무한경쟁 시대의 각 지방자치단체는 자생력과 경쟁력 강화가 가장 큰 당면과제로 인식되고 있다. 따라서 전국의 지자체들은 내부의 지역민들의 통합을 이루고 대외 이미지 제고를 꾀하는 홍보수단으로서 앞 다투어 캐릭터를 개발하고 있다. 그러나 캐릭터의 개발과 도입의 이면에는 행정편의주의에 의해 개발되거나 내용적으로도 지역의 정체성, 조형성이 무시되는 등의 문제점을 안고 있다. 가장 중요한 것은 막대한 예산을 들여 도입한 이후에도 전혀 활용이 이루어지고 있지 않고 있다는 것이다. 따라서 효용성 극대화 및 캐릭터의 부가가치 창출까지의 효과적인 활용에 대한 문제인식과 지자체 나름의 제도적 노력이 요구되고 있다. One of the most urgent problems of the local governments and organizations is to strengthen their competitiveness and self-reliance in the times of unlimited competition. Developing symbolic character design has been recognized as one of the ways of making public relation and uniting local communities as well as individuals. However, the design and the introduction of character has problems of ignoring the identity and live contents of the local areas. But most important one is that the adopted character design with a huge budget is not used in reality. Therefore, it is required for local governments to maximize the utility and to produce the added value to the character.

As it is performing an excellent function in exchanging global information. The rapid growth of information competition with digital Photography during the latter half of the 20thcentury. Today is a society of digital Photography society, characterized by the online and digital centents. It`s come from development of computer and internet. The affirmative concept of digital Photography makes people can access the information easily. However, the digital image techniques have made copies easier and more convenient, which led to infringement of copyright. Today, we are experiencing big change in circumstance such as state of computer, IT and online, digital image as well. Digital Photography is infliencing our life: politics, economy and culture etc. This digital Photography is completed by new technical environment. effect of internet to copyright is not physical one like a book or disks but electronic from such as application. People can copy any application from online completely and then distribute it to the world. Also they can get the materials is transferred to other countries and this is challenging the copyright infringment. In this writing, I focused on the characteristics of coptright infringement online due to the apread of internet, the protection content of present law and its limit and relief of the infringement and its problems and solutions. Copyright is the right to be granted by Copyright law, it is legally restricted. If somebody use it without permission, they must be responsible for that. This thesis acknowledged a problem that with regard to new digital Photography art works, application of restrictive regulations of copyrights indicated in our current copyrights law cannot deal with fast changing digital image in a suitable manner and thus, it suggested to new remedies.

Edwardsiella tarda(E. tarda), a member of the family Enterobacteriaceae, is an unconvnon enteric bacterium which has been found generally in animal hosts and occasionally in human feces. Isolation of E. tarda in humans has been associated with an asymptomatic carrier state as well as a mild, self-limited diarrheal illness. Extraintestinal edwardsiellosis is rare, and it may present itself as wound infection, meningitis, bacteremia, liver abscess, cholecystitis, or osteomyelitis. E. tarda is susceptible to most commonly prescribed antibiotics, but fatal systemic infections have been described. In Korea, there is only one previous case report of human edwardsiella infection manifested as fatal bacteremia. We report a case of E. tarda infection manifested as cholangitis and sepsis. The patient was a 56-year-old male who had a past history of cholecystectomy due to biliary stones 25 years ago. His clinical manifestations were fever, right upper quadrant abdominal pain of abrupt onset, mild leukocytosis, thrombocytopenia, prolonged prothrombin time, mild hyperbilirubinemia and mild elevation of transaminase. In blood culture, E. tarda was isolated and it was sensitive to all the antibiotics tested. The patient had been treated with antibiotics, cefmetazole and gentamicin, and recovered completely. It is not long time ago that we tried to put something into our graphic design or motion graphics. In late 1960s the 'Work' which is called special effects demanded huge amount of labor. Producers had to print every single frame and arrange to animate. Those kinds of works were real time consuming jobs. Furthermore, results were not even quite accurate. Since those kinds of reason, the effects could not catch the viewers interest effectively in terms of motion graphics design. As time goes on, both technology and sense of screen design have been changed dramatically. People in general realize that this is another type of possibility for industry.

