심신수련의 에너지학 적용에 관한 연구

물리세계에서 모든 일과 작용에는 반드시 에너지 변화가 수반되고, 우주 만상은 에너지 변화과정의 물리적 결과물이다. 또한 근래 대체통합의학의 기반인 에너지의학과 심신의학도 생체에너지의 부조화와 조화의 회복을 그 원천으로 하고 있다. 따라서 심신수련은 생체에너지의 증가가 방법론으로서 핵심이 되어야 한다. 그러나 많은 방법들이 생체에너지로서 스칼라 에너지를 향상시키고 있으나, 벡터 에너지로서의 방향성 즉 수련자의 수련 목적과 용도가 우주의식과 전체의식에 있지 않고, 개체의식이나 질병치료 수준에 머물고 있어서 한계를 가지고 있다. 많은 선각자들 또한 달을 가리키는 손가락처럼 달에 가는 구체적인 방법에 대해서는 언급이 없이 달이 저기 있으니 가면 된다고 주장하고 있으며, 수련자는 달에 직접가는 원리의 실천보다는 달을 가리키는 손가락만을 보면서 분별을 계속하고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 벡터 에너지로서의 생체에너지 특성을 분석하고, 생체에너지 발현의 방법론으로서 에너지 작용 방법론에 관하여 고찰하였으며, 논리적 타당성의 검증과 함께 현대 사회를 사는 생활인으로서 생활 속에서 실천할 수 있고, 실제로 이루어지기 위한 전제조건에 대하여 다루었다. All things and actions in the world are accompanied energy transition, and all exists are results of transformation of energy. Recently medicine of substitution alternative. integrative medicine, mind-body medicine have the resource of recovery between harmony and inharmony of bio-energy. Accordingly the increase of bio-energy come to be a core in mind-body discipline method, as a methodology. But a lot of methodologies increase scalar energy as a bio-energy thou, the direction of vector energy that practice purpose and use of practicer is not in cosmos consciousness and whole consciousness, but has limitation that level of disease treatment and an individual consciousness. Many of pioneers have no any concrete method to go to the moon, insist that ould go to the moon because there is a moon like a indicating finger, practicer not to try to practice principal to go to the moon directly but keep iscrimination seeing moon. Therefore, in this paper, we investigated about special quality of scalar and vector energy as a methodology to analyze energy and to increase bio-energy.

생체에너지 발현과 심신수련법에 관한 연구

21세기 들어서 세계 의료체계의 패러다임은 서양의학에서 자연의학으로, 대체의학에서 보완의학과 통합의학으로, 병원과 의료인 중심에서 생활의학과 자연치유 중심으로 전환되고 있는 중이다. 또한 그 동안 현대의학에 진단치료기술을 지원하던 의공학과 생체공학 기술도 크게 방향전환을 하고 있는 중이다. 인체를 해부생리학적 대상으로 보고 형태적 가시화 진단을 하던 방식에서, MRI 영상으로 암세포가 발견되기 이전에 생체에너지의 변화를 진단하고 예방치료 하는 에너지의학 중심으로 전환되어 가고 있다. 여기에 동원되는 기술도 인체세포에 해를 주는 X-ray나 방사선과 같은 물리적 자극에서 해가 없는 파동의학이나 양자의학과 같은 에너지의학이 중심이 되어 가고 있으며, 특히 약물이나 방사선, 어떤 물리화학적 자극도 없이, 의식의 변화만으로 암세포를 소멸시키고 인체에너지의 조화와 항상성을 회복시키는 정신신경면역학과 심신의학이 전일의학을 실현하는 이상적 방법론으로 인정되고 있다. 그러나 이와 같은 심신수련과 질병회복의 수단으로서 심신요법이 임상과 실제에 적용되기 위해서는 검증이 가능한 객관성과 유효성이 있는 진료수단으로서의 방법이 확보되어야 하는 문제가 남아 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 모든 변화의 원천으로서 에너지를 분석하고 이를 증가시키기 위한 방법, 즉 생체에너지를 발현시키기 위한 방법론으로서 스칼라와 백터에너지의 특성에 대하여 고찰하였다. Entering 21th century, Paradigm of world medical system is becoming from the west medical to nature medical. And by complementary and integration medicine in alternative medicine, is shifting from hospital and medical center by naturopathy and the self-healing. Also in meantime, biomedical engineering and a bio-technology that support diagnostic management in modern medical are changing greatly. Measurement of human body on physiology register target and in mode that do formal visualization diagnostic, is diagnosing change of body energy and is converted to energy medicine that do courtesy call treatment before cancer cells are discovered by MRI CT. Energy medicine such as vibration medicine that is hurtless in physical stimulus such as X-ray or radiation damaging in human body cell or bio energy state of a mobilized technology is becoming the center here. Specially, remove cancer cells by drugs or radiation, without some physicochemical stimulus, only change of consciousness and reconciliation of human body energy to ideal methodology that recuperative psychoneuroimmunology, psychosomatic medicine and Mind-body medicine realizes previous disease recognize. But, problem that method by medical examination and treatment resources that verification is possible objectivity and effectiveness so that mind and body method of treatment is applied in presence at a clinical treatment and actuality by resources of such mind and body practice and disease recovery should be secured remains. Therefore, in this paper, as source of all changes, investigated about scholar and vector energy special quality as methodology to develop method, that is, bio-energy to analyze energy and increases bio-energy.

