        염화메틸렌 중독에 의한 사망 1례

        A 52-year-old man was found dead in the driver's seat of his tank lorry. The tank lorry was used to transport industrial wastewater to a disposal plant; the material was transferred into a storage tank with the help of compressed air. The wastewater contained methylene chloride and 2-chloropyridine. No respiratory protective equipment was used while working under these conditions. The autopsy report showed extensive edema and congestion of the brain, lung, and intraperitoneal organs. The concentrations of methylene chloride in lung and brain were reported at 398 and 67 mg/kg, respectively.

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of emotional and informational support intervention on the burden and depression of primary family caregivers caring hospitalized stroke patients. Method: The research was a quasi-experimental study using a nonequivalent control group non-synchronized design. The participants were 30 primary family caregivers, 15 in the experimental group and 15 in the control group. A pre-test and a post-test were conducted to measure main variables. The emotional and informational support intervention program was executed 2 times for 2 weeks. Program consisted of education about stroke by guidebook and counseling, was given for the experimental group. Data were analyzed using χ2, Fisher s exact test, and independent t-test with SPSS 14.0 program. Results: There were statistically significant decrease in burden, but depression was not statistically significant by difference between a pre-test and a post-test in the experimental group compared to that in the control group. Conclusion: The result of this study indicate that the Emotional and Informational Support Intervention program was effective in decreasing burden although not statistically significant reduction in depression. Therefore, it can be a way to reduce burden of primary caregivers caring stroke patients.

        태안 연안에서 통발어선과 자망어선의 상업적 조업에 어획된 수산생물의 종조성 및 계절 변동

        Species composition and seasonal variation of aquatic organism in the coastal waters off Taean, Korea were investigated using catches by commercial fishing of the pot and gill net from April 2010 to January 2011. A total of 58 species, 10,602 individuals and 547,569g of aquatic organism were collected during the study. Aquatic organism were composed of 22 species of Pisces, 20 species of Crustacea, 8 species of Gastropoda, 3 species of Echinodea, 2 species of Cephalopoda and Bivalvia, and 1 species of Holothuroidea. 41 species in 9 orders and 22 families were collected by the pot, and 28 species in 15 orders and 22 families were collected by the gill net. Volutharpa ampullacea was the most dominant in the pot, while Okamejei kenojei was the most dominant in the gill net. These two species accounted for 73.9% in the number of individuals, and 64.4% in biomass. The number of species was high in spring in the pot, and autumn in the gill net. The number of individuals and biomass were highest in winter and summer respectively in the pot, and summer in the gill net. The number of species of the consignment quantity caught by commercial fishery of the pot and gill net in Mohang was 12 and 14 respectively. Cluster analysis based on species composition of the 18 most common species showed that the species were separated into 3 different group. Group A was composed of species which were abundant in spring, group B was composed of species which were abundant in summer and autumn, and group C was composed of year-round residents.

