        비파열매 분말을 첨가한 쉬폰 케이크의 품질 특성

        The loquat (Eriobotrya japonica) is a plant belonging to the Rosaceae family, native to south-central China. It is cultivated in relatively warm areas such as Spain, Japan and South Korea. It is used commercially as an ornamental plant and for its yellow fruit, which contains much carotenoid, sugar and a little organic acid. In this study, chiffon cakes were prepared with the addition of 3%, 6%, 9% and 12% loquat fruit powder (LFP) in order to invest the mixing conditions. When more LFP was added to the dough, the pH level of the dough became lower. Specific gravity and viscosity of the dough significantly increased as higher amounts of LFP were added. In baked cakes, the weight and baking loss rate of LFP were not significantly different between samples, and the height of the risen test samples were lower than that of the controls. Moisture content was 33.58% in the 12% LFP sample (12% LFPS), which was the highest of all the samples. With respect to crust color, lightness, redness and, yellowness, these significantly decreased as the amount of LFP was increased, the 12% LFP being the lowest of all the samples. Lightness and yellowness of crumbs significantly decreased as the amount of LFP was increased, whereas redness showed the reverse effect. When looking at hardness and adhesiveness, the 12% LFPS was the highest of all the samples, nevertheless a difference in resilience was not significant among the samples. According to consumer perception, bitterness was significantly increased as amounts of LFP increased, however a difference in salty, astringency and oily tastes were not significant among the samples. The 12% LFPS showed the lowest score with respect to softness and overall acceptability. In conclusion, LFP could be considered a functional material, with the optimum amount of LFP for a chiffon cake of 3~9%.

        말차(抹茶) 첨가에 따른 증편의 품질 특성

        The purpose of this study is to find out the optimal mixing ratios of Mal-Cha for the preparation of Jeung-Pyun through sensory and mechanical tests. The proximate composition of Mal-Cha were $5.46\pm0.15\%$ of moisture, $4.43\pm0.11\%$ of total nitrogen, $7.52\pm0.21\%$ of crude lipid, $8.74\%$ of crude fiber, $8.51\pm0.09\%$ of ash. Overall quality of Jeung-Pyun with $1.5\%$ Mal-Cha was the worst compare with 0, 0.5 and $1.0\%$ ones(p<0.05). Especially, $1.0\%$ Mal-Cha Jeung-Pyun showed the best overall quality. But the sweetness, sourness, flavor, hardness, and moistnes were not significantly different among all the treatments. Acceptabilities of 0.5 and $1.0\%$ Mal-Cha Jeung-Pyuns were not significantly different from that of the control in their sensory and mechanical qualities. Total color difference increased with the amount of Mal-Cha significantly(p<0.001).

      • 항만지역 귀화식물의 시기 및 년도별 변화 분석(2010, 2013년)

        주요 항만지역(인천항, 군산항, 울산항)에 대하여 2010년과 2013년 15개소에 대한 귀화식물 모니터링을 수행하였다. 인천항지역 귀화식물은 2010년 전체 16과 40속 54분류군, 2013년은 전체 13과 29속 40분류군으로 나타났다. 봄 시기는 2010년 13과 28속 34분류군, 2013년은 11과 24속 29분류군으로 나타났다. 여름 시기는 2010년 14과 25속 28분류군, 2013년은 11과 23속 26분류군으로 나타났다. 가을 시기는 2010년 10과 21속 27분류군, 2013년은 10과 16속 19분류군으로 나타났다. 대체적으로 2010년에 비하여 2013년의 귀화식물 출현빈도는 시기 및 년도별로 모두 낮게 나타났다. 또한, 기존에 우점하고 있던 귀화식물(큰개불알풀, 망초, 털까마중, 미국쑥부쟁이)은 대부분 다른 귀화식물들로(개망초, 둥근잎나팔꽃, 도깨비가지 등) 대체되어 있었다. 일부 소규모로 발생했던 귀화식물들은 대부분 쇠퇴하거나 새롭게 출현하기도 했다. 군산항, 울산항지역도 전반적으로 비슷한 양상을 보였다. 대부분 항만지역은 새로운 귀화식물의 대표적인 초기 유입지역이며, 생육환경이 제한적이고 빠르게 변화하는 환경으로, 분포하는 식물들도 다양한 변화를 보여주고 있다. 그 중 귀화식물은 출현종, 출현빈도가 자생종들 보다 다양하게 변화하는 것으로 보아, 환경적 영향에 다소 빠른 반응과 선택을 보이는 것으로 판단된다. The maine port area (Incheon, Gunsan, Ulsan) monitoring was conducted twice on 2010 and 2013 for naturalized plants of 15 locations. Incheon port naturalized plants investigation was conducted; naturalized plants were total 16 families, 40 genera and 54 taxa (2010) and 13 families, 29 genera and 40 taxa (2013); spring season was total 13 families, 28 genera and 34 taxa (2010) and 11 families, 24 genera and 29 taxa (2013); summer season was total 14 families, 25 genera and 28 taxa (2010) and 11 families, 23 genera and 26 taxa (2013); fall season was total 10 families, 21 genera and 27 taxa (2010) and 10 families, 16 genera and 19 taxa (2013). In general, 2013 is lower occurrence frequency of naturalized plants compared to 2010. Also, that was previously dominated most of naturalized plants [Veronica persica Poir., Conyza canadensis (L.) Cronquist, Solanum sarrachoides Sendtn., Aster pilosus Willd.] had been replaced by other naturalized plants [ Erigeron annuus (L.) Pers., Ipomoea purpurea Roth, Solanum carolinense L. etc.]. Some naturalized plants have declined or newly appeared. Most habitat of the port area is restrictive and changeable. In addition, the plants are showed wide variation. Among them, naturalized plants appear the very diverse change by environment impact than native plants.

