        마사지 기법에 따른 건강성인의 통증지각과 생화학적반응 변화

        Purpose: This study was performed to analyzed and compared the changes of pressure pain intensity and serum concentrations of epinephrine and ACTH of 4 experimental groups; manual lymphatic drainage (MDL), Swedish massage (SM), meridian massage (MM) and sham groups. Methods: This study design was a randomized controlled trial. Forty healthy volunteers (22.63±2.53 years) were randomly allocated to four groups. The massage was carried out 1 time on the back of the subjects for 30 minutes. Measurements were repeated 3 times; baseline (T1), immediately after (T2) and 30 minutes after massage (T3). except for epinephrine and ACTH. They were measured at baseline and 30 minutes after massage. Results: Pressure pain intensity was significantly decreased at T2 than T1 in SM and MM groups. The changes of pain perception between experimental groups were not significantly different. No statistically significant differences were observed in epinephrine and ACTH concentration between measurement times and experimental groups. Conclusions: Massage treatment irrespective of massage techniques does not influence the biochemical response. However, to obtain for reducing pain perception, it is necessary to control the pressure on the site of massage. Further research is needed to find the effect of massage performing using scientific study designs, various subjects and programs.

        노화 및 주름개선화장품 선호브랜드의 성분현황과 만족도

        생활수준의 향상, 소득수준 증가, 여성들의 사회진출 증가로 미적욕구의 표출의 하나인 화장품 역시 많은 발전을 거듭해왔다. 화장품에 대한 기대심리가 높아지고 보습과 보호의 단순개념에서 다기능을 포함한 효능과 효과를 중요시하는 기능성 화장품의 수요가 증가하는 경향을 보이고 있는 것이 현실이다. 따라서 본 연구는 피부 관리실에서 노화 및 주름 개선을 목적으로 사용되는 화장품의 성분현황과 만족도를 조사하여 사용성분의 기초자료를 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 광주지역 3인 이상 근무하는 피부 관리실의 피부관리사를 대상으로 연구방법은 1차 설문지와를 통하여노화 및 주름개선을 목적으로 관리실에서 사용되고 있는 화장품 브랜드의 선호도 및 제품선택 시 중점요소와 효과를 조사한다. 둘째, 설문에서 밝혀진 브랜드 선호도를 조사한 후 상위 10개의 제품 중 에센스, 크림, 팩 제품의 전 성분 현황과 노화 및 주름개선 화장품에 사용되고 있는 유효성분과 추출물, 방부제, 계면활성제, 보습제 및 컨디셔닝제, 오일 또는 알콜류, 기타 등으로 구분하여 사용되고 있는 성분을 조사하고자 한다. 셋째, 노화 및 주름개선 화장품의 성분과 지식에 따른 관리 만족도와의 관련성을 밝히고자 한다. 수집된 자료는 윈도우용 SPSS 11.0 통계 패키지를 이용해서 기술 통계 분석, 교차분석(cross-tabulation analy sis), T-TEST, 다중회귀분석을 실시, 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 노화 및 주름개선 화장품을 선택할 때 중요하게 생각하는 요소로 화장품의 사용감이 26명(42.6%), 유효성분은 24명(39.3%)으로 나타났고 효과가 나타나는 시기는 또 4개월에서 6개월 사이가 26명(44.1%)로 나타났다. 둘째, 노화 및 주름개선을 위한 관리용 화장품의 선호 브랜드를 조사해본 결과 우선순위 10개 브랜드의 성분을 조사한 결과 에센스 21.7 ± 7.9개, 크림은 24.3 ± 8.9, 팩은 23.7 ± 10.3개의 성분이 포함되어 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 유효성분과 추출물은 브랜드별로 다양하게 나타났고 방부제는 메틸파라벤(Methyl Paraben), 계면활성제는 글리세릴스테아레이트(Glyceryl Stearate), 보습제와 컨디셔닝제는 글리세린(Glycerine), 유연화제로는 싸이클로펜타실록산(Cyclopentasiloxane)이 화장품에 가장 많이 사용된 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 기타성분으로는 오일이나 알콜류로는 비즈왁스(Beeswax), 실리콘유에는 디메치콘(Dimethicone), 점증제로는 카보머(Carbomer), 금속이온 봉쇄제로는 디소디움이디티에이(Disodium EDTA), 산화방지제로는 메에이치티(BHT)가 가장 많이 사용되고 있음을 보였다. 