경혈식별(經穴識別)을 위한 최적파라메터 추출 및 경혈(經穴) 반응특성 분석

The conventional acupoint stimulus pattern have used DC for discrimination of acupoint and meridian line which are basic object of diagnosis and medical treatment in oriental medicine. But it is not sufficient to reliance in discrimination and safety of body effect. When the measurement is repeated, discrimination ratio and reproductivity became lower because DC current is decreased proportionately time. It influences to cells and physiological state and causes polarization of cells. So when electrode pressure is increased, DC has long discriminate time and pain results. Also, pulse stimulus type uses high voltage(12V~60V) and frequency of 40hz~200hz, so it makes polarization of cells and ionization of hydrogen. A changeable pulse source causes electrical pain by high and narrow voltage. Its phenomenon is similar to that of DC. To overcome these weaknesses, we propose the SPAC(Single Power Alternating Current) that minimizes the variables of the measurement pressure, body effect and the skin resistance, and extract optimal parameter of stimulus pattern. The SPAC has square-like waveform with 4Khz of 1.28V, duty ratio 40%. It can minimize polarization and ionization of cells because it uses low voltage and alternative current. So the SPAC can hardly influence to cells and physiological state. We designed discrimination system using SPAC stimulus pattern and measured low impedance points(LIP) along meridians with three stimulus patterns and compared their electrical characteristics. In the results, the SPAC has more advantages than DC and pulse type, in aspects of pain by high voltage and electrode pressure, safety and physiological influence on body.

생체에너지 발현과 심신수련법에 관한 연구

생체에너지의 증가는 심신수련의 방법으로서 핵심이다. 그러나 생체에너지와 의식에너지를 포함한 이 세상에 존재하는 모든 물리적 에너지는 크기만 있는 스칼라에너지와 방향성을 갖는 벡터에너지로 구별된다. 이러한 에너지 특성과 분류에서 보면 생체에너지는 스칼라가 아니라 벡터에너지이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 벡터에너지로서의 생체에너지 특성을 분석하고, 생체에너지 발현의 방법론으로서 의식에너지 작용의 방향성에 관하여 고찰하였으며, 현대사회를 사는 생활인으로서 생활 속에서 실천할 수 있고, 실제로 이루어질 수 있는 심신수련과 벡터에너지 방향 설정에 대하여 제안하였다. Increasing of bio-energy and consciousness energy are purpose of many discipline methodologies. But, all energies that exist in the world including bio-energy and consciousness energy are distinguished by scholar energy that has only quantity, and vector energy that has quantity and direction factor. It classify according to these energy special characteristics, bio-energy is not scholar energy but vector energy. So, in this thesis, analysis special characteristics of bio-energy as vector energy, and investigated about direction factor of consciousness energy action as methodology of manifestation for increase bio-energy. Furthermore, proposed with direction of vector energy that is able to practice in common life who live in modern society.

