        남북국시대에 관한 중화인민공화국의 반론에 대한 비판

        The aims of the project of Dongbuk is to research that the history of Manchuria has not relationship with korean history but has much relationship with chinese history. Therefore the researchers of China proper who have taken pan in the projects of Dongbuk proclaimed that Balhae and Koguryo had much relationship not to Korea but to China. The most important problem on the Balhae history is that it was belong to korean history and succeeded the kingdom of Koguryo has been attacked by them furiously. Looking into their papers on them, I have found that their target is to denied the Yu Duk Gong's theory. So thus I have studied and arranged all about Nambukguk theory from it's origin to it's conclusion, the Nambukguk times theory. And after this, I arranged the principals and paradigms of the Nambukguk times theory. Nambukguk theory had been expressed in the preface of the Balhaego written by Yu Duk Gong(l748-1807). In this, he had asserted that 3 kingdoms age succeeded by Nambukguk which was consisted by the enlarged Silla in the southern part and the kingdom of Balhae which succeded the kingdom of Koguryo in the northern part. Of course, I think that Yu had no notion of the historical word, times. But his notion of Nambukguk had given strong impact to Han Chi Yun, Chung Yak Yong, Hong Suk Joo, Kim Jung Ho and Sin chae Ho. So they had adopted Yu's idea and had studied the history of Balhae kingdom. In the imperial Japan colonial times, the korean people encountered the crisis to be perished away. So they studied their ancient history focusing at the spirit of nation and reached to the Nambukguk times theory. I can introduce the scholars. They are Jang Do Bin, Son Jin Tae, and so on. After liberating from imperial Japan, Pak Si Hyung and Yi Woo Sung presented the very same idea of Yu Duk Gong. Otherwise, in the past the respecters of China proper studied the history of Manchuria what they occupied in order to obtain historical evidences about it. in the first step they encountered one of the most important thing that where Balhae history belongs to. But at last they founded that there is no clue that Balhae history belonged to chinese history, and became to know the existence of Nambukguk theory in Korea. So they showed their nervous attitude and attacked Yu and Yu's work, Balhaego They are Sun Wei Ryang, WangJin Kun and Sun Jin Ji. In these years, Quo S00 Mei, Woo Wei Hwan, Wang Cung Quo, Chang Bee Puo and Chao Hong who took part in the project of Dongbuk argued that the history of Balhae belongs to chinese history without reason. Reading their papers on this carefully, I find out that they perhaps wrote the papers following some directions which ordered by someone. So the papers of their look like same one written by one people. Conclusionally speaking, I can declare that they commit following 3 points that were very important and became the basic conditions to study ancient history. 1. They selected and analyzed historical matters in such a very simple way. 2. They misunderstand the ancient history by their wrong view of the world, so called Cheonhagwan. 3. They have no notion of the change in community in ancient society. In these 3 facts, I determined that they who took part in the project of Dongbuk had made no development in studying Balhae history. They only followed the bad points of the principals of the historical view, Manseon historical view in imperial Japan times.

        유치원 창의적 공학기술교육 프로그램이 유아의 창의성에 미치는 효과

        본 연구에서는 유치원 유아들이 공학기술의 중요성을 자각하도록 하며 공학기술에 대한 새로 운 시각을 가지고 스스로 이해하고 흥미를 가지도록 하기 위하여 유아들에게 창의적 공학기술 교육은 어떠해야 하는지에 초점을 두고 있다. 여기서는 창의적 공학기술교육 프로그램을 개발하여, 유치원 유아들의 창의성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지를 적용하고 그 효과를 분석하였다. 연구 대상은 D시에 소재하고 있는 유치원 7세반 2개 학급이며, 검사 도구는 창의성 검사지를 사용하였다. 또한 창의적 공학기술교육 프로그램을 개발하여, 실험반에 1주에 1시간씩 10회로 총 10차 시를 실시하였으며, 비교반에서는 유치원 교육과정에 맞추어 일반적인 수업을 실시하였고, 사전 검사-실험처치-사후검사의 순서로 진행하였다. 공학기술교육 프로그램은 제조, 건설, 에너지ㆍ수 송, 정보통신, 생명, 전기ㆍ전자와 기계, 발명의 7개 영역으로 구성하였다. 본 연구의 통계분석을 위해 SPSSWIN 프로그램을 사용하였으며, 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 평균, t-검증 분석을 실시하였다. 그 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 실험반과 비교반의 창의성 점수에서 통계적으로 유의한 차 이를 보이지 않아, 이 두 집단은 동질한 집단이라고 할 수 있다. 2. 실험반과 비교반의 창의성 사 후 검사 결과에서 실험반이 비교반보다 유의한 차이로 더 향상되었다. 또한 창의성 전체에서는 통계적으로 유의한 차이로 실험반이 비교반보다 더욱 증진된 것으로 나타났음을 알 수 있다. 따라서 유치원 유아들에게 창의적 공학기술교육 프로그램을 수업에 적용함으로써, 유아들의 창의성 증진에 유의한 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. This study makes conscious about importance of engineering technology for kindergarten infants, and focuses on making new sight about engineering technology, how creative engineering technology education should be for kindergarten infants to understand themselves and get interested. It was verified the effect about creative engineering technology education program which for infants`` creativity improvement. Subjects are kindergarten located in ‘D`` city and they are two 7 years old classes in kindergarten. Testing tool is creative examination test. And also developed education program of creative engineering technology, and carried out experimental group for 10 weeks by 1 hour in one week and total is 10times. In controlled group, they carried out regular education which is fitted with kindergarten``s curriculum. It was progressed through pretest-experimental treatment- posttest. This educational program were formed 7 areas which were manufacture, construction, energy·transportation, information communication, life, electrics·electronics & machines, invention. For this research analysis, SPSS was used and to achieve this research goal, mean, t-test analysis enforced. The major findings of this study were follows; 1. Results of pretest about creativity of experimental group and controlled group in kindergarten, there had no difference in statistically, so these two groups had likely the same groups. 2. Results of posttest about creativity in kindergarten, there had difference in statistically between two groups. Experimental groups were increased more than controlled group. Therefore, engineering technology education program had effective to increase creativity to infants.

