      • 안성향당무(安城鄕堂舞)의 홍애(紅哀)수건춤에 대한 연구(硏究)

        The purpose of this study is to review the overall theories about Ansung Hyangdangmu to understand the diverse styles of the less recognized dance and its native nature in an objective and comprehensive way and thereby, determine its unique dance styles and outstanding artistic values. For this purpose, Ansung Hyangdangmu was compared with other ordinary Salpuri dances, and thereupon, the dance chronicles about its Hongae Handkerchief Dance nomenclature to determine its unique dance styles and aesthetic values. Unlike other Salpuri dances traced back to the exorcism and developed into court dances and thus, characterized by coquetry or techniques, Hongae Handkerchief Dance expresses women`s weary life with diverse handkerchief movements and simple but vigorous unique dance styles. The dance is effective in demonstrating dancers` unique skills because it consists of introduction/ development/tum/conclusion well organized. There is a tale about the dance, and each style is named. Uniquely among Korean dances, it uses white and red handkerchiefs. Hongae Handkerchief Dance harbors women`s weary life melted therein, and shows the process through its styles that their life would be overcome to take off and recover a new hope and pleasure, while subliming the grief. It is sort of grief relief dance which is artistic enough to express women`s sorrowful and desperate grief with dance. As discussed above, Hongae Handkerchief Dance can be no more unique or uncomparable to any other dance. It is hoped, therefore, that the valuable dance will be conducive to construction of a wider dance world under the circumstance that most dances are designated as national intangible cultural assets. Since the dance re-created Ansung`s spirit and emotion superbly, it is also hoped that this study will be followed up by multi-faceted studies which will verify its theoretical validity and appreciate its true value to inherit the tradition.

      • 태권도 지도자의 변혁적 리더십에 대한 지각과 직무성과 간에 서비스리더십의 조절효과

        The purpose of the study was to examine the moderated effects of service leadership through relationship between trasformational leadership and job performance of assitant leaders of taekwoon do places. In order to achive this purpose three esearch questions were established. Participants for this study were 310 assitant leaders. Of participations valid data were 279. They completed a modified inventory of transformation leadership, service leadership, and job performance. Hopothesis Ⅰ was supported to optimal moderated effects of service belief between trasformational leadeship and job performance of assitant leaders of taekwoon do places. Hopothesis Ⅱ was supported to optimal moderated effects of service reliability between trasformational leadeship and job performance of assitant leaders of taekwoon do places. Hopothesis Ⅲ was supported to optimal moderated effects of service ability between trasformational leadeship and job performance of assitant leaders of taekwoon do places. Hopothesis Ⅳ was supported to optimal moderated effects of self-control ability between trasformational leadeship and job performance of assitant leaders of taekwoon do places.

