        키토산 올리고당 첨가량에 따른 콩다식의 품질 특성

        Along with development of modem medicine, the average life span has been increased but diseases of lifestyle such as cancer, obesity atheroscerosis, cardiac disorder become social issues. This study was designed to examine the availability of the functional food by adding chitosan-oligosaccharide to Korean traditional food, Soybean Dasik. For the study, 0, 30, 50 and $70\%$ of chitosan-oligosaccharide power that contains $23\%$ of chitosan-oligosaccharide were added to soybean Dasik in proportion to the total powder weight These were compared with the Soybean Dasik itself in relation to the physicochemical characteristics, sensory evaluation, and mechanical characteristics. The results of the research are as follows. Physicochemical characteristics showed that chitosan-oligosaccharide soybean Dasik had less ash, K, and Mn. As for the result of sensory evaluation, Dasik added $0\%$ chitosan-oligosaccharide was evaluated very good in its color. Sweetness and softness was good on $0\%\;30\%\;and\;50\%$ ones, while moistness and overall quality on $30\%\;and\;50\%$ ones. As the test results of mechanical characteristics, the chitosan-oligosaccharide soybean Dasik was good for hardness, cohesiveness, gumminess, and brittleness, especially on $0\%\;30\%\;and\;50\%$ ones. Springiness was good in all groups. In color, L value of chitosan-oligosaccharide soybean Dasik decreased but a and b values increased as the substitution percentage increased Therefore, the right amount of addition fit for the production properties was $30-50\%$ chitosan-oligosaccharide of total powder weight.

        뽕잎 첨가량에 따른 콩 다식의 품질 특성

        As the modern medicine develops, the physique and average life span are increasing. In proportion to that, modern diseases of adult people such as cancer, obesity, arteriosclerosis, cardiac disorder become great social issues. In the meantime, as the development of a new diet brings a new attention, the study is designed to examine the availability of functional food by adding Korean traditional food, soybean Dasik, mulberry leaf. For this study, mulberry leaf was added 0, 5, 10, and $15\%$ respectively to soybean Dasik in proportion to the total weight of soybean power. These are compared with the soybean Dasik itself in relation to the nutritional composition, sensory evaluation, and mechanical characteristics. The results of the research were as follows. Nutritional composition showed that mulberry leaf soybean Dasik increased Na, Ca, K, crude fiber, and ash. As for the result of sensory evaluation of mulberry leaf soybean Dasik, the followings were turned out to be good : color - $10\%$, mulberry leaf smell - $5\%,\;10\%,\;15\%$, bitterness - $5\%,\;10\%$, softness and moistness - $0\%,\;5\%,\;10\%$, and sweetness and overall quality - all the added food group. As the test results of mechanical characteristics, mulberry leaf soybean Dasik showed statistically significant difference only in the hardness, especially high on $5\%,\;10\%,\;and\;15\%$. There were no significant differences in other characteristics. In color, mulberry leaf soybean Dasik showed that L, a and b values decreased as the percentage of addition of mulberry leaf went up. Therefore, the appropriate amount of addition for the production of mulberry leaf soybean Dasik was $5\~10\%$ mulberry leaf in proportion to the weight of soybean power.