다섯째, 노화 및 주름개선 관리를 위한 화장품의 만족도는 피부 관리 화장품에 대한 이해도(β=.013, t=.079, p>.05)에는 유의적 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났으나 피부 관리 화장품 성분에 대한 지식(β=.318, t=2.002, p<.01)과 만족도는 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 노화 주름관리에 사용되는 화장품들은 특성상 보습제가 포함되어있는 화장품을 선택, 사용되고 있었으며 성분의 지식이나 이해도가 높을수록 만족도가 높아지는 것을 알 수 있었다. As living quality is improving, people earn more income and more women work outside, cosmetics has rapidly developed for expression of their aesthetic desires. Expectancy on cosmetics becomes higher, and the demand of cosmetics is increasing with a focus on its efficacy and effect instead of simple concepts such as refreshing and protection. Therefore, this study aims to analyse components of cosmetics which is used against ageing and wrinkles in skin care shops and satisfaction in it and present basic data on components used. Therefore this study analysed components of cosmetics used for anti-aging and anti-wrinkles in skin care shops and satisfaction, aiming to present basic data on components used. The subjects of the study were skin care experts who are working for skin care shops with more than three employees in Gwangju. For the purpose, the study analysed preference of cosmetic brands used for anti-aging and anti-wrinkles in skin care shops and considerations in selection of cosmetics and effects using a questionnaire. Second, the study examined preferences of cosmetic brands revealed in the questionnaire and analysed components of essence, cream, and pack of top ten brands, and effective components, extracts, preservatives, surfactant, humectant, conditioner, oil, alcohol and others used for anti-ageing and anti-wrinkles. Third, the study identified the relations between components of anti-aging and anti-wrinkles, and care satisfaction. The data collected had the following analyses using SPSS 11.0: a descriptive statistics, a cross-tabulation analysis, a t-test and a multi-regression analysis and the results are presented as follows: First, 26 respondents(42.6%) considered texture of cosmetics important in selecting cosmetics and 24 ones (39.3%) considered effective components important. 26 subjects (44.1%) answered that the period that effectiveness appears is between four and six months. Second, as a result of surveying components of 10 preferred cosmetic brands of anti-ageing and wrinkle-free cosmetics, it was discovered that essence included components of 21.7 ± 7.9, cream included those of 24.3 ± 8.9, and pack included those of 23.7 ± 10.3. Third, each brand had different effective components and extracts, and mainly used methyl paraben as a preservative, glycery istearate as a surface-active agent, glycerine as a humectan and conditioning agent, and cyclopentasiloxane as a softening agent Fourth, it mainly used other components as follows: bees wax for oil and alcohol, dimethicone for silicon oil, and carbom as a thickener. disodium EDTA for sequestering agent, and BHT for antioxidant. Fifth, it was discovered that satisfaction in anti-ageing and wrinkle-free effect did not have a significant effect on understanding of skin care cosmetics (β=.013, t=.079, p>.05), but it had a significant effect on knowledge on components of skin care cosmetics (β=.318, t=2.002, p<.01). In conclusion, it was discovered that cosmetics with humectant was preferred for anti-ageing and wrinkle-free effect and the more knowledge and understanding on components they had, the higher satisfaction they had in cosmetics.