        이매방 춤에 나타난 기방계통적 특징 고찰

        본 연구의 목적은 이매방 춤에 나타난 기방계통적 특징을 여러측면에서 종합적으로 고찰하는데 있다. 연구방법은 이매방 춤에 대한 기방계통적 특성을 연구한 논문이나 저서를 재 고찰하여, 계통적 특성, 춤기법의 특징, 미의식의 경향, 전승 교육적 측면, 여성화 성향 등을 종합적으로 정리하여 이매방 춤의 기방계통적 특징을 다각적으로 정립하는데 있다. 연구의 제한점으로 이매방 춤에 대한 선행연구 중에서 이매방춤과 다른 유파의 춤과 비교한 연구성과, 그리고 이매방 춤에 나타난 기방계통적 특성을 연구한 성과물에 한정하여 재고찰 한다. 또한 이매방 춤의 입문과 정립기인 청소년기에 한정하여 고찰하며, 성의 정체성에 대한 논의는 개인적 프라이버시 문제가 있으므로 제한적으로 표현한다. 이와 같이 다각적 고찰을 통하여 이매방 춤에 나타난 기방계통적 특징을 종합하면 첫째, 이매방이 어린 시절 춤에 입문과정이 기방춤으로부터 출발하였다는 점이다. 즉 초기에 체득한 기량이 평생을 좌우하는 특성과 어린 시절에 학습한 내용이 평생 지속되는 조기교육적 성과로 인하여 춤의 기법이 평생토록 몸속에 고착되어 있다고 본다. 둘째, 성 정체성 면에서 이매방이 비록 남성이지만, ‘남성의 여성화’가 심화되어 ‘여성보다 더 여성적인 춤’을 표현하고 있다는 점이다. 셋째, 다양한 춤사위 기법에서 양우선, 대삼소삼, 정중동, 걸음걸이법, 고갯짓 등에서 기방계통적 특성을 주로 표출하고 있다는 점이다. 넷째, 민속춤의 계통적 특성에서도 재인계통적 성향보다 기방계통적 성향이 농후하다는 점이다. 다섯째, 미의식의 측면에서 교태미, 절제미, 곡선미, 섬세미 등여성적 미감이 높은 성향을 보이고 있다는 점이다. The purpose of this study is to synthetically contemplate the gibang dance characteristics visible in the yimaebang dance in various aspects. The study method re-inquiries the study progress which fragmentarily researched the characteristic of gibang dance characteristics in the yimaebang dance to multilaterally set the genealogical characteristics, the features of dance techniques, the tendency of aesthetic consciousness, the facet of traditional education, feminization propensities and etc. for a synthetic contemplation. The limitations of the study include limiting the re-inquiry on previous studies about yimaebang dance, study progress on the comparison of yimaebang dance and other schools of dance, and study results on the gibang dance characteristics in yimaebang dance. Furthermore, the inquiries are limited to adolescence, which is the period of entrance and rectification of yimaebang dance, and the discussion on the identity of sex is expressed with limitations because of privacy issues. Thus, when we synthesize the gibang dance characteristics in yimaebang dance through multifaceted contemplation, firstly, the point is that in the early years of yimaebang, the entrance process of the dance initiated with the gibang dance. Therefore, because of the dominating lifetime characteristics of the ability that was experienced in the initial stages, and the early education outcome of detail learnt during childhood which maintains for a lifetime, the technique of the dance is adhered inside the body. Secondly, on the aspect of sexual identity, yimaebang is male, but the ``men``s feminization`` is deepened to express a ``dance more feminine than woman.`` Thirdly, the point is that gibang dance characteristics are mainly expressed in the various dancing techniques of yangwoosun, daesamsosam, jungjoongdong, walking technique, nodding of the head and etc. Fourthly, the point is that even in the genealogical characteristics, gibang genealogical tendencies were richer than jaein geneological tendencies. Fifthly, the point that it revealed a disposition of feminine aesthetic sense on the aspect of aesthetic consciousness such as beauty of coquetry, beauty of temperance, beauty of curvaceousness, beauty of delicacy and etc.

        민간경비 조직의 서번트・변혁적 리더십, 조직시민행동, 조직성과 간의 구조모형 검증

        본 연구는 민간경비 조직의 서번트・변혁적 리더십, 조직시민행동, 조직성과 간의 구조모형을 검증하고자 서울과 경기도에 소재하고 있는 민간경비업체에 근무 중인 경비원을 모집단으로 선정한 후 집락무선표집법(culster random sampling method)을 통하여 조사하였다. 조사기간은 2016년 9월1일부터 11월30일까지 350명을 대상으로 실시하였다. 이 연구는 SPSSWIN 21.0과 AMOS 21.0을 이용하여 연구의 목적에 따라 요인분석(EFA/CFA), 신뢰도분석, 수렴 및 판별타당도분석, 공변량 구조분석을 실시하였다. 이 연구를 통하여 얻은 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 서번트 리더십은 조직시민행동에 통계적으로 .001수준에서 직접적으로 정의(+) 영향을(β=.406) 미친다. 둘째, 변혁적 리더십은 조직시민행동에 통계적으로 .001수준에서 직접적으로 정의(+) 영향을(β=.373) 미친다. 셋째, 조직시민행동은 조직성과에 통계적으로 .01수준에서 직접적으로 정의(+) 영향을(β=.615) 미친다. 넷째, 서번트 리더십은 조직성과에 통계적으로 영향을(β=.211) 미치지 않는다. 다섯째, 변혁적 리더십은 조직성과에 통계적으로 영향을(β=.058) 미치지 않는다. 여섯째, 조직시민행동은 서번트 리더십과 조직성과 간의 관계에서 통계적으로 .01수준에서 정의(+) 매개효과(β=.249)가 있다. 일곱째, 조직시민행동은 변혁적 리더십과 조직성과 간의 관계에서 통계적으로 .01수준에서 정의(+) 매개효과(β=.230)가 있다. The purpose of this study is to examine the structural model between servant - transformational leadership, organizational citizenship behavior and organizational performance of private security organizations. The security guards working in private security companies in Seoul and Gyeonggi - do were selected as population, random sampling method. The survey was conducted from September 1, 2016 to November 30. Accoridng to the purpose of the study, this study conducted factor analysis(EFA/CFA), reliability analysis, convergence and discriminant validity analysis, and covariance structure analysis using SPSSWIN 21.0 and AMOS 21.0. The conclusions of this study are as follows. First, servant leadership has a positive (+) effect (β = .406) on organizational citizenship behavior statistically at .001 level. Second, transformational leadership has a positive (+) effect (β = .373) on organizational citizenship behavior statistically at .001 level. Third, organizational citizenship behavior has a positive (+) effect (β = .615) on organizational performance statistically at .01 level. Fourth, servant leadership does not affect the organizational performance statistically (β = .211). Fifth, transformational leadership does not affect the organizational performance statistically (β = .058). Sixth, organizational citizenship behavior has statistically positive (+) mediation effect (β = .249) in the relationship between servant leadership and organizational performance. Seventh, organizational citizenship behavior has statistically positive (+) mediating effects (β = .230) on the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational performance.         민간경비조직 구성원의 감정노동이 직무스트레스 및 조직유효성에 미치는 영향

