        계지복령환(桂枝茯苓丸)이 피부봉합 후 상처 치유에 미치는 영향

        Objectives There is few Korean medicinal studies about post-operation wound healing despite much effort for minimizing wound or post-op scar. The aim of this study is to evaluate the wound healing effect of Gyejibokryeong-hwan (Guizhifuling-wan, GBH) after skin suture. Methods < In vitro > We observed anti-oxidative and anti-inflammatory effect by using lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-treated RAW 264.7 cells. For anti-oxidation, we mesured the total amount of polyphenol, flavonoid, DPPH scavenging ability, ABTS scavenging ability and the value of ROS production, and for anti-inflammation, we mesured the amount of NO and pro-inflammatory cytokines ($TNF-{\alpha}$, $IL-1{\beta}$, IL-6). < In vivo > Thirty SD rats were divided into five equal groups (n=6, one normal, two controls and two experimentals). All groups except normal group were made a scar (around $1{\times}4cm^2$) in the back by the depth of the fascia and then sutured by a thread and needle. Normal group rats received no treatment at all. Control group rats were fed distilled water, and positive control group rats were percutaneously applied terramycin once in 2 days. GBH 200 group rats were orally medicated GBH 200 mg/kg, and GBH 400 group rats were orally medicated GBH 400 mg/kg per day for two weeks. We analyzed the blood samples (WBC, neutrophil, lymphocyte, monocyte, eosinophil), and the serums (TIMP-1, MMP-2, MMP-2. $PGE_2$, $TGF-{\beta}$, VEGF), and examined the wounded skin tissue histopathologically. Results < in vitro > 1. DPPH and ABTS scavenging activity was increased concentration-dependantly, and ROS production was significantly increased in GBH treated cells ($100{\mu}g/ml$). Therefore in this study, Gyejibokryeong-hwan appears to have the anti-oxidative. 2. NO production was significantly reduced in GBH treated cells ($100{\mu}g/ml$), and $IL-1{\beta}$ production was significantly reduced in GBH treated cells ($1{\mu}g/ml$). But, $TNF-{\alpha}$ and IL-6 did not show uneffective action. Therefore in this study, Gyejibokryeong-hwan did not show any significant effect on anti-inflammatory process. < in vivo > 1. Monocyte and neutrophil was significantly increased in GBH (200, 400) groups. WBC, lymphocyte and eosinophil did not show significant change. 2. TIMP-1, MMP-2, VEGF were significantly increased in GBH 400 group, $PGE_2$ was significantly reduced in GBH 400 group. $TGF-{\beta}$ was significantly increased in GBH (200, 400) groups, and MMP-9 was increased concentration-dependantly in GBH groups, but there was no significance. 3. In histopathological examinations, collagen was significantly increased and keratin was significantly decreased in GBH (200, 400) groups. Conclusions According to in vitro experiment, GBH appears to have the anti-oxidative effect and in vivo experiment, GBH stimulate the wound healing process hematologically and histopathologically. In conclusion, the results suggest that GBH promotes wound healing after skin suture.

        아방가르드 영화 《맨하타》 에 나타난 스트레이트 사진의 메타-구조

        The film 《Manhatta》 (1921), produced by Paul Strand and Charles Sheeler, is considered the first avant-garde film in the U.S. Still, it has been relatively overlooked in the history of photography and art as well as in the history of film. However, 《Manhatta》 seems to be an important work for the history of photography to understand the initial stage of straight photography by Alfred Stieglitz, Strand, and Sheeler. It breaks down the perceptual center of perspectivism with a cubist view and sketches out the montage image of self-reflective perception. In this dialectic process of disintegration and reconstruction, it changes the eyes of the audience, who traditionally accept the camera’s view. Reflecting these characteristics, this study will analyze the relationship between visual singularity that appears in 《Manhatta》 and the initial works of Strand (and Sheeler) to reveal the meta-structure inherent in the 《Manhatta》. Through this analysis, it will clarify 《Manhatta》 is essentially the non-narrative film image reflecting the genealogy of a straight photography and the in-depth potentiality of it.

