        알제리의 언어 정책에 관한 고찰 : 아랍어와 프랑스어를 중심으로

        In the last twenty years, there has been a continual protest over the language question in Algeria and four languages are spoken in one way or another by Algerians: Classical Arabic the official language, Algerian Arabic spoken by almost all Algerians, French and Berber. Beginning in the late 1960s, the government of President Houari Boumediene decided upon complete Arabization as a national goal and began the first steps to promote Arabic in the bureaucracy and in the schools. Arabization was introduced slowly in schools, starting with the primary schools in the social science and humanities subjects. Language politics and Arabization have partly been a reaction to the fact that 130 years of French colonization had left both the state bureaucracy and much of the educated upper class completely Francophone, as well as being motivated by the Arab nationalism promoted by successive Algerian governments. The problems inherent in the process of language promotion immediately came to the fore. One of the most obvious involved literary Arabic, a language in which many Algerians were not conversant. Qualified Arabic teachers were almost totally lacking. Other obstacles included the widespread use of French in the state-run media and the continued preference for French as the working language of government and of urban society. For the urban elite, French constituted the medium of modernization and technology. French facilitated their access to Western commerce and to economic development theory and culture, and their command of the language guaranteed their continued social and political prominence. So, the important point of the language question in Algeria is to the establish the correlation between the Arabic and the French because we can`t ignore the social role of the French in the Algerian community.

        언어,교육 : 문법 교육의 유형적 분석과 학습 적용 방안 - 프랑스어 명사의 성을 중심으로

        The objective of this article is to emphasize the importance of French grammar and apply effective ways in the course considering the results of investigation sconducted by teachers and learners. In the first part, we observed different types of the theory of grammar teaching. The key point in choosing a theory of grammar is to adopt a learning objective defined by the level of learners. To do this, the teacher must find methods that enable learners to achieve a gradual grammatical knowledge. In the second part, we focused on the conscience of the learners et teachers in respect of the grammar``s importance. Learners and teachers agreed on the importance of French grammar. However, it is essential to find effective methods that can not only attract the interest of learners but also give students the motivation towards learning French grammar. Regarding the correlation between the learning of linguistic communication and the teaching of grammar, it is very important to familiarize learners with the following facts:- The grammar is not an independent component of the other with regard to the teaching of French. - You can get a satisfactory result on learning grammar provided that it takes place in the course of linguistic communication. What we have proposed in this article is not an absolute solution to improve the course of French, with regard to learning grammar. However, we hope that this study could help to facilitate the teaching of French grammar.

        문학,문화 : 아랍어권 학습자들에 의한 프랑스어 발음 오류의 유형 분류와 개선 방안: Younes의 논문을 중심으로

        This study was aimed to analyze-focusing on the thesis of Younes-the pronunciation error occuring mostly for Arabian speakers to learn French pronunciation for Arabians and to suggest the effective study plan to improve such errors and provide the effective studying method. The first part is on how the Arabic and French pronunciation system are distinguished, especially by comparing and analyzing the system of graphemes and phonemes, with which we focused on the fact that Arabian is a language centralized on consonants, while French is a verb-centered language. In the second part, we mainly discussed the cause and the types of errors occurring when Arabic speakers study French pronunciation. As of the category of mistakes, we separated them into consonants and verbs. We assumed the possible method which can be used in learning, focusing on /b/, /v/, /p/, /b/-in case of non-verbs and consonants-and /y/, /ø/, - in case of verbs-which don`t exist in Arabic pronunciation system. One of the troubles the professors in Arabian culture have in teaching French to native learners is how to solve the problem on a phonetic basis regarding speaking and reading ability, which belong to verbal skill, among the critical factors of foreign language education, which are listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. In fact, the problems occuring in learning foreign language are had by not only Arabian learners but also general groups of people who learn the foreign language, the pronunciation system of which is distinctly distinguished from their mother tongue. The important fact professors should recognize regarding study of pronunciation is that they should encourage the learners to reach the acceptable level in proper communication rather than push them to have the same ability as the native speakers, Even though it cannot be said that the methods suggested in this study have absolute influence in reducing errors when learning French pronunciation system, I hope it can be at least a small help.

        조선 후기 성별에 따른 자살의 해석 : 正祖代《審理錄》의 자살 관련 사건을 중심으로

        This paper focuses on cases of suicide in 《Trial Document(審理錄; Simrirok)》 which was published in Jeongjo(正祖)’s reign, and how to understand suicide cases in social context. Even though 《Trial Document》 is limited historical material to report for King, it is very useful to examine not only suicide case of those times but also the elite’s recognition about suicide. Especially in this paper, the important point is not ‘why and how did a suicide kill himself or herself’ but ‘how people did understand about suicide or a suicide’. In other words, the key point of this paper is ‘discourse’ of suicide. There are so multifarious suicide cases in 《Trial Document》 and the reasons of suicide are also multifarious. However, 《Trial Document》 is worthy of note because it is the document which was recorded trial processes. In these processes, decision on ‘suicide or murder’ was the most essential point. So there were arguments on discerning whether a victim committed suicide or a murderer counterfeited a victim’s suicide. The important thing was not only real evidence in these arguments. Belief, ‘it is acceptable reason for suicide’, was very important as a social context. One of the important criterions was ‘gender’ to Jeoseon’s elite. In spite of cases’ similarities, the interpretation was completely different by gender. Men’s suicide was understood as ‘a foolish act’ by the elite because they thought that ‘normal man’ would not commit suicide. Moreover, there were particular women’s suicide cases which could not happen to men. The reason of these suicides was ‘chastity’. The cases were also ‘interpreted’ by the people alive. These interpretation was based on the value judgement. And another important criterion was class. The elite had given a prize(旌門) to the women who suicided directly after their husbands’ death. The elite themselves, however, did not suicide so much as the common people did. This contradiction shows that suicide is not a personal choice absolutely. This paper searches into the meaning of suicide in late Joseon society, and look into ‘gender’ as the most important criterion of judgement.

