        Purpose: The proper reconstructive technique after a partial gastrectomy for an adenocarcinoma of the stomach is often debated, but few data exist to clarify the issue. The aim of this study was to compare retrospectively the early postoperative results and complications after different anastomoses used during a partial gastrectomy for a gastric adenocarcinoma. Materials and Methods: We reviewed the hospital records of 218 patients who had undergone a subtotal gastrectomy for gastric cancer at Chosun University Hospital between January 1997 and July 2000. Of the 218 subtotal gastrectomies performed with curative intent, 127 reconstructions were Billroth I gastrectomies and 91 were Billroth II gastrectomies. The following data were analyzed: age, sex, tumor size, gastric resection margin, timing of removal of the nasogastric tube, first bowel movement, resumption of oral feeding, and postoperative complications. Results: The timing of removal of the nasogastric tube was significantly earlier in the Billroth Igroup than in the Billroth II group ($27.9\pm13.9$ hours and $69.7\pm68$ hours, respectively)(P<0.05). Resumption of oral feeding was possible on day $4.6\pm1.5$ in the Billroth I group and on dsy $5.2\pm1.5$ in the Billroth II group (P<0.05). There were no anastomotic leakage, postoperative bleeding, and postoperative mortality among the patients in either group. Conclusions: the Billroth lgastrectomy should be considered for patients undergoing a partial gastric resection for gastric cancer due to its physiological benefits and acceptable rate of complication.

        갑상선 수술 범위와 공기역학적 음성 지표 변화

        Background and Objectives : The purpose of this study was to evaluate the impact of surgical extent on voice using acoustic and aerodynamic measurements in a serially followed thyroidectomy patients. Materials and Method : From October 2015 to January 2017, 108 patients who had undergone thyroid surgery and voice test for preoperative, 2, 3, and 6 months postoperatively were classified into five operative types. The radiological stage preoperatively and histopathological stage postoperatively were classified according to the invasion of thyroid capsule and surrounding tissue. For each classification, the results of the voice analysis according to the period were compared and analyzed. Results : The difference of voice according to surgical extent, radiological stage, and histopathologic stage showed significant difference only with Maximal phonation time (MPT) over time. However, in the analysis of interaction between each classification and period, Phonation threshold pressure (PTP) only showed significant results. Conclusion : Differences in imaging and histopathologic stages have no significant effect on recovery of voice symptoms after thyroid surgery. As the extent of operation increases, the pressure to start vocalization is relatively higher, which also varies with time after surgery.

        There is a goal to activation outdoor presents as opinion and improvements about environment-friendly outdoor space development. Understanding the present condition and a problem point of the outdoor space which in compliance with a building arrangement and architectural design element with character is classified the environmental project element indicator set which high-rise mixed use residential building outdoor space. Investigated the user application level which quantitative analysis of the environmental project element indicator and an actual survey. As a result, the corner and center style outdoor space planning is more necessary dispersion and surrounding style for territory characteristic, area security and approach convenient of outdoor space. Specially, the space planning which is discriminated and specialized outdoor public space within building is necessary. The network which planning factor and outdoor space types of various plan techniques and development outdoor space is smooth is demanded. Lastly, the recognition change and institutional change of general logic are necessary.

        연료전지 가스확산층(GDL) 내의 물질거동에 대한 연구

        연료전지 GDL 내의 물질전달에 관한 연구를 위하여 실제 GDL 을 고해상도 3 차원 스캐닝 장비를 활용하여 GDL 의 다공 구조를 실측하였다. 측정된 Data 의 노이즈를 제거하고 GDL 의 Carbon-fiber 구조를 전산해석이 가능한 모델로 자동적으로 형성하는 알고리즘을 개발하였으며, 이 모델을 활용하여 스택 체결 시 압축에 의한 GDL 구조 변형을 예측하고, Carbon-fiber 의 정렬 방향에 따른 변형 특성을 파악하였다. 또한, CFD 기법 중 하나인 VOF 모델과 Pore-network 모델을 이용하여 GDL 내부의 물거동 및 반응기체의 물질거동을 예측하였다. 마지막으로 상사 실험을 통하여 해석 결과에 대한 검증을 실시하였다. 이를 통하여 실제 체결에 의하여 압축 변형된 GDL 내에서의 물질거동을 좀 더 정확히 예측할 수 있는 방법을 마련하고, GDL 체결 방향 및 최적 MPL 두께 선정 등의 실제 설계에 활용할 수 있었다. The 3D structure of GDL for fuel cells was measured using high-resolution X-ray tomography in order to study material transport in the GDL. A computational algorithm has been developed to remove noise in the 3D image and construct 3D elements representing carbon fibers of GDL, which were used for both structural and fluid analyses. Changes in the pore structure of GDL under various compression levels were calculated, and the corresponding volume meshes were generated to evaluate the anisotropic permeability of gas within GDL as a function of compression. Furthermore, the transfer of liquid water and reactant gases was simulated by using the volume of fluid (VOF) and pore-network model (PNM) techniques. In addition, the simulation results of liquid water transport in GDL were validated by analogous experiments to visualize the diffusion of fluid in porous media. Through this research, a procedure for simulating the material transport in deformed GDL has been developed; this will help in optimizing the clamping force of fuel cell stacks as well as in determining the design parameters of GDL, such as thickness and porosity.

