AHP 분석법을 활용한 친환경 실내마감재의 소비자 가치 분석

The purpose of this study is to find out the Consumers' value about Environmentally-Friendly Interior Finishing Material and to provide essential data for the development of realistic environmentally-friendly material also in compliance with the requirement of consumer. The questionnaire inquiry used of Analytic Hierarchy Process was carried out for both designers and common housewives to characterize the main demanding stratums for interior finishing goods in October, 2004. The results were summarized as follows; The interior finishing materials regarded as important in residential space were by the order of Wood Floor for Ondol, Wall Paper, Emulsion Paint; Environmentally-Friendly Wall Paper appeared its value of 1.56 times than Ordinary Wall Paper, in the same case of Emulsion Paint is at 1.63 times, Wood Floor at 2.12 times, respectively. Besides, as the result of correlation and regression analysis, they preferred to environmentally-friendly property by the nearer women, the nearer larger incomes, the nearer highly educated, and the nearer non-experts (housewives).
온냉감 평가척도의 간격이 허용온도범위의 산출에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to find the effect of thermal sensation scale to calculate an accetable temperature range. ASHRAE Std. 55 addressed "Thermal comfort is that condition of mind which expresses satisfaction with the thermal environment" It means that it so difficult to measure the thermal comfort. Because, It is the research about human mind. Until the present, many reasearch used ASHRAE 7-point Thermal Sensation Vote scale to measure the thermal comfort. In this paper, same temperature conditions were evaluated by 7-point scale and 9-point scale, and acceptable temperature ranges were calculated by each scale and then compared by. The results of this study were as follows; The acceptable temperature range was narrower in using 9-point scale and 80% of acceptable range which was calculated by 9-point scale was lower than that was calculated by 7-point scale about 0.7℃.
서울시 및 수도권 거주자의 침실환경과 침실 사용자그룹 세분화에 관한 연구

Sleep has big influence on our life, for example productivity, character formation of babies, mortality and the people who suffered from sleep problem are also diverse. Therefore, indoor environmental supports for good sleep, might be different with the situation and need of respective person. The objectives of this study are: 1) to investigate the current bedroom condition, sleep problem, and life pattern of Korean. 2) to classify Korean into several groups and explain their characteristics relevant to sleep, in order to understand Korean's need for good sleep. The questionnaire was sent out to Seoul and its environs in Jan.$\sim$Feb. 2008, and total of 702 questionnaires were collected. The research on the bedroom condition was conducted around perceived influence of environmental factors, opening and closing of the door, cooling and heating strategy, clo value during sleep, bedding type, lighting, sharing bedroom. People are divided into 6 groups by 8 factors, and 5 groups could be seen that they need some management for good sleep because of their sleep problem.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship of occupant satisfaction in office buildings with operable windows which is for natural ventilation and cooling. Occupant satisfaction consists of three categories, satisfaction to indoor air quality, satisfaction to indoor thermal environment, and satisfaction to maintenance management services. The survey was conducted in October, 2009 and the participants were 3443 peoples in total for 29 office buildings - 19 buildings which have operable windows, and 10 buildings which doesn't have operable windows. Occupant satisfaction to indoor air quality(IAQ), indoor thermal environment and maintenance management is higher in the buildings of which windows are operable than the buildings of which those are not operable. The buildings of which floor area are less than 20,000㎡, and of which have operable windows showed comparatively high occupant satisfaction.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the interrelationship between occupants' satisfaction and building scale as well as maintenance management service. We select maintenance management service and occupants in office buildings, office building scale and maintenance management period comparing with building age as the factors. In order to ensure whether these factors corresponds with occupants' satisfaction level, we used building data and the questionnaire of a professional maintenance management service.
가구 유형에 따른 여름철 공동주택의 실내온열환경과 냉방 조절 행위에 관한 연구

This study measured the thermal environment and residents' control behaviors of cooing according to 3 groups of household type-families with preschool children, families of middle age and families of senior. The object of this study are to fmd the difference of the actual condition of indoor thermal environment and cooling control behavior by age or household type and to develop user oriented climate control system. The results were summarized as follows. When the age of members at household is younger, the indoor mean temperature and temperature that people turned off the air conditioner became lower. These different indoor thermal environment of each group means that younger generation is familiar with cooler from their early age and these early uses of cooler made them prefer cooler condition than family of senior. Therefore, this results show that different indoor thermal environment is influenced by factors such as household type and metabolism difference and so on.