씀바귀(Ixeris dentata Nakai) 생즙 추출물의 생리활성

생식용 씀바귀의 섭취의 일환으로 생즙의 생리활성을 검색하기 위하여 본 실험을 실시하였다. DPPH free radical 소거법에 의한 항산화활성을 검정한 결과 에칠아세테이트 분획물이 RC_(50)값이 28 μg/mL로 강한 활성을 나타내었다. 항미생물 활성 실험에서는 곰팡이 균주에 대해서는 생즙 농축액이 분획물에 비하여 우수한 활성을 나타냈으며, 특히 Hypocrea nigricans에 대해서는 대조구보다 우수한 활성을 나타낸 반면 세균균주에 대해서는 에칠아세테이트 분획물이 우수한 활성을 나타내었다. 또한 각 균주에 대하여 씀바귀 생즙이 독성을 나타내지 않는 범위에서 직접 돌연변이원(MNNG, ANQO)과 간접돌연변이원(B(a)P, Trp-P-1)에 대하여 실험을 실시한 결과 강력한 발암물질로써 직접 변이원으로 사용된 MNNG(0.4 μg/plate)의 경우 S. typhimurium TA100 균주에서 시료농도 50 μg/plate에서 부탄올 분획물이 78.72%로 가장 높은 억제 효과가 나타냈으며, 4NQO(0.15 μg/plate)에 대한 S. typhymurium TA98 균주에서 에칠아세테이트 분획층이 74.21%로 가장 높은 억제 효과를 나타냈으며, TA100 균주의 경우에는 부탄올 분획물(75 μg/plate)에서 73.11%로 가장 높은 억제 효과를 나타내었다. Trp-P-1(0.15 μg/plate)을 사용한 S. typhimurium TA98 균주에서는 시료농도 100 μg/plate에서 물 분획물(75 μg/plate)에서 83.09%의 가장 높은 억제 효과를 보였고, TA100 균주의 경우, 시료농도 100 μg/plate에서 부탄올 분획물에서 68.88%의 가장 높은 억제 효과를 보였고, B(a)P(10 μg/plate)에서는 TA98 균주 100 μg/plate의 시료농도에서는 에칠아세테이트 분획물이 78.83%로 가장 높은 억제 효과를 보였으며, TA100 균주 100 μg/plate의 시료농도에서는 핵산 분획물이 75.96%로 가장 높은 억제 효과를 보였다. 각종 암세포주(A549, Hep3B, MCF-7)에 대한 증식 억제 효과를 실험을 한 결과, 폐암세포주인 A549세포에서는 부탄올 분획물(375 μg/mL)이 93.75%로 가장 높은 억제 효과를 나타내었고, 간암세포주인 Hep3B에서는 핵산 분획물(500 μg/mL)이 84.91%로 가장 높은 억제 효과를 보였다. 또한, 유방암 세포주인 MCF-7에서도 핵산 분획물(500 μg/mL)이 68.56%의 높은 억제 효과를 보였다. 씀바귀 추출물은 인간 정상 간세포 293에서 시료농도에 따른 증식 억제 효과를 보였다. 1000 μg/mL 시료 첨가 시 암세포에 대하여 대부분 60% 전후의 성장 억제를 하였고, 정상인 293세포에 대해서는 32% 이하로 생육을 억제하였다. 이는 씀바귀 추출물이 암세포의 성장억제 대한 높은 효과에 비해 정상세포에 대해서는 비교적 낮은 독성을 나타냄을 알 수 있었다. Ixeris dentata extracts exhibited antimicrobial activity against some bacteria and fungi. Also EtOH extracts showed strong antioxidant activity and RC_(50) value was 28 μg/mL. The inhibitory effect of Ixeris dentata on the mutagenicity in Salmonella and cytotoxicity on cancer cell were studied. Ixeris dentata extracts showed antimutagenic effects of 78.83 and 75.96% on B(a)P in S. typhimurium TA98 and TA100, respectively. These extracts showed 78.72% antimutagenicity on TA100 against MNNG. The Ixeris dentata extract with strong antimutagenic activities was further fractionated by hexane, ethyl acetate, butanol and water. Butanol fraction was found to be highest in antimutagenic activity against MNNG than the other fractions. Butanol fraction of Ixreis dentate revealed the highest cytotoxicity against A549 human lung carcinoma cells in which cell growth was inhibited by 93.75% at 375 μg/mL. Hexane fraction of Ixeris dentata exhibited 68.56% inhibition against MCF-7 human breast adenocarcinoma cells at 500 μg/mL. Hexane fraction of Ixeris dentata exhibited 84.91% inhibition against Hep 3B human hepatocellular carcinoma cells at 500 μg/mL. From these results, it is considered that Ixeris dentata has strong antimutagenic and anticancer effects in vitro. However, these extracts and fractions did not show any cytotoxic effect against 293 cells.