        위암 발견에 있어 철결핍 지표들의 유용성

        Background/Aims: Cancers of the gastrointestinal tract might cause chronic occult blood loss leading to iron deficiency. The aim of this study was to determine the usefulness of the tests for iron deficiency in detection of stomach cancer. Methods: Seventy one patients with advanced gastric cancer (AGC), 13 patients with early gastric cancer (EGC), and 104 patients with functional GI disorder (FGID) as a control were consecutively enrolled in this study. The test results for iron-deficiency parameters such as hemoglobin, serum ferritin, serum iron, total iron binding capacity, and transferrin-saturation rates were compared among the groups. Incidence of iron deficiency or anemia was compared among the groups. Results: The levels of hemoglobin, serum ferritin, serum iron, and the rates of transferrin saturation were significantly lower in the AGC group than in the control group. These differences were even marked in male patients. They were not significantly different between the EGC group and the control group. In male patients with AGC, the incidence of anemia or iron deficiency was markedly higher than the control group. Conclusions: In males over 50 years, tests for iron-deficiency parameters such as hemoglobin, serum ferritin, serum iron, and transferrin saturation might be helpful in detection of AGC. Further study is needed to reveal whether these tests are helpful in the early detection of stomach cancer. (Korean J Gastroenterol 2002;39:179-185)

        유아의 성취동기, 인지능력, 갈등해결능력이 공감능력에 미치는 영향력 분석

        목적 본 연구는 유아의 성취동기, 인지능력, 갈등해결능력이 유아의 공감능력에 미치는 영향력을 분석하였다. 방법 본 연구의 대상은 K도에 위치한 유치원 5곳에 재원 중인 만 3, 4, 5세 유아 222명으로 평균 월령은 58.87개월이었다. 성취동기 검사, 인지능력 검사(K-WIPPSI-Ⅳ), 갈등해결능력 검사, 공감능력 검사(Affective Situation Test)를 통해 자료를 수집하였으며, 수집된 자료는 Pearson 적률 상관계수와 중다회귀분석을 통해 검증하였다. 결과 본 연구 결과, 유아의 공감능력과 성취동기, 인지능력, 갈등해결능력 간 유의미한 정적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 인지능력이 유아의 공감능력에 가장 강력한 영향을 미치는 예측 변인으로 밝혀졌으며, 갈등해결능력이 추가적인 예측변인으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 하위요인 간 상대적 영향력을 분석한 결과, 인지능력의 언어이해가 유아의 공감능력을 가장 강력하게 설명하는 예측변인으로 밝혀졌다. 그 다음으로 인지능력의 처리속도와 갈등해결능력의 갈등해결이 추가적인 예측 변인으로 나타났다. 이어서 성취동기의 흥미⋅즐거움이 유아의 공감능력을 설명하는 예측 변인으로 밝혀졌다. 결론 본 연구 결과는 유아의 공감능력에 대한 이론적 정보를 구축하고 나아가 유아의 공감능력을 촉진할 수 있는 교육방안 모색 및 프로그램 개발에 의미 있는 시사점을 제공하였다고 본다. Objectives The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationships among children's achievement motivation, cognitive ability, conflict resolution ability and empathy ability of young children. Methods The subjects of this study were 222 whose mean age was 58.87 months. The research data were collected by ‘Children’s achievement ability test’, ‘K-WIPPSI-Ⅳ’, ’Children’s conflict resolution ability test’, and ‘Affective situation test’. Pearson correlation and step-wise multi regression were used to analyze the data. Results First, there were positive correlations between achievement motivation, cognitive ability, conflict resolution ability and empathy ability. Second, cognitive ability was revealed to be most predictive factor of empathy ability and conflict resolution ability was an additional positive variable that predicts the empathy ability. Conclusions The results of this study are believed to have provided meaningful implications for building theoretical information on young children's empathy and further finding educational measures to promote young chileren's empathy and developing programs.