        영구기록물관리기관 공공프로그램의 역할과 운영방안 연구

        기록물 보존의 궁극적인 목적은 기록물의 이용이라 여겨져 왔고, 기록정보서비스는 기록관리 업무 중 핵심 업무라 할 수 있다. 특히, 우리나라의 경우 기록물관리기관과 기록관리에 대한 인식이 부족하기 때문에, 일반 대중들에게 기록물관리기관과 기록관리 업무 및 소장 기록물의 중요성을 알려 인식을 바꾸고 새로운 이용을 창출해야 한다. 잠재적 이용자에게 적극적으로 기록관리를 홍보하기 위해 영구기록물관리기관에서는 출판, 전시, 교육 프로그램을 이용할 수 있다. 외국의 경우 기록물관리기관에서 공공프로그램(Public Program), 아웃리치 서비스(Outreach Service)를 이용하여 적극적으로 일반대중에게 영구기록물관리기관을 알리기 위한 서비스를 하고 있으며, 특히, 교육 프로그램을 통해 기록물관리기관이 가진 기록물을 이용할 수 있도록 다양하게 지원하고 있다. 또한 출판 및 전시 프로그램을 통해서도 기록물 이용을 늘리고, 기록문화를 확대해 나가고 있다. 우리나라에서도 영구기록물관리기관의 역할이 확대되고 지방 기록관리기관의 설립이 의무화되면서 이제 영구기록물관리기관이 행정기관의 역할을 넘어, 다양한 정보를 제공하고 교육이 이루어지는 문화 교육 기관이 될 수 있도록 해야 한다. 공공 프로그램을 통해 기록물이 가진 다양하고 중요한 가치를 알게 하고 다양한 중요 기록물이 활발히 이용될 수 있도록 새로운 수요를 창출해서 영구기록물관리기관의 존립의 기반을 다지도록 방법을 모색해야 할 것이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 해외의 공공프로그램 사례를 통해 우리나라의 실정에 맞는 공공프로그램의 운영방안을 모색해 보고자 한다. 더해서 프로그램 기획자로써 아키비스트에게 요구되는 능력 및 영구기록물관리기관의 역할을 모색해 궁극적으로 기록물 이용을 늘리고 기록문화를 정착하는데 기여하고자 한다. The use of records has been regarded as the ultimate goal of preserving records, and reference services are considered key tasks in records management. Particularly in Korea where the importance of archives and records management is not recognized sufficiently, we need to help the public recognize the importance of institutions, managing archives, and archives kept in the archives, and create new uses. In order for archives to notify archives, institutions and managing archives to potential users, they can use publications, exhibitions and education programs. In foreign countries, services such as public programs and outreach services have already been being executed by archives in order to publicize the archives actively to the public, and various supports are provided so that people can use archives in educational activities. What is more, publishing and exhibition programs are also linked to education, which can increase the use of archives and promote archives culture. Thus, archives play important cultural and educational roles. As archives' roles are being expanded and local archives are being established compulsorily in Korea, archives should play their roles not just as administrative agencies collecting official documents but also as cultural and educational institutions providing various forms of information and education. Creating new demands for important archives by notifying such archives through public programs approaching users, they should find ways for laying the ground for their existence. The objectives of this study are to look for the method of public program operation suitable for the Korean situation, to define abilities and roles required to archives as program planners, and ultimately to increase the use of archives and contribute to the settlement of archives culture.

        수침 시간을 달리한 찹쌀가루로 제조한 찰떡의 품질 특성

        Glutinous rice cake(Chalduk) was made by varying the hours of soaking time of glutinous rice in the water(0, 4, 8, 12, 24 hours). After storage for various periods, the sensory and physical characteristics and the degree of gelatinization were examined in order to determine the effect of glutinous rice soaking period on the quality of Chalduk. The results of the study are summarized as follows. In the sensory test, 8-hour water soaking produced the significantly highest score for salty taste, while 0-hour water soaking had the lowest score. Four-hour water soaking had the significantly highest score for the degree of chewiness. Eight-hour water soaking had the significantly highest score for overall desirability. For the moisture content of Chalduk covered with bean flour, 8-hour water soaking produced the highest moisture content but the difference was not significant. For the degree of gelatinization, 8-hour water soaking had the highest maltose content, which confirmed the suitability of 8-hour water soaking glutinous rice. Eight-hour water soaking had the lowest hardness. With increasing storage period, the hardness sharply increased. Elasticity was higher for the long-period immersed samples than for the non-immersed samples. In conclusion, an 8-hour soaking time for glutinous rice in water was proposed to maximize the Chalduk quality.

        RAW264.7 세포에 대한 강황의 Nitric Oxide 억제 효과

        In this study, the Curcuma longa extract of the natural macrophage raw 264.7 in low concentration in using medical beauty ingredient used for medical check to curb the production possible. Due to a low concentration of the antioxidant action of Curcuma longa extract contains curcumin that may lower. Curcuma longa extract has found to show the comparatively lower anti-microbacterial effect in the 5 strains including S.aureus, E.coli, P.aeruginosa, C.albicans, and M. furfur. Pseudomonas aeruginosa to four hours later, Curcuma longa extract of the highest in the concentration of 0.1 % followed the inhibition of growth effects. Macrophage raw 264.7, Curcuma longa extract is inflammatory material in nitric oxide have checked the ability to control. IC50 of NO production was Curcuma longa concentrations between 10 to 20 μm. Advanced research, such as low levels but Curcuma longa is the same results as to inhibit inflammation. In conclusion, Curcuma longa extract is medical care in this study, represent the various functions as a component. But according to sampling process, results were markedly different part that can be biologically active functions depending on how to extract the future, This study will be future medical care research group in a significant source of natural ingredients.

