The structural analysis of liquid rocket engine was performed in the case of sinusoidal vibration load to verify structural safety. The finite element model is composed with main liquid rocket engine components, combustion chamber, turbopump, gas-generator, pyro-starter, main pipes, main valve, heat-exchanger, gimbal-mount and brackets. Natural vibration mode analysis and structural analysis for sinusoidal vibration load were performed. The natural mode frequency of liquid rocket engine is twice than that of launch vehicle. In the case of stress result of sinusoidal vibration load, the part of maximum stress has 1.4 margin, so the engine structure is safe for sinusoidal vibration load.

Research on factors affecting housing prices based on areas where knowledge and industry centers are concentrated is insufficient. This study analyzed whether the variables related to the Knowledge Industry Center had a valid effect on housing prices. According to the analysis, four factors that affect the change rate of apartment prices in the housing market in Anyang City were analyzed to have a significant effect on the property characteristics, the rate of change in public land prices, the distance to the reverse tax zone, and the adjacent status of Pyongchon Smart Valley. Among the characteristics related to the Knowledge Industry Center, the distance from the Knowledge Industry Center did not significantly affect the actual transaction price. This means that the distance from the Knowledge Industry Center in Anyang will not have a significant impact on the actual selling price of apartments. Next, the analysis of the factors that affect the rate of change in apartment rental prices in Anyang City showed that four variables were analyzed to influence the rate of change in jeonse prices: the characteristics of education, the rate of change in sale prices, the distance in reverse tax, and the Knowledge Industry Center. Studies have shown that the Knowledge Industry Center has a limited direct impact on the prices (selling and leasing) of the surrounding housing market. And the distance from the Knowledge Industry Center has a positive effect on the jeonse price.
미역과 다시마를 이용한 해조묵제조: 4. 해조묵의 저장성

해조류 중 생산량이 많고 건강식품 소재로서의 가능성이 높은 미역과 다시마 해조묵을 제조하여 수침 저장 중 저장 온도와 시간에 따른 생균수, pH, 적정산도, 겔강도 및 TVN의 변화를 측정하여 적정저장조건을 검토한 결과 묵 저장 중 겔강도는 약화되었으며, TVN, 생균수는 증가하였다. 조체묵의 수침저장은 32℃에서는 3일, 18℃ 이하에서는 15일 저장까지도 가능하였으며, 두유혼합묵은 조체묵 보다는 저장 기간이 짧아서 18℃ 저장시 3일까지 가능한 것으로 판단되었다. Seaweed jellys(Muks) were prepared with sea mustard and sea tangle. Optimum storage condition was also investigated in terms of bacterial counts, pH, titratable acidity, gel strength and total volatile nitrogen(TVN) as soaking temperature and time in distilled water. Gel strength of Muk decreased, and TVN and baterial counts increased during storage in water. Seaweed Muk has a shelf life of 3 days at 32℃ in water and 15 days at 18℃. Shelf life of seaweed Muk with soy milk was 3 days at 18℃ and shorter than that of seaweed Muk without soy milk.

해조류 중 생산량이 많고 건강식품 소재로 가능성이 높은 미역과 다시마를 이용하여 두유와 분리대두 단백질이 첨가된 혼합묵의 제조조건을 규명하였다. 두유혼합 미역묵의 제조는 두유의 비율을 증가시킴에 따라 겔강도는 감소되었고, 농축한 두유를 혼합할수록 겔강도는 증가하였다. 또한 조체용해액에 대한 두유의 비율을 7 : 1로 혼합하여 65℃에서 겔화하는 것이 적절하였다. 조체용해액에 분리대두단백질을 5%(w/w)를 혼합하여 65℃에서 겔화할때 조체묵이나 두유혼합묵에 비해 높은 겔강도(900g/㎠)을 가지는 분리대두단백질 혼합묵제조가 가능하였다. Seaweed jellys(Muks) were prepared with sea mustard and sea tangle. Optimum conditions for preparation of seaweed Muks with soy protein were investigated. Gel strength of Muks with sea mustard and soymilk decreased as the quantity of soy milk increased, and increased as the moisture content of soy milk had been decreased. Optimum mixing ratio of seaweed and soy milk was 7 : 1 and optimum temperature of gelation was 65℃. Gel strength of seaweed Muk mixed 5%(w/w) of soy protein isolate was higher(900g/㎠) than those of seaweed Muks with and without soy milk.

미역과 다시마를 원료로 한 해조묵제조를 위한 최적제조조건을 찾기 위하여 해조마쇄액의 용해 및 CaCl₂에 의한 겔화조건 등에 대하여 용해액의 점도 및 겔화한 묵의 젤리강도(jelly strength) 등을 기준으로 연구된 결과는 다음과 같다. 조체용해의 최적조건은 마쇄조체액에 1% K₂HPO₄용액을 1 : 1 (v/v)로 혼합하여 65℃, 1시간 가열이 적당하였다. 겔화시간은 60mesh로 여과한 조체용해액을 3배량(v/v)의 1% CaCl₂용액에 담가 Ca^(++)이 24시간 동안 자연침투되도록 겔화하는 것이 적당하였다. 용해 조체액의 점도와 겔화된 묵의 젤리 강도와의 사이에는 비례관계가 성립되지 않았다. 이때 미역묵의 젤리강도는 500g/㎠ 이상이였으며, 수율은 조체용해여과액의 87.5%였다. 다시마묵은 미역묵에 비해 젤리강도 및 비중은 높았으나 수율은 낮았다. To investigate the optimum conditions of seaweed Mooks prepared with sea mustard(Undaria pinnatifida) and sea tangel(Laminaria japonica), pH, viscosity, yield and jelly strength were studied on the sol and/or gel (Mook) made from homogenized seaweeds. Solubilization conditions of homogenized seaweeds were heating at 65℃ for one hour after mixing homogenized seaweed with 1% K₂HPO₄ by 1:1(v/v). Gelation conditions were 24hrs by natural permeation of Ca^(++) into the sol in three times(v/v) of 1% CaCl₂ solution to solubilized seaweed passed through 60mesh of sieve. There are generally no relationship between viscosity of solubilized seaweed and jelly strength of Mook produced by gelation of the sol in CaCl₂ solution. Jelly strength of sea mustard Mook was more than 500g/㎠, and yield was 87.5% of the solubilized and filtrated seaweed. Jelly strength and specific gravity of sea tangle Mook were higher those of sea mustard Mook, while its yield was lower than that of sea mustard Mook.