기관지 협착 환자에서 풍선카테터를 이용한 기도확장 1례 보고

기관지 협착증은 호흡곤란, 기침 및 객담, 반복성 폐렴, 협착 원위부에 기관지 확장증, 그리고 심한 경우 급성 호흡부전 등의 원인이 되므로 협착부위의 제거 또는 확장 등의 근본적인 치료가 요구되는 질환이다. 저자들은 기관지 결핵의 합병증으로 기관 및 좌측 주기관지 기시부 협착증이 발생한 40세 여자 환자에서 혈관성형술용 풍선 카테터를 이용하여 기관지 확장술을 시행한 1례를 경험하였기에 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Various modalities of therapy Include surgical methods-resection and anastomosis, tracheal prostheses, tracheoplasty, bronchoscopic curettage, laser photoresection and cryotherapy, etc. -and non-surgical methods using bougies, expandable metallic stenos and balloon catheters etc. Mervyn D. Cohen has firstly described balloon dilatation in 31-month-old girl with narrowing of the upper part of the trachea and the origin of both right and left main-stem bronchi after resection of congenitally stenotic airway segments. We experienced a case of balloon catheter dilatation in tracheal and left main-stem bronchial stenosis complicating endobronchial tuberculosis. This procedure can be performed safty and effectively to alleviate the symptoms associated with bronchial stenosis, thus further studies should be accomplished.

After the standardization of this sophisticated technology of VRML, it is very optimistic that even a non-professional can easily create Virtual Reality Space. This paper is for the purpose of introducing the new way of expression with the systematic design management in terms of color and texture which is an essential element of surface expression of VRML object.

The polyglandular autoimmune syndrome designates the dysfunction of endocrine and nonendocrine system involving two or more organs on the basis of an autoimmune mechanism. The autoimmune nature of these diseases has been based on the presence of lymphocytic infiltration in the affected gland, organ specific autoantibodies in the serum, cellular immune defects and an association with the HLA DR/DQ genes or immune response genes. This syndrome is usually classified into three classes and their etiology or pathogenesis is still not completely understood. A 28-year-old woman developed vitiligo and insulin dependent diabetes mellitus during the treatment of Graves' disease with antithyroid drug. She had a tendency of spontaneous ketonemia and serum c-peptide levels were low(0.21, 0.16ng/mL: fasting and glucagon stimulated). Thyrotrophin binding inhibitor immunoglobulin and pancreas iIslet cell cytoplasmic antibody were positive. We report here a case of polyglandular autoimmune syndrome, type III manifesting Graves' disease, vitiligo, and insulin dependent diabetes mellitus(J Kor Soc Endocrinol 10: 418-423, 1995).

Graves' disease occurs in about 3 to 6% of patients with myasthenia gravis, and approximately l% of patients with Graves' disease develop myasthenia gravis, These associations are of interest in view of the frequent association of thymic enlargement with Graves' disease. Further, antibodies against specific receptors, i.e., the TSH receptor and the acetylcholine receptor, are involved in the pathogenesis of the two diseases. We experienced a 20-year-old man who presented with Graves' disease(primary hyperthyroidism with diffuse goiter and antithyroid autoantibodies) and isolated ocular myasthenia gravis. Chest CT revealed homogenously enhanced enlarged thymus. Following restoration of euthyroidism with propylthiouracil, ocular myasthenic symptom persisted. We performed near total thyroidectomy and thymectomy. Histologic examination showed thyroid and thymic hyperplasia. The patient is followed up with anticholinesterase medication after operation. The effects of both thyrotoxicosis and its alleviation on the course of myasthenia gravis is variable, but in the majority of instances, myasthenia is accentuated during the thyrotoxic state and improves when a eumetabolic state is restored, Recently, we experienced a case of concomitant Graves disease and myasthenia gravis, so we reported the case with literature review.