        이 연구의 목적은 민간경비조직 구성원의 감정노동이 직무스트레스 및 조직유효성에 미치는 영향에 대한 인과관계를 분석하는데 있다. 연구의 분석을 위하여 서울소재 경비업체에 근무하고 있는 민간경비원을 모집단을 설정하였으며, 설문지는 무선집락표집법에 의하여 700명을 대상으로 배포하였다. 조사기간은 2014년 5월부터 2014년 9월까지 약 4개월간에 걸쳐서 실시하였으며, 설문지는 회수되지 않거나 극단치가 있는 24부를 제외한 총 676부를 최종 데이터로 활용하였다. 데이터 분석을 위하여 이 연구에서는 SPSSWIN 18.0과 AMOS 18.0 통계패키지를 활용하였으며, 인과관계는 공변량 구조방정식을 통하여 가설을 검증 하였다. 분석결과, 감정노동은 조직유효성에 통계적으로 p<.001 수준에서 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 가설이 채택되었다. 그리고 감정노동은 직무스트레스에 통계적으로 p<.001 수준에서 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 가설이 채택되었으며, 직무스트레스는 조직유효성에 통계적으로 p<.001 수준에서 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 가설이 채택되었다. 또한, 직무스트레스는 감정노동과 조직유효성 간의 관계에서 통계적으로 p<.01 수준에서 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 매개역할을 할 것이라는 가설은 부분적으로 채택되었다. This study has an objective to analyze the causal relationship between the emotional labor of the members in the private security firms and its effect on their job stress and validity of the organization. To carry out the study, I established a population of private security guards working at the security firms in Seoul. Then a total of 700 question naires were sent out for the survey using the random sampling method of clusters. The study was carried out over about four months, from May, 2014 to September, 2014. A total of 676 questionnaires were used for the final data. 24 questionnaires were excluded either because they were not returned or contained extreme value. In this study, a statistical package of SPSSWIN 18.0 and AMOS 18.0 were used in the data analysis and the causal relationship was verified using the covariance structural equation. The analysis showed the emotional labor to have a positive effect on the validity of organization but a negative effect on the job stress at the statistical level of p<.001 and the hypothesis was adopted. The hypothesis regarding the job stress was also adopted because job stress was found to have a negative effect on the validity of organization at the statistical level of p<.001. In addition, job stress was found to have a negative effect on the relationship between the emotional labor and validity of organization at the statistical level of p<.001. As a result, the hypothesis about the job stress would function as the parameter was only partially adopted.

      • 유도 선수들의 자신감과 경기수행이 경쟁불안에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to examine the correlational relationship of confidence, performance and competitive anxiety among Judo players on college and business teams and to determine the influence of their confidence and performance on competitive anxiety, as the three variables concerned the consequence of Judo matches. The subjects in this study were Judo players, on whom a survey was conducted. After their answer sheets were analyzed, the responses from 146 male players and 78 female players were selected for a final analysis. For data handling, SPSS Ver. 12.0 for Windows program was employed to make a correlational analysis and regression analysis, and the hypotheses formulated in this study were verified at the .05 level of significance. The findings of the study were as follows: First, as to correlation between confidence(goal confidence and competitive confidence) and competitive anxiety, their confidence had a positive correlation to their physical, goal, expectative and environmental anxiety. Their goal anxiety and expectative anxiety were statistically significantly different according to their goal confidence at the 1% level of significance(p<.01), and their competitive confidence had a statistically significant impact on their physical anxiety at the 1% level of significance and on their goal anxiety and expectative anxiety at the 5% level of significance(p<.01). Second, in regard to the correlation of confidence(goal confidence and competitive confidence) to performance, their confidence was positively interrelated to their psychological and physical performance. Their goal confidence exerted a statistically significant influence on their psychological and physical performance at the 1% level of significance (p<.01), and their competitive confidence had a statistically significant impact on their psychological and physical performance at the 1% level of significance(p<.01). Third, concerning correlation between performance(psychological and physical) and competitive anxiety, their goal anxiety, expectative anxiety and environmental anxiety had a positive correlation to their performance. Their goal anxiety and expectative anxiety were statistically significantly affected at the 1% level of significance by their psychological performance(p<.01), and their physical performance exercised a statistically significant influence on their goal anxiety and expectative anxiety at the 1% level of significance (p<.01).