Amid IT development, intensifying competition between business circles in the same field, and diversification of customer’s needs, there has happened a change through the personal response level of marketing; there has formed a relationship-oriented market with customers, which thinks more of emotion rather than reason, and even the material component forming space is being expanded and changed into the form including the non-material, non-visible area like introduction of time and spatial experience, etc. Hereupon, this study was able to propose space design elements of expression through the preceding researches, and carried out the analysis of space design as follows: First, space is the one which changes, moves, is created and responds, and also the one of experience and interaction. Second, the space applied by relationship marketing creates an interactive environment. The responding space is the animate space, which induces aggressive participation which makes it possible for customers to get to have a new experience according to personal thinking. Third, the space applied by relationship marketing bestows an unusual experience of moving in and out of virtuality and reality between the present and past, and between the material and immaterial on customers by extending the limitations of physical space through the space and network using digital. Convergence of immaterial, non-visible elements has infinite possibilities which can create something new, and also suggests the possibility of emergence of complex cultural space in diverse forms for the time to come.
16S rRNA를 이용한 다금바리, 자바리, 능성어 판별법 개발

다금바리, 자바리 및 능성어는 농어목(Perciformes Order) 바리과(Serranidae Family)에 속하며, 고급횟감으로 인기가 높은 어종이다. 자바리 및 능성어의 경우 몸통부분에 줄무늬가 선명하게 있으나 성어가 되면서 점차 불분명해지는 특징이 있어 무늬의 유무로 인하여 다금바리와 구별하기는 쉽지 않다. 또한 자바리는 제주도에서 다금바리라는 명칭으로 불리고 있으며, 일부 유통업자들이 자바리 및 능성어를 다금바리로 유통시키는 사례가 있어 종 특이 프라이머를 이용한 판별법을 마련하게 되었다. 종 특이 프라이머를 설계하기 위하여 유전자은행(www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov)에 등록되어있는 다금바리(Accession No. AY947575), 자바리(Accession No. JN603832), 능성어(Accession No. AY947559), 우럭(Accession No. DQ678295) 등의 16S DNA부위의 염기서열을 대상으로 하였으며 비교 및 분석에는 소프트웨어인 BioEdit ver.7.0.9.0 프로그램을 사용하였다. 그 결과 다금바리, 자바리, 능성어를 판별할 수 있는 각각의 NS-003-F/NS-005-R(136 bp), EB-001-F/EB-002-R(181 bp), ES-001-F/ES-001-R(123 bp) 프라이머를 개발하였으며, PCR 조건을 확립하였다. 또한 적용성 검토를 위하여 우럭, 참돔을 대상으로 실시한 결과 비 특이적 밴드가 형성되지 않는 것을 확인하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서 개발된 다금바리 등에 대한 판별법은 시중에 불법적으로 유통 가능성이 있는 제품을 신속하고 과학적으로 판별할 수 있어 식품안전관리에 활용도가 매우 클 것으로 기대된다. Niphon spinosus, Epinephelus bruneus, and Epinephelus septemfasciatus are involved in the Perciformes Order and Serranidae Family. When E. bruneus and E. septemfasciatus are fully grown, the striped pattern on the body gradually disappears. Therefore, morphological classification of adult fishes is quite difficult to identify the differences to N. spinosus. In this study, we investigate the method to differentiate those using PCR. To design the primers, 16S rRNA region of N. spinosus, E. bruneus, and E. septemfasciatus registered in the GeneBank (www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov) have been used and for the analysis, Bio Edit ver. 7.0.9.0 was used. As a result, it was design NS-003-F/NS-005-R (136 bp), EB-001-F/EB-002-R (181 bp), and ES-001-F/ES-001-R (123 bp) primers for the differentiation of each 3 different fishes. Therefore, the species-specific primer sets would be a useful tool for scientific and speedy differentiation against the illegal distribution for consumer protection.
공동주택 외피 리모델링 의사지원 소프트웨어 개발에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is to develop an aged-housing envelope remodeling software for supporting decision-making in the early stages of the design process. With the growing demands for aesthetic value and high-performance building envelop in the aged-housing remodeling, the requirements in the early stages of the design process are more diversified and sophisticated. Under this circumstance, the expenses caused by the inefficient design process hinder the business value of the remodeling so that studies on the technical development for the envelop remodeling are more important than ever. In this regard, this study introduces an integrated architectural design assistant program using generative design as a guideline to an efficient design process for the aged-housing envelope remodeling.
