        유아를 위한 체력강화 운동 프로그램의 모형과 그 효과

        This thesis contends that a planed exercise program has an influence on the physique and physical fitness of children. It observed 246 4 through 6year old children in the YMCA sports academy and H kindergarten in Ulsan city. The children divided into two groups. The first group, the experiment group, followed a model exercise program. The second group, the comparative group, followed a normal program. The results concerning physique and physical fitness of the children are as followed. 1. Physique : There were some differences between two groups concerning changes in physique. There was also no differences between the two in the amount of growth after 20 weeks. 2. Physical fitness : There were clear improvement in every item, in each age group, and each sex(P< .05),except for foot and toe balance, one of the balance items of 4years old boys. This shows that the experiment group improved more than the comparative group. Statistically there were also some differences in these next items: 1) Standing long jump - 4 year old girls. 2) Sit up - 5, 6 year old boys and girls. 3) Shuttle run - 6year old boys. 4) foot and toe balance - 6 year old girls. 5) Standing trunk flexion - 5. 6 year old girls.
