This paper deals with the implementation of a small humanoid robot controller on the basis of Real Time Operating System(RTOS) and the FPGA. This controller was adapted to the humanoid robot with 25 DOFs, which are 12 DOFs in each leg, 8 DOFs in each arm, 3 DOFs in waist, and 2 DOFs in head. The robot actuators were used DX -1l7 servo motors that have all of the controller components in one module in order to simplify the control structure. In addition, the main controller is FPGA of Virtex4-FX from Xilinx, and ported on VxWorks that is kind of RTOS. It is essential to install this RTOS on the complex control system and to do control activity at the multitasking environments. This paper suggested the method of distributing the computational load in the humanoid robot controller using the FPGA and RTOS concepts. All of the control process was verified through the real action of the humanoid.

This study investigates the feasibility of pre-compression in a linear compressor through the use of a fluid diode. Specifically, the study experimentally verifies the effect of the fluid diode on pressure build-up in a compression chamber as a function of stroke, frequency, and shape. The results indicate that the fluid diode increases the pressure of the compression chamber and can improve compressor performance by modifying suction valve behavior. Further research is necessary to optimize the fluid diode shape, stroke, and frequency, in order to fully understand its impact on valve behavior.
저온공정 ZnO 적용에 따른 역구조 고분자 태양전지 소자 성능 연구

Recently, active research is being conducted on polymer solar cells to improve power conversion efficiency by developing new device structures, synthesizing polymer materials, and applying them to charge extraction layers. In this study, we analyzed the influence of ZnO on the performance of solar cells by using various ZnO thin films (using the high and low temperature sol-gel processes and the nanoparticle process) as an electron extraction layer in inverted polymer solar cells based on PBDB-T:ITIC. The ZnO thin film was formed by the high-temperature (450°C) sol-gel process, which resulted in an increase in the sheet resistance of the ITO electrode by five times. As a result, the power conversion efficiency of the polymer solar cells was low (4.12%). Conversely, in the nanoparticle process, butanol-based ZnO exhibited better dispersion and surface properties than the IPA-based ZnO, resulting in improved performance of the polymer solar cell (PCE of 6.35% and 4.58% with butanol and IPA-based ZnO, respectively). Additionally, a ZnO precursor solution was developed using the low-temperature (150°C) sol-gel process, which was applied as an electron extraction layer in an inverted polymer solar cell. Consequently, the device performance significantly improved (PCE of 8.89%)due to the formation of a ripple-shaped surface, which facilitated the extraction of electrons due to the excellent surface roughness.

The effects of adenosine analogues on the electrically-evoked acetylcholine(ACh) release and the influence of ischemia on the effects were studied in the rat hippocampus. Slices from the rat hippocampus were equilibrated with $0.1{\mu}M$ $[^3H]-choline$ and the release of the labelled product, $[^3H]-ACh$, was evoked by electrical stimulation(3 Hz, 2 ms, 5 $VCm^{-1}$ and rectangular pulses for 2 min), and the influence of various agents on the evoked tritiumoutflow was investigated. Ischemia(10 min with 95% $N_2$ + 5% $CO_2$) increased both the basal and evoked ACh release. These increases were abolished by glucose addition into the superfused medium, and they significantly inhibited either by 0.1 & $0.3{\mu}M$ TTX pretreatment or by removing $Ca^{++}$ in the medium. MK-801($1{\sim}10{\mu}M$), a specific NMDA receptor antagonist, and glibenclamide $(1{\mu}M)$, a $K^+-channel$ inhibitor, did not alter the evoked ACh release and nor did they affect the ischemia-induced increases In ACh release. However, polymyxin B(0.03 mg), a specific protein kinase C inhibitor, significantly inhibited the effects of ischemia on the evoked ACh release. Adenosine and $N^6-cyclopentyladenosine$ decreased the ACh release in a dose dependent manner in ischemic condition, though the magnitude of inhibition was far less than those in normal(normoxic) condition. However, the treatment with $5{\mu}M$ DPCPX, a potent $A_1-adenosine$ receptor antagonist, potentiated the ischemia-effect. These results indicate that the evoked-ACh release is potentiated by ischemia, and this process being most probably mediated by protein kinase C, and that the decreased effect of ACh release mediated by $A_1-adenosine$ receptor is significantly inhibited in ischemic state.
거골하 관절 신연 유합술을 통한 종골 부정 유합의 치료