        유연 회전축의 다물체 동역학 모델링 및 위상 조절법을 이용한 진동 제어

        This article proposes a new technique of the dynamic model using multi-body dynamic analysis tool for a flexible main spindle rotor system with a novel phase adjusting control technique for the purpose of an active control of rotor vibration. The dynamic model is used as a plant model. Also in order to make control system, a component parameters and phase controller is composed and simulated by SIMULINK. The vibration is reduced to 50%. Therefore the ADAMS dynamic model for the flexible main spindle rotor and the phase adjusting control techniques may be effective for the suppressing the vibration and helpful for the future active control for rotor vibration.

        역량기반 교양교육은 교양인을 길러낼 수 있을까?

        The purpose of this study was to explore the concept of competency-based liberal education and discuss the issues related to how competency-based liberal education can impact on the nature of liberal education. The results of the study are summarized as follows. First, competency-based liberal education can lead to the neglect of theoretical or academic knowledge by making people think that they can replace liberal arts with arts of competence. Second, competency-based liberal education is inherently based on competencies that involve elements of performance(or behavior) and constantly decomposes competencies into aspects of (detailed) competencies or skills. Therefore, it could undermine the nature of liberal education by promoting behaviorism and reductionist approaches. Third, competence has been related to job performance, and it brings about job orientation by trying to derive competence based on recent industrial or social needs, so it subverts the nature of liberal education. Fourth, it commits category errors by indiscriminately involving moral aspects such as friendship and caring that are difficult to include in traditional liberal education. After all, current competency-based liberal education could certainly have a negative impact on the nature or identity of liberal education.

        Objectives : The purpose of this study is to evaluate the affected part acupuncture moving treatment for acute radial nerve palsy patient who has Cervical Herniation. Methods : We examined 1 patient with Radial nerve palsy who admitted Jaseng Hospital of Oriental Medicine. The patient was treated by the affected part acupuncture moving treatment including herbal mixture. Results : In this study, in the end of affected part acupuncture moving treatment, patient's condition has improved. Muscle strength was also increased. Conclusions : The affected part acupuncture moving treatment for acute radial nerve palsy was effective in restore of functional activities, but this treatment needs more study.

        무도 전공 대학생이 지각한 사회적 지지와 자기효능감의 관계

        The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between social support and self efficacy of the university students majoring in Martial Arts. To accomplish the purpose of the research, university students (N=460) in Kyung-gi, Busan, Choong-chung, Honam areas completed the questionaries. The collected data were analyzed by reliability, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple linear regression analysis via Win SAS Ver. 9.2. The results of the study indicated that all the sub-factors of social support such as parent support, coach support and friend support had a significant effect on self efficacy while interpersonal relationship. The volitional control, judgemental, challenge accomplishment efficacy factors of self efficacy was correlated to parent, coach, friend support.

        명령어 집합 시뮬레이터를 이용한 임베디드 소프트웨어 디버거

        임베디드 소프트웨어의 디버깅은 일반 소프트웨어의 디버깅과는 많이 다르다. 예를 들어 임베디드 소프트웨어 디버깅에는 일반 소프트웨어의 디버깅에는 필요하지 않는 전력 소비량에 대한 정보, 실행된 명령어 분포에 대한 정보, 사용된 레지스터 분포에 대한 정보, 프로그램 수행 시 소요된 클럭 수에 대한 정보 등이 추가적으로 더 필요하다. 본 논문은 임베디드 소프트웨어가 수행되는 마이크로프로세서의 명령어 집합 시뮬레이터를 이용하여 임베디드 소프트웨어를 효과적으로 디버깅하는 새로운 방법을 제안한다. 본 연구에서는 국산 임베디드 마이크로프로세서인 SE1608의 명령어 집합 시뮬레이터를 기반으로 디버거를 개발하고 이를 사용하여 임베디드 소프트웨어 벤치마크 프로그램으로 많이 이용되는 MiBench 프로그램을 사용하여 임베디드 소프트웨어를 효과적으로 디버깅하는 보기를 제시한다. 본 연구에서 제시한 디버깅 방법은 기존의 디버깅 방법에 비하여 비교적 구현하기도 쉬우면서 많은 장점이 있는 것으로 판단된다. Debugging embedded softwares is very different from debugging general softwares. For examples, debugging embedded software requires more information, such as information on power consumption, information on the distribution of executed instructions, information on the distribution of used registers, and information on the amount of clocks consumed during the execution of a program, that is not needed in debugging general softwares. In this paper, we propose more effective method fer debugging embedded softwares using an instruction set simulator for the microprocessor that is executing embedded softwares. In this research, we develop a debugger based on an instruction set simulator for a domestic embedded microprocessor called SE1608 and we shows an effective debugging method using a MiBench program which is widely used to benchmark embedded softwares. The debugging method proposed in this paper is relatively easy to implement and shows many advantages compared with existing debugging methods.

