통영주변해역에 서식하는 문치가자미(Pleuronectes yokohamae)의 식성

통영주변해역에서 2010년 1월부터 12월까지 문치가자미 395개체를 채집하여 위내용물을 분석하였다. 채집된 개체 는 표준체장 10.5~38.8 cm의 체장범위를 나타내었다. 문치 가자미는 저서성 육식어류로써 주로 이매패류, 단각류, 갯지 렁이류를 섭식하였고, 그 외 약간의 유형동물류, 산호충류, 등각류, 요각류, 주걱벌레붙이류, 새우류, 게류, 거미불가사리 류를 섭식하였다. 문치가자미는 generalized feeder의 섭식전 략을 나타냈고, 체장이 커짐에 따른 주 먹이생물의 변화는 나타내지 않았으며, 먹이생물의 크기변화는 나타나지 않았다. The feeding habits of the marbled flounder Pleuronectes yokohamae were studied using 395 specimens collected from January to December, 2010, in the coastal waters off Tongyeong, Korea. The size of P. yokohamae ranged from 10.5 to 38.8 cm in standard length (SL). P. yokohamae is a bottom-feeding carnivore that consumes mainly bivalves, amphipods and polychaetes. Its diet also includes small quantities nemertians, anthozoan, isopods, copepods, tanaidacean, shrimps, crabs and ophiuroids. Our feeding-strategy graphical method reveled that P. yokohamae was a generalized feeder, with a wide niche width. P. yokohamae mainly consumed bivalves, amphipods and polychaetes, and did not show significant ontogenetic changes in feeding habit without size over 22 cm. Prey size did not increase significantly as growing fish size.

거문도 연안해역에서 채집된 달고기(Zeus faber) 462개체 의 식성을 조사하였다. 달고기의 표준체장(SL)은 7.8~40.2 cm 범위였다. 달고기의 위내용물을 분석한 결과 달고기는 갈치 (Trichiurus lepturus), 고등어 (Scomber japonicus), 노랑 벤자리(Callanthias japonicus), 전갱이(Trachurus japonicus) 와 같은 어류(Pisces)를 주로 섭식하는 어식성어류였으며, 어류 중에서 갈치를 가장 선호하였다. 어류 다음으로 두족 류 (Cephalopoda), 새우류 (Macrura), 난바다곤쟁이류 (Euphausiacea) 를 섭식하였지만 그 양은 많지 않았다. 체장 15 cm 이하의 개체에서는 어류와 두족류를 주로 섭식하였다. 두족류의 비율은 체장 증가에 따라 감소한 반면, 어류의 비율은 증가하였다. 어류는 체장 15 cm 이상의 개체에서는 위내용물 중 대부분을 차지하였다. The feeding habits of John dory, Zeus faber, were studied using 462 specimens collected in the coastal waters of Geomun-do, Korea, The size of the specimens ranged from 7.8 to 40.2 cm in standard length (SL), Z. faber was a piscivore that consumes mainly teleosts such as Trichiurus lepturus, Scomber japonicus, Callanthias japonicus and Trachurus japonicus, Of the fish species T. lepturus was the most preferred prey. Its diet also includes cephalopods, shrimps and euphausia. Smaller individuals (<15 cm SL) fed mainly on fishes and cephalopods. The proportion of cephalopods decreased as body size increased, whereas the consumption of fishes gradually increased. Fishes accounted for almost stomach contents of larger individuals (more than 15 cm SL).
