지속가능한 인재양성을 위한 창의성의 개념적 변화와 과제

본 연구는 20세기에 나타난 창의성 개념의 변화와 과제에 대해 고찰하였다. 창의성의 개념은 20세기 초기에 영성적, 신비스러운 개념과 선천적 재능으로 치부하였던 개념으로부터 벗어나 중기에 와서는 인지적ㆍ과학적ㆍ 확산적 사고의 차원에서 다양하게 확장, 전개되었으며 이와 병행하여 인간의 내적경험과 인성을 인본주의를 강조하는 등 많은 학자들에 의해 다양한 연구가 전개되었다. 또한 창의성의 개념을 실제 교육과정에 적용함은 물론 기업경영과 연계, 가치창출을 위해 창의적 산출물의 중요성이 대두되었다. 후기에 와서는 보다 거시적 차원에서 접근하면서 창의성을 배양하기 위해서는 사회체제, 환경등이 보완되어야 하며 나아가 생태학적 전체적 요소들이 상호작용성을 통해 역동적 차원에서 창의성을 접근하기에 이르렀다. 따라서 20세기의 창의성 개념에 대한 연구의 특징적 흐름을 정리하면 크게 인지적 특성, 인성적 특성, 환경ㆍ생태학적 특성으로 변화되었음을 알 수 있다. 나아가 21세기에는 사회ㆍ문화적 측면이 중요해지면서 상태학적 차원과 융합되는 다차원적 접근이 요구된다 하겠다. The purpose of this study is focused on the conceptual changes of the creativity in the 20th century for the development of the human resources specially in the emotional economic period. In the early years of the 20the century, the creativity was regarded as a personal gifted talent or mysterious and spiritual process. In the mid-20th century, many psychologists realized the significance and value of the creativity for the new industrial society. The main stream in this period was the theories of divergent and cognitive concept, specially the structure of the intellect suggested by the distinguished scholar, Guilford, influenced greatly, few researchers also have explored links between creativity and problem solving. In the latter part of the 20th century, the term ‘creativity" now became a highly multi-ordinal concept, ranging from the spontaneous, expressive to scientific and artistic formulations. The reorganization of the environment in accordance with personal patterns of perceptions and motivations, it requires to assess the person-creating in the environment. For the 21th century, it is necessary that the researchers should continuing study with the macro-scope of view with a follow-up study, the multiple relationship between creativity and personality as a mode of multidisciplinary interaction and co-creation of problem solving approaches between ecological environments.

본 발명품은 총 16개의 센서를 통해 착용자의 보행 의도를 정확히 파악 가능하며, 보조가 필요한 순간에 적절한 동력을 무릎에 전달해 주는 하지 외골격이다. 본 발명품에 사용된 동력부는 상용 자전거 브레이크와 변속기 와이어를 혼합하여 사용했기 때문에 백래시(backlash)가 거의 없다. 또한 안전계수(safety factor)와 허용응력(allowable stress)을 기반으로 충격하중(impulsive load)을 고려한 구조 설계를 진행했기 때문에 안전성을 확보하였다. This invention is capable of accurately predicting the wearer’s next movement by calculating the data from 16 sensors. Therefore it can deliver adequate power to the wearer’s knee when assistance is needed. The power section used in this invention has very little backlash because it is a mixture of commercial bicycle brakes and transmission wires. In addition, safety was ensured by conducting a structural design considering the impact load based on the safety factor and allowable stress.
