본 연구는 좋은 삶 모델을 기반으로 영화치료 프로그램을 실시하여 성범죄 재소자들의 재범 및 범죄유발요인인 성적관심 및 일탈, 성에 대한 왜곡된 인지, 사회-정서적 기능, 자기관리영역에 미치는 효과를 검증하고자 한다. 이를 위해 우리나라 A교도소 성범죄 재소자 12명을 실험집단으로 좋은 삶 모델에 기초한 영화치료프로그램을 실시했으며, 기본 프로그램을 이수한 성범죄 재소자 12명을 통제집단에 배정하였다. 프로그램 운영은 2017년 7월부터 10주간 매주 1회 150분씩 총 10회 실시하였다. 인구학적 변인으로 연령과 범죄유발요인들의 사전 점수는 아동성추행, 충동성 항목을 제외하고 동질하게 나타났다. 즉, 프로그램 개입단계에서 영화치료 프로그램 집단이 기본 수강프로그램 집단에 비해 아동성추행과 충동성에서 유의미하게 높은 것으로 확인되었다. 프로그램 효과를 검증하기 위하여 수집된 데이터를 각 집단의 사전점수를 통제한 후, 공분산분석(ANCOVA)을 적용하였다. 그 결과 아동성추행, 충동성에서는 통계적으로 유의한 개입효과를 얻지 못하였으나, 자아존중감, 강간통념, 상태-특성 분노표현, 고독감, 성을 매개로한 대처, 대인반응성에서 통계적으로 유의한 효과를 얻었다. 사후 심리치료 운영결과조사에서 영화치료 집단은 58%가 매우 만족, 67%가 출소 후 도움이 된다고 평가하였다. 이러한 결과는 좋은 삶 모형을 기반으로 개발된 영화치료 프로그램이 성범죄 재소자들에게 보다 안전하고 보상적인 경험을 제공하여 부정적인 정서들을 표현하고 인식하면서 자신의 긍정적인 모습에 초점을 맞추고 나아가 올바른 성인지 관점을 회복해 나가는데 도움이 될 수 있음을 시사한다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 제한점과 추후 연구 방향에 대해 논의하였다. The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of the movie therapy program based on Good Life Model on the prisoners of sexual offense. The examined aspects were their bad sexual interests and deviations which were the causes of crime trigger and second conviction, their socio-emotional function, their distorted cognition about sex and their self-management ability. For this purpose, 12 cases of sexual crime inmates in A prison in Korea were used as a experimental group for a movie therapy program based on a good life model and 12 cases of sexual offense completing the basic program were assigned to the control group. From July 2017, the program was conducted for 10 weeks with a total of 150 minutes once a week. The Pre-Score of ages and crime trigger factors as demographic variables were equal in both groups except for the items of impulsivity and child molestation. In other words, at the program intervention stage, we verified that the members of cinema therapy program group showed high scores of impulsivity and child molestation in contrast to those of basic program group. In order to verif the effect of program, the covariance analysis (ANCOVA) for collected data was applied after controlling the prior score of each group. As a result, we could not obtain statistically significant intervention effect in the aspect of impulsivity and child molestation, but was able to obtain significant effect in the aspect of self-esteem, rape myths, state-trait anger expression, loneliness, managing ability mediated by sex and interpersonal reactivity. In the survey of post - psychotherapy operation result, 58% of the patients in the cinema therapy group were very satisfied and 67% of them thought the program as helpful after their release. This result suggests that the cinema therapy program, developed by and based on Good Life Model, can help the prisoners of sexual offense to live in safer and more compensating environment, to express and recognize their negative emotions, to focus on their positive appearance and furthermore to recover the right viewpoint about sex. Finally, limitations of this study and future research directions were discussed.