        감정노동자의 ESG 활동에 대한 지각이 조직동일시와 유지의도에 미치는 영향 : 광주지역 콜센터 직원을 대상으로

        최근 ESG는 전 세계적인 기업의 경영 트렌드로 확산되고 있다. 기업이 ESG 경영 패러다임을 빠르게 받아들이고 있는 시점에서, 직원의 ESG 활동 지각이 직원의 태도 및 행동의 주요 변인인 자기효능감, 임파워먼트에 미치는 영향과 자기효능감, 임파워먼트가 조직동일시, 유지의도에 미치는 영향을 연구하였다. 본 연구는 실증분석을 위해 국내 주요 보험 회사의 콜센터에서 근무하는 직원들을 대상으로 설문을 진행하였다. 콜센터 직원은 고객접점에서 고객의 다양한 목소리와 니즈를 파악하여 이를 해결한다. 또한, 콜센터 직원은 비대면 감정노동의 대표적인 직업군이며, 다른 감정노동 직업군과 마찬가지로 높은 이직률이라는 문제를 지니고 있다. STATA 14.0과 SPSS 25.0을 이용해 기술적 통계와 신뢰성 및 타당성을 검증하였고, 확인적 요인분석과 구조방정식 분석을 진행해 변수 간 인과관계에 대한 가설을 검증했다. 또한, 다중회귀분석을 통해 매개효과를 검증하였다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 직원의 ESG 활동 지각은 자기효능감과 임파워먼트에 긍정적 영향을 미침을 알게 되었다. 둘째, 자기효능감과 임파워먼트는 조직동일시에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, ESG 활동 지각이 조직동일시에 미치는 직접효과 역시 유의한 결과를 보였다. 한편, 자기효능감과 임파워먼트가 ESG 활동 지각과 조직동일시 간에 각각 부분매개 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 조직동일시가 유지의도에 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설 또한 유의한 결과를 나타내어 채택되었다. 본 연구는 기업의 필수 경영전략으로 대두된 ESG가 직원 행동의 주요 선행 변수에 긍정적 영향을 가져온다는 직원의 ESG 활동 지각의 중요성에 관한 이해를 제공하였다. 구체적으로 현 연구 결과는 이직이 잦은 콜센터에서 직원의 유지의도를 높일 수 있는 요인으로 ESG 경영에 대한 직원 인식을 제시하였다. 직장 내 ESG 경영을 강화해야 하는 현시점에서 직원들에게 ESG 활동 지각 개선 교육 등 ESG 경영활동에 대한 인식을 높이는 활동들을 통하여 감정노동 직업군에서 많이 발생하고 있는 이직 문제를 효과적으로 해결할 수 있을 것으로 보인다. ESG is widely accepted as a new global management paradigm. At this time, the current research investigates the relationship between the call center employees’ ESG activities recognition and two main attitudinal variables, self-efficacy and empowerment, and those variables’ influence on employees’ organizational identification and intention to stay in the organization. To conduct the study, customer representatives at major Korean insurance companies were surveyed. Customer representatives at call centers resolves various customer problems and needs. Also, they are customer contact points, and their interactions with customers form corporate reputation. Customer representatives at the insurance industry are considered to be emotional workers and exhibit high level of turnover. Collected responses were analyzed with STATA 14.0 and SPSS 25.0 for descriptive analysis, reliability and validity tests, and confirmatory factor analysis. To test the overall structure of the model, structural equation modeling analysis was conducted, and multiple regression analysis was performed to test the mediating role of self-efficacy and empowerment. To summarize the results, firstly, employees’ ESG activities recognition showed a positive effect on self-efficacy and empowerment, important constructs known to predict attitudes and behaviors of call center employees. Secondly, self-efficacy and empowerment significantly and positively influenced organizational identification. Thirdly, there was a positive direct influence of ESG activities recognition on organizational identification; however, self-efficacy and empowerment partially mediated the relationship between ESG activities recognition and organizational identification. Finally, organizational identification positively influenced intention to stay. This study provides an understanding on the role of ESG activities recognition. ESG activities recognition increased the level of both self-efficacy and empowerment among call center customer representatives, leading to their higher intention to stay. Therefore, the results of the study suggest a practical way to manage the turnover rates among emotional workers. Organizations need to adopt programs to increase ESG activities recognition by the employees and bring positive changes in employee motivations, their loyalty towards the organization, and their intention to stay.

      • 대학생의 온라인 튜터링에 대한 인식 및 수업 만족에 영향을 주는 요인 분석

        본 연구는 국내 D대학의 재학생을 대상으로 온라인 튜터링 수업에 대한 인식 및 수업 만족에 영향을 주는 요인들에 대해 조사하였다. 본 연구의 표본은 온라인 튜터링 수업에 참여한 학생 834명을 대상으로 하였다. 온라인 수업에 대한 학생들의 인식유형 분석요인은「학습과정」,「학습전략」,「수업진행」,「시스템」이다. 온라인 수업에 대한 학생들의 인식 유형을 분석하고 온라인 튜터링 수업에 만족도에 영향을 주는 요인을 밝히고자 하였다. 첫째, 온라인 수업에 자발적으로 참여한 튜터, 튜티 일수록 수업 만족도가 높았다. 둘째, 시스템의 편리성이 높을수록 수업 만족도가 높았다. 이러한 연구 결과는 유형별 인식을 통해 온라인으로 진행하는 튜터링 수업의 질 제고를 위한 기초자료를 제공하고, 온라인 튜터링 수업 만족에 영향을 주는 요인들의 분석 결과를 토대로 온라인 튜터링 활동의 발전 및 활성화를 위한 개별화된 전략설정의 기초자료를 마련하고자 하였다. This study investigated the factors affecting the perception of online tutoring class and satisfaction of class for enrolled students of D university in Korea. The sample of this study was 834 students who participated in online tutoring class. The factors that analyze students perceptions of online classes are “learning process”, “learning strategy”, “class progress”, and “system”. The purpose of this study was to analyze the types of students perceptions of online classes and to identify factors that influence satisfaction with online tutoring classes. First, the more the tutors and tutors who voluntarily participated in the online class, the higher the satisfaction level was. Second, the higher the convenience of the system, the higher the class satisfaction. These research results provide basic data for improving the quality of online tutoring classes through recognition of each type, and based on the analysis results of factors that affect the satisfaction of online tutoring classes, individualized online tutoring activities can be developed and activated. I tried to prepare basic data for strategy setting.

