CFT(Concrete Filled steel Tube) combines the benefits of steel structure with that of concrete as a advantageous structure of<br/> being able to exhibit the maximum performance and excels in workability, economical efficiency, with being able possible to make<br/> high-rise building and long-span space and use widely in spite of small-section of column. However, it is difficult to inspect the<br/> filling performance of concrete due to the closed section like circular and square CFT columns. Specially, in case of joint with<br/> diaphragm, there is probability to occur a void in bottom of the diaphragm after placing concrete. Moreover, it is so hard to<br/> guarantee the quality of CFT and facilitate placing of concrete that the ways are needed to control the proper degree of strength<br/> suitable for filled-concrete in steel tubes. Due to this actual circumstances, the fact is that it is difficult for CFT to apply in the<br/> workplace because of lack of confidence in quality control of owner and engineer of high-strength and high flow concrete and lack<br/> of experience in a method placing in sites.<br/> In this study, the research is focused on finding the data on methods of strength concrete for CFT while examining compactability<br/> and workability of concrete by the mock-up test used over 800㎏f/㎠high strength concrete. Through such like this research, it is<br/> aimed at offering required data for field application of CFT in building industry nationwide.

In this study, there are kind of property experiments like fluidity, compressive strength, bleeding measurement, concrete sink for CFT use high fluidity concrete. The property difference between before transmit and after transmit concrete in the mock up test with ready mixed concrete equipment is examined. The variable factors in mock up are diaphragm existence and nonexistence, diaphragm placing hole sizes. To investing the concrete Property under diaphragm, concrete packing ability, hydration heat, core specimen strength tests are performed.

The production accounts of domestic by-product is increased after 1990's. It is worried about the life reduction of dump land, as dump land's capacity have reached to limitation and the amount of construction industrial wastes is going higher. Recently, recycling aggregates could be gained from the reconstruction works using recycle process, and the study research of recycle concretes developed concrete application methods. It could put some outcome of studies to practical use for concrete products. The methods of crushing waste concrete are going diverse. In this study. the fundamental experiments and recycling application is investigated and analyzed with use of recycling aggregate which made of mechanical crush and underwater electrical impact crush, and the difference between underwater electrical impact crush, mechanical crush and natural aggregates is studied.
N-Oxyldiethylenebenzothiazole-2-sulfenamide의 -S-N= 결합에 대한 전기화학적 환원

N-Oxyldiethylenebenzothiazole-2-sulfenamide (ODBS;가황산촉진제)의 전기화학적 환원을 직류와 시차펄스 폴라로그래피 순환 전압전류법, 조절전위 전기량법으로 연구하였다. ODBS의 전극환원과정은 단일 환원파(-1.86 volts vs. Ag/0.1 M AgN$O_3$in AN)에서 비가역으로 3전자가 이동하는 E-C-E-C 반응 메카니즘으로 진행되었다. 조절전위 전기분해 결과 SULFENAMIDE(-S-N=) 결합이 끊어지고 mercaptobenzothiazole(MBT)과 benzothiazole disulfide(MBT dimer) 그리고 유리된 sulfur 등이 생성물로 얻어졌따. pH 변화에 따른 폴라로그램의 해석과 생성물 분석의 결과를 바탕으로하여 전기화학적 반응 메카니즘을 제안하였다. The electrochemical reduction of N-oxyldiethylenebenzothiazole-2-sulfenamide (ODBS; vulcanization accelerator) was investigated by direct current polarography, differential pulse polarography, cyclic voltammetry and controlled potential coulometry. The irreversible electrode reduction of ODBS proceeded E-C-E-C reaction mechanism by three electrons transfer with irreversible one wave (-1.86 volts vs. Ag/0.1 M AgN$O_3$ in AN). As the results of controlled potential electrolysis, mercaptobenzothiazole (MBT), benzothiazole disulfide (MBT dimer) and extricated sulfur were products which followed by cleavage of the sulfenamide (-S-N=) bond. Upo the basis of products analysis and polarogram interpretation witli pH variable, electrochemical reaction mechanism was suggested.
폐유리 분말을 이용한 콘크리트 제품 개발을 위한 실험적 연구

The present age, it has been often reported that recycling of wasted glasses should be a great topic in related business circles. For the enviromental reasons, a public institution are looking for the ways of recycling these waste glasses. Consequently, the purpose of this research is to recycle crushed and powdered waste glasses(PWG) by substituting for the cement in mortar and concrete. First of all, the optimum replacement ratio of Powdered Waste Glasses can be obtained from the pilot test results. Secondary, we make advances in recycling of waste glasses as recycled to make secondary concrete products. So, we manufactured concrete brick, block and interlocking block for side walk and road contained powdered waste glasses by through basic test by mortar. finally, we compare properties among of concrete products to slove the economical and enviromental problems.
군내 감사나눔 운동에 영향을 미치는 선행변수에 관한 연구

