        Objectives: We recently experienced one case of Transverse Myelitis. We would introduce the clinical report it Methods: In the point of Differentiation of Syndrome, these subjects were diagnosed as Wejeung(Weizheng;?證). We treated here with acupuncture. moxa, physical theraphy and herbal medication Results & Conclusions: Symptoms of the patient of this report were improved after above treatment. So it is suggested that oriental medical treatment is effective in Transverse Myelitis

        한약투여가 소아의 성장에 미치는 영향

        Objective : We used herbal medicine to treat various disease and also to keep good general condition of children. We aimed to evaluate the effect of herbal medicine on the growth of children treated with herbal medicine. Method: We studied 187 children who visited the department of Pediatrics, KyungHee Oriental Medical Hospital from March 2004 to August 2004. They meet condition as follows; they were treated for more than 6 months and they visited our clinic more than 3 times. Whenever patients visited our hospital, we measured their height, body weight and obesity degree using DS-102(dszenix, Seoul). We measured height percentile of first time visit, and that of last time visit. And we compared them using the Growth Statistics Curve made by the Korean Association of Pediatrics, 1998. Results : The mean growth of total children showed 4.04 percentile upwardly; the growth- up percentile of boys was 4.52 and that of girls was 3.26. Analysis according to disease resulted as follows; children with respiratory disease showed 10.29 percentile growth-up, digestive disease 4.21percentile, urinary disease 4 percentile, allergic disease 2.65 percentile, weak children 2.52 percentile and other disease 3.19 percentile. Conclusion : Herbal medical treatment helped growth not only in children who took medicine for growth retardation problem but children with various disease. Moreover herbal medical treatment applied to keep good general condition of children also gave positive effect on the growth of children.

        석회보르도액 살포가 거봉포도의 노균병 발생에 미치는 영향

        Bordeaux mixture made with each grade of lime and copper sulfate was tested general property and disease control value. Bordeaux mixture was made by composition of each grade of lime (95%, 80%) with each grade of copper sulfate(98.5%, 95%). Phytotoxicity was evaluated to Bordeaux mixture made with each grade of lime and copper sulfate, and then low grade copper sulfate (95%) was more severely in the grapevine leaf. Bordeaux mixture, made with each grade lime and copper sulfate, were tried to evaluate control effects of downy mildew in field. As a result, Bordeaux mixture (95% of lime and 98.5% of copper sulfate, 6-6) applied 5 times at late in June was showed more effective disease control value than any other trials of Bordeaux mixture. There was no difference in nutrient status of petiole each treatment. But fruit characteristics were shown more slightly improved quality.

      • 무기체계 양산단가 추정 최적화 방안에 관한 연구

        방위사업청에서는 무기체계 양산계약 체결 시 적정 원가를 산정하기 위해 방산원가대상물자의 원가계산에 관한 규칙과 시행세칙을 적용하고 있다. 방산원가는 크게 재료비, 노무비, 경비, 일반관리비, 이윤으로 구성되어 있으며 실제 발생한 비용을 원가로 인정하는 것을 대원칙으로 하고 있다. 이런 점은 업체로 하여금 비용절감에 대한 동기부여를 줄 수 없어 개선이 필요하다. 또한 계약 시점에 정해진 양산단가를 전체 계약기간에 동일하게 적용하는 방식은 비용절감 측면에서 부정적 영향을 줄 수 있어 보완이 필요하겠다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 부분을 개선하기 위해 원가자료의 신뢰도, 원가자료의 복잡도 등을 고려한 4가지 방법(업체제시 계산가격에 예가율 적용, 업체제시 계산가격에 조정률 적용, 원가항목별 조정률 적용, 원가항목별 조정률 및 학습률 적용)으로 양산단가를 추정하였으며, 분석결과를 바탕으로 최적의 방안을 제시하였다. 특히, 확률분포를 활용한 양산단가 추정을 위해 본 연구에서는 몬테카를로 시뮬레이션 기법을 활용하였으며, 연구 결과는 향후 무기체계 양산단가 추정의 신뢰도 향상에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. In order to properly calculate the prime cost of a defense products, DAPA uses regulations and detailed rules on the calcuclation of a defense products upon arranging weapon systems contract for mass production. The prime cost is composed of material cost, labor cost, expenses, general administrative expenses and profits. The main principal is to disclose actual cost. This principal needs to be improved due to the fact that it does not steer contractors to lower productive cost. Also, this method can have negative effect on price reduction process in a whole contract period perspective. To overcome the mentioned problems, this study estimates the prime cost of mass production in consideration with cost reliability and complexity using four approach(Application of expectation rates on quotation, Application of mediation rates on quotation, Application of mediation rates on cost items, Application of mediation rates and learning rates on cost items) and proposes a most effective method based on analysis results. Especially, this research uses Monte Carlo simulation to estimate mass production. The results in this study will contribute in improving the reliability of cost estimation on defense mass production contracts in the future.

