        우리나라 진로교육 현황 및 발전 방향 연구

        이 연구의 목적은 우리나라 진로교육 현황을 진단하고 발전 방향을 제시하는 것에 있다. 이 연구의 주된 연구 내용은 「① 진로교육 환경 및 정책 분석, ② 우리나라 초·중등 단계진로교육 실태 분석, ③ 우리나라 진로교육 발전 방향」으로 관련 문헌 및 선행연구 종합·분석, 전문가 검토를 거처 연구결과를 도출하였다. 진로교육 환경을 확인하기 위하여 사회 환경 변화의 영역별로 직업세계와 고용·취업환경의 변화를 분석하였으며, 국내 진로교육 정책변화의 흐름과 국외 진로교육 정책 추진의 특성을 분석하였다. 우리나라 초 · 중등 단계 진로교육 실태를 확인하기 위하여 진로교육의 제도적 기반(담당인력, 진로교육 콘텐츠), 진로교육주요 운영 방식(정규교육과정에서의 진로교육, 진로심리검사 및 진로상담, 진로체험, 대상별진로교육 프로그램), 진로교육 성과평가의 현황 및 문제점을 분석하였다. 이를 토대로 우리나라 진로교육의 발전 방향과 세부 발전 방안을 도출하였다. 이 연구의 결과인 우리나라 진로교육 발전 방향의 영역은 크게 4개 영역 「① 제도적 지원 장치 마련, ② 개인 맞춤형 진로지도 지원 강화, ③ 학교-현장 연계 진로교육 활성화, ④ 진로교육 내실화 관리 지원」으로 도출되었으며, 각 영역별로 세부 발전 방안을 제시하였다. We diagnosed the conditions of current career education systems in South Korea to reconstruct career education and provide curriculum initiatives. We reviewed literatures of ① environment and policies of career education, ② K-12 career education system in Korea, and ③ strategies of Korean career education with following comprehensive analysis and SME review. First, to identify existing career education system, we approached through the multiple layers of social environment which are occupations and employment related settings as well as the flow of Korean career education policy development compared with foreign policy trends. Second, we structured the pros and cons of career education at K-12 school as policies (human resources and modules), programmes (career education in course, career inventory and counseling, heuristic method, and customized program) and career education evaluation. Through this investigation, we suggested the future directions and policies on career education and its details are ① to create legal and institutional support on career education, ② to emphasize the customized career education, ③ to activate school-work integration on career education, and ④ to facilitate the career education stability.

        천장골 나사못 고정과 연관된 한국인 상부 천골의 구조

        목 적: 한국인에서 천장관절의 나사못 삽입과 관련한 상부 천골의 구조와 안전 구역의 해부를 평가하고자 하였다. 대상 및 방법: 골반부 3차원 컴퓨터 단층 촬영 (3D-CT)을 시행한 환자 100명을 대상으로 하였다. 16채널 CT장비로 촬영 후, 그림자 표면 표시 (shaded-surface display), 투과영상 (transparent image)과 재조합 영상 (reformat image)을 이용하여 분석하였다. 결 과: 제1천추에 대한 익상부의 경사도는 27.3˚,입구 영상각은 24.6˚, 제1천골 골단판의 경사도는 39.7˚였다. 제1천추경의 축은 32.5˚, 제2천추경의 축은 15.6˚ 전내방으로 향해 있었다. 제1천추경의 정측면상 단면적은 310.7㎟, 축에 대한 단면적은 384.8㎡였다. 제2천추경은 수평면상 단면적은 163.1㎟, 축에 대한 단면적은 188.4㎟였다. 익상부 전방 만입은 평균 5.1㎜ (최대 9.5)였다. 명백한 상부 천추 이형성증은 22%, 전이형은 32%였다. 결 론: 한국인의 상부 천골을 3D-CT를 이용하여 계측하였으며, 이형성증은 정도에 따라 54%의 빈도를 나타내어 이형성증을 고려한 천장관절 나사못 삽입과 관련한 해부학적 연구 및 술기가 필요할 것이다. Purpose: To evaluate upper sacral morphology and anatomy of safe zone related to iliosacral screw fixation in Korean. Materials and Methods: 100 patients performed pelvis 3D CT scan were evaluated. We used 16channel CT and analyzed reconstructed image (shaded-surface display, transparent image and reform at image). Results: The angle between superior aspect of S1 body and iliac cortical density is 27.3˚, between anterior cortical line of S1,2 body and horizontal plane 24.6˚, and between superior aspect of S1 body and horizontal plane is 39.7˚. The axis of S1, S2 pedicle is 32.5˚ and 15.6˚ toward anteroom edial. The area of S1 pedicle according to sagittal plane and sagittal-oblique axis is 310.7㎟ and 384.8㎟. Also, S2 pedicle area is increased 163.1㎟ to 188.4㎟. The average depth of ala indentation is 5.1 ㎜ and the maxim al value is 9.5 ㎜. Distinct upper sacral dysplasia is 22%, transitional form is 32%. Conclusion: We measured Korean upper sacrum with 3D-CT, found out dysplasia come up to 54%. Considering the frequency of dysplasia, the investigation of anatomy and technique is essential to sacroiliac screw insertion.