        전기자극이 진피의 제1형 콜라겐 mRNA와 TGF-β1 mRNA 발현에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of electrical stimulation on type I collagen mRNA and TGF-β1 mRNA expression in the dermis of young and old rats. The effect of electrical stimulation according to stimulation period was also observed. Sixty-four 6 week-old female Sprague-Dawley rats (130-150 g) and sixty-four 50 week-old female Sprague-Dawley rats (300-350 g) were randomly assigned to sham-control or electrical stimulation groups. Each of these groups were divided into 4 groups: 0 week as an initial control, 1 week, 2 weeks and 3 weeks. The rats of electrical stimulation group received electrical stimulation with a current intensity of 30~50 V at 120 pps and 140 μs for a duration of 30 minutes, while the sham-control group was given the same treatment without electricity for one to three weeks. The expression of type I collagen mRNA and TGF-β1 mRNA was assessed by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR), and the expression ratio was measured and calculated using a gel documentation imaging system and image analysis software. The Student t-test showed type I collagen mRNA and TGF-β1 mRNA expression ratio of electrically stimulated young and old rats was significantly higher than those of sham-control rats, which was significantly increased in 2 weeks and 3 weeks(p<0.05). These findings suggest that the electrical stimulation may activate cellular responses of the fibroblasts by alteration of the electric environment in dermis, and it may increase type I collagen mRNA, and TGF-β1 mRNA expression in the young and aged dermis of rats.

        민간위탁관련 법제의 문제점에 관한 연구

        As the number of multicultural families in Korean society have been increased dramatically, the Korean government, the Ministry of Gender Equality & Family in particular has been implementing the multicultural family support policy since 2006 as a measure to support for early adaption and stable settlement of multicultural family and to enhance Korean society"s receptivity to multiple cultures by offering various programs which focus on educations, counseling, and cultural activities, support for childcare, interpretation and translation service including Korean language education, etc. at the total of 217 local multicultural family support centers nationwide. For the purpose of the improvement of administration efficiency and the acceleration of private sector participation, The Korean government has been expanding the contracting-out of multicultural family support affairs for years. Thus, this study analyzed the contracting-out of multicultural family support affairs on the status and issues of the multicultural family support center through the comparative analysis on the ordinance of local governments. As a result, it is necessary to be supplemented a few things on the ordinance of local governments or the government’s guidelines on the management and operation of multicultural family support affairs. First, the person in charge of the multicultural family support center should be given more authority over the scope of the work of the contracting-out. Second, Local governments must open up a list of all candidates during the open recruitment process and must specify their absolute score by item. It is also very important to set the criteria for providing safe facilities because there are lots of children’s use in the center. Third, the establishment of objective criteria to supervise efficiency in operations of the center is required as well. Finally, if there is a dispute between the local government and the person in charge of the center, or damage caused to the user by the person in charge of the center during work intentionally or accidentally, the provisions for dispute settlement or liability for damages shall be included in both the ordinance of the local governments and the government’s guidelines on the management and operation of multicultural family support affairs.

        결정질 실리콘 태양전지 응용을 위한 SiN<sub>x</sub> 및 SiO<sub>2</sub> 박막의 패시베이션 특성 연구

        다양한 공정 조건으로 $SiN_x$와 $SiO_2$ 박막을 형성하고 이에 대한 패시베이션 특성에 대한 연구를 수행하였다. Plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition(PECVD)을 이용하여 증착된 $SiN_x$ 박막의 경우, 증착 두께가 증가함에 따라 페시베이션 특성이 향상되는 것을 관찰하였다. 이는 PECVD 증착 공정 중 유입되는 수소 원자들이 실리콘 표면에 존재하는 Dangling bond와 결합하여 소수 캐리어의 재결합 현상을 효과적으로 감소시켰기 때문이다. 건식 산화법으로 형성된 $SiO_2$ 박막은 습식 산화법으로 형성된 것 보다 치밀한 계면 구조를 가짐으로 인하여 약 20배 이상 우수한 패시베이션 특성을 나타내었다. 건식 산화 공정 온도가 증가함에 따라 패시베이션 특성이 열화되는 현상이 발생하였고, Capacitance-voltage(C-V) 및 Conductance-voltage(G-V) 분석을 통하여 $SiO_2$/실리콘 계면에 존재하는 계면 결함 밀도 증가에 의해 나타나는 현상임을 알 수 있었다. We have investigated the passivation property of $SiN_x$ and $SiO_2$ thin films formed using various process conditions for the application of crystalline Si solar cells. An increase in the thickness of $SiN_x$ deposited using plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD) led to the improvement of passivation quality. This could be associated with the passivation of Si dangling bonds by hydrogen atoms which were supplied during PECVD deposition. The $SiO_2$ thin films grown using dry oxidation process exhibited better passivation behavior than those using wet oxidation process, implying the dry oxidation process was more effective in the formation of high quality $SiO_2$ thin films. The relative effective life time gradually decreased with increasing dry oxidation temperature. Such a degradation of passivation behavior could be attributed to the increase in interface trap density caused by thermal damages.

