복숭아 품종별 성숙정도에 따른 항산화 및 항염증 효과간의 상관관계

본 연구에서는 복숭아의 품종인 미황, 가납암백도 및 천홍을 성숙정도에 따라 미숙과와 성숙과로 분류하여 항산화 및 항염증 효과간의 상관관계 등을 분석함으로서 향후 염증 및 산화스트레스와 관련된 질병의 예방 또는 치료할 수 있는 기능성 소재를 발굴하고자 수행하였다. 총 페놀 및 플라보노이드 함량은 3품종 모두 성숙과에 비해 미숙과에서 함량이 많았고, 미숙과 중에서는 천홍이, 성숙과 중에서는 미황이 유의성 있게 높은 함량을 나타내었다. 항산화 활성은 미숙과 천홍에서 가장 높았고, 성숙과에서는 DPPH 라디칼 소거능 측정에 의해서는 미황이 유의성 있게 높았으나 FRAP과 CUPRAC 측정에서는 3품종간 유의적인 차이가 없었다. RAW 264.7 세포에서는 미황 미숙과 추출물이 약 30%의 NO 생성 억제 효과가 관찰되었고, 가납암백도 미숙과는 약 29%, 천홍 미숙과는 약 20%의 저해활성을 보이지만, 복숭아 성숙과 3품종에서는 NO 생성 억제 효과가 나타나지 않았다. 3품종 모두 성숙과에 비해 미숙과에서 저해 활성이 높게 나타났다. 총 페놀 함량과 플라보노이드 함량에 따른 항산화 활성들 간의 상관관계에서 고도의 정의 상관성을 나타내었으며, 항염증 활성과 항산화 활성, 항염증 활성과 총 페놀 및 플라보노이드 함량은 낮은 상관관계를 나타내었다. This study was performed to investigate the correlation between anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory activities in ripe and unripe fruits of three peach cultivars: Miwhang (MH), Kanoiwa hakuto (KH) and Cheonhong (CH). The unripe fruits had higher levels of total phenols and flavonoids contents than those in the ripe fruits of all the three cultivars. The unripe fruits of CH showed the highest levels of total phenols, flavonoids and antioxidant activities among the fruit samples analyzed. Nitric oxide inhibition values in RAW 264.7 cells for the unripe fruits of MH and KH were 30 and 29%, respectively. However, the inhibition was not observed in unripe CH and the ripe fruits of either cultivar. Total phenols and flavonoids contents showed high linear correlations with the anti-oxidant activities whereas the anti-inflammatory activity had low linear correlations with them.

  This study is to find out the meaning of the death in Donne"s “Holy Sonnets” and divine poems. Death issue is the important theme and is used frequently in his poems. He expresses an assertion of faith about the defeat of death and wishes to gain new birth and eternal life through death. Ironically death must be died for rebirth and an inevitable death. Death is another way to get new life and return to Christ. Many readers think that “Hymn to God my god, in my sickness” is Donne"s most distinguished achievement in his divine poems. The poem shows that death must be accepted willingly because it is only through death that man can reach heavenly bliss and gain new life. He develops an antithetic parallel between two hills and two trees. Paradise and Adam"s tree which brought death into the world are related analogically to Calvary and the Cross, which brought resurrection and eternal life. Death and resurrection are shown to be conjoined in the poem. To sum up, Donne tried to pursuit death for rebirth and modeled after Christ"s death and Resurrection.