        언어, 교육 : 듣기 능력 향상을 위한 효율적 학습 방안: DELF A2 학습자를 대상으로

        The purpose of this study is to find methods that allow learners to improve their listening comprehension skills. To do this, we have divided this article into three parts. In the first part, we analyzed studies focus on the skill of listening. In the second part, we are dedicated to the process steps in the study of listening comprehension. In the last part, we tried to demonstrate this by examples according to the difference in levels of learners. More specifically, we applied the questionnaires according to a typological difference. Most teachers recognize the importance of listening to complete the language proficiency of learners. Nevertheless, there are many difficulties in implementing effective methods for improving listening comprehension skills. In addition, there is a strong tendency not to consider listening as an autonomous field, but as a part of oral proficiency. In addition, we can not ignore the importance of the method of application, because it can motivate learners to both concentrate on their studies and to voluntarily participate in the course. In this sense, the Professors and teaching staff can use the examples of DELF to establish concrete goals for the course of listening. It is difficult to confirm that this study is the most effective way with regard to the methodology, but we hope it may be useful to improve the skills of listening comprehension French learners.

      • 증발식 다중효용 담수기에서 열교환기 튜브 배열 및 형상에 따른 액막 유동에 관한 수치해석

        This study was performed numerical analysis in order to analyze liquid film flow of heat exchanger tube arrangement and configuration of evaporative multi effect distillation system using medium-temperature. Simulation was accomplished the two-dimensional calculations using commercial analyses program FLUENT based on the FVM(finite volume method). Fresh water generator of this study used Shell & Tubes heat exchanger with Cu_Nitube, configuration of tube used bare tube and corrugated tube, and arrangement of tube used in-line array and staggered array. Performance of heat exchanger through the formation of liquid film was compared and analyzed. Liquid film flow occurred that falling on heat exchanger tube wall. Result of simulation showed that liquid film thickness of in-line arrangement was found0.57mm with bare tube and 0.67mm with corrugated tube, respectively. And liquid film thickness of staggered arrangement was found 0.39mm with bare tubes and 0.62mm with corrugated tubes, respectively. Liquid film thickness of corrugated tube showed thicker than bare tube, but heat transfer rates of corrugated tube showed higher than bare tube. The reason was considered that surface area of corrugated tube was wider than bare tube. And liquid film thickness of staggered arrangement showed thinner than in-line arrangement, so thermal performance of staggered arrange mentshowed higher than in-line arrangement.

        The immature teeth with apical periodontitis present considerable challenges to clinicians. Therefore, new treatment protocols have been suggested to overcome the problems encountered in traditional methods. Regenerative treatment (revascularization) is one of such methods. Many case reports on the revascularization of infected immature teeth have been published, and in most of them, immature teeth with even a periapical abscess continued root formation after the disinfection of the root canal system. We now believe that this continued root formation is not an exceptional incident. As a result, it appeared that apexification has been giving way to a revascularization technique, which is a new option, in treating necrotic immature teeth. These new methods appear to be based on the healing potential of stem cells. The potential of healing or regeneration of stem cells, which are located around teeth, seems to be greater than we thought before. This review summarizes the current techniques for considering regenerative endodontic treatment procedures in treating the immature permanent tooth with pulp necrosis.

        This study aims to investigate the effective method to improve the competence of the Vocabulary by the image and listening towards the ELF. In the first part, we observed the problems and point improvement on learning vocabulary based on learner survey. In the second part, we analyzed two remarkable studies: - consistent and adapt method, communicational context - method based on the lexical, morphological semantical, notional and thematic field Then we proposed effective methods that are applicable to the vocabulary`s learning in the class : - learning vocabulary by combining the words - learning vocabulary based on the meaning field - learning vocabulary as concrete characters - learning vocabulary by the descriptive character - learning vocabulary with the type "who am I?" - learning vocabulary by listening For teachers, one of the difficulties to the conduct of vocabulary course is that learners take passive position. Specifically, it is the teachers who play an important role because it runs in the direction of the course. However, learners do not show the active attitude for vocabulary lessons despite the course to take to improve their vocabulary skills. Therefore, teachers must prepare course materials that can both improve the competence of the vocabulary of learners and cause their interest or desire on the current vocabulary. This is why teachers should exploit various materials depending on the skill level of the learner vocabulary.

        튀니지의 아랍화 정책과 영어, 프랑스어의 공용 현상

        The purpose of this research is to explore the politics of Tunisia about the language and the culture and the position of the French and the English in Tunisia. The linguistic situation of the Tunisia is very complexe. The reasons of this complexity are multiple (historic and geographic nature, civilization, ideology, politics...etc). In fact, the relationship between the political and economic aspects of modernity and the conservative project of cultural identity has always been complicated by issues of market access. And in Tunisia, the principal language of modernity, as well as the dominant economic language, has been, until very recently, French. Collective cultural identity is so identified with language that it is commonplace to refer to those Tunisians for whom French is the principal language of public intellectual exchange and business as the partisans of French (Francisants) and to those for whom such is Arabic as the partisans of Arabic(Arabisants). Although the number of English-language users in Tunisia is slowly increasing, the "quality" of their language is so uneven that it is unclear what "English" culture they represent.