      • 세정방법에 따른 국소마취제 이온도입의 효율과 편안감 비교

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determined that the efficacy and comfort of iontophoretic transdermal delivery of lidocaine by comparison of local anesthetic duration, sensory threshold, pain threshold and pain tolerance levels according to four different cleansing regimes. Methods: Forty healthy volunteers were randomly assigned to four groups; oil cleansing group, lotion cleansing group, solution cleansing group and alcohol cleansing group. All subjects were received lidocaine iontophoresis on the forearm using direct current with 4 mA for 10 minutes. All subjects were measured the duration of local anesthesia after lidocaine iontophoresis, also evaluated the sensory threshold, pain threshold and pain tolerance level during iontophoresis. For comparisons of the efficacy and the sensory characteristics of iontophoresis within the groups, an one-way ANOVA was used. Results: The duration of local anesthesia were found significant difference between groups (p<0.001). The anesthetic duration in solution and alcohol cleansing groups were significantly longer than oil and lotion cleansing group by post hoc (p<0.05). Statistically significant difference were noted in respect to all sensory characteristics such as sensory threshold, pain threshold and pain tolerance between groups (p<0.001). The sensory threshold in solution and alcohol cleansing group were significantly lower than oil and lotion cleansing group by post hoc using Duncan multiple range test (p<0.05). The pain threshold and pain tolerance in solution and alcohol cleansing group were significantly higher than oil and lotion cleansing group by post hoc (p<0.05). Conclusion: These results demonstrated that cleansing regimes have affected the efficacy and discomfort of iontophoretic transdermal delivery of lidocaine. These findings indicate that cleansing agents without oil ingredient contributed to more comfort, and more successful achievement of the iontophoretic transdermal delivery.

        N-type 결정질 실리콘 태양전지 응용을 위한 Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> 박막의 패시베이션 특성 연구

        Atomic layer deposition(ALD)을 이용하여 $Al_2O_3$ 박막을 형성하고 이에 대한 패시베이션 특성에 대한 연구를 수행하였다. ALD로 증착된 $Al_2O_3$ 박막은 $400^{\circ}C$ 5분간 후속 열처리 공정 후에도 $Al_2O_3$ - 실리콘 계면 반응 없이 비정질 상태를 유지할 만큼 구조적으로 안정한 특성을 나타내었다. 후속 열처리 후 $Al_2O_3$ 박막의 패시베이션 특성이 향상되었으며, 이는 field effective 패시베이션과 화학적 패시베이션 효과가 동시에 상승에 기인하는 것으로 판단된다. $Al_2O_3$ 박막의 음고정 전하를 정량적으로 평가하기 위해서 후속 열처리 공정을 거친 $Al_2O_3$ 박막을 이용하여 metal-oxide-semiconductor(MOS) 소자를 제작하고 capacitance-voltage(C-V) 분석을 수행하였다. C-V 결과로부터 추출된 flatband voltage($V_{FB}$)와 equivalent oxide thickness(EOT)의 관계식을 통하여 $Al_2O_3$ 박막의 고정음전하는 $2.5{\times}10^{12}cm^{-2}$로 계산되었으며, 이는 본 연구에서 제시된 $Al_2O_3$ 박막 공정이 N-type 실리콘 태양전지의 패시베이션 공정에 응용 가능하다는 것을 의미한다. The passivation property of $Al_2O_3$ thin film formed using atomic layer deposition (ALD) for the application of crystalline Si solar cells was investigated using microwave photoconductance decay (${\mu}$-PCD). After post-annealing at $400^{\circ}C$ for 5 min, $Al_2O_3$ thin film exhibited the structural stability having amorphous nature without the interfacial reaction between $Al_2O_3$ and Si. The post-annealing at $400^{\circ}C$ for 5 min led to an increase in the relative effective lifetime of $Al_2O_3$ thin film. This could be associated with the field effective passivation combined with surface passivation of textured Si. The capacitance-voltage (C-V) characteristics of the metal-oxide-semiconductor (MOS) with $Al_2O_3$ thin film post-annealed at $400^{\circ}C$ for 5 min was carried out to evaluate the negative fixed charge of $Al_2O_3$ thin film. From the relationship between flatband voltage ($V_{FB}$) and equivalent oxide thickness (EOT), which were extracted from C-V characteristics, the negative fixed charge of $Al_2O_3$ thin film was calculated to be $2.5{\times}10^{12}cm^{-2}$, of which value was applicable to the passivation layer of n-type crystalline Si solar cells.

