        초등학생의 친환경 행동 인식과 실천에 관한 조사

        In this study, using a questionnaire designed to test perception and practice of pro-environmental behavior, we researched the fifth-graders, who had finished more than 60 hours of environmental education for three years. We classified the pro-environmental behavior into sixteen subcategories, such as living environment, garbage, energy, transportation, etc. and analyzed them. The analysis showed that elementary school students are mainly aware of living environment and garbage realms like environmental cleanup, recycling, and to build a green forest. However, they could not recall the energy realm easily. Besides, it was revealed that the more students are aware of the pro-environmental behavior, the better they practice it. Thus, we insist that the energy realm should be educated with familiar topics for the students. And education for sustainable development (ESD) and sustainable environmental education for the future needs a new curriculum, which can help students to be aware of pro-environmental behavior clearly.

        노후상가 재생을 위한 공공지원형 임대복합상가 개발모형 연구

        This study focus on the regeneration of depressed central business district adopting creative regeneration methodology of the Mixed Use Development of Rent Oriented Shopping Building by Public Supports. There have been diverted approaches and continuous policy efforts for the modernization of traditional market area in the CBD. But the situations of degradation of CBD in local cities and the depression of traditional market area are going on. The regeneration of central business district in local cities by the packaged new regeneration methodologies of theme shopping building will be the main target of local city regeneration policy. So, It is needed the creative approach of revitalization for shuttered streets of business district in local cities’CBD by two strategic instruments (Small Size Block Unit Development by Sub Division Land Use Planning and Mixed Use Development of Rent Oriented Building by Public Support) First is the Small Size Block Unit Development by Sub Division Land Use Planning supported by the cooperative partnership of land owners. Which means the rationalization of irregular land units by the citizen participated land use planning process in line with bottom up approach. Second, Mixed Use Development of Rent Oriented Building by Public Support is the main policy instrument to creative regeneration of corporated shopping building district. It comprised these three important components. 1) The selection of proper place of rent oriented shopping building to adapt the regeneration methodology of shopping building district in CBD 2) The formal certification of 3 types developer for the regeneration project and program 3) The rational buying and rental system for the Mixed Use Development of Rent Oriented Building

        계절 변화에 대한 초등학생의 선개념과 개념 변화 양상

        This study was to investigate the preconception and phases of children's conceptual change about season through an instruction on the concept. Participants in the study were seventy-eight fifth graders in two classrooms of an elementary school located in Incheon city. Children's preconception was examined using a questionnaire, consisted of a drawing and literal explanation. The questionnaire also was used at the midterm-test, post-test, and one-week delayed-test. The results shows several findings as follows: some children (a) change their synthetic conceptions to form another synthetic conceptions through the instruction; (b) exhibit that their conceptions are unstable; and (c) are mainly influenced by distance and heating effect on the seasonal spatial distribution between the Earth and the Sun, and by the Earth's rotation on the seasonal change of constellations in acquiring the scientific concepts. 이 연구는 계절 변화에 대한 초등학생의 선개념과 수업에서 나타나는 개념 변화 양상을 조사하는 것이다. 연구 대상은 인천광역시의 초등학교 5학년생 78명을 대상으로 하였다. 계절 변화에 대한 학생들의 선개념을 알아보기 위하여 그림과 글로 응답하도록 구성된 지필 검사지를 사용하였으며, 동일한 검사 문항을 이용하여 각각 수업 중의 중간 검사, 수업 후의 사후 검사, 그리고 1주일 후 지연 검사를 통하여 학생들의 개념 변화 양상을 조사하였다. 응답 결과의 분석은 3명의 본 연구자들간에 의견의 일치를 보아 분석하였다. 조사 결과, 사전 검사에서 대안 개념을 가지고 있는 일부 학생들의 경우 수업 후 또 다른 대안 개념을 형성하며, 이들이 가지고 있는 계절 변화 개념은 안정되어 있지 않은 상태로 나타났다. 또한 계절별 지구와 태양 사이의 공간 분포의 변화에서는 거리와 가열 효과가, 그리도 계절별 별자리의 변화에서는 지구의 자전 개념이 계절 변화에 대한 학생들의 올바른 개념 형성에 장애가 되는 요인으로 나타났다.