본 연구는 감사나눔 운동 선행변수와 군 성과(전투력 향상) 간의 관계를 검증하기 위하여 실시되었다. 본 연구에서는 감사나눔 운동에 영향을 미치는 선행변수로 (1) 부대분위기, (2) 감사나눔 프로그램, (3) 군 인트라넷 활용도, (4) 부대홍보 등이 선정되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 첫째, 부대 분위기, 인트라넷, 부대 홍보, 등은 장병 만족도 및 군 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었으나 감사나눔 프로그램은 기각되었다. 둘째, 근무지역 및 지휘관 유형에 따라서 군 성과가 달라진다는 점이 확인되었다. 따라서 실무적인 측면에서 군내 감사나눔운동의 성과를 극대화하기 위해서는 첫째, 각 부대 책임자들은 부대 분위기, 군 인트라넷 활용, 부대홍보 등을 적극 활용하여 감사 나눔 운동을 전개해야 하고 둘째, 각 부대의 지휘관들은 말뿐이 아닌 진심에서 우러나는 마음에서 감사나눔 운동을 전개해야 하며 셋째, 감사나눔 운동은 군 성과에 정의 영향을 미치므로 각 부대에서는 보다 적극적인 제도 개선 노력에 집중해야 하며 넷째, 부대 지휘관 및 참모들은 더 정교하고 구체적인 감사 나눔 프로그램 개발, 인트라넷 활용방안 개발, 부대 홍보전략 개발 노력에 집중해야 한다. This research shed a light to leading variables of gratitude campaign and its effect on army performance (combat strength). Leading variables in this case was narrowed down to 1. Atmosphere in organization, 2. Gratitude campaign program, 3. Intranet availability, and 4. Military promotions. Result shows organizational atmosphere, intranet availability, and military promotions were adopted to prove their association for being positive effect to army performance, yet gratitude campaign program showed no correlation. As to maximize the performance of the gratitude campaign, applying other three lead variables are smart way to start. Bringing out sincerity from commanding officers who can motivate and give out inspiration to fellow junior officials may be the best solution to maximizing the efficiency of gratitude campaign.
마이크로파 가열기법에 의한 고강도콘크리트의 조기강도추정에 관한 실험적 연구

Compressive strength of concrete is considered it's most valuable property among the mechanical properties of concrete. but, If 28 days passes by, there is a quality badness in concrete. That concrete building is mandatory to repair, reinforce or remove after 28days. The early strength estimation method is required on the placing time. The new early strength estimation method solved that kinds of problems is Microwave use method. In this study, it is analyzed that factors and correlation of early strength estimation using high strength concrete. This experimental study gives the fundamental data which help a efficient quality control of real construction field. The result of this study is belows. (1) Both high strength concrete and normal, Strength develops in accelerating strength as W/C goes lower and as curing time is increase, the more accelerating strength develops. (2) In case of high strength concrete, the determination coefficient that between accelerated compressive strength and 28 days strength are 0.97 and the other case of normal, it that between accelerated compressive strength and 28 days strength is 0.94. (3) The determination coefficient that between accelerated compressive strength in the job mixing proportion that is applied to concrete experiment, 7 days strength and 28 days strength are 0.87, 0.92. Above result of the experiment shows that the strength estimation method with microwave can be appied to high strength concrete. It needs a many experiments to supplement correlations. The effort to reduce the deflection and increase the accelerating strength is required that have consideration to depend on.
콘크리트充塡 鋼管構造(CFT)用 高流動 高强度 콘크리트에 관한 實驗的 硏究

CFT(Concrete Filled steel Tube) is a structure of circular or squared of steel column filled with concrete. The steel tube holds the concrete inside and that makes this structure to perform superior features on stiffness, proof stress, transformation, fire resistance and also on construction itself. In this study, research has been done on the basic property of matter such as fluidity, resistance on segregation, compressive strength, setting icons of the concrete filled in the steel tube under conditions of cold and hot weather. This was compared to the data started in the index of planning and construction of steel tube structure, and mock up test has been done under air curing and adiabatic curing condition. In this study, hydration heat variations while the concrete hardening, core samples were extracted to analysis compressive strength and unit weight. With the results from the tests, it is possible to conclude that adiabatic cured mock up show better proof stress condition under cold weather condition, and air cured mock up show better proof stress condition under hot weather condition. In order to have a satisfactory quality control, special curing management according to the weather conditions is required. Especially when using the method of tremie, special care is needed on the decreasing proof stress of the concrete between two diaphragms.
