본 연구에서는 홍삼과 청국장을 융합하여 기호도 및 기능적 특성이 강화된 홍삼청국장 개발을 위하여 홍삼엑기스와 홍삼분말 첨가량 및 첨가 방법에 따른 품질특성을 조사하였다. 홍삼엑기스를 첨가하여 청국장을 제조한 결과, 설정된 조건에서는 엑기스의 첨가량이 많을수록 점질물을 생성이 많아지고 환원당 함량과 혈전용해능도 높게 나타났다. 홍삼 제품 규격 사포닌 함량은 홍삼엑기스 4%에서 적합하게 나타났다. 또한 홍삼분말 첨가 청국장은 점질물 생성, 환원당 함량 및 혈전용해능이 엑기스 첨가 청국장과 비슷한 경향으로 나타났고 아미노태질소와 암모니아태질소 함량은 분말 첨가량이 높을수록 점점 감소하는 경향으로 나타났으며 조사포닌 함량은 분말 14% 첨가구가 홍삼성분함유 제품 제조 기준에 적합한 것으로 나타났다. 홍삼첨가 시기를 달리하여 청국장을 제조한 결과, 점질물, 아미노태질소, 암모니아태질소, 환원당 함량 및 혈전용해능은 첨가시기에 따른 차이가 크지 않았으며, 조사포닌 함량은 발효전에 첨가한 구간이 발효후에 첨가한 것보다 더 높은 함량을 나타내었다. 진세노사이드 함량은 첨가시기에 따른 차이는 크지 않았으며 $Rg_{1}$, Re, Rf, $Rh_{1}$, $Rg_{2}$, $Rb_{1}$, Rc, $Rb_{2}$, Rd 및 $Rg_{3}$가 확인되었다. 이상의 결과로 홍삼엑기스 4%를 발효전에 첨가하는 방법이 홍삼융합청국장의 품질특성이 우수하여 최적 조건으로 설정할 수 있었다. This study investigated the quality characteristics of red ginseng cheonggukjang development by a various of concentration of red ginseng extract and powder to enhance its acceptability and functional properties. In the cheonggukjang added with red ginseng extract, viscous substances, reducing sugars, and fibrinolytic activity showed higher values by the addition of red ginseng extract. The standard crude saponin content of products containing red ginseng was evaluated, and found to be suitable in cheonggukjang added with 4% red ginseng extract. In the cheonggukjang added with red ginseng powder, viscous substances, reducing sugars, and fibrinolytic activity showed a similar tendency to the cheonggukjang added with red ginseng extract. Amino type nitrogen and ammonia type nitrogen decreased by increasing the addition of red ginseng powder, and the crude saponin content of cheonggukjang with the addition of 14% red ginseng powder was suitable, in terms of manufacturing standards for products containing red ginseng. Dependent on the addition time of red ginseng in cheonggukjang, viscous substances, reducing sugars, fibrinolytic activity, amino type nitrogen, and ammonia type nitrogen showed no differences based on the addition time; however, for crude saponin content, the cheonggukjang with red ginseng added before fermentation showed a higher saponin content than the cheonggukjang with red ginseng added after fermentation. The ginsenosides $Rg_{1}$, Re, Rf, $Rh_{1}$, $Rg_{2}$, $Rb_{1}$, Rc, $Rb_{2}$, Rd and $Rg_{3}$ were detected, but ginsenoside content did not show significant difference according to addition time. In conclusion, the addition amount of red ginseng in cheonggukjang for optimum fermentation was concentration of 4% (w/w), which showed the best results in quality characteristics.

전자회로의 설계 자동화에 있어 중요한 단계인 레이아웃(layout)의 주기능은 배치(placement)와 배선(routing)이라 할 수 있으며, 그중 배치는 크게 constructive와 iterative의 두 부류로 나누어진다. 이들의 가장 주된 목적은 배치의 다음과정인 배선(routing)에서 높은 배선율(routability)을 이룰 수 있도록 하는 데 있다. 본고에서는 배치에 있어서 일반적으로 사용되는 알고리즘과 개발동향에 대해 살펴봄으로써 앞으로 새로운 알고리즘의 개발과 자동설계 시스팀의 효율적인 사용에 도움이 되도록 하였다.

