Brainstem gliomas remain an important oncologic problem in the pediatric age group. These tumors constitute between 10 and 15% of all intracranial childhood tumors and despite advanced in the diagnosis and treatment of children with brain tumors, brainstem gliomas are still almost invariably rapidly lethal. We have few of clinical records of braintumors and admission case in the oriental medical hospital, classifications of tumor, symptoms and etc, specially in the pediatrics, so we introduce a case of a 7-year-old child with brainstem glioma which is diagnosised by MRI in our hospital.

Since their introduction in 1936 by the International Chamber of Commerce, Incoterms?? have provided a set of rules that the global trade community can use for the interpretation of trade terms. Incoterms?? focus on responsibility for risk of loss or damage to the goods sold, division of transportation and customs-related costs between the seller and buyer, and the obligation to execute certain functional activities related to the movement of the goods. Since 1936 the ICC has consistently attempted to update Incoterms?? in a way that keeps pace with the evolution of business practices. The implementation of the new rules, Incoterms??2010 went into effect on January 1, 2011. The paper deals with the change process of Incortems?? 1936, 1953, 1980, 1990, 2000 and 2010 focusing on transportation terms including transport by land, sea, air and mutimodal transport

빈 학파의 물리주의 입장에서 접근한 심리철학

최근 100여 년 전까지도 사람의 마음에 대한 분야는 과학에 무풍 지대이었다. 그러나 이 미개척 분야에도 과학의 열풍이 불면서, 과학은 인지과학이라는 이름으로 이 분야에 뛰어 들었다. 물론 이 분야에 대하여 철학도 심리철학이라는 분과를 두고 있다. 그러나 한국에서는 과학의 성과에 대해서는 높에 평가하지만, 과학의 바탕이 되고 있는 물리주의에 대해서는 그리 좋은 평가를 내리고 있지 않다. 물리주의에 대한 이와 같은 부정적인 이미지는 다른 분야에도 영향을 비치고 있다. 특히 심리철학의 분야에서는 물리주의의 부정적인 이미지의 전형적인 예를 보여주고 있다. 이러한 예를 살펴보면서, 물리주의에 대한 재조명을 시도해보았다. 전자무역은 새로운 비즈니스 모델을 창출하고 삶의 질을 향상시키는 등의 선순환을 만들어 내고 있다. 무역거래는 더욱 편리해지고 신속해졌으나 한편으로 메일계정 해킹, 은행문서위조 등의 무역대금결제와 관련한 사기사건도 증가하고 있는 상태이다. 전자무역결제와 관련한 리스크관리는 무역업체 실무자들이 전자무역과 관련한 복합적이고 다면적인 거래 및 대금결제상의 리스크를 열거하고 통합적으로 분석하고 이에 따른 체크리스트 등을 작성하여 관리하는 것이 필요하다. 결론적으로 사이버 보안팀은 조직의 부서장뿐만 아니라 구성원 모두와 자주 접촉하여 보안관계를 설명해야한다. 나아가 방어시스템을 지속적으로 테스트하고, 사이버전쟁 등과 같은 훈련게임을 통하여 리스크관리를 해야 한다. The risks from cyber-attacks become increasingly daunting. Criminals pursue financial gain through fraud and identity theft. Business value and personal informationworldwide are rapidlymigrating into digital formon open and globally interconnected technology platforms. As that happens, the risks fromcyberattacks become increasingly daunting. Governments and companies have much work to do to protect people, institutions, and even entire cities and countries frompotentially devastating large-scale cyberattacks. However, if attackers continue to get better more quickly than defenders, this could result in a world where a “cyberbacklash” decelerates digitization. In this scenario, a relatively small number of destructive attacks reduces trust in the economy, causing governments to impose newregulations and institutions to slowdown the pace of technology innovation. In conclusion, Firstlymost institutions do not have enough insight intowhat information assets they need to protect with what priority. Secondly, institutions should run cross-functional cyberwar games to improve their ability to respond effectively in real time.Moreover, cybersecurity implications should be integrated into the broad set of enterprise-governance functions and regulatory compliance.