        The performance prediction of a planar-type solid oxide fuel ceil is conducted by a computational analysis. The transport processes are formulated with the help of a simplified treatment of heat generation by the electrochemical reaction. From the result of the computational analysis, it is shown that the electrochemical reaction is closely related to the transport phenomena inside a solid oxide fuel cell. Transport phenomena including heat and mass transfer have influence on the distribution of local current density and as a result, on the performance characteristics of the fuel cell. Computational analysis is also extended to the parametric study to investigate the performance behavior of the fuel cell with different amount of supplied fuel flow rates. It is also demonstrated that the mathematical formulation and computational procedures proposed in this study can be applied to prove the importance of the specific TPB(Three-Phase-Boundary) area in the manufacturing process of electrodes in a solid oxide fuel cell.

        현재 27M 이상의 학회에 설치된 온라인논문투고관리 시스템 KISTI-ACOMS는 개발 당시 예상에 비하여 훨씬 빠른 속도로 설치 학회 수가 늘어남으로 인하여 많은 양의 소스 코드를 관리하기가 점점 어려워지고 있다. 또한 이 프로그램의 본질적 특성상 빈번하게 학회에서 들어오는 수정 요구에 의한 소스 코드의 수정은 체계적인 프로그램 관리를 더욱 어렵게 한다. 이에 KISTI에서는 여러 학회의 서비스를 한 버전의 소스 코드로 통합 관리하는 체계를 고안하였으며 이 시스템의 개발로 유지/보수 측면에서 관리해야 할 소스 코드의 양이 대폭 줄어들 뿐 아니라 기존에 비하여 사용자들의 요구사항에 대하여 훨씬 능동적인 대처가 가능해질 것이다. KISTI-ACOMS(Online peer review system), which is installated for more than 270 learned societies, is getting harder to manage large amount of source codes, because the number of installation has been growing much faster than we expected at the development time. Moreover the fundamental problem of this system, that frequent requests of modification from societies comes with modification of source codes, makes it more difficult to manage this program systematically. Thereupon we formulated a system to provide services for many societies using one version of source code, and this system is expected to reduce the managed amount of source codes and to make us cope with requests of societies of more positive than until now.

      • MeV 이온주입에 의한 Retrograde Triple-well 형성시 발생하는 결함제어

        This study is about a retrograde triple well employed in the Cell tr. of next DRAM and flash memory. triple well structure is formed deep n-well under the light p-well using MeV ion implantation. MeV P implanted deep n-well was observed to show greatly improved characteristics of electrical isolation and soft error. Junction leakage current, however, showed a critical behavior as a function of implantation and annealing conditions. {311} defects were observed to be responsible for the leakage current. {311} defects were generated near the Rp (projected range) region and grown upward to the surface during annealing. This is study on the defect behavior in device region as a function of implantation and annealing conditions.

      • 사회연결망(SNA)을 이용한 사용자 경험 분석

        체크카드 이용률은 매년 증가하고 있다. 그러나 휴면카드의 증가, 여러 카드에서 제공하는 중복 혜택 문제가 발생하고 있다. 즉, 카드 선택, 사용, 만족이란 속성에 사용자가 만족할만한 경험을 얻지 못하는 상황이다. 본 연구는 사회연결망 분석을 통해 체크카드와 제휴사간의 네트워크를 파악하여 객관적이고 시각적인 사용자 경험(선택, 사용, 만족)에 도움을 주고자 한다. 체크카드 주 사용자인 20~30 대를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과 사용자는 제휴사의 혜택에 민감하다는 것을 파악했다. 연구 기법으로는 사회연결망 분석을 이용하였다. 사례 연구의 대상으로는 설문조사에 나타난 국내 시중 은행의 체크카드 종류와 연계된 제휴사를 두 변수로 설정하고 네트워크를 파악했다. 주요 연결된 제휴사는 외식, 영화, 놀이 분야로 압축되었으며 가장 많은 제휴사를 가진 체크카드를 파악할 수 있었다. 본 사례 연구는 체크카드와 제휴사 간 복잡한 관계를 쉽게 파악할 수 있게 했다는 점에서 주요한 의의가 있다. 이를 통해 장기적으로 사용자가 체크카드 경험 파악에 유의미한 척도가 될 것이라 기대한다. 역으로, 체크카드 상품개발자는 비어있는 노드(node)는 추후 새로운 상품개발 아이디어로 활용하여 사용자 만족을 이끌 수 있을 것이라 기대한다. Utilization of debit cards increase every year. However, the problem of increased dormancy card and duplicate benefits has occurred. In other words, the users don’t obtain a satisfactory experience of card selection, use, benefits. In this study, we know the network between the alliance and debit card through a social network analysis(SNA) and try to give assistance(selection, use, satisfaction) of the visual and objective user experience. We conducted a questionnaire survey of 20-30 generations of main users that have debit cards. So, the user is sensitive to the benefits of the affiliates. As a research method, I was using the social network analysis. As the subject of the case study, the debit cards and affiliates are set by the variable of two affiliates. In this case study, a major significance is to be able to easily understand the complex relationships between the card and affiliates. Consequently, it is expected the user have a measure to check significant experiences on features(choice, use, satisfaction).