목적: 관절내 종골 골절 후 발생한 부정 유합은 거골하 관절염과 여러 해부학적 변형을 동반한다. 따라서 이러한 변형의 교정이 필요하며 이를 해결하기 위해 장골능에서 채취한 골편을 이용한 거골하 신연 관절 유합술이 소개되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 본원에서 경험한 거골하 신연 관절 유합술의 결과를 분석하고자 한다. 대상 및 방법: 2001년 10월부터 2004년 9월까지 관절내 종골 골절 후 합병증으로 인한 족부통증을 주소로 내원한 환자 10명(14예)을 대상으로 하였다. 평균 연령은 41세였으며 남자가 9명, 여자가 1명이었다. 14 예 중 10예에서 처음 수상 시 수술을 시행하였으며, 첫 수술 혹은 수상일로부터 관절 유합술을 받기까지의 기간은 평균 18개월이었다. 평균 추시기간은 16개월이었다. 수술은 우선 장골능에서 삼면피질의 골편 및 해면골을 떼어낸 후 광범위 측면 도달법을 통해 골편 및 유관나사를 이용하여 거골하 관절 유합술을 시행하였다. 결과는 수술 전, 후의 AOFAS의 ankle-hindfoot scale 및 방사선학적 수치를 비교하여 분석하였다. 결과: Ankle-hindfoot scale은 수술 전 평균 52.4점에서 수술 후 평균 77.2점으로 증가하였다. 방사선학적 수치에서 수술 전후로 거골-종골 높이는 평균 6.9 mm, 거골-종골 각은 평균 5.2˚, 거골 경사각은 평균 4.3˚ 증가하였으며, 거골-제 1 중족골 각은 평균 4.5˚ 감소하였다. 결론: 골편을 이용한 거골하 신연 관절 유합술은 해부학적 변형이 동반된 종골 골절 부정 유합 환자에 있어 효과적인 술식이나, 장기적인 관찰 및 분석이 필요하다. Purpose: To evaluate the results and efficacy of the subtalar distraction arthrodesis on patients with complications due to malunion after intraarticular calcaneal fracture. Materials and Methods: From October 2001 to September 2004, we operated on 10 patients (14 cases). There were 9 male patients and one female; their mean age was 41 years old. Ten cases among them were operated initially. The mean period between initial injury and arthrodesis was 18 months. The mean follow up period was 16 months. During the operation, we used extensile lateral approach and arthrodesis was performed using tricortical bone block and cannulated screws. The ankle-hindfoot scale was used for clinical evaluation. In radiologic analysis, plain X-ray and CT of the both feet were examined for union and various parameters. Results: Thriteen cases achieved radiologic bone union. The mean ankle-hindfoot scale (maximum: 94 points) increased from 52.4 points preoperatively to points 77.2 at the final follow-up. The radiologic analysis of the pre and postoperative standing lateral radiograph showed mean increase of 6.9 mm in talo-calcaneal height, 5.2 degrees in talocalcaneal angle, 4.3 degrees in talar declination angle and average decrease of 4.5 degrees in talo-first metatarsal angle. Conclusion: The short term result of the subtalar distraction arthrodesis using tricortical bone block was promising, but longer follow-up will be needed.

이 연구의 목적은 청소년의 정신건강문제가 자살행동에 미치는 영향을 확인하는 것이다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 2021년 청소년건강행태조사 자료를 활용하였으며, 자료 분석은 SPSS 26.0을 이용하여, 빈도분석, 기술통계, 상관관계분석, 로지스틱회귀분석 및 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 정신건강문제의 하위 요인인 COVID_우울, 불안, 스트레스는 청소년의 자살행동에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 자살행동의 하위요인인 자살생각, 자살계획, 자살시도에 정신건강문제의 하위 요인인 COVID_우울, 불안, 스트레스는 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로, 청소년의 자살행동을 예방하기 위한 개입방안을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of adolescent mental health problems on suicidal behavior. To achieve this research purpose, the 2021 adolescent health behavior survey data were used, and for data analysis, frequency analysis, descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, logistic regression analysis and multiple regression analysis were performed using SPSS 26.0. As a result of the analysis, it was found that COVID_depression, anxiety, and stress, which are sub-factors of mental health problems, have a significant effect on adolescent suicidal behavior. Also, it was found that COVID_depression, anxiety, and stress, which are sub-factors of mental health problems, had a significant effect on suicidal thoughts, suicide plans, and suicide attempts, which are sub-factors of suicidal behavior. Based on these research results, an intervention plan to prevent suicidal behavior among adolescents was suggested.