        신도 사상에서 법과 권력의 관계

        신도는 춘추전국시대의 사상가로, 당시의 난세를 해결하기 위해서 '세(勢)'를 중요시 하였다. 세는 오늘날의 '권력'을 의미한다. 축군살군의 시대적 영향으로 인해 군주권이 약화되는 상황에서, 신도는 무엇보다 군주에게 권력이 집중되어야 한다고 주장하였다. 그리고 군주의 권력을 강화시키기 위해서는 법치를 해야 한다고 주장하였다. 왜냐하면 더 이상 군주 개인의 지혜와 능력에 기대어 난세를 해결할 수 없다고 생각했기 때문이다. 따라서 '군주'라는 지위 자체에 권력을 집중해야 하며, 그러한 법을 제정하도록 하여 군주권을 강화하고자 했다. 신도가 법을 통해서 군주에게 집중하고자 했던 권력의 형태는 갈브레이드가 주장한 권력의 세 가지 유형 중 '조종적 권력(conditioned power)'에 대한 것이다. 조종적 권력이란 위정자가 자신의 정책이나 공약을 공정하고 올바른 것이라고 지속적으로 제시함으로써 백성들의 자발적인 복종과 동조를 얻어내는 것을 말한다. 이에 다른 법가 사상가들은 주로 상형(賞刑)을 통해서 억압적 권력과 보상적 권력 측면에서의 권력집중을 추구했던 반면, 신도는 조종적 권력에 더 가깝다고 할 수 있다. 즉, 군주는 백성들에게 옳다고 인정받을 수 있는 법을 제정하고 시행할 것을 요구하였고, 이는 백성들로 하여금 자발적인 복종을 이끌어 낼 수 있었기 때문에, 일종의 조종적 권력이라고 할 수 있다. 억압적 권력이나 보상적 권력에 비해 백성들의 적극적이고 자발적인 복종을 가능케 하는 조종적 권력은, 군주제인 당시로서는 백성들의 역량을 향상시켜 부국강병을 이루는데 가장 기초적이고도 핵심적인 요소라고 할 수 있다. The purpose of this study is to discuss Shin Do(愼到, BC 395~315)'s 'Law and Power' in the Age of the Warring States(戰國時代, BC 403~221). The monarch power has weakened under the influence of the social context at the time. Shin Do suggested that the power had to be concentrated in monarchy's hands to resolve the social situation. In addition, he also suggested that the Rule by Law(法治) was needed to execute the reinforcement of power. It was due to the fact that the monarchy's wisdom and ability alone could not settle the conflict of the time. The type of power that Shin Do strived to concentrate on the monarchy was the conditioned power which was one of categories noted by Galbraith. During that era, most of the Fachias(法家) pursued the condign power or compensatory power according to the law. However, it was different for Shin Do. Shin Do insisted on consolidating the monarch power according to conditioned power by establishing and conducting reasonable laws that the public can also agree upon. The conditioned power played a key role to achieve a wealthy country and a powerful army(富國强兵) by drawing active obedience from the public. In addition, Shin Do's argument proves the importance and understanding of political participation in the constitutionalism.

        개인의 행복 여부 인식에 영향을 미치는 사회적 자본 요인 탐색

        이 연구의 목적은 사회적 자본이 개인의 행복 여부에 주는 영향을 파악하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 한국교육고용패널 조사 데이터(Korean Education and Employment Panel: KEEP)를 활용하였으며 ‘관계의 중요성, 모임 참여 정도, 일반인 신뢰, 여러 집단에 대한 신뢰, 환경에 대한 안전성’을 사회적 자본의 구성요인으로 보았다. 먼저, t 검증을 통해 행복한 집단과 불행한 집단이 보유한 사회적 자본에 유의미한 차이가 있는지 확인하였다. 다음으로, 로지스틱 회귀분석을 통해 사회적 자본의 각 요인이 개인의 행복 여부에 미치는 영향을 확인하였다. 분석결과, 행복한 집단은 불행한 집단과 비교했을 때 사회적 자본의 보유 정도가 모두 유의미하게 높은 것으로 나타났다. 다음으로, 로지스틱 회귀분석을 이용하여 사회적 자본을 구성하는 각 요인이 개인의 행복 여부에 어떠한 영향을 주는지 확인한 결과, 사회적 자본을 구성하는 모든 요인이 개인의 행복 여부에 유의미한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 여러 집단에 대한 신뢰가 주는 영향력이 가장 높은 것으로 나타났고, 다음으로 모임 참여 정도, 주변 환경 안전성, 일반인 신뢰, 관계의 중요성 순으로 나타났다. 연구결과를 토대로 학문적 의의 및 실무적 시사점을 제시했다. The purpose of this study is to examine how social capital influences individual perception of happiness or unhappiness. To do this, this research utilizes data from the Korean Education and Employment Panel (KEEP) and focuses on social capital composed of ‘importance of relationship, participation in group meetings, trust of general people and groups, and feeling safety’. First, this research utilized t-test to examine whether there are significant differences of social capital between group happiness and unhappiness. Results show that the happy group possesses a higher level of social capital than the unhappy group. Second, we used logistic regression to analyze the impact of each component of social capital on individual perception of happiness or unhappiness. Results show that all the factors of social capital significantly influence individual perception of happiness or unhappiness. In particular, ‘trust of groups’ shows the highest effect on individual happiness. The next highest components are participation in group meetings, feeling safety, trust of general people, and importance of relationships. Based on these results, theoretical contribution and practical implications were discussed.
