The dielectric and piezoelectric properties of silver added 0.96 Pb(Z $r_{0.52}$ $Ti_{0.48}$) $O_3$-0.04 Pb(Mn,W,Sb,Nb)$_3$ ceramics were examined. By varying the contents of silver(0.0, 0.4, 1.0 mol%), the effect of silver addition on PZT-PMWSN ceramics was investigated at various sintering temperature(900, 1000, 1100 $^{\circ}C$). As increasing silver contents, the relative dielectric constant was increased and sinterability was enhanced. At the specimen with 0.4 mol% Ag and sintered at 1000 $^{\circ}C$, electromechanical coupling factor( $k_{p}$), mechanical quality factor( $Q_{m}$), dielectric constant($\varepsilon$$_{r}$) and dielectric loss were 0.502, 811, 991, 0.006, respectively. The results showed that the PZT-PMWSN/Ag composites have enhanced piezoelectic and dielectric properties and sintering temperature was lowered.red.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the sensory characteristics of Ethiopian coffee, by comparing the different decaffeination processes and roasting conditions. Ethiopian green bean samples were subjected to three different processes: regular (CON), supercritical CO₂ extraction decaffeinated coffee (CO₂), and Swiss Water Process decaffeinated coffee (SWP). Green bean samples were roasted differently by the Agtron number: Agtron #85 (light), Agtron #55 (medium), and Agtron #45 (dark). A quantitative descriptive analysis (QDA) was carried out on the nine coffee samples, using a panel of eleven trained assessors and a defined lexicon of 17 terms. Most of the characteristics obtained in the same roasting conditions showed no significant differences between regular coffee and decaffeinated coffee. Principal component analysis (PCA) identified two components in the sensory characteristics. Positive (+) PC1 was obtained for aftertaste, astringency etc., and also included CO₂ decaffeinated dark roasted coffee (CDD), SWP decaffeinated dark roasted coffee (SDD). Negative (−) PC1 included grapefruit flavor, jasmine flavor etc., and also CO₂ decaffeinated light roasted coffee (CDL), SWP decaffeinated light roasted coffee (SDL). The correlation between sensory characteristics and customer acceptance was examined by applying PLSR. The results showed that the dark roasted samples which are CDD and SDD were the closest to the preference characteristics. This indicates a high correlation with consumer acceptance and strongly roasting decaffeinated coffee. The main results of this study showed that there was no significant difference in most sensory characteristics between regular and decaffeinated coffee under the same roasting conditions. This study also implies that decaffeinated coffee is an alternative for consumers who like coffee but want to reduce their caffeine intake.

ObjectivesThis study was designed to investigate the correlation between the forward head posture and the spinal alignment.MethodsWe examined the whole spine x-rays of the 144 student sample. We meas-ured the Craniovertebral angle (CVA), Cervical angle (CA), Thoracic kyphotic angle (TKA), lumbar lordosis angle (LLA) and Ferguson`s angle (FA) of the students. We then analyzed the relationship between these angles.ResultsCVA had correlation with CA, but it was weak. There was significant correlation between CVA and TKA. There were no significant correlation among CVA, LLA and FA.ConclusionsAccording to above results, there is a negative relationship between the CVA and the TKA - in that higher CVAs yielded lower TKAs. But CVA had no significant correlation with LLA or FA. (J Korean Med Rehab 2013;23(4):195-202)

Arteriovenous malformation of uterus is a rare disease in gynecology, and its etiology, diagnosis, classification is not definitely established. We have experienced a patient, 22-year-old woman with a uterine arteriovenous malformation presenting with vaginal bleeding, no other symptom. Diagnosis was established by pelvic ultrasonography and angiography, and the treatment was done by embolization of arteriovenous malformation of uterus. We report a case of uterine arteriovenous malformation with a brief review of the literatures.
정신지체 특수학교 과학교사의 교수내용지식(PCK)의 구성요소와 구조 탐색