        공동주택 유형에 따른 광환경 시뮬레이션 분석 및 조도를 고려한 식물선정

        This study aims to suggest a way in order for the plants to adapt to an adequate growing environment by dividing areas according to illumination level and through selecting suitable plants. Based on the result of photoenvironment simulation, the type that showed the most satisfactory illumination level was type Y, and it is followed by the tower type, mixed type and straight type, in that order. The result of plant selection according to illumination level based on light, shade and mixed environment analyzed by photoenvironment shows that as for shade plants, there are 7 species such as, Thalictrum rochebrunianum var. grandisepalum (H.Lév.) Nakai, Lysimachia nummularia‘Aurea’ and Liriope platyphylla F.T.Wang & T.Tang. For sun plants, there are 13 species such as Phlox subulata L., Prunella vulgaris var. lilacina Nakai and Mazus miquelii Makino. For mixed environment plants, there are 27 species such as Sedum kamtschaticum Fisch. & Mey., Lysimachia barystachys Bunge and Veronica linariifolia Pall. ex Link. Mixed plants are analyzed to be apt for planting in most spaces of apartment building complexes, therefore, they are analyzed to be suitable, in fact, for the widest spectral areas inside the apartment complex.

      • 실내외 정원용 화훼식물 유통 품목 변화

        ‘화훼’라는 소재가 도시에서 소비되고 있는 산업규모는 1조 원을 상회하는 시장이 형성되어 있다고 보고되고 있다. 현재 각 지자체에서는 탄소중립, 그린뉴딜 사업의 추진, 지역별 정원박람회 등 주민참여 이벤트 개최, 코로나 19 사태로 개인 여가활동을 위한 반려식물의 활용 등 광범위한 분야에서 도시화훼의 역할이 증대되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 최근 10년간 화훼경관 조성 및 생활원예 산업의 탄력적인 시장 대응을 위해 초화류, 분화류, 관엽식물의 유통현황 및 품목변화 특성을 분석하여 실내외 정원소재로서 도시화훼 품목의 합리적 유통과 최근의 소비추이를 이해하는 기초자료로 활용하고자 하였다. 공간 환경조건에 따라 관엽 및 다육식물을 포함한 실내분화류(foliage plant), 1년생 초화류(annual), 다년초(perennial) 3유형으로 분류하여 2000년부터 2020년까지 국립종자원에 생산수입판매신고 된 품목을 조사하고, 최근 10년간 aT의 화훼유통정보의 거래량과 단가변화를 분석하였다. 베란다, 오피스 등 실내정원 식물로 활용가능 한 실내분화류의 생산수입판매신고건수는 2000년부터 매년 평균 13.6품목, 128.3건이 되었으나 2006년 이후 급격히 하락하여 2017년까지 10년간은 평균 8.0품목, 20.9건이 신고되었다. 그러나 2018년부터 최근까지 연 평균 37.3종의 품종 86건으로 급격하게 상승하고 있다. 2020년 거래품목은 총 322종으로 거래량은 실내 꽃식물이 54,176속 평균단가 4,142원, 화단용 다년초 47,271속 평균단가 3,857원, 다육식물 46,310속 평균단가 2,144원, 관엽식물 44,051속 평균단가 4,452원, 1년초 35,727속 평균단가 1,764원 순이었다.