        지구 환경에 대한 예비 중등 교사의 환경 인식

        이 연구의 목적은 예비 중등 교사를 대상으로 지구 환경에 대한 환경 인식, 지구 환경의 하위 영역에 따른 환경 인식, 그리고 전공에 따른 환경 인식에 차이가 있는지를 조사하는 것이다. 이를 위해 '성장과 기술의 부정적 결과', '인류와 자연의 관계', '삶의 질', '생물권의 한계'의 4가지 하위 영역으로 구성된 NEP 검사 도구를 사용하였다. 연구 결과, 대부분의 예비 중등 교사들은 생태학적 환경 인식을 지니고 있었으며, 전공에 따라서도 유사한 환경 인식을 지니고 있었다. 그러나, 환경 관련 교육의 경험 유무에 따라서는 유의한 차이를 나타내었다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the environmental perceptions of pre-service secondary school teachers about the global environment. The Subjects are 133 pre-service secondary school teachers. As an indicator of environmental perceptions, the modified New Environmental Paradigm (NEP) instrument was used. This modified NEP instrument consists of four dimensions: the negative results of growth and technology, relation of humankind and nature, quality of life, and limits of biosphere. The results of this study suggested that a majority of pre-service secondary teachers held ecological environmental perceptions. They also had a similar environmental perception to education major. However, there were significant differences in environmental perceptions and the variables of education experience on environment-related subjects. Based on the findings of this study, it is recommended that environment-related subjects. Based on the findings of this study, it is recommended that environmental education be a mandatory course in education programs.

        전통시장의 상인조직형태에 따른 특성 분석

        The decline of traditional markets has led to sluggish local economy, which in turn has had an adverse effect on the national competitiveness. In response to issue, the government enacted a special law for the activation of traditional markets and has provided active support, while switching legal hierarchy from the law in time limits to the law in ordinary times. This study was intended to analyze the degree of activation of traditional market support projects promoted by the government for more than a decade based on the form of the merchant organization. To this end, a research was performed using common elements, activation factors and five forms of the merchant organization classified and examined by store management status survey of the Small and Medium Business Administration as data. According to the analysis results, the shopping district association showed the highest average score in market size as a common element, and private organization not controlled nor protected by law as for the size of commercial supremacy. In the case of the location, registered merchant association is situated in large city, and the registered merchant association showed the highest average score in the land area and floor space, and cooperative business association in the total floor area. In this regard, this study suggests an implication that a more formalized and structured form of the merchant organization which manages and operates traditional markets will contribute to a sustainable market activation.

        도시재생사업에서 사회적 자본이 로컬 거버넌스에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        Existing urban improvement projects were carried out with focus on the physical maintenance led by the government, which resulted in the problems such as dissolution of the community and removal of space for the underprivileged. In recent years, however, the Urban Renewal Agency of the Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH) carried out a pilot project for urban regeneration at a regional level to implement urban regeneration policies considering physical and socio-economic regeneration. The project was promoted by a bottom-up development approach that establishes local governance through the participation of local residents and each subject. In addition, the strengthening of local capability is considered to be most important in the promotion of sustainable urban regeneration through residents" participation. In other words, it is important to improve local capability by discovering local resources and values, and making the best use of them to give new values and grow them. In this sense, the core of Jeonju urban regeneration test-bed project lies in the strengthening of the local capability for sustainable urban regeneration, and the emphasis is placed on residents" participation, activation of the community and establishment of local governance. However, since Korea has no experience of promoting urban regeneration projects in this way, an intermediate support organization is regarded as a prerequisite. The analysis results and political implications of this study are as follows. First, the effect of social capital on local governance was found to be higher in a commercial district than in a residential district. Second, according to the results of the analysis performed through the medium of intermediate support organization, the indirect effect of 39% was presented for the commercial district. Third, systematization and effectiveness needs to be ensured in the establishment and operation of intermediate support organizations.