        관람객과 전시물의 전시정보전달 프로세스를 고려한 전시특성에 관한 연구

        This study is about a process to communicate exhibits and exhibition information for people visiting museum. In this study, it was explained the relationship with visitors dividing the structure of exhibits according to the form of beginning and ending for viewing exhibits. The constitutive laws of the beginning and the ending the exhibits have can be explained by the binding power on the holding power that holds the visitors at the exhibits. Furthermore, exhibition information transfer process of visitors who were given the exhibition information from exhibits was cognitive psychologically analyzed. The visitors collect the exhibition information through the human senses such as sight, hearing, touch, sense of balance, taste and smell etc.. However, the characteristic of the information collected is characterized according to the feature of each human sense. Even though the information is collected in different process, all information is handled dividing into Spatial codes and Verbal codes (Wickens (1980, 1984)) and encoding external environment information by the human recognition system. Like this, the exhibition information reacts through the automatic or optional process. Through these features, this study is to explain the structural relationship of the visitor’s attitude towards the exhibits that can occur in accepting the exhibition information of the exhibits. This dissertation can be used as a base information to plan the efficient exhibition while clearly understanding the characteristics of the intended exhibition information transfer process on planning exhibition and visitors.

        관람객의 전시환경 인지와 관람행태에 관한 연구

        People come to museum to have a look at the exhibition. The pathway they take while viewing the exhibition is linked to the spatial structure of the museum. In particular, the pathway in the exhibition space is influenced by the layout of the exhibits. People tend to choose their pathway naturally according to their purpose and their conditions of museum-fatigue without having to plan it prior to it. And it’s at this moment, that active and passive pathway is noticed. The distance of the pathway is determined by the structure of the exhibition room. The study was done on the layout of the exhibits. It showed that people chose their pathways depending on the location of the exits. When the exit was far away, people became tired quickly by the length of the exhibition room even for the active visitors. On the other hand, when the exits were nearby, it provided more opportunity to show the exhibits for the passive visitors. As the study was done in understanding the specific needs of the layout of the exhibits, it will provide more pleasant and effective view of the exhibition and the planning of the exhibits to the visitors.