        초등학교 목공작 지도의 의식과 실태에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study obtain to the guideline for teaching wood working in the classroom. We sent a questionnaire on wood working instruction to third, fourth, fifth and sixth grade teachers who were teaching the practical arts courses in the city of Taegu and North Kyungsang Province. We received 180 valid responses. The major findings of this study were as below: 1. Children increased to be clumsy with the wood working tool. 2. It is ill equipped the wood working tool for having practice in elementary school. 3. There is insufficiently the school hour which to need the wood working instruction. 4. In the wood working instruction, 43.4% of total responser be conducted the theory centered teaching, and 56.7% of total responser be conducted the practice centered teaching.

        불면증 변증도구 신뢰도와 타당도 평가 및 심리검사와의 상관성에 대한 초기연구

        Objectives: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the reliability and validity of the instrument on pattern identification for insomnia (PIT-Insomnia) and verify the correlation between PIT-Insomnia and psychological tests. Methods: Two evaluators examined the pattern identification of the participants who met insomnia disorder diagnostic criteria of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorder, Fifth Edition (DSM-5) and took the Insomnia Severity Index (ISI) score over 15 once manually and twice using the PIT-Insomnia to measure the inter-rater and test-retest reliability. We also conducted the following surveys: the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI), the Korean version of Beck’s depression inventory (K-BDI), the Korean version of the State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI-K), the Korean Symptom checklist- 95 (KSCL-95), and the EuroQol-5 dimension (EQ-5D), to measure concurrent validity and correlation between the PTI-Insomnia and psychological tests. Results: 1. The test-retest reliability analysis of the pattern identification results showed moderate agreement, and test-retest reliability analysis of each pattern identification score showed agreements from poor to moderate. 2. The inter-rater reliability analysis of the pattern identification results via manual showed slight agreement, when analysis was performed with calibration, the inter-rater reliability analysis of the pattern identification results via manual showed fair agreement. 3. The concordance analysis between results via manual and the PIT-Insomnia showed poor agreement, when the analysis was performed with calibration, concordance analysis showed fair agreement. 4. The concordance analysis between the PIT-Insomnia and the PSQI showed positive linear correlation. 5. The concordance analysis between the PIT-Insomnia and the PSQI, K-BDI, STAI-K, KSCL-95, and EQ-5D showed that non-interaction between the heart and kidney have positive linear correlation with the K-BDI, anxiety item of KSCL-95, dual deficiency of the heart-spleen have positive linear correlation with somatization item of KSCL-95, paranoia item of KSCL-95, heart deficiency with timidity have positive linear correlation with stress vulnerability item of KSCL-95, parania item of KSCL-95, phlegm-fire harassing the heart have positive linear correlation with K-BDI, paranoia item of KSCL-95, depressed liver qi transforming into fire have positive linear correlation with the anxiety item of KSCL-95, parania item of KSCL-95, all pattern identification have negative linear correlation with EQ-5D. Conclusions: The PIT-Insomnia has moderate agreement of reliability and reflects the severity of insomnia since it has some concurrent validity with the PSQI. There are some correlations between the PTI-Insomnia with specific psychological tests, so we could suggest it can be used appropriately in the clinical situation.

        백서 심근에서 plasmid 벡터를 이용한 유전자 전달 및 VEGF 유전자 발현의 특성

        N/A Background : The purpose of this study was to compare gene expression among newly designed eukaryotic expression vectors, and to characterize the pattern of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) expression using the most potent plasmids DNA vector. Methods : After exposure of a beating rat heart (Sprague-Dawley, 250-300g), 5 different types of plasmid DNA was injected directly into the myocardium. Reporter protein was analyzed by ELISA in the extracted heart. Results : The vector harboring cytomegalovirus (CMV) promoter and enhancer induced the strongest expression of reporter gene (chloramphenicol acetyl transferase; CAT) compared to those of pC3.1, pEF1a, RSV, pActin in the rat heart via direct injection of plasmid DNA into the apex (p<0.001). Using pCN-CAT, gene expression showed a dose-dependent response over a range of 0.3-10 ㎍. CAT expression could be detected up to 30 days after 10 ㎍ of pCN-CAT injection with the maximal expression on day 5. In X-gal staining of injected pCN-lacZ gene, β-galactosidase was found only around the needle track in the apex. The expressed hVEGF121 had biologic activity with vascular permeability assay (Miles assay) in guinea pigs. After injection of pCN-hVEGF121 into the apex of the rat heart, the expression of VEGF protein was dose-dependent over the range of 25 and 500 ㎍. VEGF expression was detected up to 14 days with its peak on day 2 after injection of 250 ㎍ of pCN-hVEGF121. When plasmid was injected into the apex of the rat heart, the expression of VEGF in the heart showed concentration gradient from the apex to the base. However, the expression of CAT was detected only in the apex. Conclusion : Plasmids vector with hCMV IE promoter/enhancer will provide clear advantages over other previously developed plasmids and the information regarding the behaviors of VEGF expression may be useful in angiogenic gene therapy of the heart.(Korean J Med 60:3-15, 2001)