음향 자극에 의한 인체 경락의 반응분석

본 논문에서는 경락의 실체를 객관화하기 위한 방법으로서, 경락과 비경락을 음향 자극하고 인체의 임피던스 변화를 분석하였으며, 인체 에너지에 대한 고전 동양의학 이론인 경락순행통로 학설의 타당성을 입증하기 위하여 경락지하수 학설을 제안하였다. 현대의학의 주장과 같이 경락은 그 존재를 증명할 만한 채널이나 파이프 형태의 해부학적 실체를 가지고 있지 않다. 그러나 생체에너지는 인체 안에서 관상구조없이 지하를 흐르는 지하수 흐름과 유사하게 경락을 따라 흐른다. 이러한 모델의 반응특성을 확인하기 위하여, 인체의 경락을 지하수가 흐르는 관로로 보고 지하수를 탐지하는 산업용 음향탐사기법을 적용하기 위하여, 피부와 청각을 구분하여 음향자극하고 경혈과 대조적인 비경혈에서의 인체 임피던스 반응을 분석하였다. 특히 자극 음향과 12경락과의 주파수 상관성을 추출하기 위하여, 5개의 특정 음으로 자극하고 측정전류의 평균치와 변화율을 처리하였다. 분석결과 전류 변화율은 족궐음간경(宮), 수소음심경(商) 30.6%, 족소음신경(角) 33.1%, 족태음비경(徵) 33.9%, 수태음폐경(羽) 30.7%로 대조점과 구별되는 특성을 가지고 있어서, 경락은 비경락과 구별되는 채널 특성을 나타내고 있으며 5개 경락은 5개의 특정 음과 상관성이 있음을 확인하였다. This study is to analyze the impedance response in human body by acoustic stimulation on acupoints and contrast parte; for objectification of the meridian substance. It is to verify meridian pathway and channel theory or bio-energy in body. This paper proposes to make an hypothesis about the underground water theory. The meridian has not tube or pipe line type channel but bio-energy flow along the channel similar to flowing pattern of underground water in body. It was analyzed the current characteristic or impedance response after acoustic stimulation by sound wave of 5 specific tones. The response characteristics of current stimulation are measured by the average current magnitude and variation ratio or meridian. The current variation ratio or Live Meridian(gung) 33.2%, Heart Meridian(sang) 30.7% Kidney Meridian (gak) 33.1%, Spleen Meridian(chi) 33.9%, Lung Meridian (wo) 30.7% are to be compared to contrast parts (non-acupoint and meridian). In experimental results, meridian is discrimination to non-meridian, and 5 vital meridians have a reciprocal relationship with sound wave of 5 specific tones.