        초등학교 장애학생을 위한 환경교육 프로그램 개발과 적용

        이 연구는 초등학교 장애학생을 위한 8차시로 구성된 환경교육 프로그램을 개발하고, 이를 초등학교 5개교 특수학급에 적용하여 초등학교에서의 장애학생 환경교육에 대한 의미를 고찰하였다. 환경교육 프로그램은 ‘환경의 구성’, ‘환경 감수성과 배려’, ‘환경보전 실천’의 3가지 영역으로, 각 주제는 ‘사계절 이야기’, ‘멸종위기 야생동물’, ‘곤충 탐험’, ‘자연물 운동회’, ‘환경을 위한 에너지’, ‘재활용이 좋아요’, ‘건강한 먹거리’, ‘환경과 나’로 구성하였다. 환경교육 프로그램을 적용한 결과, 첫째, 학생들은 환경수업을 통해 환경에 대한 인식이 향상되고, 환경문제 해결을 위한 실천적 태도를 보였다. 둘째, 특수학급 교사들은 장애학생을 위한 환경교육 프로그램이 학생들의 학습 동기와 사회성 발달에 도움을 주었으며, 또한 지속적인 환경교육의 필요성을 제안하였다. This study is to develop the environmental education program composed of eight lessons for challenged students in elementary school and applied to the special classes in five elementary schools. This program consists of three different areas: ‘Compositions of the environment’, ‘Environmental sensitivity and consideration’ and ‘Practice of environmental conservation’. The topics of each lesson are ‘Stories of four seasons’, ‘Endangered wild animals’, ‘Explorations of insects’, ‘Nature things olympic’, ‘Energy savings’, ‘I like recycling’, ‘Healthy foods’, and ‘Environment and me’. The conclusions of this study are as follows. First, the students’ awareness of the environment has improved and the students showed practical attitude to solve environmental problems. Second, the teachers of each class responded that the program helps the students’ motivation and social skills, suggesting the necessity of continuity of this program.

        제7차 중학교 환경교육과정과 교과서의 환경쟁점 분석

        In recent years there has been a growing recognition that presenting principally environmental issues in environmental textbooks is a form of local, national, regional, and global issues. The environmental textbook in the 7th environmental curriculum is to be composed of contents that could encourage the inquiry of value and change of attitude to take part in environmental preservation on the foundation of the comprehension about ecosystem. Therefore, the present study analyzed the difference of the contents of the environmental issues between the 7th national curriculum and textbooks in the middle school environmental education. <br/> The analytical results of this study are as follows: Firstly, there are total 4 sections related to environmental issues in environmental curriculum of middle schools. The content areas that are included ‘Environmental Preservation and Development’, ‘Getting the Hot Earth’, ‘Decreasing Forest and Increasing Desert’, and ‘Pleasant Surrounding and Quality of Life’. Secondly, an environmental textbooks that are used in school education edited for direction that coincide in motive that is ‘real life-centered education’ that is presenting in the 7th environmental curriculum. Specially, introduction to local environmental issues coincides the intent of the curriculum revisions that are ‘environmental education within everyday life’ and ‘contents of local-centered environmental education’. These findings have implications for teaching about environmental issue in school environmental education.

