Despite fast development of soft robots and wearable devices in these days, they have difficulty in commercial stage because of absence of reliability. Bowden cable is widely used for soft robot actuators such as Exo-Glove, Exo-Suit and SEM-Glove. Bowden cable has an advantage at flexible form. However Bowden cable is weak for fracture from wear and lack reliability information. This study proposes lifetime model of Bowden cable in different angle from accelerated life test. Experiment conducted in test bed in severe bending angle condition. From each bending angle, life distribution is estimated and stress-life relationship is estimated from parameter of each distribution. Validation Experiment is conducted in near user condition angle and compared with expected value. This work will be helpful in design of soft robots and for commercializing afterward.
