        관찰 연습유형이 농구자유투 기능에 미치는 영향

        The present study compared the effectiveness of a self-control modeling condition with that of a 100% observational learning condition. As each participant in the self-control group and 100% observational learning group to a partner in the frequency and scheduling of the model presentations were, on average, identical for both groups. The only difference between the groups was that self-control participants had control over the model presentations, whereas 100% observational learning group participants did not. If the previously found benefits of self-control generalized to observational learning, this could have important implications for practical settings. For example, the effectiveness and efficiency of training could be enhanced, if the learner had control over the model presentations, as compared to prescribed observational practice regimens. The self-control and 100% observational groups did not differ in jump shot during retention. However, the trends were similar to those seen for movement form score, with the 100% observational group showing a retention loss that was not present for the self-control group and self-control participants out-performing 100% observational performers in retention.

        소프트볼 타격 과제에서 운동학적 피드백과 결과지식의 효율성

        The purpose of this study was designed to determine the effect of certain types of feedback on softball hitting tasks. Toward this 24 right-handed students of D university were instructed in groups of 8 to perform 3 block of 10 repetitions of tasks which included the following 3 feedback types; KR, KF, and KR+KF combination. Following these trial the effectiveness of motor learning and acquisition were analyzed. Kinematic feedback and knowledge of result were found to be more important in effecting change in performance of the softball hitting task than was KR. Kinematic feedback and knowledge of result were found to be more important learning in the matched task than was KR.

        여자 대학생들의 상지근력강화 운동프로그램이 체성분 및 근기능에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this investigation was to determine the effect of a combined strength and aerobic conditioning program on the ability of college-age women to upper body strength improvement for to perform the pull-up exercise and change of the body composition at the end of the program. Participants significantly increased upper body strength and fat-free mass and decreased fat mass and percentage of body fat. Participants successful at performing a pull-up had significantly greater 1 repetition maximum strength. A three variable equation (% body fat, body fat mass, and body mass) was developed to predict which women would be successful at completing a pull-up at the end of a similar training program.

        12주간 걷기운동이 비만여성의 혈압, 혈청지질 및 Apo A-Ⅰ단백질에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of 12weeks walking exercise on the plasma lipoprotein and Apo-protein profiles; total cholesterol(TC), HDL-C, LDL-C, and Apo A Ⅰ protein. The 26 obese women completed anthropometric measurement and familiarization session, and sub-maximal HR test session. A 12-week, periodized walking exercise program was designed. Between before exercise and after exercise, TC, HDL-C, LDL -C, and Apo A Ⅰ protein were compared and analyzed. I reached some conclusions as follow: The difference of the Apo A I protein between before exercise and after exercise was significant Plasma TC, HDL-C, and LDL-C levels were changed significantly with after exercise. This data suggest that walking exercise in a 12-week have any beneficial effects in a major mechanism of coronary artery disease(CAD)risk and obese reduction.

        개방적 운동환경에서의 신체활동이 여자 대학생들의 지단백 콜레스테롤 및 아포 지방단백질에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of open exercise environment in physical activity on the plasma lipoprotein and apoprotein profiles; total cholesterol(TC), HDL-C, LDL-C, and Apo A-Ⅰ. The 13 healthy women collegiate completed anthropometric measurement and familiarization session, and maximal HR test session. A 12-week, periodized soft-ball training program was designed. Between before exercise and after exercise, TC, HDL -C, LD -C, and Apo A-Ⅰ were compared and analyzed. I reached some conclusions as follow : The difference of the Apo A-Ⅰ between before exercise and after exercise was not significant Plasma TC, HDL-C, and LDL-C levels were changed significantly with after exercise. This data suggest that soft-ball training in a 12-week have any beneficial effects in a major mechanism of coronary artery disease(CAD)risk reduction.

        크레아틴 투여방법에 따른 최대근력 및 혈중 피로요소에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this research was to examine the effect of oral creatine supplementation on 1RM strength performance with observing the change of blood fatigue elements; specifically lactate, and ammonia. This study subject were Twenty-four highly trained, university students with at least 7 year of high exercise training experience. The subjects were divided into 3 test condition: creatine loading condition, creatine low-dose condition, and plasbo condition I reached some conclusions as follow : Creatine supplementation had no significant group, or interaction effects on 1RM strength or blood fatigue factors. However, significant period effects were found for 1RM strength and blood fatigue factors in before supplement. This data suggest that creatine monohydrate in any amount does not have any beneficial ergogenic effects in highly trained university players.

        초등학생들의 태권도 수련에 따른 체력 향상 효과

        The aim of study was to analyze the factor of physical fitness according to Tae Kwon Do class program for 12 week training. Subjects of this study of C elementary school in Kangwondo organized 30, control group and 30 compared group. After training, the conclusions were as follows; 1. In strength, the grip strength of left showed that controlled group was 17.9±1.1㎏, and comparative group was 18.0±1.1㎏. The grip strength of right showed that controlled group was 18.3±1.3㎏, and comparative group was 18.4±1.0㎏. Consequently, The difference of average between controlled and comparative groups was not showed statistically significant difference. 2. In sits-up, controlled group was 29.7±2.1, and comparative group was 30.9±2.3. Consequently, The difference of average between controlled and comparative groups was showed statistically significant difference. 3. In shuttle-run, controlled group was 13.3±1.0sec, and comparative group was 12.7±0.8sec. Consequently, The difference of average between controlled and comparative groups was showed statistically significant difference. 4. In standing broad, controlled group was 43.5±4.5㎝, and comparative group was 45.8±6.0㎝. Consequently, The difference of average between controlled and comparative groups was showed statistically significant difference. 5. In 800M run, controlled group was 234.0±4.1sec, and comparative group was 231.9±4.2sec. Consequently, The difference of average between controlled and comparative groups was not showed statistically significant difference. 6. In trunk flexion, controlled group was 13.9±1.9㎝, and comparative group was 16.1±2.5㎝. Consequently, The difference of average between controlled and comparative groups was showed statistically significant difference. 7. In stork stand, controlled group was 28.6±2.6sec, and comparative group was 29.4±3.0sec. Consequently, The difference of average between controlled and comparative groups was not showed statistically significant difference.