        구미 지역 주부들의 먹는 물과 물 환경에 대한 인식

        이 연구의 목적은 구미 지역 주부들의 먹는 물과 물 환경에 대한 인식을 조사하여, 주부들의 먹는 물로서의 수돗물과 수돗물 오염에 대한 생각들을 알아보고자 하였다. 연구 대상은 구미 지역 주부 20명을 대상으로 먹는 물과 물 환경에 대한 질문지를 작성하게 하여 그 결과를 분석하였다. 연구 결과로 첫째, 대상자들은 구미 지역에 영향을 미치는 자연 자원으로서의 먹는 물과 물 환경에 대한 관심이 높았다. 또한 대상자의 35%는 정수기로 정수된 물을 마시고, 30%는 수돗물을 끓여서 마시고 있는것으로 조사되었다. 수돗물의 안전성에 대해서는 75%였으나, 먹는 물의 안전성은 상대적으로 낮게 인식하고 있었다. 둘째, 주부들은 먹는 물 보전 캠페인과 능동적인 참여가 지역 사회와 연계할 때 더욱 효과적이라고 주장하였다. 더욱이 먹는 물과 물환경에 대한 지속적인 교육을 통해 먹는 물로서의 수돗물에 대한 인식이 촉진될 수 있다고 하였다. The purpose of this study was to elucidate the perception of drinking water and water environment held by housewives in Gumi city area. The subject of this study were 20 housewives and surveyed with a questionnaire on a self-reporting basis. Results are as follows: 1. Housewives were concerned about drinking water and water environment as natural resource affecting Gumi city area. The percentage og the housewives who had used the purified tap water and the boiled water as drinking water was 35% and 30%, respectively. Also, The percentage of the safety of tap water was 75%. However, their perceived level about the safety of drinking water was relatively low. 2. Housewives suggests that a drinking water conservation campaign and active participation may be more effective if it is linked to local community. Furthermore, continuous education about drinking water and water environment promoting perception of tap water as drinking water.

        SDGs 연계 교육에서 미래의 지구 환경에 대한 예비 지구과학 교사들의 인식

        지속가능발전목표(SDGs)를 기반으로 지속가능발전교육(ESD)을 사범대학에 적용하기 위한 기초 연구를 수행하였다. 지구과학을 전공하는 69명의 예비 교사들이 미래의 지구 환경을 어떻게 인식하고 환경 변화에 대해 어떠한 시각을 가지고 있는지 조사하였다. 지구 환경에 대한 인식을 그림으로 표현하고 개인적인 설명을 자유롭게 써넣는 개념 그리기 방법을 적용하였다. 또한 지구의 환경 변화에 대해 느끼는 감정을 긍정, 중립, 부정 중에서 선택하고 개방 서술형 문항에 답하였으며, 참여 의사에 따라 반구조적 인터뷰를 진행하였다. 예비 교사들은 미래의 지구 환경을 인간의 필요에 의해 자연을 수정하고 인간의 영향을 받아서 창조되는 공간으로 인식한다. 따라서 현재 우리가 선택한 결과로 미래의 지구 환경이 달라질 수 있을 것이라 생각한다. 한편 COVID-19 시기에 연구가 진행되었다는 상황을 감안하더라도 예비 교사들이 지구의 환경 변화를 바라보는 관점은 매우 부정적이다. 대학 교육에서 특히 미래 세대의 교육을 책임질 예비 교사를 양성하는 사범 대학에서 지속가능발전교육을 실현할 수 있는 지구 환경 교육은 선택이 아닌 필수로 받아들여야 할 것이다. Based on the SDGs, basic research was conducted to apply ESD to the college of education. This study investigated how 69 pre-service teachers majoring in earth science education perceive the future earth environment and what views they have on environmental changes. A concept sketch method that expresses awareness of the global environment in pictures and allows participants to freely write personal explanations was utilized. In addition, they chose their feelings regarding the change in the earth's environment from positive, neutral, and negative, answered open-ended questions, and conducted a semi-structured interview according to their intention to participate. Pre-service teachers perceive the future global environment as a space created by human influence and modification of nature by human needs. Therefore, they believe that the future global environment will be different as a result of the choices we make today. Even considering the situation in which the study was conducted, during the COVID-19 pandemic, the perspective of pre-service teachers on environmental changes on the planet is very negative. Global environment education, which can realize sustainable development education, must be essential in university education, especially in the College of Education, which nurtures pre-service teachers who will be responsible for the education of future generations.