생활체육 참가 여부에 따른 스트레스 대처방식과 주관적 삶의 질의 관계

The purpose of this study was to examined the relationships of coping with stress and subjective quality of life according to leisure sports participants. The data collected from the 680 (375 leisure sports participants, 305 non-participants) was analyzed. With the collected data, t-test and multiple regression analysis was performed by SPSSWIN Ver 12.0. The results of the analysis were summarized as follows. First, the problem-focus coping showed significant difference according to leisure sports participants, but did net significant difference in the emotional coping, social support pursuit, and aesthetic thinking. Second, the subjective quality of life showed significant difference according to leisure sports participants. Third, the problem-focus coping and social support pursuit impacts positive(+) influence, in contrast aesthetic thinking impacts negative(-) influence at subjective quality of life in leisure sports participants. Fourth, problem-focus coping impacts positive(+) influence at subjective quality of life in leisure sports non-participants. These results were discussed based on the previous and practical studies related to coping with stress and subjective quality of life.

The passing of property in goods affects contractual rights and duties. It is the point on which depend issues as diverse as the seller's entitlement to sue for the price and the incidence of risk of loss of casualty to the goods. The passing of property may also have an incidental effect on the remedies of the parties, including specific performance. But Incoterms do not deal with how the goods should reach the agreed point of delivery. While Incoterms specifically deal with questions of division of risk of loss of or damage to the goods between seller and buyer, they do not deal with property or transfer of title of the goods. Indeed, it was not even possible to agree on uniform rules on these questions in the CISG. Therefore, the parties to a contract of sale should provide for these matters themselves in the contract of sale and closely observe what the applicable law requires for the transfer of ownership to the goods and other property rights.

국제지적재산권의 기원과 그 形成史에 관한 연구

이 논문은 국제지적재산법이 어떠한 기원에 의해 이루어졌으며 지적재산권 관련한 각종 조약과 협약이 역사적으로 어떻게 이루어졌는가에 관한 내용의 연구이다. 현실적으로 지적재산은 기업경쟁력의 중요한 요인이어서 이를 적절하게 활용하고 행사하는 것은 기업의 중대한 관심사일 뿐만 아니라 외국에 자회사를 설립하거나 합병사업 등의 해외 투자시에도 고려해야 하는 중요한 요인이기도 하다. 이 논문은 지적재산이라는 용어가 어떠한 내용으로 사용되고 있는지, 그리고 파리조약성립되기 전의 공업소유권 보호를 위한 각국의 특허인정시기와 내용, 개정과정에 관한 내용에 대해 연구하였다. 결론적으로 국제지적재산법을 현실적인 측면에서 확장시키는 TRIPS 협정 외에 전통적인 지적재산조약에 관한 내용의 연구를 더욱 진행시켜야 한다고 본다. 지적재산권의 범위를 보다 광범위하게 넓히는 것과 함께 단순히 국제법적인 제도에 대해서만이 아니라 각국의 국내지적재산법이나 국내 소송제도의 상위등과 관련한 문제를 포함한 종합적으로 연구할 필요가 있다. International intellectual property has a long history in civilization. This Paper analyzes history and origin of international intellectual property regime and the institution which facilitate international cooperation. Intellectual property rights perform a variety of functions. They promote inno-vation and creative expression, and they protect investment. New products and methods for producing them improve the quality of life and enhance productivity. It is important, however, to bear in mind that Intellectual Property Rights protection also imposes social and economic costs. It restricts the use of knowledge, even if for a limited time. The Paris Convention establishes a right of priority an applicant from one contracting state who files a patent application in a contracting state can use his or her first filing date as the effective filing date in another contracting state so long as the applicant files another application for the patent within a year from the first filing. The benefits of Intellectual Property Rights protection are not equitably shared among the richer and poorer nations. Just as national legislators must seek to strike a balance between the interests of various domestic stakeholders in Intellectual Property Rights protection, so must those responsible for negotiations at the multi-lateral level seek to strike an appropriate balance among industry and consumers, and among the wealthy and the poor. The WTO s TRIPS Agreement is an attempt to narrow the gaps in the way these rights are protected around the world and to bring them under common interna-tional rules.