Purpose: To report a rare case of a 62-year-old man who presented with bilateral eyelid swelling, chemosis, and hyperemia of the conjunctiva, which wax and waned, being the initial manifestation of relapsing polychondritis. Case summary: A 62-year-old man presented with pain and erythematous swelling of the right eyelid for 2 days. There were no other symptoms except chemosis and hyperemia of the conjunctiva. After 1 week, the same symptoms occurred in the left eye, while the lesion of the right eye underwent improvement and aggravation repeatedly. Blood culture tests, Orbital CT, and MRI were performed, but could not confirm a diagnosis. During the follow-up period, erythematous swelling of the left auricle and laryngopharyngitis appeared and erythematous plaques were scattered on the extremities. Punch biopsies were performed; histopathologic examinations concluded to the diagnosis of chondritis. The diagnosis of relapsing polychondritis was confirmed through histologically diagnosed chondritis and repeated ocular symptoms with systemic features. Conclusions: When patients repeatedly present bilateral eyelid swelling with hyperemia and chemosis of the conjunctiva, relapsing polychondritis should be considered in the differential diagnosis. 역기하렌즈와 RGP렌즈 착용 후 가토각막에서 상피세포의 이동과 재분포에 관한 고찰

Purpose: To investigate the migration and redistribution of rabbit corneal epithelial cells when wearing reverse geometry lens (RGL) or rigid gas permeable lens (RGP). Methods: In 30 rabbits, the right eyes were fitted with either RGL or RGP and the left eyes were untreated to serve as controls. The rabbits were sacrificed at 1, 3, 7, 10 and 14 days after lens fitting. The central and peripheral corneal thicknesses were measured by microscope and the ratio of right to left corneal thickness was calculated to evaluate the characteristics of change over time. By using the molecular probe 7-nitrobenz-2-ox-1,3-diazolylphallacidin (NBD phallacidin), the samples were examined with light microscope to determine the migration and redistribution of epithelial cells in the rabbit cornea. Results: No consistent changes in the thickness of both central and peripheral corneal epithelium were found. The corneal epithelial cells of both eyes with RGL and RGP reacted positively to NBD phallacidin. The fluorescence was most increased at day 3 of sacrifice in RGL cases and at day 7 in RGP cases, and then decreased in both cases. The corneal epithelium of eyes with RGL exhibited marked increase in the intensity of fluorescence compared to the eyes with RGP. Conclusions: The corneal epithelium with RGL showed the strongest intensity of NBD phallacidin fluorescence. This result suggests that wearing RGL may induce the migration and redistribution of corneal epithelial cells. J Korean Ophthalmol Soc 2014;55(1):110-118

호박추출물, 고춧가루 및 메주를 이용하여 호박고추장을 제조할 때 가장 우수한 관능적 품질의 배합조건을 설정하고자 중심합성계획에 의한 반응표면분석법으로 모니터링하였다. 호박고추장의 색상에 대한 관능평점의 최대 배합비율은 호박추출물 함량 433.63 g, 고춧가루 함량 81.76 g 및 메주함량 17.03 g에서 그 관능점수가 가장 높았다. 향에 대한 최적 관능조건은 호박추출물 함량 437.07 g, 고춧가루 함량 83.65g, 메주 함량 11.90 g에서, 맛에 대한 관능평점은 호박추출물함량 382.94 g, 고춧가루 함량 63.44 g, 메주 함량 13.10 g에서, 전반적인 기호도에 대한 관능평점은 호박추출물 함량 442.04g, 고춧가루 함량 62.58 g, 메주 함량 16.30 g에서 그 관능점수가 가장 높았다. 호박고추장의 최적 배합비율은 호박추출물 442.04 g, 고춧가루 62.58 g 메주가루 16.30 g이었다. The mixing conditions of kochujang added pumpkin extract were optimized by response surface methodology. The organoleptic color of pumpkin kochujang showed the maximum score for the mixing condition of 433.63g pumpkin extract, 81.76 g red pepper powder and 17.03 g meju powder. The organoleptic aroma of pumpkin kochujang revealed the maximum score for the condition of 437.07g pumpkin extract, 83.65 g red pepper powder and 11.90 g meju powder. The organoleptic taste of pumpkin kochujang showed the maximum score in 382.94 g pumpkin extract, 63.44 g red pepper powder and 13.10 g meju powder. The optimum mixing conditions for overall acceptability of pumpkin kochujang were 442.04 g pumpkin extract, 62.58 g red pepper powder and 16.30 g meju powder.