        한국 위성산업관련 법제도 고찰

        본 연구는 국내위성산업에 관련된 위성면허와 위성에 필요요소인 전파 (spectrum) 관리 (할당방식) 방안에 대해 발전된 다른 여러 나라들과 비교, 분석하여 앞으로 국내 위성산업정책의 미흡점과 보완을 위한 제안을 서술하였다. 위성산업은 나라의 주력산업이며, 국방, 안보 등에 의해 서로 다른 특성을 보인다. 또한 이것은 서로의 시장의 규모가 국제관계에 의해 결정되기 때문에 미국, 일본 ITU와 같은 우주선진국 혹 국제기구 등의 정책과 사례들의 검토를 통해 단순한 정책의 도입보다는 국내의 여건에 맞게 정책을 용합하는 방안을 검토하였다. 연구의 방법은 각 나라 (미국, 일본)의 유사 정책들을 알아보며 국내의 필요정책을 찾아 보안, 연구의 방법은 각 나라 (미국, 일본)의 유사 정책들을 알아보며 국내의 필요정책의 찾아 보완, 연구한 것이며 타국정책과 의 비슷한 사례를 찾아 타국과의 정책에 대한 결과를 비교분석하여 보완점을 연구하였다. 단순환 다른 나라의 정책도입이 아닌 국내의 여건을 분석하여 국내정책의 최상의 함의점을 찾고자 하였다. 국내의 위성면허허가 방식은 다른 나라들과는 특별한 차이점이나 보완점이 필요하지 않지만 타국면허위성 (non-Korean license satellite)을 이용하는 경우에 비교대상인 미국이나 일본과 다르게 국내시장의 여건에 맞게 보완되어야 한다. 또한 위성산업의 핵심적인 스펙트럼 (Spectrum) 관리 (할당방식)는 국내의 효율적인 우주자원의 확보를 위해 유한자원으로서 빠르게 발전, 변화하는 국제수요와 국내시장의 특성에 맞는 새로운 개선방안을 위한 연구이다. 할당방식을 미국의 경매와 같은 시장에 의한 방식 (market based approach)과 유한지원의 희소성을 고려한 자원의 공유, 임대, 재배치 등 자유화를 통한 배타적 점유방식을 피하는 상황에 맞게 사용하는 새로운 형식의 정책이 국내시장을 위한 대안이라고 생각되었다. This study focuses on the satellite licenses and the requirements for satellite spectrum management (i.e frequency allocation) in Korean satellite industry via comparative analyses against those cases in other developed countries, in order to provide complementary measures to the domestic satellite policies. The satellite industry is one of the main pursuits of a nation`s efforts, and it shows distinct characteristics depending on various factors such as national defense and security In addition, the industry is determined by the nation`s market size as well as its international relationship. Consequently, the present study considers examples from various organizations and nations-including U.S.A, Japan, and ITU-and provides a hybrid policy that is well customized for the domestic market. This study looks at similarities between policies of other countries, and finds any supplements for domestic polices by specifying similar cases in others and analyzing their results. The main purpose of this study, therefore, is to find the best agreement for domestic policy with internal interpretation, rather accepting others. While the licensing method for domestic satellites need not be distinct from that of other nations, the case of using non-Korean licensed satellites must be complemented by the conditions in the domestic market. Furthermore, the spectrum management is essential to the nation`s satellite industry since the spectrum is a scarce resource. As such, spectrum management that is carefully designed to incorporate the rapidly international market demand is crucial to provide a sufficient supply for domestic space industry. In the present study, we find that auction-like market based approaches together with measures to avoid exclusive uses of the scarce resource (e/g. share, leas and reallocation) would provide an excellent method for the domestic satellite industry.

      • 레이저 용접된 오스테나이트계 스테인리스강의 기계적 특성 연구

        Austenitic stainless steel is used in the nuclear industry as structural materials and coatings because it has excellent workability, weldability and high temperature characteristics. Nuclear power plant structures are mainly large structures manufactured using welding which is mainly arc welding. Arc welding is a welding method with relatively high heat input. Over heat input may cause various welding defects such as severe deformation and coarsening of the grain in the joint, which may result in deterioration of the mechanical properties. In recently, laser welding has been proposed to solve the problem of heat input. In this study, the thickness of 6 mm STS304L of austenitic phase was butt welded using laser and mechanical properties were analyzed. Joints of laser welding show better tensile properties than that of base metal. However the bending properties were worse than that of base metal.
