        하수슬러지 소각재를 이용한 인공경량골재의 제조특성

        본 연구에서는 하폐수슬러지의 재활용 방안으로 하폐수슬러지 소각재를 이용한 인공경량골재 제조시 단위용적질량, 흡수율, 압축강도 측정 및 SEM 사진을 통하여 인공경량골재로서의 특성을 평가하고자 하였다. 본 연구에 사용된 하폐수슬러지 소각재는 B시 K하수처리장의 하폐수슬러지를 A사의 소각로에서 소각한 후 배출된 것을 사용하였다. 실험은 하폐수슬러지 소각재에 규산나트륨 첨가량(0, 10, 20, 30%)과 성형압력(0.5, 1, 2, 3, 4 ton)을 변화시켜 가면서 인공경량골재 시편을 제조한 후 압축강도, 단위용적질량, 압축강도 등을 분석하였다. 실험결과 하폐수슬러지 소각재만으로 제조한 인공경량골재 시편에 비해 결합제로서 규산나트륨을 첨가한 인공경량골재 시편의 경우가 더 기준치에 적합한 것을 알 수 있었다. 인공경량골재 SLA-0의 경우 성형압력 3 ton 이상, SLA-1의 경우 성형압력 2 ton 이상, SLA-2, SLA-3의 경우 성형압력 1 ton 이상에서 단위용적질량, 흡수율, 압축강도 기준치를 모두 만족하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 인공경량골재 제조에 의한 하폐수슬러지의 재활용이 충분히 가능함을 확인할 수 있었다. The objectives of this study have been carried out to investigate the manufacture characteristics of artificial lightweight aggregate using sewage sludge ash by bulk density, water absorption rate, compressive strength and SEM photograph for wastewater sludge recycling. The sewage sludge was collected from K wastewater treatment plant in Busan, and incinerated in A company incinerator. Adding sodium silicate were 0, 10, 20 and 30wt%, and compacting pressure were 0.5, 1, 2, 3 and 4 ton, respectively. Results showed that the artificial lightweight aggregate samples of SLA-0(above 3 ton), SLA-1(above 2 ton) and SLA-2, SLA-3(above 1 ton) were standardized about bulk density, absorption rate and compressive strength. And adding sodium silicate was found to be effective than sewage sludge ash alone. These results were showed that the manufacture of artificial lightweight aggregate using sewage sludge ash have the possibility for resource recycling.

        초음파의 음향밀도에 따른 디젤오염토양의 TPH 분해특성에 관한 연구

        본 연구에서는 초음파 음향밀도에 따른 디젤오염토양의 TPH의 분해특성을 평가하고자 하였다. 실험은 토양 1 kg에 디젤을 주입하여 TPH 농도를 약 10,000 mg THP/kg soil로 오염시켜 사용하였다. 초음파 조사 후 토양 중에 남아 있는 TPH 농도를 GC를 이용하여 분석하였다. 실험결과 초음파의 조사강도가 클수록, 오염토양의 양이 많을수록 TPH 농도 감소가 크게 나타났다. 또한 디젤오염 토양에 대하여 초음파를 60분간 조사시 TPH 농도변화는 음향밀도 50 W/L의 경우 9,556 mg TPH/kg soil에서 1,254 mg TPH/kg soil로 감소하였고, 음향밀도 70 W/L의 경우 9,856 mg TPH/kg soil에서 965 mg TPH/kg soil로 음향밀도 90 W/L의 경우 9,532 mg TPH/kg soil에서 733 mg TPH/kg soil로 각각 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. 디젤오염토양에 대한 초음파 조사시 TPH 제거효율은 음향밀도 90 W/L와 토양과 물의 혼합비율을 5:5로 하였을 경우 가장 높은 92.3%를 나타내었다. The objective of this study was to evaluate the degradation characteristics of the total petroleum hydrocarbons (TPHs) from artificially diesel-contaminated soil by means of the ultrasound acoustic density. The experiments were carried out with diesel fuel. A total of 1 kg of soil was artificially contaminated by approximately 10,000 mg of TPHs. The amounts of remaining TPHs in the treated soil were analyzed using a gas chromatography (GC).The removal efficiency of TPHs in the soil increased when the higher ultrasound intensity and the larger amounts of contaminated soil were used. In addition, the degrees of the degradation were carried out at constant ultrasound time of 60 min with different an acoustic densities. The most significant information of these were the following: 9,556 mg TPH/kg soil was decreased up to 1,254 mg TPH/kg soil at an acoustic density of 50 W/L. 9,856 mg TPH/kg soil was decreased up to 965 mg TPH/kg soil at an acoustic density of 70 W/L. 9,532 mg TPH/kg soil was decreased up to 733 mg TPH/kg soil at an acoustic density of 90 W/L. The result of this study showed that the highest removal efficiency (92.3%) of TPH in the soil was observed when an acoustic density of 90 W/L, and at a 5:5 soil to water ratio (w/w) were applied in this research.

      • 초음파 주파수와 음향밀도에 따른 하수슬러지 전처리 특성

        The objective of this study was to investigated the pretreatment characteristics of sewage sludge by ultrasonic process. Excess sewage sludge was sampled from N sewage treatment plant (STP) in B city. The ultrasonic processor was designed to operate with 28 kHz and 40 kHz,independently. During sonication experiment, sludge samples were stirred by agitator. The acoustic densities were changed 33 to 139 W/L by control of current strength. The sonication time was in the range of 10 min and 40 min. The total chemical oxygen demand (TCOD) and soluble chemical oxygen demand (SCOD) of sludge were analyzed with K2Cr207 Closed Reflux Method. The results showed that sonication with 28 kHz of acoustic frequency is better than sonication of 40 kHz in incensement of SCOD/TCOD ratio. Also, the sludge solubilization rates increased as the sonication time and acoustic density increased. The application of dual frequency sonication for sludge pretreatment can be interest for sewage treatment plants having problems in sludge treatment and disposal.

      • 양산시 하수관거의 불명수 산정을 위한 유량 및 수질특성

        The objective of this study were to investigated the water quantity and quality characteristics of sewer infiltration/inflow(I/I) computation in Yangsan City. infiltration/inflow(I/I) were evaluated the water-use evaluation, average daily minimum flow-water quality evaluation and minimum daily flow evaluation. Flow meter for infiltration/inflow(I/I) evaluation was used the FLO-TOTE II. Contaminant came into very low concentration at all sampling points as BOD5 standard. Also, I/I evaluation during dry weather on maximum daily infiltration flow-water quality evaluation, maximum-minimum daily flow evaluation, average daily-minimum flow-water quality evaluation is desirable than water-use evaluation. Because that infiltration/inflow(I/I) amount is much different than other evaluation methods.