        초등 실과교육의 현장학습 프로그램 모형 개발

        The purpose of the study was to develop a work-based learning program(WBLP) model that offers the work-site experience activities to students through the practical arts education in elementary schools. Through the review of literature, an alternative development process of a WBLP for the practical arts subject in the elementary schools was designed. The survey instrument was developed to verify the validity of the alternative development process, and to identify contents and components included in each phase of this process. Questionnaires were mailed to 430 teachers of 43 schools which were selected by the purposive sampling method, and 231 questionnaires were collected and analyzed. The development process of a WBLP for the practical arts subject, made up of six phrases, was finally determined on the basis of the validity test results. The major findings of the six phrases were as follows: First, all community-related conditions should be analyzed for the purpose of solving problems related to selecting proper learning places. Second, in considering the characteristics of the practical arts subject, various WBLPs for the practical arts subject, such as school-based experiential learning program and work-site experience program, are necessary to be developed and operated. Third, WBLPs for the practical arts subjects should make students have sound and respectful attitude for work and occupation. Fourth, the WBLPs for the practical arts subjects should be developed by using the various learning places within the school. In case of not using learning places within the school, the program should be developed to be able to provide the opportunity of work-site experience activities through the work-related places within the community. Fifth, throughout the process of WBLP, it is important that students’ security should be considered and guaranteed. Last, in evaluating the achievement of students, the attitude of participating in the work-based learning activities should be considered. Based on the results of the study, the researcher suggested some recommendations for the further studies on the last part of the study.

        인공 고관절 전치환술에서의 혈관 손상 -증례보고-

        Although the rate of vascular complication of reconstruction is uncommon in total hip arthroplasty, human life could be threatened or patients may lose their lower limbs by the vascular injuries'. As the numbers of revision surgery are increasing, the surgeon should be alert to recognize the vascular accident and make a prompt management to save limbs. We have experienced four cases of vascular injuries during total hip arthroplasties. Two cases were happened during revision surgeries, one case of secondary operation after a fixation failure of trochanteric fracture and a primary total hip arthroplasty with Cushing syndmme. Two cases of vascular injuries were found during acetabular replacement, screw fixation and temporary steinmann fix- ation of bone graft. And there were two cases with bleeding tendency and significant blood loss was found even from small vascular branches, which was managed by the angiographic embolization in one case. All cases could be managed by vascular surgery or angiographic embolization. We realized that the vascular injuries needed urgent management including vascular surgery and angiogram. And embolization under angiogram was safe and very helpful even in bleeding tendency.

        기가급 초고강도 TRIP강의 기계적 특성에 미치는 고출력 레이저 입열의 영향

        Welding and local heat treatment with a high-power laser for GPa-grade transformation-induced plasticity (TRIP) steel were studied. When the focal length and scan speed were controlled under a fixed laser power, defect-free full penetration conditions were achieved at various heat inputs. The effects of laser heat input on the mechanical properties of the steel were evaluated. The results showed that a softened zone was lowered to 350 HV of hardness by tempered martensite under all laser conditions. As the heat input increased, the zone became wider. When an appropriate heat input of 20-60 ㎜/J was irradiated, the tensile strength and elongation were improved as compared with the base material. Under these conditions, the softened zone was significantly narrowed by the TRIP effect under tensile stress, and base metal fracture occurred. In addition, the laser increased the hardness in the weld metal and further activated the TRIP effect of the retained austenite. However, at a heat input of 90 J/㎜, the TRIP effect was limited in the tensile test due to the wide softened zone and the increased hardness of sub-critical heat affected zone during the laser process. In this study, the effective heat input of the laser formed a full-penetration joint and locally enhanced strength and elongation simultaneously.
