When using a secondary battery in energy storage units, if the grid is in light duty the active power is stored so it can be used when the grid is in heavy duty. This makes possible for the load equalize and make the grid optimized. Recently the government is trying to propagate this technology. Depending on its capacity this kind of electric energy storage unit is used in adjusting the frequency, break up the energy peak in summer and winter, stabilize the energy output of renewable energy which can change unstably because of the environment. Which makes it possible to stabilize the grid. It is anticipated that market of 120 trillion won will be developed worldwide in 2030. Currently in Korea a steady supply is in progress. However because of stray electromagnetic waves some other electronics are malfunctioning. This paper covers the research in the method to detect the emission noise in small electric energy storage units using lithium secondary batteries and battery management system, Power conditioning systems with CIPSR standards. And the research of a more efficient method to measure such stray electromagnetic waves.

해상에서 위험성평가는 해양사고예방의 관점에서 안전한 항만수로를 설계하는데 중요한 역할을 하고 있다. 본 연구는 IALA에서 권고하는 정량적인 충돌확률분석방법인 IWRAP(IALA Waterway Risk Assessment)에 기초를 두고 목포항 진입수로의 충돌위험성을 분석하였다. 과거 AIS 및 레이더의 기록 데이터를 IWRAP 평가도구에 적용함으로써 선박의 조우 상태별 충돌위험 확률을 계산하였다. 항로의 구간별로 위험도를 제공함으로써, VTS에서 섹터 관제의 관점에서 항로구간별로 해상교통의 특징과 개선책을 세우는데 기여할 것으로 사료된다. In terms of the maritime accident prevention, risk analysis at targeted warterways is important for planning safety waterways. This paper analyzes the maritime accidents probability in the Mokpo waterways, South Korea, based on the IWRAP(IALA Waterway Risk Assessment) of the quantitative accident probability tool. Vessel collision probability cate is calculated by vessels meeting direction, using IWRAP. This paper contribute to advance improvement of vessel traffic service by VTS sector providing vessel fairway risk data.
식물유 및 광유를 사용한 배전변압기의 열열화에 따른 절연유의 코로나 개시전압 및 전기적 특성에 대한 연구

Starting from the distribution transformer, the insulation oil for the oil immersed power transformer is being used to convert the vegetable oil from the existing mineral oil. Vegetable oil is better in temperature characteristics and insulation performance, is not toxic, and has better biodegradable characteristic than that of mineral oil. In order to investigate the corona inception voltage and dieclectic charateristics of the two insulating oils, three oil immersed transformers using mineral oil and vegetable oil were made and thermal cyclic aged. In this paper, the changes in the corona discharge inception voltage, chemical and electrical properties of the two sampled insulating oils from the transformers had been studied.
배전용 변압기에서의 고온열화와 열 사이클 열화에 따른 식물유와 광유의 특성 분석

Most transformers use insulating and cooling fluids derived from petroleum crude oil, but mineral oil has some possibility of environmental pollution and fire with explosion. vegetable oil fluids extracted from seed has superior biodegradation and fire-resistant properties including an exceptionally high fire point enhancing fire safety. In this study, it is aimed at the practicality of substituting natural ester dielectric fluid for mineral oil in liquid insulation system of transformers. As a rise in coil winding temperature has a direct influence on transformer life time, it is important to evaluate the temperature rise of coil winding in vegetable oil in comparison with mineral oil. Four transformers for the test are designed with 10KVA, 13.2㎸, one phase unit. The temperature are directly measured in insulating oil of these transformers with the two sorts of natural ester and mineral oil dielectric fluid respectively. Experiment for aging carry out two means. First means remained 120℃ that transformer of mineral oil were operated at 185% load. Second means is that insulating oils of two natural ester and mineral oil were aged by thermal cycles repeating from 30℃ to 120℃. For the heating, Transformers were operated at 185% load. For the cooling, cooling system was operated in the chamber. Samples were analyzed at 42, 63, 93, 143, 190, 240 300cycles. Analysis contents are dielectric strength, total acid value. Mineral oils compared results of first means with results of second means. And compared two sort natural esters respectively with mineral oil in second means.

Bismuth germanate crystals well known as scintillator were grown by Czochralski method. In order to understand a mechanism of radiation resistance in Eu-doped BGO, we measured radiation induced-absorption spectra, excitation spectra, emission spectra and luminescence lifetimes of BGO crystals. We found that the charge transfer state of Eu^(3+) ion is to play a key role to enhance the radiation resistance in BGO crystal. The ^5D_0 emission of Eu^(3+) ions that is not suitable for the radiation detectors due to a long decay time was found to be increased with increasing europium concentration. In the BGO crystal doped with 0.1 mole%, the density of radiation induced color centers was reduced about twenty times and the light output of ^5D_0 was negligible by comparing to that of BGO.