농지임대차법제의 개선방안에 관한 연구

최근 귀농·귀촌 등의 원인으로 농지의 사용·수익이 늘어나고 이로 인해 농지임대차가 급증하고 있는 추세이다. 임대차를 통한 농지의 이용에 있어서 농지임대차에 관한 규정의 미비점으로 인해 임차인의 지위가 불안하고 이로 인한 사회적인 문제까지 발생하고 있다. 농지법은 ``경자유전의 원칙`` 아래 농지에 대한 임대차를 원칙적으로 금지하고 있다. 농지임차인을 보호하기 위하여 주택임차인의 보호수준에서 농지임차인을 강력하게 보호하여 왔으나, 농업경쟁력의 저하로 인하여 그 보호의 필요성이 결여되어 농지임차의 보호에 관한 여러 조문들을 폐지하고 서면계약의 원칙, 임대차 기간, 임대차계약에 관한 조정, 묵시의 갱신, 임대인의 지위승계 등 몇 가지 규정만을 두고 있다. 반면에 일본, 독일, 기타 유럽에서는 농지임대차법제를 마련하여 임차인 보호를 하고 있다. 그러나 우리나라에서 농지임대차는 임차인의 보호에 미흡하고, 이에 각국의 농지임대차에 관한 입법례를 살펴봄으로써 다양한 개선방안을 찾아보고자 한다. 농지임대차는 앞으로도 지속적으로 증가할 것으로 예상되고 있는데 이에 농지문제를 "농업생산성 제고와 농지의 합리적 이용"으로 인식한다면 농지임대차에 있어서도 단순히 허용·금지의 차원을 떠나 농업생산성을 제고하고 어떻게 합리적으로 농지를 이용할 수 있을 것인가의 관점에서 농지임대차에 관한 규정의 미비점을 보완해 나아가야 할 것으로 판단된다. Recently, the number of people becoming farmers has increased. As a result, more farmlands have been used and more profits have been created, while the level of farmland lease has increased. Regarding the use of leased farmlands, there seem to be weak points regarding the regulations about the lease of farmlands, causing the lessee`s position unstable and generating various social problems. The farmland act prohibits the lease of farmlands in principle under the ``Principle of Farmland Ownership``. The lessees of farmlands have been strongly protected as housing lessees. However, due to the reduction of the agricultural competitiveness, such a kind of protection has become worsened, causing various articles for the protection of the lessees of farmlands to be abolished. As a result, there seem to be only a few regulations left, including the principles of written contracts, the period of lease, the adjustment of the lease contracts, the renewal of implied, and the succession of lessor`s status. Meanwhile, such countries as Japan, Germany and other European countries have provided various farmland lease laws in order to protect lessees. However, in Korea, there seem to be not enough laws to protect the lessees of farmlands. Therefore, this study focuses on various methods to improve such laws in Korea by observing the legislation cases related to the lease of farmlands in each countries. It is expected that the level of farmland lease will continue to increase. If the problems related to farmlands are recognized in terms of "the consideration of agricultural productivity and the reasonable use of farmlands", it will be possible to consider the agricultural productivity beyond the aspects of allowance` prohibition for the lease of farmlands. Also, it will be possible to supplement the weak points of the regulations related to the lease of farmlands by figuring out how reasonable farmlands can be used.

The aim of this paper is to show that {-ji} is the marker including the process of thinking about the assimilation of knowledge between the speaker and the listener. In other words, {-ji} is the marker expressing that the speaker’s knowledge status is [assimilated information (including the process of thinking)]. At the same time, it premises [the justification of acceptance (via thinking)] in the listener’s case. Either side of these two core meanings of {-ji} can be raised by the context or by the types of knowledge. The usage of {-ji} can be differentiated by the raised core meaning and by the way that the meaning of the declarative/interrogative sentence works. In result, the epistemic modality and the deontic modality of {-ji} will be unified into two core meanings.