본 연구는 과학수업의 맥락에서 정신지체 특수학교 과학교사의 교수내용지식의 구성요소와 구조를 탐색하는데 그 목적을 두었다. 이러한 연구 목적에 따라 정신지체 특수학교 과학교사의 교수내용지식의 구성요소는 어떠한가? 와 정신지체 특수학교 과학교사의 교수내용지식의 구조는 어떠한가? 라는 연구문제를 선정하였다. 본 연구는 정신지체 특수학교 4개교의 중등부 과학교사 6명을 연구 참여자로 선정하여 심층 면담, 수업 관찰, 기타 문서 자료 등을 통해 수업의 계획과 준비, 실행 및 반성 과정에서 나타나는 경험에 대한 자료를 근거이론의 자료 분석 단계에 따라 개방 코딩, 축 코딩, 선택 코딩을 통해 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과 정신지체 특수학교 과학교사의 교수내용지식의 구성요소는 정신지체 학생에 대한 지식, 특수교육 관련 지식, 교수 환경에 대한 지식, 교과 내용에 대한 지식, 교육과정에 대한 지식, 교수 전략에 대한 지식, 수업 자료에 대한 지식, 평가에 대한 지식의 여덟 가지로 나타났으며, 정신지체 특수학교 과학교사의 교수내용지식의 구조는 정신지체 학생이라는 교육 대상의 특수성으로 인한 정신지체 학생에 대한 지식, 일반교육과 구별되는 특수교육 방법의 특수성으로 인한 특수교육 관련 지식, 정신지체 특수학교라는 교육 장소의 특수성으로 인한 교수 환경에 대한 지식의 세 가지 핵심 요소를 중심으로 각각의 요소들이 상호작용하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study, exploring components and structure of Pedagogical Content Knowledge (PCK) of science teachers in special school for students with mental retardation, To achieve this objective, the selected research questions are as follows, First, what is components of pedagogical content knowledge of science teachers in special school for students with mental retardation? Second, what is structure of pedagogical content knowledge of science teachers in special school for students with mental retardation? Six science teachers in special school for students with mental retardation was participated in a one-to-one depth interviews, classroom observation and other documentation, Experiences of preparation, execution and reflection of science teachers analyzed by grounded theory method. The results of this study are as follows. First, Components of Pedagogical Content Knowledge (PCK) of Science Teachers in Special School for Students with Mental Retardation are knowledge of mental retardation students, knowledge of special education, knowledge of teaching environment, knowledge of subject contents, knowledge of curriculum, knowledge of teaching strategies, knowledge of instructional materials, and knowledge of assessment. Second, Structure of Pedagogical Content Knowledge (PCK) of Science Teachers in Special School for Students with Mental Retardation had three core elements of knowledge of mental retardation students, knowledge of special education, knowledge of teaching environment and interacted with each other.
소족지 중족골통을 동반한 무지 외반증에서의 변형 스카프 절골술

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the radiological and clinical results of modified scarf osteotomy for hallux valgus with lesser metatarsalgia. Materials and Methods: Total 19 patients (24 feet) were reviewed by medical records and radiographs. All patients were female and the mean age at the time of operation was 46.4 years. The mean follow-up time was 14.8 months. We modified original scarf osteotomy by adding the procedure of closing wedge osteotomy at the medial side of distal fragment for achieving of the supination of the first metatarsal head. Additionally, Akin osteotomy of the first proximal phalanx was done in 16 patients (20 feet) and no lesser metatarsal operation was done. First-second intermetatarsal, hallux valgus and distal metatarsal articular angles were analyzed radiologically before and after the operation. And 3-dimensional CT was used to evaluate the supination of the first metatarsal head. Clinical results were assessed by American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society (AOFAS) score and persistence of lesser metatarsalgia. Results: First-second intermetatarsal and hallux valgus angles were reduced from the mean pre-operative values of $14.2^{\circ}$ and $32.5^{\circ}$ to $8^{\circ}$ and $12.5^{\circ}$, respectively, 12 months after the operation. And the supination of the first metatarsal head was confirmed by 3-dimensional CT. The mean AOFAS score improved from 41.4 points pre-operatively to 87.2 points at follow-up. Lesser metatarsalgia still remained in 2 patients (2 feet). Conclusion: Modified scarf osteotomy would be an effective surgical procedure, especially, for achieving downward displacement and supination of the first metatarsal head in hallux valgus with lesser metatarsalgia.

The Pb(Zr,Ti)O$_3$ thin films were fabricated with Pb(La,Ti)O$_3$ buffers in-situ onto Pt/Ti/SiO$_2$/Si substrates by pulsed laser deposition method. We have observed the increase of the remanent polarization using PLT buffers. The remanent polarization value of 33.4 $\mu$C/$\textrm{cm}^2$ and the coercive field value of 66.4 kV/cm were obtained when the PLT tufter was deposited for 15 seconds. Enhancement of the polarization is resulted from the enhanced orientation of PZT thin film because of the PLT buffet layer.
