Ride and Handling performance is mainly developed by subjective evaluation. The kinematics and compliance characteristics of an automotive suspension are important because they mean the ride and handling characteristics of<br/> the vehicles. They are much useful for design and test engineer who confirm and compare chassis characteristics with target vehicles. But large Amount of test data cause some difficulty to interprete and upgrade database. This study provides SPMD database to HMC/KMC chassis engineers by intranet(TCP/IP). And this study also develops data analysis software, calculating K&C characteristics automatically.<br/>

A new concept trailing arm bush in CTBA system consists of main rubber(X-leg) and muti-stoppers(2-rubbers/1-plastic). As the X-leg type is applied to main rubber, the longitudinal and vertical stffness can be minimized for comfort and road noise. And muti-stopper system used, the lateral stiffness can be maximized for handling and stability.