        여대생의 헤어미용에 대한 태도와 웰빙 변인 간의 관련성

        This study aims to investigate the relationship between women`s attitude toward hairdressing and well-being, such as motivation to live, satisfaction with life, the expectancy of satisfactory life, positive emotion, and subjective happiness. The participants were 308 female college students, whose ages ranged from 18 to 29 (M=20.37, SD=2.02). The psychological tests used in this research included the following: 15-item Attitude toward Hairdressing Scale, Satisfaction with Life Scale, Scale for Motivation to Live, Scale for Expectancy of Satisfactory life, Emotion Frequency Test, and Subjective Happiness Scale. Results revealed that women with long hair were more satisfied with hair and more careful to choose hair dresser than women with short hair. And women with natural hair had more difficulties in hair management than women with waved hair. Difficulties in hair management had negative relation to most of well-being variables and positive relation to negative emotion, while satisfaction of one`s hair condition had only positive relations to subjective happiness. Active management one`s hair styling such as the carefulness to choose hair dresser or salon and the preference of hair conditioner showed positive relations to many well-being variables. Step-wise regression analyses indicated that the attitude toward hairdressing accounted for more variance of well-being than body mass index did. And yet the attitude toward hair dressing accounted for 7.3% of the variances of subjective happiness. The present findings suggest that hairdressing may have the well-being effect.

        유방암 생존자의 디스트레스, 가족지지 및 건강증진행위

        Purpose: This study was to investigate relationships among distress, family support, and health promotion behavior in breast cancer survivors. The research design was a descriptive study. Methods: Data were collected through three structured questionnaires: the ‘Distress’ by Distress management version 1 (National Comprehensive Cancer Network, NCCN), ‘Family support’ developed by Cobb, and Health promotion behavior developed by Walker, Sechrist and Pender. The subjects were 213 breast cancer survivors from two general hospitals in B metropolitan city from July. 15 to August 15 2013. The data were analyzed using SPSS 18.0, specifically descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test, and Pearson’s correlation coefficients were used. Results: The mean score of distress was 3.91± 2.59. 50.2% of the subjects reported a distress score of 4 or more. Among these, the most common problems were emotions. Moderate family support and health promotion behavior. Distress showed negative correlations with Family support (r = - .34, p<.001), and health promotion behavior (r= - .23, p=.002). Family support showed positive correlations with health promotion behavior (r=.43, p<.001). Conclusion: The health promotion behavior of breast cancer survivors can be improved if family support is improved and distress is decreased. Therefore, a nursing intervention program that leads to improving family support and decreasing the distress of breast cancer survivors is needed to improve health promotion behavior.

        여대생의 대인불안과 대인관계

        본 연구의 목적은 여대생의 대인불안과 대인관계정도를 파악하고 여대생의 대인불안이 대인관계에 미치는 영향을 파악하여 여대생의 대인관계를 향상시킬 수 있는 중재방안의 기초자료를 마련하고자 수행되었다. 본 연구의 대상은 B광역시와 K 지역에 소재하고 있는 대학에서 재학 중인 여학생 231명이었으며, 자료수집 기간은 2014년 9월 3일부터 동년 9월 17일까지였다. 자료수집방법은 구조화된 설문지에 자가 보고식으로 작성하도록 하여 수집하였고, 자료의 분석은 SPSS 21.0 Program을 이용하여 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe"s test, Pearson correlation coefficients, Stepwise multiple regression으로 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과 대상자의 대인관계정도는 중상정도이며, 대인불안정도는 중간이상의 수준이었다. 대상자의 일반적 특성에 따른 대인관계는 학과만족도, 지각한 경제상태, 친구 수, 이성교제, 최근 경험한 정서에 따라 유의한 차이를 보였으며, 대인관계와 대인불안은 음의 상관관계를 보였다. 대상자의 대인관계에 영향을 미치는 요인은 대인불안과 친구 수로 확인되었으며, 총 30.1%를 설명하였다(Adj. R2=.301, p<.001). 따라서 여대생들의 대인관계능력을 향상시키기 위한 중재 프로그램 개발 시 본 연구에서 규명된 자료를 기초로 하여 여대생의 대인관계능력을 향상시키는 프로그램에 활용될 수 있기를 기대한다. This study examined the factors influencing interpersonal anxiety in female interpersonal relationships of female college students to establish baseline data for appropriate interventions. The study participants were 231 female college students in B and K city. The data were collected from questionnaires gathered between September 3rd, 2014 and September 17th of the same year, and analyzed by a t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe"s test, Pearson correlation coefficients, and Stepwise multiple regression using the SPSS 21.0 Program. According to the results, the participants" social interaction anxiety and interpersonal relations showed a negative correlation and statistically significant differences according to the satisfaction level for the major, perceived economic level, number of friends, boyfriend, and recently experienced emotion. The factors affecting the interpersonal relations was social interaction anxiety and social interaction anxiety; this was explained by 30.1%. Therefore, the collected data are expected to be useful for establishing baseline data for the development of an intervention program that can help female college students lower their social interpersonal anxiety and improve their ability for interpersonal relationships.