        gnetic Fields With Hysteresis Characteristics

        A finite element method for the analysis of magnetic fields with hysteresis characteristics is proposed. The method employs Preisach model to describe hysteresis of magnetic material, so that even multi-branch or minor-loop characteristics can be taken into account. The problem can be considered as the analysis of a nonlinear equation where magnetization depends not only on the present value of the magnetic field but also on the past values, and the problem can be solved by the iteration method. Measurements were carried out on soft ferrite EI core for the comparison with computer solution, and good agreements were obtained. is investigated. A theoretical approach to gait study is proposed in which the static stability margins for periodic gaits are expressed in terms of the kinematic gait formula. The effects fo the stride length on static stability are analyzed and the relations between static stability and initial body configurations are examined. It is shown that the moving velocity can be increased to some extent without affecting stability margins for a given initial body configuration. Computer simulations are performed to verify the analysis.

        악관절증의 동통에 대한 국소마취제의 관절강내 Pumping에 의한 감별법

        In the outpatient clinic, we have many patients who suffer from temporomandibular joint disorders. These vary from MPD syndrome to osteoarthrosis, and many cases have tender spots or areas on the temporomandibular joint region and/or masticatory muscles. Further, they frequently have masticatory muscle pain when opening the jaw. This paper presents the results of our research on the differential diagnosis for tendernesses and pain on opening the jaw in the temporomandibular joint region and the masticatory muscles by joint cavity pumping with local anesthestic. The areas of tenderness and jae-opening paw in 65 patient suffering from temporomandibular joint disorder were examined and recorded before and after anesthetizing the upper joint cavity with 2% lidocaine. Maximum interincisal distance was similarly recorded. The results were as follows : In the area surrounding the upper joint cavity including the lateral pterygoid muscle, the tenderness and jaw-opening pain vanished almost entirely after anesthesia. This was considered a direct infiltrative effect of the local anesthesia. After the anesthesia, 86% of the tendernesses on the sternocleidomastoid muscles, and 66% of those on the posterior belly of the diagstric muscles vanished, while the disappearance rates on the masseter, temporal, and medial pterygoid muscles were 50~60%. Apart from the temporomandibular region, pain on opening the jaw was found on the masseter, temporal, posterior belly of the digastric muscles, and medial pterygoid muscles before anesthesia. The disappearance rates after anesthesia were 90~100% except for the pain of the posterior belly of the digastric muscles, for which the rate was 66%. These results suggest that more than 88% of the tendernesses on the sternocleidomastoid muscle, more than 60% of the tendernesses and jaw-opening pains on the digastric muscle, and more than half of the tendernesses and almost all of the jaw-opening pains in the jaw-closing muscles are referred pains from the temporomandibular joint. The tendernesses that had no change after anesthesia were considered to be derived from spasms of the muscles proper. Generally, maximum interincisal distance increased after anesthesia. The average distance was 34mm before anesthesia, but increased to 41mm after anesthesia. In a few cases, however little or no change was found in those distances. In these cases, pathological changes were found in the joint cavities arthrographically or arthroscopically.