        현실임분 생장특성에 의한 편백 임분수확표 개발

        본 연구는 남부지방 대표수종인 편백 현실림의 생장 특성을 반영한 수확표를 작성하기 위하여 수행되었다. 200개소 이상의 편백의 표준지 생장조사 자료를 분석에 이용하였다. 기존의 임분수확표 작성 절차인 직경분포의 추정, 적합, 예측의 단계를 거쳤으며, 직경분포모델은 Weibull 함수를 이용하였다. 임지생산력을 평가하기 위한 기준인 지위지수(기준임령 30년)는 Chapman-Richards식을 이용하여 추정하였다. 임분수확표 작성을 위한 평균직경 등 여러 추정식은 적합도를 고려하여 최적의 식을 선정하고 이용한 결과, 조사된 편백 현실임분의 지위지수는 10∼18 범위에 있음이 밝혀졌다. 추정된 임분재적 모델은 편백림의 임분재적에 대해 62%의 설명력을 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 실재적과 추정재적 간의 잔차도분석 결과 ‘0’을 중심으로 모두 고른 잔차를 보여 본 추정 결과를 이용함은 문제가 없을 것으로 판단되었다. 이번 남부지방을 대표하는 침엽수인 편백에 대한 임분수확표 작성 결과가 현실의 산림경영에 폭넓게 사용되기를 바라며, 향후 편백 임분 생장이 더욱 안정화되고 생육 발달로 장벌기 대경재 생산지가 많이 확보되면 더욱 개선된 수확표의 작성도 가능할 것으로 기대된다. We constructed a stand yield table for Chamaecyparis obtusa based on data from an actual forest. The previous stand yield table had a number of disadvantages because it was based on actual forest information. In the present study we used data from more than 200 sampling plots in a stand of Chamaecyparis obtusa. The analysis included theestimation, recovery and prediction of the distribution of values for diameter at breast height (DBH), and the result is a valuable process for the preparation ofstand yield tables. The DBH distribution model uses a Weibull function, and the site index (base age: 30 years), the standard for assessing forest productivity, was derived using the Chapman-Richards formula. Several estimation formulas for the preparation of the stand yield table were considered for the fitness index, and the optimal formula was chosen. The analysis shows that the site index is in the range of 10 to 18 in the Chamaecyparis obtusa stand. The estimated stand volume of each sample plot was found to have an accuracy of 62%. According to the residuals analysis, the stands showed even distribution around zero, which indicates that the results are useful in the field. Comparing the table constructed in this study to the existing stand yield table, we found that our table yielded comparatively higher values for growth. This is probably because the existing analysis data used a small amount of research data that did not properly reflect. We hope that the stand yield table of Chamaecyparis obtusa, a representative species of southern regions, will be widely used for forest management. As these forests stabilize and growth progresses, we plan to construct an additional yield table applicable to the production of developed stands.

        보문 : 미용 소재 개발을 위한 연잎의 항산화 효과 탐색

        Nelumbo nucifera (Lotus, N. nucifera) is a popular aqueous plant in Eastern Asia. Leaves (Nelumbinis Folium) of N. nucifera are traditionally used to disperse body heat during the summer and is said to increase essential body energies, according traditional Oriental Medicine, and are becoming popular as ingredient of healthy tea. In the recent years, since many synthetic antioxidants have been shown to have side effects, there has been an increase of interest in natural products as antioxidants in scavenging free radicals. In the present study, we first analyzed composition of Nelumbinis folium(NF), and evaluated the possible antioxidative activities of it`s ethanol extracts. Therefore, we measured the effects of NF on scavenging activities against DPPH radical, hydroxyl radical, superoxide radical and hydrogen peroxide. Consequently, 10 μg/mL of ethanol extract from NF exhibited higher scavenging activity coefficient than that of BHT against all. These results indicate that NF protects oxidative activities through scavenging of free radials.

        ID 기반 키 분배 기법을 활용한 전력사용량 정보 전송 프로토콜

        최근 기존의 단방향 전력 시스템을 개선하여 안정적인 전력공급, 효율적인 에너지 관리 등을 가능하게 하는 스마트그리드가 관심을 받고 있다. 전력선통신(PLC : Power Line Communication)기술을 활용한 스마트그리드 환경은 각 가정의 PLC 모듈에서 수집한 정보를 데이터전송장치(IRM : Integrated Regional Manager)에 전송하고, 다시 그 정보를 전력서버로 전송한다. 이러한 통신 과정에서는 기존의 IT환경에서 발생하는 보안위협을 포함한 소비자의 개인정보유출, 전력망 마비 등의 다양한 문제가 발생할 수 있다. 그러므로 본 논문에서는 전력사용량 정보 전송과정에서 발생할 수 있는 보안위협에 대응하기 위해 ID 기반 키 분배 기법을 활용한 전력사용량 정보 전송 프로토콜을 제안한다. Recently, smartgrid has interested in enable to existing electrical grid to supplying stably and efficient energy management. Smartgrid environment using PLC is transmit PLC module collected electricity consumption information in each house from PLC module to server. This communication process can occurred security threats such as personal information leak of consumer, electrical grid paralysis. In this paper, we propose efficient electricity consumption information transmission protocol with ID-based key distribution method for respond to security threats.