Balb/c 마우스를 이용한 비방사선 BrdU:ELISA 국소림프절 시험법의 연구

To avoid the use of radioisotopes, many efforts have been made to develop non-radioisotopic modifications of the LLNA. Recently, OECD presented a guideline for the nonradioisotopic murine local lymph node assay employing BrdU incorporation and ELISA. This method was a non-radioisotopic modification of the LLNA using 5-bromo-2′-deoxyuridine (BrdU) incorporation. However, this method recommends CBA strain mice which is not common in Korea. Here we evaluated the sensitivity of the LLNA:BrdU-ELISA using the Balb/c mice strain, which is a readily available strain in Korea. According to OECD draft guideline, female Balb/c mice were treated for 3 days with a test material or vehicle to each side of both ears and BrdU was given as a intraperitoneal administration at 5 mg/mouse. We found that Balb/c mice is sensitive to BrdU and some premature deaths were found in the treatment groups. Balb/c mice must be older than 11 weeks to tolerate BrdU. BrdU incorporation into draining lymph node cells was measured using ELISA. In this study, isoeugenol, hexylcinnamic aldehyde(HCA), eugenol and isopropanol(IS) were used as reference chemicals. When the 1.6 or greater SI values were defined as sensitizer according to OECD draft guideline, isoeugenol, HCA and eugenol which are classified as moderate and weak sensitizers in the traditional LLNA, were found to evaluate positive results. LLNA:BrdU-ELISA using Balb/c mice, sensitivity and specificity were 100%. The EC1.6 values for isoeugenol, HCA and eugenol were calculated to be 1.8, 19.3 and 15.5% in 5 mg BrdU/mouse. A positive correlation (R2=0.813) between traditional LLNA and LLNA:BrdU-ELISA strongly suggests that the LLNA:BrdU- ELISA could be used as an alternative method to screen allergen.

John Donne wrote almost all of his verse and much of his prose as coterie literature, designing his work for manuscript circulation in a succession of social environments in which he functioned. Donne wrote for an audience of friends, acquaintances, patrons, patronesses, and the woman he married, treating poetry as an avocation, part of a life and career whose main goals, even for some time after his ordination, were social status and advancement. Since Donne's poems were rooted in their biographical and social contexts, it makes sense to discuss them first in relation to their original audiences. It is also useful to relate the poetry to the contemporary prose Donne wrote either for private circulation or for publication, dealing with his choice of different literary forms in terms of his changing sociopolitical circumstances. To read and understand well his poems, it is important to understand the particular biographical and social-political contexts in which they were composed and read when we appreciate Donne's poems.

거제도 다포 연안 정치망 어획물의 종조성 및 주요 어종의 분포 특성

We analyzed annual and seasonal variations in fish species composition and distribution patterns using both daily catch and quantitative analysis data collected from a set-net fishery over a period of two years (2011-2012) on the coast of Dapo, Geoje Island. Set-net fishing season in this area is from May to November, and the annual yield based on the daily catch data was 171,412 kg in 2011, and 102,611 kg in 2012. In total, there were 46 species (belonging to 36 families and 12 orders) in 2011, and 41 species (belonging to 25 families and 9 orders) in 2012. The dominant species in terms of numbers were Trachurus japonicus , Engraulis japonicus , Clupea pallasii , Scomber japonicus , and Sphyraena pinguis . The range in fork length for T. japonicus and E. japonicus was from 3.2 to 23.9 cm, and from 2.6 to 13.3 cm, respectively. The fork length of recruiting juveniles to the Dapo set-net fishing ground ranged from 4.6 to 7.8 cm (median) for T. japonicus , and from 4.1 to 5.0 cm (median) for E. japonicus . The fact that most of the fish caught from the two species were at immature growth stages implies that the coast of Dapo can act as a nursery area for these migratory species.

The purpose of this paper is to reveal John Donne`s paradoxical and reversal strategy in his early love poems. Donne`s readers were mainly the witty and sophisticated readers, Inns gentlemen. He shared with the coterie readers to whose capacities for dramatic involvement he appealed. He created a new style of the lyric poems. The best way to send his concealed concern was to express it not directly and honestly but reversely and paradoxically. Most of the poems he wrote while studying at Lincoln`s Inn are cynical and epigrammatic toward woman`s infidelity and inconsistency. The epigrammatic is fused with other elements, depending on the rhetorical and paradoxical coordinates of the lyrics. The witty poets and the witty readers were supposed to be capable of sustaining both an imaginative involvement in and a critical attitude toward poems―that is, to write and read both poetically and paradoxically. The reversal elements of his poems gave him the reputation of being a supremely witty writer. Whether libertine or courtly, argumentative or dramatic, Donne` lyrics characteristically blend their forms and modes to create the kinds of poems he and his readers liked.
