecture itself is expected to perform as media to open up opportunities that enables to contribute in expediting interactions among environment, users, and buildings by deviating from perspectives of representation as an object expressed in modernism architecture or as a classical decoration in post-modernism architecture in the past era.

FP-tree는 연관성 규칙 알고리즘 전체의 성능을 향상 시키며 DB 스캔을 단 2회로 줄였다. 하지만 빈발 항목과 모든 트랜잭션의 tree 정보를 메모리에 상주 시키면서 많은 메모리 공간을 요구했다. 그래서 나온 DRFP알고리즘은 메모리 요구 문제를 저장장치에 저장함으로 해결 하였으나 FP-tree와는 달리 시간 성능에서의 문제점을 가졌다. 그래서 우리는 이러한 문제점을 보완할 NRFP-tree(Nare disc-Resident Frequent pattern Tree)를 제안한다.