고전경락과의 부합율 향상을 위한 경혈자극방식의 개선 및 식별시스템의 설계

Conventional stimulus patterns have used DC for discrimination of acupoint and meridian which is the basic object of diagnosis and medical treatment in oriental medicine. Those discriminate conduction points by stimulation on body skin with DC. But, it is insufficient to reliability in discrimination ratio, coincident ratio, body effect, reproductivity. Therefore, this paper has extracted the optimal parameter of frequency and waveform in order to improve conventional pattern, and proposed the SPAC(Single Power Alternative Current) stimulus pattern applying that. Also, We proposes algorithm which is able to discriminate with low pressure of the electrode by displaying in the level meter both the absolution and relation value of the skin current. It can decrease pain and body effect by electrode pressure and discriminate acupoint regardless of skin current in difficult discrimination spot. We have compared the performance of system applying the extracted optimal parameter and algorithm. We have compared discrimination, coincident ratio of both conduction point and traditional acupoints by acupoint stimulation pattern. In the results, we confirmed reliability of SPAC stimulus pattern. 한의학에서 진단과 치료의 기본 대상인 경혈?경락의 혈위 식별을 위한 방법으로 기존의 방식은 직류를 인체 피부에 자극하여 양도점을 식별하고 있다. 그러나 직류는 피부의 저항과 용량성으로 인한 시간에 따른 전류 감소현상을 나타내며, 이러한 시간적 감소현상은 경락진단의 변수로는 유의성을 가지나 식별율 및 부합율, 인체영향력, 재현성 등에서 식별데이터의 신뢰성이 충분하지 못한 단점이 있었다. 이를 개선하기 위하여 1.28V의 4kHz, 듀티비 40%의 구형파인 SPAC(Single Power Alternative Current) 자극방식의 최적 파라메터를 추출하였다. 또한 피부 상태에 관계없이 식별이 어려운 부위에서도 식별이 용이하도록 피부 전류량의 절대값과 상대값을 동시에 표시하고, 측정 전류량을 그래프로 연속 표시하여 식별에 유리하도록 하였다. 추출된 최적파라메터와 알고리즘을 적용한 시스템을 구현하여 경혈자극 방식에 따른 식별율, 재현성, 인체영향력 및 고전 경혈점과의 부합율을 비교하여 성능이 우수함을 확인하였다.

‘큐레이 바이오메탈’ 기제품이 인체의 뇌기능 및 생체에너지장에 미치는 영향

바이오피드백원리를 이용한 뉴로피드백기술은 피험자의 뇌파변화를 실시간 시각적 정보로 바꾸어 피험자가 자기제어적 자극으로 활용하도록 하는 것으로서 반복된 과정을 거치는 동안 피험자의 뇌파는 점차 항상성과 자기조절능력을 회복하고 나아가 뇌기능이 전반적으로 향상되는 것을 알 수 있다. 또한 피험자의 뇌파들이 어떻게 조화를 이루고 균형을 이루어 가는지를 볼 수 있다. 뇌파만 보고도 사고력과 정서의 균형여부를 알 수 있다. 우리 뇌파의 영역은 0.5~60㎐ 내에 있다. 실질적으로 우리가 활동하고 있을 때에 나타나는 뇌파는 대부분 30㎐ 이내이고, 뇌세포의 많은 수가 동조되어 활동하고 있기 때문에 그 특성의 정량화가 가능하다. 이는 모든 사람들에게서 뇌파는 정신적 상태에 따라 같은 뇌파패턴이 나타날 수 있으며, 그렇기 때문에 매우 분석적이고 재현성이 높은 데이터를 얻을 수가 있다. 뇌파는 어떤 질병을 찾아내는 것이 아니라 뇌의 기능적 변화를 나타내며, 진폭과 위상에 따른 뇌파 상의 변화를 주는 요인은 개인차, 연령, 의식상태의 변화, 정신활동 및 지각자극, 신체의 생리적 변화, 뇌 내 병적과정 혹은 질환상태 등이 있다. 또한 진폭과 위상에 따라 의식상태, 정신활동 및 지각자극, 신체의 생리적 상태가 다른 것을 알 수 있다. 일반적으로 기제품의 특징은 사용자의 상당수가 즉각적인 변화를 느끼는 편이나 대부분 그 변화는 정량적인 것이 아닌 정성적인 것으로 개개인의 주관적인 느낌에 의존하는 경향이 있어 이를 객관적인 데이터로 확인하기가 매우 어려운 점이 있다. 큐레이 팔찌의 경우 이미 국내의 몇몇 대학 및 외국의 임상실험을 통해 통증완화에서 매우 유의성 있는 정량적 결과를 보여주고 있으나, 정성적인 변화에 대해서는 미진함이 있다. 본 연구에서는 뉴로피드백기술의 새로운 뇌기능분석프로그램을 이용하여 큐레이팔찌의 영향을 다양한 연령층을 대상으로 조사연구 한 바 ‘큐레이팔찌'가 뇌기능 향상에 전반적으로 매우 긍정적인 영향을 끼치는 것으로 밝혀졌다.
